I would just like to say that I am on my second BMW motorcycle purchased from Ocean's, and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. Every time o pop in there for a coffee and chat I am made to feel so welcome. They provide a first class service to my motorcycle and always let me know in advance of the cost for the work..first class thank you to everyone at Oceans.

Arrogant staff who are only interested in your money. No interested in talking about new models act as if your from another planet.the thought of buying a BMW and having to re visit has completely put me off. The cafe well waited 10 minutes completely ignored and I walked out. 1 star because I had to .. disappointed

Always greeted with courtesy and a smile. Used when having my bike serviced. Always asked if I would like refills :-).

What an unexpected oasiswhilst waiting for my car to be serviced. Lovely snacks served rather well with a smile , lovely.

I'm a regular in the restaurant, and whilst I can only dream of owning some of the amazing bikes and cars in the showrooms, the food and drink is affordable, very reasonably priced, and the staff always friendly. It's a great little place.

We were in Plymouth so decided to call in. Bought our BMW R1200RT from here about 4 months ago. I had a toasted cheese and onion sandwich and my wife had a bacon bap. Well, there must have been half a pig in the bap! Fantastic value. My sandwich was awesome too, I love red onions! Complimentary drinks as we had come on our bike.

Staff are friendly the location is ideal especially if you want to look at bikes or cars or just waiting while having a MoT or Sevice, coffee soft drinks sandwiches etc

Great stop off for snacks, coffee or tea and a chat. Views across the retail park & A38 Marsh Mills area. Good value fresh food, sandwiches made on order..

You are always in for a warm welcome here, the guys in the bike department were welcoming and the staff member in the cafe was great,, fast friendly service with a smile. The coffee is great and there is a selection of snacks to be had some hot and some cold also pre-wrapped products on show. Seating inside or outside (Under cover) and if its your thing lots of shiney Bikes and kit to look at and day dream - papers and mags were available to read and a small screen TV in the cafe. It was clean and tidy throughout, in a car park on the lower level which all the other cars and walk up the small hill; on a bike ride up around the back to the upper level ample bike parking up there and straight into the cafe/shop.

I had my BMW worked on here a few times and as they offere3d a "while you wait" service I usually ended up in this café. They would offer a free drink if you were using the dealer and top it up for free too. They also gave you a code to use the WiFi for free should you wish, but only if I asked for it. Did hot drinks, small snacks such as biscuits, toast, teacakes etc but for what it was I couldn't fault it. Staff were always friendly and made me feel welcome. If I'm honest I wouldn't go here if I wasn't in the dealer but when I was, it was always a tasty distraction.

Great coffee, warm welcome and you get a free coffee when you buy a motorcycle :) Seriously though, ocean have actually put an effort to make this a great little cafe where other motorcycles shops just dump you with a coffee vending machine. Top skills!

Whilst in the area and looking on Trip Advisor we found this café and decided to give it a try. It was well worth the trip. Tucked up at the top of the BMW dealership next to the motorbikes sits a small but cosy café serving amazing quality sandwiches and other food and drinks for a very good price. We had Cheese and Ham Panini's which were well filled (unlike many supermarket purchased ones) with salad, cous cous and coleslaw on the side. I have never had such a great tasting well sourced quality snack / lunch out at such a low price. If I am ever in the area again, I will choose this as my go to café for a quick and easy bite to eat.

Always a warm welcome, a smile, a good cup of coffee, a selection of freshly prepared food and a comfortable and clean lounge. Being a motorcyclist it's always difficult to find somewhere to have a break and relax, where one feels comfortable, not the object of attention given all the protective clothing and helmet one has to wear when riding a motorbike, so what better venue than a cafe in a bike dealership, especially one that sells superb bikes as well as good food and coffee.

We have used Ocean BMW for our motorcycle requirements for the last six years and because of their personal, friendly and knowledgeable service this year we have also changed our car to an Ocean provided BMW. You may ask what this has to do with a restaurant review? our drive or ride from Sidmouth to Plymouth would not be complete with out calling in to Ocean cafe for a lovely coffee and sandwich made with care and served with a friendly sincere smile. When we visit Plymouth from Sidmouth we usually pop in for a coffee and sandwhich. Always made welcome and sevrved with a smile, which these days is a bit of a rarity.We get both our cars and bikes from Ocean and in both areas get excellent service would recommend them to anyone thinking of a BMW purchase.Dr John

Really good value, We had a toasted sandwich and a jacket potato, all served with a large salad. excellent food served with a smile. Try a latte coffee, delicious. you can window shop the cars and lot's of motor bikes or look out over Plymouth and Oh yes! they have local and national newspapers and a television. What more could you want for a lunch?

I use several times a month and find it superb in every way . Sharon provides simple food and the atmosphere at Ocean is friendly and helpful.

Just popped in with friends to look at the gorgeous BMW bikes and decided to eat on the spur of the moment as it was near lunchtime, what a neat outfit, great facilities and scrupulously clean as well as great food and really polite helpfull staff -well done to all concerned

A great bacon butty here and nice coffee. But too much temptation to buy a new toy! I (nearly) always leave my wallet at home!

I having visited the Ocean cafe several times I have nothing but praise (particuarly for the bacon rolls int he morning!) the staff are polite and friendly and it is a great place to wait whilst having your car serviced or repaired.

It seems to me Piym on the last review had a bad day all round.I have been using Ocean BMW for years now and from a coffee machine down stairs when the bikes used to be there to what we now can enjoy is poles apart. I find I get very good service from everyone there. Several times I have gone in and had a good meal all freshly made while you wait. Also I don't normally drink coffee but the blend they use is very nice indeed. The people you meet at the cafe have alot in common so striking up a conversation is not a problem, the atmosphere is very friendly. Sure its all about making money, if they didn't they wouldn't be there, customer service is fantastic on the bike side, Recently I was initially told that I couldn't have my R1200 GS repaired untill the following week and this was a bit of a disappointment but they shuffled things around and got my machine in and repaired the next day, and they loaned me a brand new GS to keep me on the road. Now that's what I call customer care. The whole set up is, without a shadow of a doubt, top notch.

Well hard to say much but bad bad sevice bad coffee I would say a bit like the whole company .Its all about the money with them customer care out the window !

a very nice cafe would recommend a visit if you are visiting to purchase or having your vehicle serviced. quiet & relaxing.

If you have business at the garage waiting to collect or wait for some short job or are nosing around the machinery then this is a very simple convenient option. Wouldn't come in just for snack or coffee, not least because of the jolly greasy spoon van often parked close by on the industrial estate near the plumbers.
