I ordered here for the first time for me and my daughter the new big stack burger, honestly the best burger we’ve had in a long time highly recommended big portions the food was really good.

The food is amazing, but the service is terrible.

The staff were very friendly and the quality of food never changes no matter which Ohannes you go to, top class as always

No not great I thought it would be delivered and as soon as I realised it wouldn’t I called I believe 6 times….completely ignored. Then I went on the website…not good

Got a take away- Burger made completely without love or attention- badly put together - dry patty/ too much condiments/ stale pretzel roll. Really not great- best avoided

Came in late in the morning with my mate from pierrepont at 1:30, and had V and Paulo welcome us with excellent customer service and had some great banter between themselves and us. Next level food definitely coming back.

I have been a great customer for ohannes burger for a long time until the 25/4/24 when I ordered burger and chips- my favourite. The burger came with 12 chips at the side. I have always gone for ohannes burger because of the tasty generous portion of chips. I tried ringing the restaurant for more than 45 minutes and nobody picked up the phone. Will never order again

Tried to ring the phone number 8 times and got no answer at all. If the phone is broke customers should be told

Always a good go to. Chips are lovely. My pot of sauce was only about half full sadly and I only got one pickle :( but still really good food. Hot and fresh.

Good burger and fries - but why is the tiny aloi sauce pot only half full? its good sauce but nowhere near enough of it!

the delivery however was missing something, order a combo meal that should have had onion rings and the aoli serving was pathetic

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to sit and eat there or to any group of people. I went with a group of my friends and we were eating and talking. We can barely hear each other, in a normal restaurant atmosphere where everyone is chatting and supposedly having a good time. One of the staff came and silenced us. He said, “Don’t talk loudly and you have to lower your voice!!!” This has never happened in any other restaurant!!!!!!! The food it self is good quality, but if you going as a family or a group of friends, expect to eat as quickly as possible in silence, or takeaway your meal.

Chips were cold and burgers only just warm

Waited 1hr 11mins for my order to be delivered. Couldn't eat any of it because everything was cold; The fries were inedible and the portion was MUCH smaller than usual. The only thing warm was the drink and they sent the wrong drink!

Food is delicious, very good quality, good price and quick service. Have been recommending it to people since first order.

We didn't get any garlic aiolis, which we should because it says with every burger you get fries and free garlic aioli..not great

Got the beef steak burger and it was very bad!! So hard to chew. Eventually had to spit it out. Not recommended

The orders are prepared swiftly and with care. The service is as expected, so nothing wrong with it. The owner is the kindest person, and the food is seriously delicious. Definitely recommended.

Good burgers, great taste, nice variety of different options. The food is good and is delicious. The only note is that the staff have a bit of an attitude but other than that it is great. This place is worth a try.

Came for take away lunch in a big group, didn't have to wait too long considering how many of us there were. Good food, good options.

Ordered through just eat. Took over an hour and a half to get to me and when it arrived and I opened up my delivery I had someone else’s food. Called multiple times and they refused to answer. Will never be ordering from them again. Very disappointed.

Food still hasn't arrived. Called the restaurant 10 times but nobody is picking up. Absolutely appealing. Avoid this place.

Order arrived 2 hours after initial ordering, tried to ring the restaurant 3 times and didn't get through to anyone every time, one of our drinks was missing and one of the burgers was very undercooked. We are a regular customer and we have otherwise been very happy with the service provided so we hope this issue can be resolved.

Cold food arrived with the wrong items and a few other items missing but i was charged full price i’m not happy with this i would like my money back or I’ll be complaining.

Came in here to an absolute horrific chef. Being greeted by a horrible chef who constantly shouted really rewind the ambiance of takeaway. As a request of sauce the chef had shouted and complained about us asking for sauce. Despite all of this the food wasn’t too bad. Credit is given where it is due!

Tried this branch first time and we ordered a maxi and a big lebowski. Both we were good like the Mansfield branch. Only four instead of five stars for atmosphere because the floor was very slippery after the rain due to the tiles but they had the slippery floor sign which won't help if someone slips.

I consider that this place has the best burgers in Nottingham, my favourite one is the halloumi burger. The fries are always crispy and delicious, and they serve you plenty. The service is good, the waiting times are short and the price is right.

Best burger place I’ve been to in a while. £11 for burger, chips, chicken bites and drink. Cooked fresh. So much better than McDonald’s on the other side of the road, please go here instead!!

Burger was halloumi and not the veg patty i selected, received no call over the switch. Tried to call when food arrived, no answer. Burger taste was just bad probably would've been worth it if i had gotten what i paid for. Do better.

No staff answering the phone when you call. You're not allowed to be on UberEats or Deliveroo if you're unable to have staff who can answer phone calls.

huge portion of fries with very tasty burgers. My vegetarian children don't feel left out with the excellent halloumi burger ad the new vegetarian burger. We had a nice 20% off for Cheeky Tuesday too so great value for an evening meal treat.

How ironic, I post six 5-star reviews for you and you take 1hr30mins and I receive cold food. Wonder what my feedback will be this time. Disappointing.

Chicken burger was overcooked and too dry,chicken bites were not cook cold inside,fries overcooked and very dry.on the deal we supposed to get 3 chicken bites,3 mozzarella and 3 onion rings but we had 2 of each.the price we paid was much higher from the restaurant menu price list.

Can't comment on Atmos as it's a takeaway really. Great burgers with a healthy portion of fries but they are at a premium price.

The burger is a bit pricey compared to its medium-low quality. The french fries was excellent.

I ordered through an app quite late at night so didn’t have massive expectations. Collected the food which was very hot and fresh. Portion was very generous and food was delicious. I will definitely go there again.

my go to burger place in nottingham, absolutely amazing. my only slight criticism would be that the chicken wings can be on the smaller side sometimes, but other than that, great! and i love the aioli sauce

Delicious burger and fries. Friendly staff. This is really a takeaway although the are a couple of tables for eating in.

My burger was good but a bit small considering the price. Ordered wings on the side, which was a disappointment small and not great in flavour it just had bbq drizzled on them. My nephew's burger had way too much bbq sauce he couldn't finish it. Overall, it's worth a go.

What fantastic staff. Very accommodating and friendly. I came in with an autistic guy who doesn’t like bright lights or loud music. They were more than happy to turn the volume down. I didn’t even care whether the food was any good but IT WAS OUTSTANDING! We’ll be back.

It was delicious! I have gone here a few times and everything I've gotten has been so tasty. The staff are also very friendly and willing to answer all your questions. I would highly recommend going here if you're in the mood for a good burger at a reasonable price.

Really tasty burgers, and really friendly staff would definitely recommend.

Delivery was terrible. No one came to the front door despite putting a note to do so, delivery driver didn't even ring to say they're outside at the least. Food was left outside the gate on the floor. Food should never be on the floor for hygienic reasons.

It’s been years since I have had a proper tasty burger, well done burgers that aren’t gimmicky are hard to come by, and Ohannes Burger hits the spot. Simple, quality ingredients, carefully put together – the essence of what a burger should be. Definitely would recommend and I will be a regular here.

Wow what a burger, all great tasting and fantastic service.

The customer service is absolutely shocking 30+ times I rang and they still didn’t answer the phone. You’d think after the 3rd call they would answer and also they have no availability to take items off of your burger/meal which is ridiculous as people are allergic to certain foods and ingredients.

Going a bit stingy on the chip portions... having already downsized to 'fries' and now smaller portions, might try elsewhere
