All iced drinks received were melted, missing 2 drinks from the order, whipped cream off another drink and missing a food item too, not the best experience. Normally Costa has been fine, but not this time

It's Costa! Over priced , over hyped , just boring.

Compared too Greg's, which is right next door its expensive. All it offers is more tables and seating.

Sadly the wrong biscuit was delivered, a simple mistake that Just Eat could easily resolve by refunding the £2.75 for the biscuit we didn't receive, but they are refusing (without reason) despite being sent a photograph showing what turned up. Typical poor service from Just Eat.

GAVE one star....4.25 cake missing, 2,55 croissant missing, now for the fight to try to get a refund which is highly unlikely due to others mistakes etc

Costa is what it is a coffee shop. I am not terribly fussed by food . Toasties are a bit bland. Coffee us fine . Fairly busy at last visit

They have been unable to make any hot water based drinks for over a week now and the chap said they are still waiting to find out when it will be repaired. How can you operate a branch where half of the most popular and basic drinks like Tea and Americano Coffee are unavailable?! Absolutely ridiculous.

A return visit the this small Costa in Havant. A really great latte, Bakewell tart and bacon,Brie and cranberry panini. Friendly staff. A great experience

Costa is my choice for coffee. Made to individuals taste

Original eta got pushed back half an hour, but the order was clearly prepped much earlier. Sausage sandwich was cold and the bun had turned rock hard, was packed in a bag with cold drinks as opposed to the coffee, which was also barely warm on arrival.

the staff at costa put my cinnamon bun in the same bag as my hot toastie so the icing is warm and melted onto the paper bag.

Definitely falls short on most other Costas

Missed Most of my order off and now I have to wait a week before I get 40 pounds worth given back to me . The driver came in and said there wasn't alot there so I'm really confused as to why he didn't make sure the rest of the order was there when he picked it up?

Ideal for stopping off for refreshment whilst shopping in havant. It's busy but always seemed to have a table.

There is a particular guy that works here that is ultra efficient and seems to make the place run very smoothly.

I visited this store for a coffee, i ordered a regular latte and the drink was nicely produced to a high standard. the staff are always polite and helpful and I have never had a bad drink yet and therefore i can personally say that i will go there again.

Didn’t receive my food and drink

The "Christmas Special Hot Chocolate " looked nothing like , or even close to the picture/advert ! No effort made , expensive a poor product and only warm

My husband and I grabbed a couple of hot chocolates and they were yummy 😋

I ordered in advance (1pm) for a 1:50pm delivery. Order was accepted. Driver was not assigned until gone 2pm. Eventually got my toasted panini and latte at 2:25 pm and it was cold, had to reheat both in the microwave.

Not great. I love costa and go once a week, normally in Waterlooville but this is the worst costa I have been to unfortunately. They messed up the drinks, forgot the cuttlery. Then the cuttlery was dirty and the teapot was really dirty. Like they hadn't been washed for ages. Had to move dirty food and trys ourselves although it wasn't massively busy and there was 3 staff. They weren't overly friendly either. It's not a big store so not hard to keep on top of in my opinion. Wont be going back there.

A nice coffee shop, amazing rage of cakes and sandwiches, wraps, drinks etc. Always friendly staff. It is so popular that it gets very busy there. This isn’t normally a problem but as a part time wheelchair user, there is very little room inside to move about easily in a wheelchair. It’s a small coffee shop in the centre of town. I choose to go to the big Costa in Next when I have to use my wheelchair as this one is small and not easy in a wheelchair in busy times to end up feeling in the way. It is however a lovely place, the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to help, service is always fast, tables are always clean and it’s a lovely place :)

Return visit to Costa coffee after 2 months away on the real costas. Really missed the great coffee. Friendly staff. Clean tables. Downside was the toilets were closed for the ‘foreseeable’ future.

Not able to take card payments, so decided to put notice up on till point screen. Not one member of staff had the courtesy to speak to people in the queue. Very poor customer service.

Costa Coffee Haven’t offers the usual Costa great tasting coffee. Friendly staff. Good Covid distancing etc. good choice of snacks. Hot and cold snack choices. All the ones I’ve tasted have been great

Despite trying to support local business, I often favour Costa over the other cafes in Havant on account to it being more baby friendly. The staff are helpful, will always offer table service when I'm alone with my little one. One thing I am not so keen on however is the cleanliness of the place. Now that my baby is weaning I asked for a high chair and was disgusted...I can only assume that they have never been cleaned. I chose the least filthy looking one, tried to wipe it down, but the amount of grime caked on was never going to shift with baby wipes. Unacceptable.

Not sure if Google has right costa, this was Gunwharf Quays. Rude staff wanting to close early rather than serve efficiently, then suddenly no ice available and slow service meant takeaway only. With that staff attitude we left and got drink elsewhere.

They need to lower their prices or give free refills. Staff abit frosty. They should look at table service rather than people struggling with trays. Their cakes are second to none. Other foods never change.

Situated on the outside edge of the shopping mall, Costa is ideally situated for those who may prefer to sit outside. Usual excellent coffee. Friendly staff. Covid aware

Wouldn’t bother, staff are dismissive and can’t handle busy periods! They hadn’t even finished my order and I asked to add some toast, they told me to go to the back of the queue after seeing me alone with my 2 small children. Didn’t help me out at all and ignored my requests after that. My small son sat with no food because they never have any other dairy free options!!!

I visited the shop with my child today and the “lady” had no customer service at all. First I said I was looking through the menu to choose then she raised her voice she couldn’t hear then I repeated the same. She never asked if I was eating in or taking out she just put the drink in take out cup. My daughter decided not to have any just because of the attitude given to me. We sat down we had food from another shop before we bought the coffee but just as we sat she came to us again and said we can’t consume food from another shop in costa. I said that’s fine I am only having my coffee. She kept saying the same thing about three times and for me I felt she wanted us out of the shop than to sit it. So I said I am only having the coffee. I buy a lot of drinks from costa but this lady has put me off for ever going to the shop or even buying anything from costa. The second thing is the terrible smell in the shop. Like it’s never been cleaned . The windows very dirty the sides all filthy like they’ve never been cleaned. Please I am a healthcare worker and I know how customer experience is very important!!!

The staff in here are most accommodating, I have a newborn baby so when I needed hot water for his bottle they were able to help me, thank you very much 😊😊
