I’m a travelling Australian and got excited about some home-style food but this was so bad. The rice clumped together like it was days old, the kale was discoloured and the serving size was pitiful. Could have made something much better myself for far less than the £15 I paid for this and a mediocre chai. Service wasn’t even friendly. I’m only giving it 2 stars because I had a juice there a few days ago and it was pretty decent - otherwise it would have been a one. And - on the plus side it didn’t taste terrible but the rice was a bit suss.

I have been desperate to get to Nook for some time as I saw the menu online and it looked amazing. I have been staying just outside Frome for a couple of days and decided to go and get breakfast at the Nook there. I had already decided what I was having before I went - banana bread bowl and a cacao smoothie. I paid my £15 and was so excited. What arrived was a very small bowl - half a coconut shell I think - with a piece of very dry banana bread and a tiny amount of yogurt and compôte. It tasted ok but not as nice as I was expecting and I was still very hungry afterwards. The smoothie was delicious but very expensive for what it was. I was really hoping to have a new favourite place to go in Frome but unfortunately this isn’t going to be it.

You need to visit this place! The breakfast was probably one of the best breakfasts I have ever had! We had the fluffy pancakes (the mango was amazing) and toasted banana bread (out of this world!). I highly recommend you come here.

Fantastic coffee! One of the best around. Nero is next door which is unfortunate as this coffee is much better. Friendly staff and great service too

Great bowls of flavourful food, and plenty of gluten-free options. Friendly/helpful service. We were there on a rainy day and indoor seating is limited so we opted for takeaway.

We were patronised for simply asking if we sat down first or ordered at the counter, we were confused at first but the lady continued to be rude so we decided to leave. Could hear her laughing as we walked out, an unfortunate blemish on an otherwise lovely weekend in Bath.

Simply had a bowl of porridge and a cup of tea. Both lovely. Porridge was beautiful with raspberry sauce, almond and banana. Wow. Lots of it as well. Lovely ambiance. Highly recommend.

A really lovely little cafe that clearly takes great care in providing delicious food. The Poke bowls are lovely and there is a well curated selection of sweet snacks and treats which (when we visited) were all gluten free and vegan. Try the caramel shortbread and the Nori and Ginger Tofu Poke Bowl.

Nook in Bath serves excellent quality, organic when possible/fresh local produce, healthy smoothies, coffee, poke bowls, cold pressed juice as well as salads/gains. On my last visit I enjoyed super green baked falafels served on a bed of carrot salad/red cabbage/corn salsa/pickled onions/fresh crisp spinach and quinoa drizzled with a light tahini dressing, finished off with toasted seeds 8.95£ I only wish that they could serve their food/beverages on/in real plates/mugs/glases vs disposable.

Early morning caffeine was needed and this was very close to my hotel. Ordered a latte and a muffin. Latte was beautiful and tasted good. Muffin was just okay.

I'm a frequent visitor to bristol airport, as my partner travels for work, so I'm often there to wait for his flights to come in. Unfortunately, there are very few options for anywhere to sit while waiting, other than cafe ritazza. Because of this, the cafe area is always busy, and all the regular/normal seating is always taken, so I have to try get my 50+yo arthritic, short arse up one one of their many Eiffel tower height stools, and if that's not hard enough, the darn things also swivel! No wonder all the other seating is always taken, and all these 'make yourself look like an ungainly idiot' seats are always free in huge numbers. Please please please cafe ritazza, rethink your seating options. Not everyone is an 8ft tall gymnasts.

Great coffee shop! We love coming here. All the staff are lovely and take the time to have a chat. Coffees are beautiful too. They can get really busy and the baristas struggle to keep up with the table turnaround which some people don't seem to understand but you can see they try their best. Will happily keep returning.
