From start to finish our experience was fantastic. Excellent smoothie to start with, then I had a mixed bean chilli which was absolutely delicious and obviously very fresh. They were very very busy and despite this the service was great and not too intrusive . We will be back soon!

Amazing food , brilliant service and always a lovely vibrant atmosphere. For me one of the few places in Wilmslow that gets it right every time and caters for all needs. Favourite dishes include the chilli Salmon and the mixed bean chilli with chicken. Great coffee too…

A handy eatery near the Carrs Park. Good for a meal and a drink after Parkrun. A small menu, but all that was needed. The full English was substantial, well cooked and tasty. Good service. I found the loud music a bit intrusive and the prices slightly expensive. Overall a place to visit again.

We were in the area and popped into Nourish for breakfast. We thought the service was great from start to finish and food was very good too! Sometimes feel a bit anxious about breakfast places with two small children but they were made to feel very welcomed here and no issue with having a pram with us. Also were quick to mention they could adapt things on the menu for my small child. We would definitely visit again!

Popped in on spec for some breakfast. Had breakfast burrito and coffee, very tasty. Service was good and staff friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend

It is always a pleasure to come back to Nourish. Today we came for lunch; I had a cajun chicken wrap and my wife had red pepper and tomato soup. Both were very good (though the soup was quite salty). Service was first rate as ever and there is something special about the atmosphere. It is many months since we last went to Nourish; we always intend to come more frequently!

One of my favourite brunch spots. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. They are also truly dog friendly. I recommend it to all my friends.

Excellent vegetarian breakfast and latte. Staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed me to bring the dog inside and we’re fast and efficient with service.

Came across this place after going to an event in the area. My brother is into healthy eating and this place is perfect for healthy but slightly naughty food. We enjoyed the pancakes and a smoothie each and was absolutely to die for. Highly recommend the service and food!

breakfast today the full english is packed with real meaty mushrooms large chunky sausage and sweet cherry tomatoes as well as beans toast and hash brown as well as eggs. This would be a large breakfast. I asked for a small and had 1 of everything. Stuffed to full. very fresh well cooked and amazing quality. we also had the American pancakes x3 as standard and crispy bacon tasted delicious. really busy and very pleasant staff clearly a very popular place even on a Sunday morning will def be visiting again

5 Star Food and Service, rocked up 12 of us without reservation, and they didn't hesitate to get us seated. Food came and everyone was delighted. Smoothie were beautiful too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks ✌️

I have now been to Nourish three times: once just for a coffee, once with my wife for lunch and once to catch up with an old friend whom I hadn't seen for years. It is a really excellent cafe. I couldn't wish for more. The food was first rate. I had a wrap on one occasion and avocado mash with poached eggs on another. Couldn't have been better and it seemed to be healthy food. Service was great, too. Each time I went I felt that the staff were the equal of any I have encountered in a top ranked hotel or restaurant. I would recommend Nourish very highly.

Great post parkrun venue. Juices and eggs perfect fuel for us hungry runners!! Love the healthy menu, and coffee is always hot :)

I have just eaten a delicious breakfast at Wilmslow's "Nourish". Perfectly prepared wraps, superb mushrooms and perfect coffee... a real treat. I can only recommend this excellent venue extremely highly. Five stars!   JoeP

Nourish is our new favourite breakfast place in Wilmslow. I have just enjoyed a baked omelette which was the nicest omelette I have ever had. I can also recommend the gym wrap. To top it off the staff are lovely, it’s great value for money...

We live in Wilmslown and regularly go out for breakfast in the town. NOURISH is by far the best quality and best service.

We were in Wilmslow for three days and went here every day for breakfast. Its a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. It has an interesting selection on the menu.

I love this cafe - yummy healthy food, great prices and friendly staff. I am in most days for lunch! I adore the sweet potato hash with poached egg, chilli salmon and superfood salad with halloumi. The coffee is great too.

Don’t believe the last review (probably fake) as this place has filthy toilet, dirty floor and diabolical food rating! Food good but would love to see the state of the kitchen if front of house is so poorly cleaned Hope food rating officials go back...

Generouse portions lots of protein rich food for the dishy guys . Me I plumped for the pancakes Nutella and banana carbs can be so Devine . My aunt didn't care for the lemon on the advocado so the chef cooked it again they couldn't...

