Overall dining at the Oasis was a delight from start to finish. The delicious food, impeccable service and charming ambiance made for a memorable experience.  6th August 2024 Afternoon.

Wouldn't recommend poor customer service,food gets forgotten,diced cooked chicken served,will not be going again,waiting staff had no interest in the place.

came to your resturant today for pizza and kebab and curries & upon my arrival witnessed unhyginic shop & toilets which look like they havent been bleached or cleaned for years. bottle bleach cost less the£1 get your toilets cleaned every hour and get your shop cleaned more regular . need start cleanin all services for food hygine standerds unless you wanting food standered agency to pay a visit.

Overall excellent really nice food.. will highly recommend and the service is fast and excellent.. one thing I did notice was that the restaurant was busy and the staff were trying really hard to satisfy everyone well done and thanks again

I ordered a take away 6.30. At 7.45 I called to see how much long it would be, they said the driver had just left!! LIES. I called twice chasing the order after a 2hr wait and both times they lied and said it was on it way! I gave up at 9.30. I had the family wait and they were getting ‘hangry’ as was I. Oasis is a disgrace! Appalling service and rude staff! No apology both times when I called and they are full of rubbish! The food never arrived! They clearly aren’t staffed for deliveries or to provide a take away service! They clearly aren’t staffed for it. The guy who I spoke to was rude and clearly didn’t need the business because he really didn’t care because I am positive I was not the only person that didn’t get their order. This place has gone seriously down hill. I use to get burgers and pizzas from here when I lived locally. I thought I’d treat the family whilst I was visiting, never again!

Went with family recently. New staff with no experience… one guy no offence looks like a retired taxi driver. Mould to ceiling near tv curtains area corner. Tacky tables that’s not levelled.Chicken not chunky size but like minced size. Serving plates like soup plates. Food awful. Visit for yourself.

Ordered various items with an allergy request of no coriander. Bit into a piece of pakora from the mixed stater and instantly had a reaction. Great way to finish Christmas. I’ve never known a chicken tikka masala to have such a kick so another dish ruined and not edible. Ordered a tandoori naan and it came looking like a sad wilted chapati with absolutely no tandoori, it was plain. Chips came cold which ok can be warmed and don’t hold their heat long but when they’re literally down the road. £9.50 For the masala and the pot it came in is like the size of a babies portion. Will not be using again!!

Asked for a very mild curry, man serving was too busy on his phone to even listen. Came home and my curry was very spicy , there was even a chilli in it so clearly they don’t listen. Poor staff and communication. Will not be coming back here again

Just felt like walking into some sort of burger bar . Staff were not friendly at all . Ended up walking out and going further along the road to a better establishment by far . Oasis need better front of house staff for sure . Terrible reception.

Food was good-I especially liked my special kebabs-deep fried in batter. Four huge deep fried kebabs as a starter! Faultless. We took my Dad there on his 88 birthday-he likes Chicken Korma, which is what he had with onion bhaji to start and he ate the lot along with his rice and one of my rotis. The lamb tikka masala was pronounced as excellent and my brother scoffed his mixed starter and garlic chilli chicken with aplomb. I had garlic chilli chicken and it was excellent. £57 for the four of us for starters, poppadoms, main courses and accompaniments with drinks is good as well. As it was lunchtime it wasn’t exactly overflowing with people but the welcome was friendly and the service faultless. After eating that lot I didn’t eat again until the next day.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. Ordered on Uber eats. Waited for food for almost 2hrs. Rang several times directly to restaurant and manager doesn’t know what he is doing very poor customer service experience and lies about everything. Will never order from this place again and recommend no one else does either. :-(

Yesterday we did pizza takeout (kitchen is same for takeout and restaurant ) while we were eat pizza my wife found medical plaster in pizza. It was used plaster 🤮 we just binned pizza and I rang back to complaint guy was offer another pizza, said I want anything from your place.

Went here with a mate for "tea" and oh my was it good. We stuffed our faces on some really lovely food. The "fish karahi" was to die for. Everything was fresh cooked and piping hot. A well deserved 5 stars.

We ate here Friday night just before cinema. We ordered the sizzling mixed grill, both kebabs garlic naan and the garlic chilli mutton. We thought it was marvellous and we ate the lot, it’s one of the best values ever the quality is amazing we can’t wait to return to go through the menu.

