Im a regular by Emma, always greeted with a smile. Nothing is to hard for her. Always professional. Thats one of the reasons why i come here often. Such a nice atmosphere.

We have been to the Oasthouse for dinner on a number of occasions and the food and hospitality has always been to a very high standard. We were served by Daz on our last visit and the customer service that we received was exceptional. Thank you

Great food, quick service - the mixed grill and steak were excellent! E we went when it wasn’t very busy at all but it soon filled up.

Big no,no before we even entered the building. Pigeon droppings all around the entry door. A full litter bin & an ash tray door left hanging. Further to the right of the entrance are broken perimeter lights Like the last Premier breakfast stop we had at a Brewers Fayre the glass in the door and windows inside were covered in hand/finger marks. The carpet desperately needed a vacuuming and shampoo. The ladies loos were out of action. Couldn't fault the duty staff. Didn't realise it wasn't a buffet main breakfast. But, our order was taken and promptly served. The waitress did ask if we wanted second's. I'd say to folk ...yes go....have your breakfast but expect to be stepping pigeon doo,doo into the building which I'd say is a health hazard.

Tasty dinner, lovely friendly staff. Will come again. We had a steak, a chicken curry, tower burger and a pizza along with some drinks and all were nice. The pint of Strongbow Dark Fruits on tap is very good!

We stayed over night at the premier Inn with our three children aged 11, 3 and 1. We arrived at 6:30pm for dinner which we had booked. There were three staff behind the bar two were busy and an older lady with shaved grey hair was just walking up and down. When she saw us she asked another member of staff (who was busy) to deal with "that" and pointed at us. We had previously requested a highchair but we had to ask for this again when we got to the table. The guy who showed us to the table barely spoke. After waiting a good 10 minutes he aske dog we wanted drinks. After the drinks arrived a very nice lady took over serving and is the only reason I gave this place two stars rather than 1, because she was fabulous. We went through for breakfast the next morning and it was absolute chaos. Again we booked a table with a high chair and had to ask again when we got to the table. There were no plates, only bowls and a few glasses. We had some food from the continental breakfast bar, but it took about half an hour before anyone came to get our order for the cooked breakfast. The food was ok, but if you another choice I would give this place a miss.

My family and I thought we would give the pub another try as we were told manger had left. But this place used to be packed it's was dead around 6 people so we had a drink and ordered food ????? Omg it was vile some items missing the pub was filthy am so shocked as I have family booked in soon . No wonder it's empty very very disappointed 😞

The standard of the service at breakfast was poor and the food of poor quality, the bacon overcooked the mushrooms very greasy and the eggs looked like they had been slipped on the plate. We couldn’t get an evening meal as the restaurant was fully booked and those who did manage to eat said they had to wait over an hour for their food. Not at all like the usual Premier Inns e have stayed in.

Website was open to reserve tables for 10:00 / 10:15 / 10:30 / 10:45 when we arrived at 10:15 we was told they are too full and we had to leave, there was plenty of tables available and also you was still able to make reservations online for the next ten minutes, we had two very hungry children that were extremely upset about this. We can’t quite figure out what made this staff member so hostile we arrived with smiles on our faces and were very polite, children were behaving, and we was just turned away because this member of staff didn’t want to deal with anymore customers

Lovely breakfast with the family at the weekend! Hot food and great poached eggs. Lots of stuff for kids to choose for themselves from the buffet too

The team were lovely and they took my order minutes before they were due to close. It was lovely and warm and nicely prepared despite it being the end of the day. Very friendly staff. Thanks Petra and Tyler.

Came in to have breakfast today to be telled that cash only because the person who key for the card machine wasn’t there I would have to wait but I done night shift so went to go to Lidl next to buy something to get cash back tried cash machine out order this is second time now My order was over cooked Asked them not to over cook so next time go if I go again that’s is to ring up not very happy

One of the nicest places we’ve been at! Everyone enjoyed their foods, it all came out nice and warm and the portions were just right! Team and staff were extremely pleasant and kind. Very big thank you to Petra who served us today, impeccable service, great speed, and very observant.

Family meal including elderly grandparents on Mother’s Day. Tasha served us and was really lovely and welcoming , gave us plenty of time to choose our food and checked in with us regularly without being there too much. The food was lovely tasted fresh and hot. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and it didn’t feel like we were all packed in. We will return

We went to breakfast this morning as a Mother's Day treat from my daughter in law and it was truly delicious, generous and tasty with lovely cups of tea ☕ and toast. The staff were very friendly and helpful and i happily recommend a visit toThe Oast House for the best breakfast 🍳 experience.

Daz was our server and as soon as we walked in he was friendly, polite and proficient. We ordered off the 2 for £11.49 menu and it was more than enough and tasted great 👍🏻 other staff were also great and friendly. We will definitely go again.

Friendly kind and efficient staff who checked adequately at a distance (not too frequently) that all was ok. Food was very good and steak cooked correctly as requested..., price also.

Bar staff where lovely Sandra was amazing highly recommend a good and pleasant stay. I will definitely revisit again in the near future

This was our first visit to The Oast House and we were not disappointed. Our waitress, Tasha was lovely, very friendly and polite as was all the staff. Despite a little hiccup, we had a lovely meal (amazing roast potatoes) and our waitress, Petra, was friendly and super helpful. My dinner was really delicious, and no one minded that I ordered a selection of vege sides, rather than a main meal. Very nice.

As a support worker, a few service users from my day centre visited yesterday (30/11/23) to have a quiet lunch. As some our service users struggle to communicate their needs, they often get overlooked and staff are reached to speak on their behalf. Yesterday, this wasn't the case at all! A lovely gentleman named Daz took a great deal of time to speak to our young people and ask them what they wanted to eat. Daz used visual aids to ask about drink sizes and spoke in ways that could be easily understood without coming across as patronising. It was so comforting going into an environment that felt inclusive, and that our service users were able to have independence. It was graciously noticed and we thank you for the experience

This is the best place for breakfast and if I ever need an all you can eat I know where to go. It 100% beats cosmo for a breakfast type and I would definitely recommend going to any as there just amazing🤌

As pub chain restaurants go, this was a nice one, the place was clean, organised, staff were friendly, they had almost everything on the menu, and a 5 star hygiene rating to boot. Would visit again.

Stayed at the Premier Inn next door nearly every week since March 22 and eat at the Oasthouse. Staff are always friendly. Phil always on the ball and works at a fast pace keeping an eye on the tables. Breakfast team equally welcoming