Food great but needs a deep clean. Skirting boards and floor edges are dirty, needs a lick of paint and the toilets are frankly filthy. Shame as menu and staff are lovely

I've not been in since what appears to be a pretty comprehensive refurb. And it looks like I might've been missing out on something...It looks like I'm addicted to those salad bowls. And they're a flippin' fiver, too.Okay, so it's not yer standard café food but it was extremely well-presented, and there was very filling. Was disappointed in the hygiene. Dogs allowed on tables and seating. All waitress handled the dog and never washed there hands wont be going again

Having just read an unbelievably unfair review, I felt the need to redress the balance. I have lunch at Nourish about 4 days a week because it’s consistently great. The food is very good value for money, fresh ingredients, very tasty and they only serve healthy meals which is a bonus for me as I would otherwise order chips every time!! The team work hard and are always relaxed and attentive. It’s a pretty informal place which is what I like about it. Long May it continue

I had high hopes for a nice cafe lunch that were sadly dashed in NOURISH. The menu is confusingly wrong because their wraps and sandwiches section only contains wraps that they can't serve as sandwiches because they don't do sanwiches, er ok... I was told the food would take 10 minutes, it took over 20 minutes. The man on a nearby table who ordered seconds before us had finished eating by the time our food arrived. The food came straight away after I asked which made me wonder if it had been sitting in the kitchen waiting to be brought. The music was too loud but worse than that the owner was having shouted conversations with men on the other side of the room. At least 2 members of staff went to stroke a dog that was sat on the bench seat with the man on the nearby table and then went straight back to work without going to wash their hands. One of those staff members picked the dog up and cuddled it against her apron. This is a food hygiene violation that could have serious repercussions. You can do these things in your own home but not in a cafe serving the public. Oh and to add insult to injury £5.75 for a scraping of avocado on 2 skinny slices of toast is pathetic. When you spend that much on lunch you shouldn't be hungry afterwards. Never going here again.

I love it here. In fact I’ve been twice this week already. Good quality food and service and at a good price. It is popular so don’t be put off if you need to wait for a table or it looks busy inside - it is quite fast paced so you’ll soon be seated.

Called in with my wife, and found the staff to be very friendly, especially Lauren & Nicole. I had an omelette & my wife had the Granola, they were both well presented and tasted Fab ! Well Done Nourish !

We stopped in Wilmslow on our way to a pick up at Manchester Airport. The place was very busy and e had to sit on the stools in the window, which was fine. We ordered and coffee came quickly and was very good. However, the food took an age, as obviously it was busy. We finished having to have our food as a takeaway, as although we thought we had plenty of time, because it took so long we had to have it in the car on the way to the airport. However, it was all good.

My husband and I have gone to Norish since Sept 2018.fanastic fresh food,staff are friendly and very quick.Very busy small cafe but never have to wait for food.Best breakfasts and wraps. All reasonably priced.

Let’s go out for breakfast I know a lovely place to go my daughter says. Smashed avocado, with back bacon and two eggs with a request they not be runny. The young waiter Brandon must have thought I was mad so I repeated my unusual request several times. It was the best ever breakfast and perfect eggs too, even the owner came over to check the chef had been successful and enquire the story behind the non runny egg request. Cozy, friendly relaxing place, amazing service, and perfect eggs, read the papers, watch the world go by, great menu and amazing staff. I’ll be going back that’s for sure it’s a must .

I used to visit this place quite often. Decided to go 2 weeks ago and was disappointed. The portions went smaller and one of the waitresses was horrible. Very grumpy and not friendly at all.

At Nourish you are sure of two things, great food and great atmosphere provided by friendly and professional staff headed up by James. If you want something slightly different to what’s on the menu they will do what they can and the food presentation is always fantastic.

Really tasty and filling full English breakfast, my wife had granola, berries and yoghurt.. All great, good service and the place was full when we left!

This is my new favourite! Food is amazing - on first glances you may think it's expensive for what it is - but it absolutely isn't! There are lots of healthier options such as boxes (chicken, rice, slaw) or protein pancakes. Portion sizes are great! You must have the halloumi fries, they're so good!

Love this place. James and the team are fantastic and they always make sure you are well looked after. I'd recommend it to anybody.

