Love the concept of repurposing an old department store and the atmosphere is quirky and fun. Northern Soul food was delicious. Kedgeree was nicely spiced and full of tasty, fresh fish. Eggs Benedict with smoked mackerel - great and different combination. Good portions, good quality ingredients and excellent value for money.

I chose the fish tacos which came with fries and were delicious. A good range of choices on the menu with some specials too, the service was quick and the atmosphere at HoH is lovely. Definitely worth a visit.

We enjoyed to nice dishes, just right for a light lunch. Food Hall concept allows a wide choice of food types from several different outlets, and adjacent wine store offerings to wash it down. Recommended for flexible casual dining experience

Humber StreetI try to visit this restaurant every time that I am in Hull. It is a wonderful dining experience. Warm welcome and great service without being in your face. Nothing even approaching pretentious. The quality of the fish and seafood is excellent and it is always cooked to perfection. I have had many different dishes here over the years and it is impossible to single out any one as the best. They cover the whole 'fishy' market from traditional cod and chips to lobster and a seafood platter. Highly recommended.

273 Hessle RoadUnfortunately haddock and chips were not very nice this afternoon- neither were fresh. Lady behind the counter very rude. Usually standard to ask the customer if they’d like salt and vinegar. She didn’t- just wrapped the food up. When I asked if she’d put it on she said no as I didn’t ask- I shouldn’t have to ask. You’re supposed to ask me! Will try elsewhere for food in future.

146 County Road SouthBought 2 large fish and chips , very greasy, not drained at all , fish tasted off . Made me feel unwell !!! Staff to busy chatting to each other rather than serving customers !!
