The menu is enough to turn off people looking for Good Bangali food after reading the name Typical average curry house menu with the audacity to call it Authentic Indian Not a single Bangladeshi or Bengali [ Epar & Opar ] item on it No Bortas, no kala bhuna, no macher jhol And nothing from Kolkata / West Bengal as well

The restaurant is beautiful, quiet, and located in a special place. There is variety in the menu, but because I am from outside England, I do not understand the menu well, but...The restaurant staff helped me and were very friendly

Had taken myself and my mother for a meal for Mothers Day and we had a fab experience in this restaurant. The food was perfect served by really attentive staff who couldn’t do more for us they were lovely. The prices were very cheap considering the amount of care provided to us as well as the high standard of food served. Would 10/10 recommend this place and is planning to return again with my partner sometime very soon.

There was a warm welcome, great atmosphere. The waiters provided prompt service, were attentive and professional. I can recommend the vegetable biryani.

31st July 23 - Still just as good, we did the same group deal but unfortunately that is now not available - shame. However as a family we have had a great full menu meal. Anyway I have full plate photos this time. We went as a group on a limited menu, food was good and hot - see my empty plate - I ate the lot. Staff very friendly, Lovely two hours spend.

I have the garlic chicken tikka bhuna with mushroom rice and garlic naan .it away s really nice and haven't seen it on any other Indian menu. Would recommend you try this

Nobanno's is our local Indian Restaurant and we are so lucky to have such a good one! Husband and I often come and dine just us two, with family and last Friday we bought a group of friends - who absolutely loved it! Service is great, food is fabulous and we look forward to visiting everytime! Keep it up Mo ☺️

First time going with my family, we all loved it and preferred it to our usual curry place. Staff super friendly and efficient. Speed of service was great and food came out no problems. Portion sizes are very reasonable and tastes amazing. Will be coming back and recommending to friends. Added bonus was the offer to be driven home after due to the bad weather! Again defo recommend.

Meat is tender- lamb shank, was great in-dining. Also, great flavours throughout all dishes ordered.

This is a regular for take-away curry when my wife and I visit my son & family in Bristol. Local parking is fairly easy to find. The Nobanno is set back off the pavement on a slight slope with some rather wobbly paving stones ... not ideal for wheelchairs or buggies etc. However the service is quick and polite, and the food is great. RECOMMENDED.

Friendly staff and the food was delicious. The chicken meat was so tender and juicy, amazing. Even my colleague was impressed and he is quite picky.

My very first take away, and it won't be the last. Good quality food, well priced, and punctual on time to collect. Staff very helpful polite and friendly. No pictures as food devoured as soon as it hit our dining table. Will try and remember next time. Recommend Nobanno, you won't be disappointed

Nobanno always provides great service. The staff are always very polite and the food is great. The prices represent great value. The interior of the restaurant is nice and I've have nothing but good experiences when dining here.

Lovely meal, at a reasonable price. Not very quick with drinks, but you can go to the bar yourself. We will definitely be going back.

Second visit after excellent first visit. Massive variety of dishes some I've not seen before, but glad to have done so now. Very busy take away too, always a good sign.Will be back again at the next opportunity.

We took a group of 11 here for Xmas Eve. Service was good but v slow. Felt like the table was ignored a bit as glasses were left a bit dry and couldn't get the attention of anyone. The food came out after over an hour after starters was served. The food was nice, although the naans were burnt. I think you guys need to stagger your tables as it was obvious you were struggling to serve everyone at once. Good, not great.

this place was good when able had it and it's nice to say it's still as good ,I only had a take out but it was well worth the visit ,had a half a beer whilst waiting and always feel welcomed.

The food didn’t have no taste, I asked for extra chillis and I get whole chillis in my food. Don’t know how this has rating of 5 star. The people who work here are really nice however it needs a new chef !!

The atmosphere and decor is outstanding. The staff are very kind, punctual and polite.My starter, a meat samosa, was one of the best I've ever tasted. It feels very cozy and personal. My food was warm and fresh. My meal came with complimentary ice-cream ( or coffee) and a small mint chocolate. Amazing place, would definitely go again.

Had a very nice meal here early on a Friday night. The place was deserted until we'd almost finished when another couple came in. The staff were friendly and the food was very good. Would certainly come back for more.

Really disappointed, we have eaten here in the past and it's been okay. But last night me and my partner picked up a chicken pasanda and a lamb bhuna and we both have food poisoning today. I've got really bad sickness and so does he, it's a shame because we are now put of going back because of this experience.

Ordered honey chicken.. it was basically a chicken tikka with honey chicken written on the lid. The chicken tikka masala I Ordered, was actually a chicken tikka starter. Garlic nann just tasted plain. Very disappointed. Zero rating for a £20 meal ☹

We were a bit sceptical about this place as it was tucked away in the back end of an estate. But after being greeted by very friendly staff and eating the BEST curry we have ever had we where very glad we had chosen to eat here. Highly recommend.
