Absolutely terrible place since gone over to new management the food is always rubbish or don’t taste right and they never seem to be able to make a pizza correct ordered a half and half and got 4 slices of one and the rest is all the other don’t call that half and half pretty much no toppings what so ever on it and the garlic bread looks like a child has made it absolutely crap service

very poor service today.waited 37 minutes.told it be ready in 20.got my delivery took it to car to check it.i order ham and pineapple.i got ham with all spices as well.my lad who is autistic had an meltdown.took it back in.no sorry.said it be ready in 25 minutes.no good it ruin my night indeed.

Just a shame they don't except cash when purchasing pizza's in person at the store, frankly outrageous, as cash I legal tender!! The excuse was that delivery driver's steal money from orders that are delivered, clearly not the case when purchasing in store 🙄 🤔

Quick pick up pizza after the pub. Customised to switch bacon for meatballs and always like the way of tracking the progress of the pizza through the Dominos pizza tracker on the app. Very useful and super tasty

Food is always amazing, newyorker is my favourite, quick and polite staff. Looks like plenty of room to eat in if u want.

Dominoes always seems to be consistent. You know what you’re getting. I always have the same order and quality is always the same, which is why I keep getting it. If you like the look of my pizza, it’s a hot n spicy on thin and crispy, remove onions and peppers then add chorizo and pepperoni 👌🏿 me and the boys call it a “Cresy Hot”

I had the meat feast and it made me very I’ll the next day which I wasn’t very pleased about. Awful! The manager is very rude and don’t like the way he speaks to staff. Not very happy with this dominoes. Will not be coming here again that’s for sure.

Honestly 12 inch pizza cut into 12 pieces not 10 like it's supposed too be. Slices cut to thin. Can't pick it up normally. Person on cut table should be sacked.

I have visited this restaurant frequently and its always clean and the staff is friendly. They are enthusiastic and work hard, its a pleasure to visit.

Just had the BEST Domino’s pizza AND garlic bread I have EVER had from ANY domino’s reataurant. The garlic bread was really tomatoey (if that’s a word!) and was lovely and perfectly cooked. The pizzas were topped well, cooked to perfection, sliced evenly and tasted absolute lovely. I’ve used loads of domino’s from worthing to Bournemouth and lots in between and this was the BEST out of all of them. Delivered quickly, driver fine and the food piping hot. Thank you 😊

Honestly never felt worse after a pizza. Staff are easy to order with. One pizza wasn’t totally wrong but we just went with it. But we’ve all been really ill. It’s so salty and so bloat worthy. One of our party has been immediately sick. Very disappointed and won’t be returning for dominoes.

Went in yesterday for a pizza collection and was served by the so-called manager who was impolite and argumentative towards me. What a bad customer service experience for me.

Rude and disrespectful customer service who claimed she is the manager , she wanted to charge me £12.99 for large Chess & tomatoes pizza for collection, when every time from the same store I paid £7.99 . Very disappointed.

Paid for it online when I went to pick it up they said there was an error in their system I had to wait for my money to be refunded after 2vdays back in my account and they would not give me the pizza either Now I use pizza hut

Guy at the desk was amazingly helpful I asked what deal was available and he gave me a full breakdown of what was available was very knowledgeable and helpful and the pizza I ordered was amazing as usual

3 years roughly now we have been trying to get a delivery on Hayling Island. No reasons given even when pressed as to why they can’t deliver/won’t deliver never used to have an issue before they used to do this. Wouldn’t even mind paying that bit extra if I had to and I guarantee they drive similar distances around surrounding areas. It’s pretty shocking and discriminatory. There must be a driver to make these trips. I can’t be bothered anymore to go out of my way to get to the store and pick it up for a HUGE chain it’s rubbish now.

Everything is delicious, prepared in 10 minutes Kind staff Not expensive But there are few places where you can sit, that is, it is impossible to come with a group + free sauce

Your 50% "discount" made the order the same sort of price as rival pizza places. Without it, 2 pizzas and 2 sides was £62. In what world do you think that is a reasonable price to pay for 2 takeaway pizzas? I ate out a pizza express a couple years back. 2 of us had a starter, a main and a couple drinks, the bill was STILL less that £62!

Ordered in-store for collection. Quick service and pizza was good.

Considering how long Dominos have been going they still can't make a decent pizza. Too much tomato sauce so that's all you can taste. Not enough cheese. Too much flour left on base and crust. Base so thin it's floppier than a mans bits after 12 pints which is why all the topping fall off.

Staff were polite and friendly, it was spotlessly clean and everyone was following the appropriate safety procedures. If Domino's Pizza is your thing, you won't be disappointed, food was hot and faultless but, I guess it's just not my thing!

I've always gone back to dominos after occasionally trying other popular brands. Pizza's were scrummy, extra speedy delivery, driver was polite and well presented and the food was still hot, what more could you ask for 😁

You know the score, can't decide what you want so instead of the whole family kicking off and causing havoc just order a dominoes..... It's that easy.

The pizza here is very tasty but often quite doughy with toppings falling off too easy when delivered. Maybe it would be better if cooked for longer. There is a wide variety of offers and discounts here though so I would recommend on the whole.

