Does what it says on the sign. Many varieties of noodle soup. Fresh noodles and great stocks. Delicious and served up fast. Either get there early for lunch or you might have to wait a bit, particularly if you're a group of four.

I came in the restaurant late. Fortunately, they were still welcome to serve me and give me food. The Beef Belly Ho Fun was very delicious. The flavour was exactly the same as the one I had in Hong Kong. The atmosphere was so clean and tidy. Thank you for giving me food. I was so hungry at that moment.

Honestly, where do I even start every time I’m in Brighton I just have to go to this noodle soup restaurant because it’s soo good and if don’t go I know I’m going to regret it . The staff are very friendly and polite and I would recommend to try number 81 which is king prawns with mixed Seafood and egg noodles. :)

A no fuss restaurant for noodles in soup! It has lots of soup base and noodles options and is super vegetarian friendly. The service is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it if you want a quick warm lunch! It's cash only. A NatWest is across the street.

10 / 10. Wonderful experience, first time trying a noodle place and this certainly didn't disappoint. Me and my dad ordered a different dish each and both were delicious, massive portions and arrived almost immediately. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Extremely reasonable for the quality and amount of food provided. Going to be craving these noodles for weeks. Will make a top priority to revisit if I am ever back down in Brighton.

Not impressed at all! Quite disappointed by cheap beef that clearly wasn't cooked long enough, as it was too chewy so much i didnt eat it.Soup tasted OK and so did noodles.My vegetarian friend ordered egg noodles as there was not a lot of option for her.Unfortunatly they came as egg noodles but absolutely covered in sesame oil.Very disappointed!

I swear it took less than 2 minutes after me entering for me to get my food, and it was tasty! Admittedly not as strong or spicy as I'd hoped, but I have a high spice tolerance. It does have all the sides you need all the same - three types of chiles (fermented chili in oil, two types of chili in vinegar, fish sauce )

Truly authentic noodle shop in Brighton. Massive variety in the menu, you can choose the type of noodles and you have all the necessary garnishes in the tables. Aside from the noodles you can also find breakfast items. Be mindful that you can only pay with cash though!

My go to noodle place at Brighton. Lots of variety and quick service. Prices have gone up but where hasn't? If you fancy a quick bite and bored of fish and chips this is a decent alternative.

On the outside it looks very inconspicuous, but inside you’ll find home to some of the best noodle soup you’ll find around. The food is generously portioned and very nice. The laksa is recommended, and the wonton soup is also gorgeous. Well priced and very nice - I recommend it!

I really like this place. If you've been travelling in Asia and fancy proper noodles, pop in here. Not expensive. Asian style street food market quick and easy set up. Lovely staff. I had the laksa, it was super tasty! They have the condiments you'd look for. Vinegar, garlic, chilli etc to tweak to your taste. I did make me fancy another trip to Asia just for the food!

My new fav place to eat in Brighton. The food was so delicious yummy scrumptious 😋 We ordered 4 different types of noodles my fav was the wonton soup. Almost as good as my mum makes. Food that makes you miss home is undoubtedly the best food. It’s a cash only place so make sure you have it on you. Enjoy ☺️

Wow… didn’t expect to bump into this hidden gem for a hearty meal with soup full of flavours. Definitely not expecting a bowl of Laksa that taste like it’s in Malaysia or Singapore but we found it in Brighton! Must try if you are there and their selection of noodles are just amazing for such a small shop.

In a city centre full of corporate chain eateries serving the same old dull offerings This cafe style restaurant/takeaway is a bit of a culinary oasis. Friendly attentive staff and quick service providing generous tasty asian meals. Even though we're locals, this was our first visit, but wont be our last visit !

Come here often for the laksa. Simply unbeatable, £11 for a massive portion of delicious hot and complex noodle soup. Also worth checking other small choices; bok choi, dumplings, won-tons and such. Food is always ready within two minutes unless if particularly busy. Only one front of staff and he does a top job, always steadfast and driven ready to cater to us guests. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I’m from Brighton & my partner has lived in Brighton for almost 20 years, but we’d never been here before, until yesterday. Absolutely delicious. £10.95 for a soup bowl, which was perfect for a chilly day. Everything was piping hot & tasted very fresh. The guy serving everyone was very attentive. We’ll definitely return.

I came here the other day with a friend and we both absolutely loved it. The service was excellent, the gentleman who served us was so kind and polite. The food came quickly and was delicious! I’ve been coming here for years and I always enjoy the food, my favourite is the honey pork! The food is super fast, large proportions and reasonably priced. I like that you can choose your own noodles! I also really enjoy the iced tea with honey on display. A gentleman called Aston works here, and he is such a delight, honestly so polite to everybody who enters the store and always stays calm under busy conditions. I love this store so much, I deliberately travel to Brighton to eat here. I always bring my friends and they are never disappointed. My perfect noodle heaven! 🍜❤️

One of the only Asian restaurants in Brighton with an authentic flare. Has an extensive and customisable noodle menu ranging from ramen to Singapore style. Legit go once a month and it’s a well spent £11 pounds for the portions. If my missus manages to finish her bowl she needs a nap! Keep up the good work guys and congrats on the new site!

