Ohannes in Nottingham

This is my first time in nottingham and I haven’t been to any place I can recommend more than this place. They hit every mark they could perfectly. If this place has one fan I will be that fan. If this place had no fans, that means I am dead. Condolences in the comments pls

Visited before seeing a gig at rock city. Absolutely beyond expectations. Amazing food, seasoned fries were so good, and the only place I've been to that gives you caramelised onions on a buttermilk chicken burger 😍 Will absolutely return in the future!

Genuinely one of the most disappointing burgers iv had. Iv had much better at spoons. All me and my partner got was a burger and loaded fries each & received the most criminal display of “food” I’d ever seen. The photos on uber eats do NOT look anything like what you receive & we payed over £30 for our food to be wasted. DO NOT ORDER HER E IF U LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR FOOD & NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Genuinely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had

Very fast delivery, Food was Hot and read my notes, normally eat at the shop and the guys are always great and friendly, very happy

Our chicken burgers were very bland (flavourless). The chips were seasoned okay. I couldn’t use the mayonnaise as it was old. Unfortunately we won’t be lead to order from there again.

Just visiting Nottingham (15/01/2025) and needed some food , a burger is always my go to snack when I’m away from home and hungry. 2 really nice fellas serving and the food was amazing. I had the cheeseburger with fries and I can honestly say it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had anywhere across the globe. Keep doing what you’re doing guys. If I find myself in Nottingham again I’ll definitely be back.

Cold! Tasty very cold burger. Also didn’t keep me up to date as to delivery. Tbh v expensive cold food .

After ordering our food, the estimated delivery time kept being pushed back. On calling the restaurant the server was rude, and told us that it wasn’t their fault . He said he had called the driver but he hadn’t arrived. The food arrived cold

Brilliant find!! We were in Notts for a panto and only had 50 mins to eat before it started so stumbled upon this place. The food was lovely, we had a pulled beef burger and chips and crispy shredded chicken and chips, both served up in wooden boxes/trays covered in sauce. Absolutely beautiful food. Cannot recommend enough!!

Absolutely incredible burger meals. You end up paying as much as a large bigmac meal, but with a far, far superior experience. Friendly workers, warm place, never too busy, and across the road from a hectic macdonalds. Food variety is excellent.

food delivery changed time 5 times. Driver picked it up and then sat in a retail park for 10mins before coming to mine. By the time it arrived food was stone cold. normally I rate this place high but today was absolutely dreadful and makes me consider not using again.

We ate here in a hurry as were heading to the Playhouse Theatre, ordered quickly. Food came on time, presented beautifully, great quantity, tasty fries and the steak burger was laden with meat so was absolutely delicious!! It has been years since I have had a burger as always been dissapointed in flat, floppy tasteless ones. This one exceeded expectations. Loved how the meal was presented.... In a wooden box tray!! First time trying Ohannes, and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was made quickly, tasted great, and was very filling. (The seasoned fries are delicious, and still taste good after reheating later, as I couldn't eat them all first time, after the halloumi burger filled me up!)

I ordered delivery by uber eats from ohannes Burger City Centre , guy delivered the order at wrong place, I was trying to ring on Ohannes Burger City branch on number available online, however no one has pickup call. Poor service

I did not receive my order at all and how could you give someone my order without the code

I came during Thursday lunch time and they had one other customer and 2 delivery orders on the counter. Since it was my first time it took me 5 minutes to decide what I wanted and I’m a little picky, but I didn’t hold anyone up. I ended up going for the pulled meat burger meal, and a chicken mania burger. This pulled meat burger is honestly just so heaven like. The bill came to £20 and honestly it was so worth it for the pulled meat burger. I enjoyed it, I DEVOURED the burger. It was so good Literally so good. Drooling, thinking about it. The chicken burger wasn’t really for me sadly. Would come here again for the beef burger. Only downside is I waited 15 minutes for 2 burgers :(

Got a take away- Burger made completely without love or attention- badly put together - dry patty/ too much condiments/ stale pretzel roll. Really not great- best avoided

Came in late in the morning with my mate from pierrepont at 1:30, and had V and Paulo welcome us with excellent customer service and had some great banter between themselves and us. Next level food definitely coming back.

