I have been to this restaurant twice now, once for Valentines and a second time for a graduation celebration, and I can confidently say that it does not disappoint! If you love steak, you will not be disappointed as the meat is delicious and the portions are sufficient. Their deserts and drinks menus are also very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only reproach I could make is the dimmed lights can make it difficult to read the menu. Overall, I would definitely recommend for a good steak.

For a place that specialises in steak, they didnt do a very good job. My steak came really wet and its obvious they didn't let the steak rest.

Went to Buenasado to celebrate my brothers birthday. Had 3 steaks of different types, all were delicious and perfectly cooked. Quality of meat was very high and clearly had been handled and cooked with skill and care. Starters and desserts were reasonably priced and sized and were delicious too. The waiter recommended a wine that we all loved (the service all round was great) and they even brought out some complimentary ice cream and sang my brother happy birthday. Top class place, 5 stars all round.

This evening I went out for a meal at a local restaurant with some of my family. Having not been to this place or heard much about it, I was initially a bit skeptical however this ended as soon as I had entered the door. The staff are incredible, really great service from the start throughout, utterly faultless. The food was the star of the show, and although I was intending on taking a photo before I had consumed it - I failed. However you can enjoy the photo of my complimentary birthday I was brought by the staff. Overall a brilliant experience at Buenasado, it's definitely the best steakhouse in the area. I will certainly be back.

Excellent service, staff is friendly and helpful, the food has very good presentation and taste, good place for special events, since is a bit fancy and posh, prices are accordingly, so not very cheap. Just I found the restaurant a bit noisy. All the rest was very ok

Watch out they add the service charge automatically to the bill. Apart from that, loved the food, drinks and service. It is a bit pricey - fried sea bass,(fillet fried stone bass) with 2 potatoes, a stalk of green and half a lemon £20. The fried green peppers for starters were nice and leaves plenty of room for the main. Staff were very friendly. The place was clean, comfortable with a nice ambience. Free parking outside from 5pm. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

First visit. Food and service was very good. Prices are high and so more of a one off treat than a regular haunt. Several places offering better all round value, but wouldn't put anyone off trying it if money is no object. Second visit update. Just not worth the money. Very expensive. Service was ok, though drinks very slow. Steak was small for £42. Blue cheese sauce was tasteless. I'd give it a miss and go for cow and sow if available. Disappointed ☹️

Where do I start lmao My girlfriend took me here for my birthday and I'm gonna be honest, I'm in love with this restaurant and I'll 100% be going back soon! What an incredible night I had. The Steak was ordered as medium rare and that's exactly what I got. Incredible services from the man that talked to us and took our orders. The desert was given to me for free as it was my birthday and it made our night.

Our server was great and very attentive, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the less than average food served at a more than average price. It looks very pleasing to the eye but tastes just okay and the beer prices are ridiculous 🤣

Another sunday lunch here and another brilliant meal. Their roast beef is off the scale delicious. Probably one of our most favourite places to have a roast. It also helps that the team are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Great food but they sneakily added a 12.5% gratituity which you have to request to get taken off😂 so obviously we didnt take that off because we didnt want to look like pr*cks but that was an extra 30 there. No need

Lovely atmosphere with super fast service! cocktails were lovely and big for the price with plenty of alcohol! food was just wow phenomenal and our server Karolina was just delightful, constantly checked in with us and even made a note of my fathers birthday and gave us icecream on the house, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful meal out here, the food was tremendous. The only less well would be no modern craft ipa on offer, get some cans in the fridge.

We visited this evening for our fathers birthday. We can gladly say it was an evening well spent! Everything about this place surprised us. Not only did we get great food, but the whole experience felt personalised. The staff were professional and accommodating. Food: Great quality. Exceptional starters; the padron peppers were perfect and the Chorizo sausage Criollo are a must. The steaks were delicious, cooked to our exact preference. Although there was a small mix up with our order, the staff were quick to rectify it. The wine was excellent and paired well with our food. The host did a great job in recommending a selection for us to chose from. We’re already looking forward to our next visit :)

My wife said great steaks; really well cooked. They asked about allergies immediately. Friendly and helpful. It's not too good having a large and loud party next to us. I know it's obvious, but non-meat options are very limited. It's a place for all-out carnivors.

