My order was cancelled on Uber Eats as they could not deliver due to the snow which is fair enough, but they said I requested to cancel, rather than saying they could not fulfil my order and I ended up getting charged for the order! I had to raise a request with Uber Eats to get my refund back. If you can't deliver, don't take orders on Uber Eats or Just Eat just like many other takeaways.

Food was very nice & hot ordered for the whole fam and everyone enjoyed their meals. The donner was real nice and loved the baguettes. 👍

This was my favourite takeaway back in day and it's gone right down hill, I ordered last night to remember the good times but it just didn't hit the spot, absolute over priced and not the quality to match, shocking never again

Chips were stale and rock hard. They were for my toddler and he couldn’t eat them as they were not fresh and soft! Pizza cold not even warm. Absolutely gutted

Was advised they do a stuffed crust with Seekh kebab. Just got one (a spicy one) and can definitely say I have found my new go to pizza shop in Keighley. Well cooked, beautiful flavour and nice and spicy. The crust with the kebab in is amazing. Great people to chat to too. Highley recommend.

Called due to having a leaflet through the post not once but twice and felt like the guy on the phone was rude cut me off after telling me they don’t deliver to our address yet they put leaflets through are door. Not impressed with the attitude I got. Called another take away after and they were better mannered.

Delivery driver was clueless about where I lived despite me giving instructions. I had to walk 2 streets away to find the driver.

Main food was brill, fudge cake was soggy once defrosted absolutely disgusting all id recommend on that is a change off container

I ordered the munch box which was really good but I also got a Ben and Jerry's cookie dough which was unfortunately awful. It had clearly melted and been re-frozen, it was crunchy from freezer burn and the cookie dough pieces were soggy. I had to throw the whole thing away which was extremely disappointed.

Ordered a meat feast pizza - having it after almost eight years. It was very different to what I remembered. Very dry and highly corianderfied. Disappointed but I will try again at some point as I don't believe it was the actual boss man who made it.

mixed grill and a pepperoni pizza. the mixed grill was sublime, the chicken tikka was so tender it fell apart on the fork, sheek kebab delicious and spiced just right for the western palate, same for the samosa, donner meat was a nice, calming element. I should have remembered to ask for no peppers on the pizza but as it will be eaten cold it is no hassle to remove them. Had one slice of the pizza so far. Let me tell you, the pizza base is absolutely beautiful, light and crispy and perfectly cooked. Can't go wrong ordering pizza from these guys, you should not be disappointed.

The pizza dough is not properly cooked

Pizza is lovely and burgers are solid. They let you go stuffed crust even for the 8” pizzas which frankly is my favourite thing ever. Normally, you have to order a giant pizza for a special crust so I really appreciate not having to do that 🤣 Great job, team!

The chips were so hot they were lovely, we honestly have never had chips so hot from a takeout, my hubby doesn’t usually eat chips but he had half of them! The burger and baguette were also good. Will definitely order from here again.

Burger chips and pizza the whole order was delicious and warm and we will be ordering again 😊 the only thing I would mention is that the driver was a bit rude when coming to the door, we left clear instructions for where the house was and where our car was parked, I understood he tried to call a number which was my old one and I admit I was at fault but I don't agree with the way he spoke to my partner as he opened the door. The issue was resolved after and the driver calmed down so we won't hold this against them but I thought it worth mentioning.

20 pound for a 8inch pizza and chicken burger meal and a bottle of coke, my chicken seemed hard in the middle and the donnor meat was burnt on the pizza, not happy first time getting it definitely never again

What an absolute rip off. To think they charge over £9 for a small poxy meal. Not even a handful of chips, couple of slices of donner & a burnt pizza. Top off all that the source was all over as the tub lid was off. Massive disappointment!

Can never fault this place but today was disappointing with the food quality, I found a bone in the chicken tikka which I nearly choked on, rang the restaurant and all they was bothered about was me getting the bone to them, not about the implications of potentially endangering me.

I got Donner Calzone and it says onions so I asked for no onions and it was just full of peppers I hate peppers please can you put this on you menu so I can ask for no peppers apart from that it was really nice

aboustely lovely fresh thick cooked dough and very kind friendly service cant fault it defintely improved welll done them

only complaint is I ordered donner meat extra on pizza which was not on it, didn't call to let them know the order had an error but certain they would have sent a delivery of the donner meat if I had, just didn't seem worth it to cost them an extra delivery overhead

Lost a customer today I'm afraid. Ordered a chicken tikka donner kebab, which is usually just chicken and it came with meat donna mixed into it. My family orders the same things eveytime, but apparently what was sent today was correct and I'm mistaken. So which is it? You've been sending the wrong thing for months, for it to be correct today or was it wrong today and correct the 10+ times I ordered it? It can't be both. I'd like to mention you have a MIXED kebab on the menu, which is donna and chicken. So why have two items that are the same with different names? To contest what im saying despite ordering this item multiple times over months if not years at this point is laughable and to say you'll 'sort it next time' isn't at all helpful. Not impressed.
