Cute little winery hidden away next to the canal. Food and drink excellent, although did take a while for food, but was 100% worth it and enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Easily could spend an afternoon!

Having a leisurely walk along the canal at Market Drayton we came across this lovely wine bar. We came off the canal walk at bridge number 63 and there it was just a few steps away. What a beautiful hidden gem it is. Being a very hot day we called in for a cool drink to cool us down. I have to say the nicest Aperol Spritz I’ve had. It has a huge selection of different wines, beers and cocktails. They do have food but unfortunately we’d just eaten and didn’t sample the menu. Wish we’d waited until we’d arrived there, everything on the menu sounded delicious. The place itself was very up market and on trend with a great atmosphere. We had a chat with the manager who so so lovely and friendly. We felt so welcomed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and will certainly tell family and friends. We look forward to returning there soon.

Called in today for a nice lunch, but very dark and uninviting, could it be closed ? Once we were inside we were informed that only coffee was available, no food whatsoever. Having looked at Facebook reviews this place looked great but it turned out to be a waste of a journey so we spent our money elsewhere and will not try again. Very disappointing.

Tonight Tim brought us the Pork special in breadcrumbs with veg, a bacon and mushroom risotto ,bolognaise and piquant prawn starters with a delicious creamy rice pudding for afters. All were hot and delicious. What a treat to have a home delivery and be able to enjoy food without the washing up.Highly recommended if you live in or near Ludlow. Thanks to Chef Nick, the lovely Deborah and of course, Tim.

We were in Oswestry for a short break. It's a lovely town. We went into the old coffee pot for a coffee and cake in the morning when we got there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place itself is 1940s styled and has a lot of memorabilia and themed background music. The cakes were homemade and really good, I had a salted caramel cake and the wife had a black forest gateau style cake. Our hotel turned out to be accommodation only and we went back for breakfast the following morning. I had a full English, and the wife had porridge and toast. The food was brilliant, cooked to order and nice and hot. On the way out they had put a victoria sponge out that looked heavenly. If you are in Oswestry go to the old coffee pot.
