Fantastic, my 2nd order in 2 days!! Delicious food, piping hot, very tasty, decent portions, super happy delivery guy and amazingly quick, on my doorstep within 20mins of ordering. QUALITY.

Food was cold and sweet sour sauce awful

Food was not cooked nicely - The spare ribs was hard so not nice to eat, the prawn balls were oily and too cruchchy - didn't like the veggie rolls and my partner found hard bits in his Special fried rice.

I was extremely disappointed by the food. The noodles had no flavour and were extremely greasy and sludgy. The salt and pepper fries were way too spicy, inedibly so. The spring rolls were crunchy but again, were flavourless. I could only eat a small amount of each and had to throw away the rest—a waste of money. My stomach was painful afterwards. Please avoid!

the Special fried rice was very bland and had barely any taste to it. the noodles and prawn crackers was the only good parts of it all.

Food was so salty I had to chuck it in bin, so I spent almost £20 on food that went in the bin and I was still hungry Been eating here since it 1st opened in 1996/7 But now they've lost my custom NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Good Tasty Food , Only Dissapointment Once Received Order From Driver My Food Wasn't Kept up right as whole spillage in the bags of my sweet and sour chicken everywhere over containers so wasn't much sauce in actual food as was all in bags Instead.

Tasty , Full Of Flavour, Only Dissapointment the Deep fried Won Ton didn't have no prawn init like it suppose to More Pastry.

Sadly the beef in black bean sauce wasn't as nice as it normally is. However everything else was great.

Not great. Crackers were stale, sauce was extremely sweet, chicken balls were doughy, meat in my special fried rice was all fat! Only thing I finished was pancake rolls. Wouldn’t order again

Asked for refund wasn't provided asked to send another item didn't provide they said to return the item when we was hungry and pre ordered a hour before still came late and normally the food is excellent but today it was horrible no spice no flavour and the customer service was horrible and i asked to speak to the normal guy on the phone but been told his busy but normally he answered the phone strange very disappointed 5 star before now -5

I could not eat the sweet & sour king prawn, they looked pink on colour and the texture was disgusting. The egg fried rice was tasteless, there was no accompanying satay sauce for skewers, batter on prawns really tick and prawns hard and chewy.

The delivery drive was amazing and friendly a deserves a raise. If I could tip I would thank you sir. Thank you restaurant for making my food spicy 😊

If you have any issues with your order then GOOD LUCK. This is the second time in 4 visits they have screwed up . This time I ordered a curry and didn't get curry sauce. Call up and was made to feel like its my fault. They said they'd deliver the sauce but never did!

Don't get the hor d'oeuvres for 2 and prawn crackers - really dry, not fresh and upset my tummy. I had a better experience the previous time

The worst Chinese food I have ever had. The tasteless rice and noodles were over cooked. The BBQ ribs I ordered was swimming in a sauce that was nothing close to tasting like BBQ. It arrived so early...I knew it wasnt going to taste good. And of course I was correct! What a waste of £20!! Save your money and give it to charity instead of these guys.

Horrible horrible horrible. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice Dry chicken like a rock, sauce was disgusting and rice has no flavour.

Food of good standard. They don't go overboard with msg so the sauces in particular are not 'gluey' whilst remaining tasty. Good service

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten in my life. The chicken fried rice tasted of NOTHING - absolutely tasteless - couldn't taste any soya sauce or salt - not even any MSG. It was disgusting. The salt and chili chips tasted of NOTHING. The worst was the chicken satay - which was a bunch of tiny chicken slithers in a yellow tasteless sauce which was watered down to NOTHING. The one star is for the prawn toast which tasted ok. Don't be fooled by the 10 pieces of toast though on the menu because it is literally one slice of bread cut into 10 of the tiniest pieces you will ever see - it made me laugh. I will NEVER buy from here again. Total waste of money - RANCID FOOD.

Order took over an hour to get here - sauce was spilt in bag and couldn’t be used. Chicken was dry like it had been reheated, chicken balls very very small. Do not recommend! Wanted to enjoy it - but sadly really really disappoint. Sorry :(

the food was bland. the ribs were so dry, i cut my mouth on it, the egg fried rice had no taste, and sadly, neither did the chow mien, unfortunately the sweet and sour sauce was just sweet, had no balance, while the curry sauce was too salty. The chicken balls were oily and tasteless, the sweet ad sour honk Kong style was just as bad as the rest of the meal. will not be eating from there again

Food was early.. and warm.. enjoyed the sesame toast and the chicken wings had a nice kick to em.. and the egg fried rice was alright.. maybe the whole meal might have gone better with some sauce. but good food all round.

Food loooked & tasted nasty like it fell on the floor & it was scraped back into food containers which was about 30% empty. Couldn't even eat it. Bin it went. I've eaten from here & its usually good. NOT TODAY #Yuck

This is the worst food I've ever had. The food is cold and more than likely reheated! Chicken satay, oyster sauce and cashew sauce all taste the same and more slime than sauce! How is this possible? The sweet and sour was the worst I've ever had and once again slime not sauce! The squid was dry and chewy! Worse Chinese food I've ever had! Avoid at all costs!! Please not I've never left a bad review until now but this place is terrible. BAD BAD BAD!! if I could give it 0 starts I would!!!!

I placed an order with this restaurant and when the food arrived, I found it to be very salty, the rice looked like it had been recooked with old and new rice, same with the prawn chow mein, it was disgusting, smelt funny and not edible at all. It ended up in the bin as me and my family were not able to eat it so ended up spending more money. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional to send paying customers food like that. I contacted just eat and they refused to give me a refund, first advisor disconnected the chat, very rude Jan and second advisor basically said the same thing, like they have the right to keep people’s money. Very unprofessional service and I will not be using Just Eat again and will definitely be telling my family and friends to do the same. I am also reporting this company to trading standards under the consumer act as by law they have to refund my money. They must think everyone is stupid out here!! Just Eat are just scammers and I will be taking this further!! If I had my way they would not get any stars but does not give you that option!!

Order from here all the time but this time the Noodles and chips tasted and smelled of chemicals... Really sickly oily chemical taste... The 1 in 50 times its been bad
