Ohannes in Broxtowe

Fine - no frills, friendly and quick. The menu is burgers.... or burgers which is fine if you want a burger, (there are lots of options) and what you get is 10x better than what Five Guys sell and 50x better than McDonalds. I wish they did coffee tho.

Don't go here if your hungry, arrived at 19:00 ordered 2 simple burgers to eat in, there were 2 people in front that were waiting to take away so we thought it won't be long. We waited 30 minutes watching all the collection/delivery services take food out one after the other. After 30 minutes we just gave up so I asked for my money back which they were reluctant to do, I have to argue with them and their defence was - "its busy" It was 19:00 on a Saturday night. If it was that busy WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME WHEN YOU TOOK MY MONEY ?? If you had said it was over a 30 minute wait we would have gone elsewhere - HOW RUDE ! you knew you were going to make us wait for over 30 minutes and didn't even have the decency to tell us - did you think it was funny ? If you want to operate a delivery service get rid of your high street presence it will be cheaper, if you want to offer a high street presence try offering your customer actual SERVICE instead watching them go hungry. The service was POOR at best - the food - I HAVE NO IDEA WE DIDDNT GET ANY !! I will never eat at Ohannes ever again - sorry I can't say again I haven't eaten there at all. I can honestly say it was a terrible experience and one I will be sure to tell everyone I know.