Recommended by friends who are local to the area, indeed we went out for dinner as a family with those friends. Service was excellent, our server coming from Spain was great and spoke to our daughters in Spanish, a nice touch. The steaks were brilliantly prepared (fillet) and the pepper sauce suitably peppery. My wife had the sea bass and enjoyed it greatly. A superb choice and a place we will visit again.

The meat was great and cooked really well. The staff (I talked with Ericka and Tom) were very kind and prepared. The welcoming and clean environment, along with some nice background music, didn't hurt either. Highly recommended restaurant.

Overall a top experience. The staff were great and the food was fantastic. One of the best Argentinian restaurants I have been to. Will definitely return next time I am in Clifton.

Service was not great. Most of the stakes came with gristle. We were hungry after main course and pudding. Poor value for money.

We waited for an hour before the food arrived and the meat arrived cold. They didn't charge us for the drinks because we waited so long. This is the board for two people. We paid £53.95 which honestly is too much for the quality of the meat

Sort your music out please. Food, drink and service were amazing, but I really, REALLY don’t want to be listening to 90s Dance Anthems while I’m out for a swanky meal. Cheers

Lovely Sunday roast. Have been twice now and both times the food has been excellent. Usually when having a Sunday roast at other restaurants the vegetables are over done or the meat is really dry, but at Buenasado it was perfect and really delicious both times I’ve been. Highly recommend going there. They have got a kids menu which is great, but it’s a shame they don’t have a kids Sunday roast (she ended up eating half of mine and all of my Yorkshire pudding!). Service was really good. Nice and friendly and good with kids. Maybe some colouring or something to entertain the kids would be good like other restaurants nearby though.

Pros: -the steak (arguably the most important part) and fries were delicious -waitstaff were lovely and very friendly Cons: -they undertcooked my steak (asked for med rare and was given rare-blue) but this wasn't an issue as they were happy to cook it for a little longer. -they got my dessert order wrong and when it did arrive, the Argentine pancakes were tough/chewy and weren't the best -prices (with drinks) exceeded 40 pounds per person Overall I wouldn't go here given the price, whilst the important parts were very good, there are better steakhouses in Bristol for a similar price range.

Very tasty Sunday lunch menu - we chose the beef and it was delicious! Lots of vegetables to accompany and they were very patient with bringing us out lots of horseradish sauce! We had a delicious banoffee pie for afters

Food was average at best, the roast potatoes and yorkshire puds were like aunt bessies The sevice was good. £100 pounds for 2 adults and 1 child I thought was a little bit steep.

Average food and very slow service .. 45 minutes to be serverd a drink and hour and 15 hour food , which was surprising given the restaurant was empty wouldn’t come back

Really disappointed by the portions, we ordered a platter to share at £25 per person. The picture is the whole platter for 3 people (£75)!! On top of that, the restaurant wasn't even full and yet super noisy. Staff is nice and food was good but I wouldn't come back, prices are not good for value.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 steaks only to be told there had been a ‘communication error’ and they would be another 10 minutes. We left, and they still made us pay for drinks despite their errors. Poor communication, awful customer service and terrible management of the situation. Would not return.

Very good food and the staff were excellent. Very attentive without being intrusive. Their helpful and sunny disposition just made the evening. We will certainly be returning. We were there fairly early and there was plenty of room.

Went for a Birthday celebration, the steaks were absolutely stunning, best I've had for a long time. Cassie out waitress was absolutely amazing, really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this restaurant whatever the occasion.

Went midweek and the place was not busy. Service was great and the food was excellent. They do have vegetarian options but I wouldn't recommend it to moral veggies as you will be surrounded by meat.

5 starts for the food, but probably a 4 for the value and overall experience. Meat was cooked to perfection, and all dishes were very tasty and a good representation of Argentinian and South American cuisine. I thought the prices, however, were too high, even for a steak house. Other places in Bristol have higher quality food and more fine experience, more attentive staff and the price is the same or lower. I would say if they want to price as they are, they would need to up their game a bit and make it really look like a more higher end restaurant.