I have been a great customer for ohannes burger for a long time until the 25/4/24 when I ordered burger and chips- my favourite. The burger came with 12 chips at the side. I have always gone for ohannes burger because of the tasty generous portion of chips. I tried ringing the restaurant for more than 45 minutes and nobody picked up the phone. Will never order again

Tried to ring the phone number 8 times and got no answer at all. If the phone is broke customers should be told

Always a good go to. Chips are lovely. My pot of sauce was only about half full sadly and I only got one pickle :( but still really good food. Hot and fresh.

Good burger and fries - but why is the tiny aloi sauce pot only half full? its good sauce but nowhere near enough of it!

the delivery however was missing something, order a combo meal that should have had onion rings and the aoli serving was pathetic

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to sit and eat there or to any group of people. I went with a group of my friends and we were eating and talking. We can barely hear each other, in a normal restaurant atmosphere where everyone is chatting and supposedly having a good time. One of the staff came and silenced us. He said, “Don’t talk loudly and you have to lower your voice!!!” This has never happened in any other restaurant!!!!!!! The food it self is good quality, but if you going as a family or a group of friends, expect to eat as quickly as possible in silence, or takeaway your meal.

Chips were cold and burgers only just warm

Waited 1hr 11mins for my order to be delivered. Couldn't eat any of it because everything was cold; The fries were inedible and the portion was MUCH smaller than usual. The only thing warm was the drink and they sent the wrong drink!

Food is delicious, very good quality, good price and quick service. Have been recommending it to people since first order.

Got the beef steak burger and it was very bad!! So hard to chew. Eventually had to spit it out. Not recommended

The orders are prepared swiftly and with care. The service is as expected, so nothing wrong with it. The owner is the kindest person, and the food is seriously delicious. Definitely recommended.

Good burgers, great taste, nice variety of different options. The food is good and is delicious. The only note is that the staff have a bit of an attitude but other than that it is great. This place is worth a try.

Food is normally good, but delivery time was ridiculous. Waited over 2 hours.

The burger was not grilled properly, the sauce container was half empty, and the customer service was completely soulless and ridiculous

Ordered through just eat. Took over an hour and a half to get to me and when it arrived and I opened up my delivery I had someone else’s food. Called multiple times and they refused to answer. Will never be ordering from them again. Very disappointed.

Order arrived 2 hours after initial ordering, tried to ring the restaurant 3 times and didn't get through to anyone every time, one of our drinks was missing and one of the burgers was very undercooked. We are a regular customer and we have otherwise been very happy with the service provided so we hope this issue can be resolved.

Cold food arrived with the wrong items and a few other items missing but i was charged full price i’m not happy with this i would like my money back or I’ll be complaining.

Came in here to an absolute horrific chef. Being greeted by a horrible chef who constantly shouted really rewind the ambiance of takeaway. As a request of sauce the chef had shouted and complained about us asking for sauce. Despite all of this the food wasn’t too bad. Credit is given where it is due!

Tried this branch first time and we ordered a maxi and a big lebowski. Both we were good like the Mansfield branch. Only four instead of five stars for atmosphere because the floor was very slippery after the rain due to the tiles but they had the slippery floor sign which won't help if someone slips.

I consider that this place has the best burgers in Nottingham, my favourite one is the halloumi burger. The fries are always crispy and delicious, and they serve you plenty. The service is good, the waiting times are short and the price is right.

Best burger place I’ve been to in a while. £11 for burger, chips, chicken bites and drink. Cooked fresh. So much better than McDonald’s on the other side of the road, please go here instead!!

Burger was halloumi and not the veg patty i selected, received no call over the switch. Tried to call when food arrived, no answer. Burger taste was just bad probably would've been worth it if i had gotten what i paid for. Do better.

No staff answering the phone when you call. You're not allowed to be on UberEats or Deliveroo if you're unable to have staff who can answer phone calls.

huge portion of fries with very tasty burgers. My vegetarian children don't feel left out with the excellent halloumi burger ad the new vegetarian burger. We had a nice 20% off for Cheeky Tuesday too so great value for an evening meal treat.

How ironic, I post six 5-star reviews for you and you take 1hr30mins and I receive cold food. Wonder what my feedback will be this time. Disappointing.

Chicken burger was overcooked and too dry,chicken bites were not cook cold inside,fries overcooked and very dry.on the deal we supposed to get 3 chicken bites,3 mozzarella and 3 onion rings but we had 2 of each.the price we paid was much higher from the restaurant menu price list.