When I arrived the place was empty. By the time I was served my breakfast it was half full. When I left Nourish was full, so timing is everything! I’m so glad I managed to get in before the mid-morning rush. As the name suggests this place specialises in healthy grub. The menu is full and varied to cater for a wide range of tastes. To make a true comparison to other venues I have reviewed I opted for the Full English breakfast. Wow, as you can see from the accompanying photograph my plate was full to overflowing. Each mouthful was an explosion of taste. I particularly liked the black pudding. Service throughout my visit was prompt and polite. Well done everyone. I’ll be heading back sometime soon.

This place is great if you want delicious healthy and fresh healthy food. I had the smashed avocado on sour dough bread with tomatoes and mushrooms. My husband had the same with ham and tomatoes. They serve good coffee and I had the turmeric latte with almond milk which was delicious. We need more places like this. Wish there was one in Macclesfield.

Popped in for a snack lunch (coffee and a wrap) and it was fine. Service was a little bit casual (thought we'd been forgotten) but nothing too bad. All very pleasant and very "Wilmslow" - you can sit and watch the world go by from one of the window seats - mainly people going to and from Waitrose

Really enjoy it here. Often visit for lunch. Recently popped in with our 4 year old. Was a bit worried about him enjoying it like we do. He loved it too - the friendly and chilled environment made it for us! Great place, great food and friendly staff.

Wilmslow was long overdue a healthy eating joint. Nice, varied menu. Portion sizes are good. From what I could tell most of the ingredients were fresh and the dishes nutritious. The food is certainly reasonably priced for what you get. Smoothies and shakes are slightly on the pricey side, £3-4 would be a bit more reasonable. Only niggle would be that the service can be unpredictable, sometimes great and friendly at other times slow and dismissive. Other than that I look forward to trying more stuff there in future, if you guys could do a dish with prawns that would be great. And if you joined deliveroo even better so I can enjoy it at home post workout and shower.

I have visited here twice before for breakfast and lunch. Had eggs benedict with a green smoothie, and this was fine- no complaints really apart from the smoothie was way too overpriced for what it was. The second time I visited was a bigger disappointment, we ordered two halloumi salads and smashed avocado on toast with some extras. These were both incredibly bland. There was barely any halloumi and avocado in the salad and was mainly layered with lettuce, This for me just didn't work at all. The avocado on toast lacked any flavour. You could add chilli flakes, garlic, lime, seasoning, cayenne pepper to make it taste a lot better. My friend even likened this place to a greasy spoon and said that's what it smelt like too. Service was fine. Sadly, there is still a need for healthy, wholesome and flavorsome eatery locally.

If you want mediocre food, served to you by mediocre staff, don't bother going here! Had heard great things about the Wilmslow Branch and travelled from Sale to try it out after having great experiences at the Altrincham unit. Wont be coming back to this one!

Arrived for Breakfast we both ordered the Bacon Buttie's I had an Americano Coffee and my partner had a Latte. It was table service, staff very pleasant and helpful.

Had breakfast with my daughter, i had full english she had waffles with fruit and peanut butter. Both left very happy. The thing about the full english was that you get a couple of decent size snorkers and pretty good bacon . Waffles seemed to do down well too, The other good thing about this place is the big choice of breakfasts so its sure never to get boring with the same thing. Worth a return sometime

The waitress knew what I wanted, as the menu had changed from last time. The salmon / avocado version of a full English was superb, set me up for the days biking perfectly!!

So today on my way to a job we stopped of at nourish for a healthy boost to the day. My mates had breakfast boost I had most berries. Well worth it nice staff very bubbly for a morning and helpful if I pass again I will be popping in again..

I didn't expect much when I first visited, but was impressed by quality of the coffee when it arrived quickly after the order. I had the eggs florentine that was perfectly cooked and other breakfast specials were equally as good. Second visit I had a salad which was good/ok but I prefer my salads to have separate bits rather than the current fashion of mashing everything together. It would have benefited from a bit more attention to a mix of green leaves rather than the ubiquitous lettuce taking too much of the plate.

Continues to impress!! If you want tasty & healthy food then Nourish is for you!!. Plus Beth really does make superb Cappuccino!!

I came into Nourish today with my family for breakfast. We ate lovely plentiful food and lots to offer on breakfast menu. I had porridge which was gorgeous. Could do with honey on table. :D

Had a lovely, healthy brunch of protein pancakes and waffles. Very impressed with the healthy menu. Staff were pleasant and quick to serve. Food didnt take too long and was fresh. Definitely will be back again.