My family have been ordering from Oasis since I was really little and the food has always been delicious. Great portion sizes and always have been on time each time we've ordered. I regularly order from them myself and love the chicken tikka masala with spinach with garlic naan, highly recommend! Despite the spiciness of the curry varying from time to time and sometimes it's a little too salty, I still really enjoy my meal. Thanks :)

Ordered on just eat. Food was over an hour and half late then was freezing cold. Kids upset and hungry. Last time I’ll be ordering from here

Visited with friends and family (group of 6) on a Sunday evening and, I must admit it was one of the nicest dining experiences I have had in a long time. The staff were attentive, professional and polite. The food came out quickly even though is was quite busy. The quality of food was great, the curries were so tasty, bursting with flavour. They can cater for any pallet and personalise your food to your individual taste, Not a single person in the group had a negative comment to make, we were all highly impressed. I wan't sure where to take our group for the evening, however I am glad we ended up at Oasis in Batley. A big well done to the staff for making the evening.

Tried to order over the phone but had phone put down on me three times, disgraceful customer service

After a long 8 hrs shiftOrdered a meal at 7.30pm,was informed by staff on phone 45 minutes arrived after 1hr 30mins!! COLD NOT EDIBLE Upon ringing takeaway line was answered by a very rude arrogant man who had no consideration for the fact I had got my order late and cold..The man kept saying can I talk we have been relly busy so your food was expected to be cold!! Well my advise get extra staff on busy days like CHRISTMAS DAY!! Kept arguing about my address and the fact that there is no guarantee for the food being cold on receiving which I have never heard before from any takeaway after a lengthy argument where I had to tell him his customer service is next to non he agreed to replace my food and told me my order will be next as priority..more like make me the last deliver for three night coz I rang up and complained!! Replacement arrived 10.35 pm which was another 1hr 30 mins. Gone down hill took the guys 3 hrs to deliver my meal avoid at all costs foods not great not even worth waiting for. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!

Really great food, best I have found in the area. The delivery was perfectly on time as well. We had donner kebab and a mixed chicken and donner kebab with salad. Excellent thank you

Called in today, beautiful place , nice and clean but the food (which is why I went) was absolutely gross. Chicken burger was about 1mm thick, which was covered in a BATTER. It was gross, greasy and soggy, pulled out a big black vein ! Chips were shocking, crispy and greasy. You got all the tool guys you can do better I’m sure.

The food here is spectacular. They are hygienic and very well managed business with great food. They provide indian/pakistani/Italian and exquisite cuisine

This is our go to restaurant as a family because they have good food, good service and best of all they have segregated sections which are specially important for us ladies who wear a niqab (veil). We always order a variety of food including curries, pizza and also mixed platter and we have never had to complain. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable.

Meeting in the private room and lunch. Staff very obliging and keen to help. Portion sizes very generous.

Ordered a donner stir fry and chicken masala. Donner the meat itself was nice but the stirfry was awful! It’s just loaded with cabbage!!! No taste really! The chicken masala itself was horrible. It was loaded with raw green chillies and no salt or taste. Wouldn’t come here in a hurry!

First time passing here on a spring sunday early afternoon. Parking isn't abundant so we were relieved to only see a few tables occupied. Ordered a meat thali, couple of naans, sweet lassi and a few samosas. Great selection of chicken, lamb and mince as well as some pilau rice. The keema seemed hotter in spice than the rest but all seemed flavourful. Naans were perfect, the lassi was just on the side of sickly sweet so I'll remember to tell em next time to hold it back a bit. I will be returning god willing. Oh and the samosas were brimful with mince the way they should be. Great food.

Restaurant or takeaway we have never been disappointed with our meal from Oasis. Gets busy on Saturday evenings but still the food is great. Reccommend the Keema spinich madras.

Quick tasty lunch and the real taste of India really enjoyable on a rainy March day So much food ended up with take away for my tea

Bbq chicken karai is a unique dish only found in oasis. The lamb chops are nice and succulent. Apna style pizze is very good option. Overall oasis is a very good place and the prices are very reasonable

Took over an hour and half to deliver, poor service , then finally delivered and it was freezing! Never ordering from them again wouldn’t recommend, even rang and they was putting phone down !!! , this is not the first times it’s happened

I ordered a donner burger and mix grill pizza. I picked the order up to take home the burger had no donner in just a plain bun. And pizza was cold and no pizza base at all way too much oil. Upon getting home with the food and paying no donner meat in burger.i phoned and person on phone did not believe me. I was disappointed this place has changed owners avoid. Terrible and missing food.