I've been to Buenosado on several occasions now and have tried several different steaks and side orders. The quality of the meat is exceptional, the Argentinian Rump is as tender as some UK Filet steaks I've had! I recently tried the spiral cut Ribeye, amazing!

Excellent 9oz rump, cooked perfectly - great atmosphere for lunch. Our table also had the chateaubriand they said was fantastic. Friendly service and very accommodating with two young children.

Nice atmosphere, but the quality of the meat does not justify the price. There are similarly priced steakhouses in Bristol with better steaks and burgers.

Excellent food and service. Booked for a table of 11 and had a few changes / people not coming, and the team were excellent and accomodating. The food was amazing, steaks perfectly cooked and high quality cuts of meat. Staff were attentive and engaging. The restaurant is really nice and well fitted out. Would definitely recommend.

Certainly not the standard of food we are used to. Staff very polite can't fault them. Service was very slow ( Sunday evening) and they were not busy. Unfortunately not worth the money. There are better steak houses in Bristol

Very good steak. Wasn't impressed with the gratuity being added automatically at over 10% and not at the discretion of the customer.

Cozy atmosphere, great spot for a dinner with friends or a date. My friend and I split the smaller of the two sharing boards and had two types of chips, a side of green beans, two mushroom sauce pots and a couple of drinks each (alcoholic and non). The menu offered a nice variety for both food and drink, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Our waiter was new but I wouldn't have known if he hadn't said something - he did a great job looking after us! The steak selection board and mushroom sauce were phenomenal. 10/10 would go back again.

Wonderful meal, had steaks sharer. Steaks were juicy and tasty, Béchamel sauce was really nicely done. One of the best chips I've tried in the restaurants and I'm quite picky when it comes to that. Lovely atmosphere, perfect for romantic moments. Staff was top notch professional, and very polite.

Great ambience, the staff were friendly. We ordered a selection of starters instead of steak and everything was really tasty. The chorizo was delicious, as was the goats cheese salad and gambas.

Went in for the lunch deal. Great steak but on hindsight should have gone for a medium. Desserts really yummy. Staff great and friendly. Lovely stylish decor.

Friendly staff, tasty food, steake cooked very well. The only downside is prices, £7 for slice of aubergine is bit of rip-off. We did enjoy it but unfortunately because of the prices don't think we will be back.

The steaks were cooked to perfection and the wine selection was huge. We look forward to going back again. The place was kid friendly which made our evening even more enjoyable.

Arrived without booking ahead and were welcomed in without a problem. Service was impeccable and the food absolutely delicious. Absolutely recommend.

The produce was fantastic presented well and cooked to perfection.. expensive but worth it ... prices for small sides were a bit steep example tomatoes (very very tasty but ridiculous mark up).. but drinks (cocktails) were well priced, good selction and they were really on point "la planta" was a similar to a fruity missionary downfall which was great, and a smooth and well mixed espresso martini, first 2 rounds were quick but last round took a while as it got busier and we had to cancel as they were 30 mins late, but we were in a rush and they are worth the wait.. 12.5% grat as standard is just a bit presumptive but it is optional... I would of personally see it as 10% as it was good and friendly and very professional... overall very satisfied and will return

Perfectly cooked fillet steak. Great wine. I really couldn't fault this side of things and, let's be honest, that's pretty important. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Why four stars? They were a bit disorganised (only little things) and it's a bit overpriced for Whiteladies Road where there are lots of other places to eat for less.

The restaurant was empty for lunch so I was really suprised when the food came out bland. Absolutely no seasoning, I told the waitress and she offered me ketchup. Won't be visiting again

I like the ambiance and decor of this place. It's a great addition to Whiteladies Road. The steak and chips are very good. But the sauces need improvement - I've tried the chimichurri and salsa so far. Glasses of wine are 250ml, which is quite a lot, but wine glasses are small.

I had high expectations for the meat... But those were exceeded! Patagonian wines from Malma are superb. Only disappointment was size of pancake for dessert!

Great food, reasonable prices, good service. Recommend the creamed spinach in particular!
