Awful food, ladybin black (cleaning) top serving-picked her teeth and run hands through hair and continued to serve food-disgusting didn’t wash her hands!! Never go there again.

This chippy is a favourite and our usual Friday ‘go to’. The staff are really friendly and all if the food is just delicious and cooked to perfection.

Ocean Fry fish & chips shop has recently been taken over from previous owners, who didn't offer great value for money to be honest. But I a happy to say, the new owners have really turned the business around, making great food at excellent prices. Food is always fresh and tasty, and delivery service is very fast and accurate. Great food, great value for money and service that is second to none

Chips are cold and stale. Chicken is burnt. Not the old ocean fry sadly looks change of ownership. Lots of people in the shop not knowing what they are doing. Not clean. Girls eating food from the grill in the middle of service. Takeaway order was wrong.

How on earth is this a 5 star rated for fresh food? We were passing through liverpool on a Saturday evening and fancied some fish and chips. Googled this place. It definitely looks very hygienic but we ordered 3 portions of fish and chips and it was DISGUSTING to say the least. The batter on the fish was nasty! The chips were hot but stale. Everything went in the bin.

Rude, surly and unhelpful staff are the reason for this review, the sad thing is the Chinese meals are actually quite good but thanks to the staff we no longer bother going here

What has happened to this once good chippy ....the changes they have made are not for the best ....food has gone well down the nick ....used to be one of the best around but not any more which is a shame

Once again, missed one of the meals from our order. Went to the drive through. Sat in the car park for 10 minutes while they got it ready. Got home and, not for the first time, there’s a meal missing. Called them up. The solution - drive back and collect. I ask, rhetorically, how difficult is it to give me what I’ve paid for? Why should I incur the expense of driving back to collect what I have already paid for!? I am mindful it sounds like a middle class problem but when someone (a child) is missing a meal (which is a rare treat) it causes significant upset. It is wholly unrealistic to just drive back and collect part of the order. A few years ago, when Macdonald’s was relatively cheap, I probably wouldn’t have cared as much but when you’re paying £40 ish for four people it is especially annoying. At that price there are many other options The ambivalence towards customer service is incredibly frustrating. I have given up on them and intend to spend my money elsewhere. They probably won’t care but terrible service and ambivalence eventually catches up on you (at least I hope it does).

Marine ParadeOrdered 2 x breakfast egg, cheese and sausage baps and a bacon bap with 2 x coffees and fresh orange juice. And I had to take burgers back they were black underneath. So burnt. I took a bite if mine and my husband took a bite of his and his was also burnt. It tasted horrible. Black pieces was all in the wrapper that it was wrapped up in. Wish I took pictures now... I took it back and all I got off manager was sorry. And a young boy gave me 2 more that was barely warm and just said thank you. They weren't bothered at all. I always go to all McDonald's whilst on holiday to different places around the country in our camper van. And always had lovely food with no problems. So I'm not sure whether to go anymore.

280/282 Stanley RoadOrdered a home delivery as a treat for my granddaughter. Her burger was missing and I couldn’t reach them by phone. I tried to get help from Uber who delivered it and they told me macdonalds had blocked my request for a refund Absolute disgrace!!!!!!