Went for a meal late in the evening. The waiting staff were attentive. The menu is wide ranging. Had a mixed starter which was good. Mains had a dahl, and a lamb curry. The meat was well cooked and the sauce was tasty.

We were seated quickly considering there were 13 of us. We were seated where there were curtains for privacy, which was convenient. The food arrived within 25 minutes, 3 Biryani's, 4 Burgers, 1 Wrap, 1 omelette. All of which we can't fault. HOWEVER we also ordered 2 Donner Sizzlers which arrived cold and a pizza that smelt off. The waitress was kind enough to apologize about both, and warmed the Donner Sizzlers up for us. Although she agreed the pizza smelt off, the manager however disagreed, and offered no such apology, and kept saying the food has been made fresh, which the 'chef' supposedly confirmed. We paid the full price of the bill even though the manager offered to discount it. It wasn't about the money, a simple apology would've sufficed. For this reason we wouldn't be going back. Also thank you to the waitress for recommending Snowcold Creamery, this was enjoyed by everyone.

So the food arrived cold £26 worth of cold food in the bin! When i rang to say it was cold and I wasn't happy i was told they deliver food that can't guarantee it's warm!! Come on a fast food delivery service can't deliver warm food joke! I only live 2 miles away do could at least be warm food!! Never again!

Ordered a takeaway chicken sheekh in a naan large which was ok but fish tikka was worse. 7 pieces for £3.80 and not much fish just batter and masalas. You can get much better quality and quantity in Bradford restaurants. So for a takeaway this is really bad.

What a strange place and arrived here whilst looking for a highly rated restaurant.

This is the only restaurant/takeaway I would buy an original high standard curry from. Freshly made using authentic spices and tastes like the original! Hidden gem can be found on Bradford Road and they do a fantastic home service.

Went on Sunday. Unfortunately not good. The peri peri chicken was dry & tiny - almost sent it back. Similarly mutton in biryani too dry.

Just visited the resturant with my family. The food was amazing, really tasty and was served very quickly once our order was taken. Unfortunatly the service did not match the standard of the food. Dont think the waitress wanted to serve us. Asked for the dessert menu then waited almost half an hour for someone to come and take our order for dessert. Even then nobody came so went to find someone to take our order and pack the left overs. Waitress came and took the food to pack and didnt come back to take dessert order. Left and went else where for dessert in the end. Wont be eating in there again.

Twice order was incorrect Today ordered a pizza half margarita and half mix grill without donner and what do I get a pizza with filling falling off and full of donner. Service from new management awful.

Standards have dropped..not the same anymore unfortunately. The food is always lukewarm and staff are moody. The food is bland and quality is below par now.

Oasis serves nice tasty food. The service was excellent. The food came within 10 mins of ordering . I ordered a mix grill and oasis special main dish. The mix grill had lamb chops, seekh kebabs, chicken tikka, fish pakora and chicken drumsticks. Very nice place and very nice food. Thank you.

Excellent take out food ... never ate in. Had deliverys before all fine. Collection deals are the best... when collecting best to add 5 mins on to the time they say. Great food

Always used this takeaway for years never had one problem and the quality of food has always been excellent with good sized portions.

Ordered over the phone, food was late and that's fair enough. I understand, restaurants are busy and sometimes deliveries take a little longer than usual. Food was a little cold on arrival but nothing too major. Called the restaurant to let them know as constructive feedback and even mentioned it's fine but I was greeted with a torrent of abuse telling me to order from elsewhere and for me to heat up the food in the microwave. Certainly this isn't acceptable for such an establishment. Management really need to sort their staff out.

After being recommended to try Oasis, it wasn't worth it. Food was terrible, stone cold after calling up and complaining the delivery was over 35 minutes late than expected time, I was given abuse and told if the foods cold to use the microwave to heat it up. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!

Expensive, took 80 minutes for the food to arrive and didn't get the rice we ordered. Bad, will not be ordering again.

