Massively gone down hill under new ownership, used to be a great chippy. Food now very poor and customer service non existent.

Was disappointed when got the order order home. Having ordered 120a as online menu didn't state had meat in rice . As 120 has meat. Wasn't suitable as my husband is vegetarian

Early Friday supper. Warm and bustling with a lot of reserved tables and a bit of a wait to be served, but once we got the menus service was pleasant and food arrived reasonably swiftly. The beef bourguinon was delicious, warming on a cold night.

Regularly use this outlet but based on today's visit, the rating had to drop. Badly. Rude staff (to other customers). Ordered drinks, told no cream. OK. However when collecting drinks gave to ask for sprinkles and find no chocolate orange (run out of stock). Had we been told, would have ordered differently.

Let's start with positive. Driver was hugely apologetic. Very nice man . Food on ordering took over an hour and half to arrive. Was a editable temperature beef chow mein no flavour, battered mushrooms were so greasy we couldn't eat them . Singapore chow mein was lovely . I wouldn't order again I totally understand problems happen.
