Our fifth visit here! Amazing experience with tasty food and great service, especially from Jamelle, who is always super friendly!! The tropical sushi is the best 😍 (Fabien Schar was here when we were there too 👀)

Bright and cosy restaurant. Crispy Pork Belly very nice signature chai sui reman is great.

The original Raman is so rich, and flavorful. We also tried vegetable tempura and it has a big portion and the flavour of Tampura and sauce is so good.

Waiter was very attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and quick.

Absolutely delicious and lovely waiter

The portion of food is big. The ramen broth could be much more thicker and the tempura combination is great. The staff are attentive. Overall we have good experience dining in.

The service from the second we walked in the door was top notch! The food following was even better, it’s BYO so we just popped to the shop across the road for a few bottles. The man serving us couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, 10/10 recommend!!

Delicious lunch. Tempura Vegtables were crispy and fresh and the ramen was absolutely amazing. Waitress was attentive and very polite. Can’t wait to return.

Really welcoming and amazing food. Great for those who love fresh japanese cuisine.

First time visiting. I've been meaning to try a traditional Ramen house for a while now so I popped by on a day off. Staff were warm and welcoming. I opted to start with the Chicken yakitori, followed by Signature Tonkotsu Ramen and a Japanese Green Tea. Very nice broth and the pork was really soft and succulent.

Fantastic Ramen in the heart of Jesmond. On a whistle stop from North Yorkshire and fancied some noodles, this place did not disappoint!!

I went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and ordered from the lunch menu. I got the vegetable gyoza to start, followed by the miso ramen. Both absolutely amazing! The service was great too. There was a very friendly and attentive waiter there to take my order. Overall: great service, delicious food, and great value for money! Would 100% recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this ramen shop! The ramen is definitely authentic – the broth is rich and thick, and the cha siu pork is incredibly tender and thick. Every bite was packed with flavor! I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

Seen Nori on instagram and have wanted to try the ramen for a while, i can say it didn't disappoint properly the best ramen I've had in newcastle. We got the duck and vegetable gyozas, tempura prawns and the signature tonkotsu ramen

Nice place for a quick bite. Had the prawn katsu curry which did taste pretty identical to katsu curries that I've had in Asia. Good range of things on the menu and not too pricey.

Delicious ramen and a great lunch deal

One of THE places to go for good quality, affordable ramen in NCL. Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere, and always a warm and prompt service! The noodles are bouncy and chewy, soup is so flavourful and the sides are worth the money too, especially the yakitori. 100% recommend and well worth visiting

The tonkotsu ramen was so tastyy and the staff were all so lovely!! What a wonderful restaurant 😄

Large party of 8, with adults and children all brilliantly catered for. Food was Fab and service very warm and welcoming.

Came across this place by the off chance and we're glad we did. Front of house was welcoming and showed us to our table, it's a nice little restaurant, whilst looking at the menu they came over with a specials board, we chose from the board starter and main. Both were full of flavour with the meat very tender. Now down to the big question would I go back? It's a big YES

Came here on Sunday for dinner with my friend and it’s always great going here, the food is quality! Jamelle was a great host, really attentive and he was a really genuine guy and great to chat to - definitely going to be coming back in the future!

Comfortable place for dining. Clean and tidy. The staff girl working there is very polite and considerate. I’ve got a signature noodle and a glass of tap water. £12.xx reasonable prices isn’t it? Good to enjoy a bunch with friends here.

Well worth a visit. While the atmosphere can be a little cold, the food and staff are great. Amazing lunchtime options for a very reasonable price.

The place is tiny but had a lovely cosy feel, the staff are friendly and helpful and the quality of the food is excellent. We had the chicken katsu and prawn katsu curry. They are well priced, curry is more sweet than spicy so if that's your preference this is a good spot for that.

Overall very disappointing. The staff were bone idle, the food was subpar, and they add hidden fees to the bill. Avoid this place.

The two large slices of pork was lovely. The signature tonkotsu broth was not as thick as I'd like. Wakame salad and takoyaki is nice.

i had veg gyoza (very nice), chicken yakitori (delicious! The sauce it was marinated in was amazing!) and tempura (which was very crisp and delicious!). loved the sauce that came with all dishes and would 100% be coming back here and sitting in! Would recommend!

The inside of the store is clean and the service is good, but the food isn't very tasty. I ate teriyaki chicken, ramen, and tempura, and they were all disappointing. The teriyaki chicken had a bad sauce, the tempura had strange ingredients and a bad sauce, and the ramen soup had a bad taste and the noodles tasted like flour.

This restaurant is better than I thought. The prices are affordable and the service is good. The sushi is quite delicious (although the stuffing is a bit creative/unconventional, never had chicken sushi rolls until now), and the ramen is very authentic (although the pork is way too big but the soup, the noodles, the egg, etc are tasty), and the church skewers are amazingly delicious! Best Japanese chicken skewers I ever had in Newcastle so far. I also really like the style of this place. The interior designs are quite nice. I will come back here in the future. I would love to try the mango shrimp sushi which seems amazing next time and I will probably come back to spot more photos in the future.