The service was good and the employees were very understanding however we did have trouble with the website telling us that the order had not gone through even tho the money transaction had been successful.

Always a good hot pizza . But tried to walk in a buy and was told I could only order online or by phone . Not a big problem as I just walked back outside the shop ,phoned them to place my order . Sat in my car for 10 minutes then walked back in to the shop to collect My order . Happy days .

I normally can't knock dominos, their pizzas are great but today I was not happy when I went in there with my 20 week pregnant partner. I asked if my partner could use the toilet as she was desperate and the lady behind the till refused to let her use the toilet what so ever and was being extremely rude! She could help us to the nearest toilet. Not happy at all with here but on the plus side my pizza was amazing tonight

My family and I are staying on Hayling Island for a few days. We had tried the Pizza Hut the night before but for the most part that order ended up in the trash. I had read the reviews here and thought that Pizza Hut had the superior recent reviews but now having ordered from Dominos I really don't understand how. Two of my children refuse to eat meat and we ordered a large vegetarian and a medium vegetarian with jalapeno as well as a large pepperoni passion and side orders. The Dominos store is very modern and clean and even though the shop was very busy the staff were very helpful and polite. Having been very dissapointed with our experience of Pizza Hut I made sure I checked our order before we left the Dominos shop. The pizza looked amazing and when we got back to our holiday residence am delighted to say we really enjoyed it. My only disappointment is that the shop don't deliver to Hayling Island. Dominos gets my vote of confidence

I wouldn't buy from this place if my life depended on it. 3 years ago waited 2.5 hours for a cold delivery and when I called to speak to the manager he said he was too busy to talk to me. When I went down to the shop he still refused to speak to me. When I emailed the comma y no reply. I would NEVER EVER recommend this branch. Give it a VERY wide berth.

The lady behind the counter refused to take my order because it was made of Gluten free and told us to use the app. As a celiac i felt completely descriminated since my friends could order at the counter and eat in but i couldnt unless i had internet or a smart phone. Change your rules Dominos. You can't ask costumers to use an app at the counter of a restaurant. But wait there is more... My husband asked is vegetarian and asked for a sauce in his pizza. The order was wrong and arrived with meat when he asked for a replacement he was ACUSED OF ORDERING THAT and questioned as of he was unsure of what he was doing wich made him very uncomfortable. What kind of costumer service is this? No one was unpolite or obnoxious yet we felt treated poorly.

Shame it's closed for good this week.

Lovely tasting pizzas! Very quick to be made and ready for collection however you are often left waiting to collect your pizza, various staff members will look at you from the pizza making area but won't often let someone know. Need a bell or something to alert people that can serve that a customer is waiting. It's often quicker to get your order delivered

We ordered from here tonight and when the food arrived it was all cold, which isn't surprising seeing as it took longer than it should have. One of the pizzas was also missing sauce. We rang the store and they said they would give us £5 off our next order which we declined. She spoke to her manager and they offered to give us a new order but it would be a 2 hour wait or we would have to collect it ourselves. We weren't happy to wait two hours so decided to collect it ourselves. We didn't get a single apology. We then put our order in the bin and got ready to go and get our order. As we were about to leave we received a phone call, it was the girl from the store informing us that she had been told by her manager that we would have to make sure to bring the old items back. We told them that we had already put them in the bin. They then told us we wouldn't be able to have our order, and they would only be able to give us £5 off our next order. We argued this as we weren't told to keep the pizza when we phoned. The lady didn't offer us any other option so we asked to speak to the manager himself. We explained to the manager that we had not been told to bring the pizza with us and so had out it in the bin and were about to leave to collect our new order. He told us we wouldn't be able to have the replacement order as we weren't bringing the items back. We argued and said we weren't told to bring them and that's why we had put them in the bin. He said that it was obvious we would have to bring them back, if you asked for a replacement anywhere else they would ask you to do this. We said we understood the logic behind it but that we weren't told to do this. He told us we would have to get them items our of the bin (which we informed him was our big outdoor general waste bin) if we wanted any food. So we had no option... We spent our Saturday night crawling through our black bin outside in the rain so that we could get a replacement order. We then drove to domino's and handed it all over. Again, no apology. They just handed us an order. Throughout this entire experience the staff had an attitude, did not make any attempt to apologise, just made the excuse that they were really busy. Very poor service. For a company that says its purpose is 'to provide an experience of 11/10' this is shocking service, we got a 1/10.

Pizza was good hot. Tasted great. The main thing I was impressed with was the delivery lady. She was petite and older probably retired lady. She was friendly and called me sir. Thank you for the service lady you were great

Ordered a meal deal for delivery. Turned up cold and with half the order missing. Driver then proceeded to argue with me about wether it was a meal deal or not. And to top it all off it gave me food poisoning! never eating there again! Avoid!

Makes mistakes, promises to credit account but never actually does. Then proceeds to blame customers. Poor show dominos, it took a staff member to screw up and then a manager to blame the customer for not taking the staff members name.

I ordered a meal deal. When it arrived one of the pizzas had a broken finger nail in it!!! When I rang and complained I was told "if your not happy with your order madam please don't order from us again" totally unhelpful rude!!!!