Place used to be really good. Something we used to look forward to. Recently hasn't been too good. Went when it wasn't busy still took too long for food. Fries were dry and hard. Helpful and kind staff and owners though allowed us to pray upstairs.

Dined here with a group of friends just before Christmas ... the food was absolutely amazing and served very quickly. The food quality was 100% superb, the taste was exquisite and the service was 100% top-notch. I definitely recommend this restaurant and visit again, very very soon

Fuimos un jueves, quizás fue el problema. Nuestros vecinos musulmanes recomienda este lugar y celebró una boda allí. Pedimos un dulce irlandesa, langostino y kebabs mixtos purie para comenzar. El dulce era irlandesa demasiado fuerte y dulce y tenía que ser diluido con la jarra de agua para ser apetecible. la salsa de gambas era sosa y el purie era demasiado grueso. El kebab estaba bastante bien, aunque el Pollo Tikka tenía un sabor mucho humo y no muy agradable para comer, pedimos un Thali vegetariano y un pollo Byriani para el plato principal. Las salsas en el Thali era muy extraño y sólo el pea chick pillau comestible aunque el arroz era perfecta. Por desgracia, el byriani arroz estaba visiblemente cocidas (soplado) y la salsa desagradables, así que la mayoría de la comida fue devuelto sin tocarla. A pesar de nuestras quejas no reembolso se acercaba en la factura, en general, una experiencia muy decepcionante y uno no se repetía

Good excellent service by Hamza he told the chefs few time abt the special order and still got it wrong but lucky he was on top of it and we didn't have to explain defo recommend other go and meet Hamza for ur waiter service

Ive been getting take outs from Oasis for 7 years and after not going for a few months was shocked by awful food they are now doing. I cannot believe its the same place. I bought a Daal Curry and a Fish Karahi but the fish curry was too spicy to enjoy and tasted old. We could not eat the Daal as it was disgusting and so hot full of chillies and heavily spiced so I called them and they apologised and said they would make a fresh mild on. The second one was even worse and tasted as before but so much salt that it burnt the tongue. People AVOID this place its seriously BAD for your health!!!

Visit this place multiple times and never ever had a bad meal. It's excellent value for money compared to lot of other places and the quality of the food is second to none.

Been to loads of Indian food restaurants, this one is pretty consistent. Starters, curries and rice all pretty good. Think their curries are about the best we've found.Parking not great, little car park shared with next door take away, and once we couldn't go in at all, as there was a private function on, but this only happened once.

I went after a long time to pick up 5 chicken burgers and chips. I was annoyed as the prices had considerably gone up to £4.00 each. As we opened our chicken burger meals we couldnt believe as the burgers had shrunk considerably in size. You couldnt see the chicken fillet. I dont mind somebody putting up their prices up but then shafting customers on the portion size. Food should be always be consistent in size and taste. As a family we wont be ordering again from this overpriced establishment.

My regular curry hole either eat in or take out. The high standards of food and customer service both restaurant and takeaway side of this establishment is second to none. There is a vast array of choice on the menu and caters for all palates.

Visited here after a full belly of beer. Ordered a take out tikka massala and rice. Curry was pipping got and full of flavour only criticism is that the portions are on the small side.

The staff at Oasis were friendly and welcoming, nothing too much for them, unfortunately the food was not up to their welcome. Over salted but bland. Enough said, won't go again sorry.

Another gorgeous tikka masala last night from the Oasis. Consistent flavour over the last 34 years I've been going. How do they do it? Brilliant.

Called one lunchtime with friends. It can be difficult to find somewhere to eat like this at lunchtime. Oasis is great. Food is well priced and tasty. Curry, kebabs and pizza, just what's needed.

We order from here quite regularly and absolutely adore their curries. The karahi from here is the best I've ever tasted. They don't skimp on authentic ingredients and it's always hot and fresh. It can get really busy on weekends but we've never had to wait any longer than you do when ordering from other takeaways in the area.We've never eaten in here but would if we didn't live so close.

Great staff. Clean open plan kitchens so you can see what's happening. The food is lush and the guys are always polite and helpful.