We love this place and it's slowly becoming a regular trip on a Saturday! I order the full English breakfast which is very tasty and nicely cooked, no greasy fry up! I have had the protein pancakes before but these just aren't for me. We've also had the avocado smash and eggs Florentine both also good.

Visited this afternoon but wish we'd tried this place sooner. Amazing food and service. Entered feeling sluggish and out of shape after Christmas and left feeling healthy and full of life. Will be returning again and again!

Came here for a breakfast. I found it to be quite satisfactory, it was a busy Sunday lunch but I was served reasonably fast. The staff were friendly even though they were obviously busy. The food itself was warm and the portion size was just right and to top it all the prices are competitive. My only complaint, and it's a small one, was the table wasn't wiped from the previous diner. It wasn't filthy hence the small complaint.

We called in for a late breakfast and were surprised how tasty the alternative to our usual fry up was. We have now been 3 times and we plan to visit again soon. I can firmly recommend the Avocado toast and the Bulletproof coffee as 2 of my favourites

I was so pleased when I discovered that a health bar/cafe had opened in Wilmslow but was disappointed when I visited it. I have been on a couple of occasions now as a convenient place to meet friends. Food is average, nothing special. Everything inside feels a bit old and unclean, including the menus. The breakfast smoothie shake is good but on my most recent visit I had the carrot and coriander soup which was nice. However, I was expecting the soup to arrive with some nice crusty bread when I was asked if I wanted white or brown bread with the soup and as it is a health bar/cafe. It arrived with a very big, flat burger style wholemeal bun slathered with butter, which would have looked more in place with a greasy burger inside from a roadside burger van. Some of the staff are friendly, some just sigh if you are not ready to order and are not overly friendly. Convenient to meet with friends but not somewhere I would recommend and definitely not worth paying a special visit to.

Happened to be in Wilmslow today and came across this place. Intended to drop in for a sandwich but ended up with a take away as it was that busy. Being vegetarian, I thought the menu was FANTASTIC and the food was EXCELLENT. I can't wait to return and wished they were nearer to home.

Great little place James and the team do a great job Mostly Veggie stuff, so don't expect a steak sandwich! Quality though

I went to Nourish with my daughter the day her A level results came out. Have meant to go for ages. So finally got round to it. Wish I had gone much sooner: it is probably the best place for a casual lunch in town - exceptional quality food, fresh, well prepared, very tasty, well served... Called in this Saturday morning with my son,we both had the Full English Breakfast, it was fantastic......good quality sausage and bacon used along with other good ingredients add to that great service, would deffo recommend....will certainly go again with both sons and my wife next time...very hard to get a good well cooked breakfast anywhere now...well done keep up the good work........

If you can find a seat then it's worth going. Prices are reasonable but can be slow to serve and the staff aren't great either. You normally find yourself having to ask for things rather than it being the other way around. Food is delicious though!

The best place to eat your lunch whatever the time. You will not be disappointed with the quality and variety of food on offer.

If you're inot your low carb, low GI, etc. etc. etc. this "café" like establishment is the place for you. It serves great healthy and some more traditional, breakfast baps and the like, foods with a price to match. Two of us ate here for less than £15 !!!

I stopped here just before an interview. Black coffee and mashed avocado and feta cheese on sour dough bread with asparagus. Really delicious. The whole menu is lovely with brunch served all day. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely visit again

The food here is healthy and well priced but the space is minimal and it often gets very busy. Worth going for the food but it's a struggle if you've got a pushchair which is a shame.

I would recommend you go on your own as having a conversation was nigh on impossible with the level of music(and no I'm not old!) Waited for service for quite a while, once the order went in, we waited and had to catch the eye of another waitress who then brought the drinks over. Ordered the avacado smash with smoked salmon on sourdough. When the food arrived there was no mention of offer of sauces so had to go up and ask for mayo and lemon. The sourdough was so rock hard you needed a hacksaw to get through it.Had to leave it in the end.Some of the other food coming out looked nice so maybe we just picked wrong. Overall found it quite a stressful experience and was quite pleased to leave and let the ringing in my ears stop!

I like this little cafe in Wilmslow. I've been a couple of times for late weekend breakfasts. Nice range of items, healthy and not so healthy. Entirely up to you how you mix and match. Lots of smoothies etc. Would recommend.