Used to be a big fan of the shop, their food always had msg, which is not an issue, but over the last few years, the amount of msg they put is ridiculous, I can hardly finish the food last night. even the noddles itself tastes msg, taste as if they cooked the noodles in mag as well. The beef was way over cooked, salty and full of msg, i am especially disappointed as this used to be my go to noodle shop. Since my visit yesterday, I’ve decided that would have been my last and final time. Especially when a bowl of noodles costs £11 these days, I would have expected better quality food.

런던에서 넘어와서 세븐시스터즈가기 전국물이 먹고싶어서 그냥 들어갔네요. 이게 왠일! 완전 맛집입니다. 남자 사장님 두분이 일하시고 한분은 주방, 한분은 홀이세요. 화장실이 신식은 아니지만 깔끔하게 해놓으셔서 냄새없습니다. 화장실가면서 주방을 보게됐는데 생각보다 잘 정돈되있고 깨끗합니다. 음식은 말할것도 없죠. 가게 정보가없어서 앞테이블에서 먹는걸로 달라고 말씀드렸어요. 2개를 시켰는데 하나는 훈제돼지고기국수, 다른하나는 소고기인데 한국말로는아롱사태를 데쳐서 국수에 넣으신것 같아요. 고수올라갑니다. 싫어하시는분들 빼달라고하세요. 국물너무 맛있어서 제거 다먹고 친구가 남긴 국물까지 흡입했는데 조미료의 껄끄러움이 없습니다. 여기 진짜강추요. 한국분들 브라이튼 오시면 여기 오세요. 현금만 받으시니 이점은 꼭 기억해주세요.~~ 현금만 받으시는게 괘씸한 기분이아닌, 아.. 내가 버로우마켓에서 현금을 왜썼을까... 현금 뽑아야겠다. 라는 생각이 드는 맛집입니다! 저는 내일도 가려구요

This is one of the best chicken noodle soup I have had. It is a must go. It is a very good and the staff is very sweet and always smiling.

Curry noodles was amazingly tasteful however I preferred the clear soup noodles, it was full of fresh taste of Coriander. Good large size that would fill you up for certain. Very friendly services. Just a bit small and really busy. BTW there were so many options for your noodles, amazing!

All the soups here are amazing! My favorite is the Duck Laksa. It is out of this world. So many layers of flavour. The place is small and simple (I usually take away). The food is great value for money (cash only). Highly recommended.

Real Hong Kong Cantonese Food! What a pleasant surprise to stumble onto this 💎 gem! Yes, if you love noodles this place is for you and your family. Beef Noodles was my kids favorite. I like their seafood laksa. Next time I want to try their dry noodles. The best part! You can choose 4 different noodles. Egg noodle Ho Fun Udon white Udon Yellow The portion is huge. The beef is very good. Pork balls are home made by them. Do you know there is only two person working in the entire shop. One guy managing all the orders, cleaning and also chores. One chef in the kitchen cooking everything. Honestly the wait is not long at all. This shop have only been open for two years and I wish them the very best and will go again tomorrow before I leave Brighton! Remember to tip them Oh one more! Cash only. There is a bank across the street!

I've no idea why I've not visited this restaurant before but it won't be long before I go back. The menu has photographs of the dishes to assist your choice and the actual dish arrives even better than the picture! The food is tasty, generous and prepared very quickly. The service is helpful and attentive. The restaurant is fairly basic but is spotlessly clean. Prices very reasonable. It's a gem!

It is the 1st time I visit to this beautiful coastal city. There are lots of different varities of restaurants in the city centre like pub food, Italian, Greek, Chinese and Japanese... I choose this one because I am a noodle lover. You can find Chinese and even Malaysian churry noodle here. Besides, it also provides famous Hongkong-style snack French toast too. The food price and portion is more than reasonable with very authentic taste. Nevertheless, the shop is quite small with limited seats. Besides, you need to park at the car parks nearby charging you typical price of tourist resort. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is cash only! I collected take away from here, it's a very small restaurant that specialises, as the name suggests, in noodle soup. There's a variety of choices of different toppings, soups, and noodles. The soup itself was delicious and rich, just what you want on a cold, rainy day!

Food wise...top draw. Good value for money, tasted great, generous portion for sure. I am surprised to find there is such a relatively authentic noodles restaurant in Brighton. They served multiple choices in a easily organized way and provided customized options for the type of noodles. Recommend rice noodles and Ho Fun! And it has good sufficient quantity and is cost effective.