2nd time in short time period where ordered and had to wait 1 1/2 hours - understand its busy Friday/ Saturday but not happy that when food arrives is clap cold and get no joy from staff when try to complain apart from "you should have sent it back" - we accept delivery and it's only when opened you realise its cold - Shame cos when it's good it's really good

This place is definitely worth a visit, the selection is huge and the food is amazing.Service is fast, quantity is good and the prices are very reasonable.The best thing is the taste, the food is awesome, the portion size is good and a real important one for me it was all hot and freshly prepared.Go here you will not be disappointed.

Best takeaway in town and really popular . They offer a wide variety of dishes in the menu for a very good value for money . Delivery service is very quick as well. They have a website so I would recommend having a look before ordering

We use Oasis for takeaways all the time. The curries are the best in the area, the people on the phone are always polite when they take your order and it always arrives within a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Ordered a take out, half a peri peri chicken with chips. Ordered a take out over the phone asked for the chicken to be well done but got a chicken that looked like it had been popped in the microwave. The chicken didn't taste like peri peri either. Food was luke warm and chips seemed like they had been re-fried. What a let down from a takeaway that is usually very good.

Good food, love the Naan bread.. highly recommend their garlic naan but food can be too oily... especially all the curries

I went to oasis with my partner and friends and asked for a cheesy naan with extra cheese. Got home to find to had a naan with no cheese! Disgraceful. I went to bed cheese less and hungry for it!

Ordered a meat dinner and chips with 1 piece of SFC it arrived took it home assume all was correct. Got home and there was no chicken, rang up 1 and explained no chicken , they hung up the phone. Rang again and was told I had not ordered what I said I had despite have paper proof and the payment receipt.Piece if advise check your order or will be ripped off and basically told you are lying

I've been here a couple of times with family, food was nice, good service, nice quiet atmosphere and nice modern deco. Reasonably priced

For lacally compare to rest of restaurent this place is doing well.I normally tried this takeway but occasionally I visit this place.inside eating you may love but the same thing in takeway I don't prefer.decorated well.curries good.starter well too.sauses brilliant.nan wow.roti ok.rice related item I didn't tried yet but heared not too bad.service ok.in weekend time you might less attention but try in week days,they cook well in week days too.pizzas 50 50.burger not bad.rest of all items in manu not too brilliant but you can try.over all visit once is worth it but make sure it's bit costly compare to rest of.

This place has been consistent for many years. I have used them for catering work events. Food is delicious and woluld recomend. The management are good guys and have been very honest and reliable when I have had to use the restaurant for meetings.

This has been running for many years. Has dwindled in the past few years when it comes to consistency of there food! Best to get food during the day when it is less busy because the quality of food is to a much higher standard.

Ordered food which came out after 2-3 mins. Donner and chips cold I was so hungry didn't bother started eating. Called with my family for a mixture of food. I had onion Bhaji, chicken Madras, naan, wife had garlic mushroom s and s chicken wrap, kids shared pizza and chips and chicken nuggets. We only had water and coke as no alcohol licence. The service was ok and price was cheap but food was not of the best quality. Would only return for a takeaway after been lashed up been next door like the olden days.

I Was in Batley West Yorkshire last night and went to Oasis Indian Restaurant , the service was excellent and the food was amazing . The best Curry I have had in years and afterwards I told my wife about it on the phone and I took some food from their take away. She enjoyed it so much that we are going to go back to the restaurant on Tuesday with some friends . I noticed that while I was waiting for my wife's take away I could see into the kitchen area , and it was spotless. I recommend this restaurant to anybody.

The service was really good. The waiter made our food to order as we wanted it. Went with friends who had never been, but I'm sure they will be coming back. Very reasonable prices with a lot of different dishes to choose from. Good atmosphere for families with young children and privacy cubicles if required.

food was Average. disappointed by the portion size .Main were packed for home after meeting and the portions were awful for the price paid. May be it was as instructed by the Rep who arranged the meeting but tis should have been explained by the staff because we ordered food from menu and expected the the same quality and quantity !

Been going here on and off for a couple of years, the found has always been excellent, and cooked to how you request. Service is fast but can slow down abit on busy nights but that's as to be expected for a popular restaurant. The prices are fair and the menu is good with a good selection of dishes, I've taken the kids here too and they enjoyed the chicken and chips!Overall a very good, clean and friendly restaurant with a reputation for excellent food!
