Went for a friends graduation do, really nice atmosphere and beautiful decor, great deal on drinks that were really well made by our bartender, Gez.

Unfortunately no zero stars option because it was probably the worst experience ever had in a restaurant in my entire life. It was such an embarassment for the hospitality industry. We booked for 7.30 and our mains arrived 2 hours later. The waiters were embarassing. The lady poured a bottle of red in 3 glasses, I never seen something that bad. The main were all overcooked. The next step to cook more the lamb and the steaks were to bring us a piece of carbon. Honestly, what a joke of a place. Never ever again!! 🤢🤮 shame on who train the waiters and the head chef could not been worse.

We just had a lovely meal at Lost and Found- I had the pâté and lamb grill, with a glass of Shiraz (and a fantastic tenderstem broccoli on thr side). The food was delicious, the service was great- Yamuna looked after us very well, and the atmosphere was great for a Monday night. Thanks again Lost and Found! Another lovely night.

Absolutely incredible food and service, polite, kind and friendly. Every need catered for. We were served by Yamuna, she made sure she did everything she could for us and checked back, regularly asking if there was anything else we wanted but very non intrusively! Atmosphere was inviting and calm.

We chose this place for it's proximity to the Clifton Lido, the menu and the ability to use s Taste Card. It was absolutely fabulous. Gorgeous food, very friendly attentive service and lovely place in general. We will be back!

Excellent dinner and lovely cocktails. Very good rump steak with peppercorn sauce. Great starter is Harissa marinated halloumi. We also loved the cocktails. We recommend French Martini and Kokatini (especially two for one offer). Only saw Strawberry Bon Bon on another table, but looked delicious.

I took my friend here for her birthday treat. We ordered bottomless brunch for two. The waffles were very light, and tasted good. I would’ve liked them better however if they were a bit ‘richer’. Non-alc versions of the drinks were great too, i especially like the strawberry cucumber one. The interior is beautiful, very cozy chairs, and the server was extremely polite & well mannered. I would recommend.

I ordered on my phone and ended up waiting 40+ minutes for my drinks - I actually had to go to the bar to ask about my drinks. Bar staff looked overwhelmed.

We’ve been here 3 times for bottomless brunch, and it’s hands down the BEST BB in central Bristol!!!! No waiting around for drinks, no over-crowding; it’s so ‘classy’ feeling. It’s the best BB food I’ve ever had as well! My friends say the steak is amazing The service is the stand out every single time! Gosia was phenomenal, and Bim (I think) took pictures of us as if we had a private photography booking - the staff genuinely make the entire experience! Thanks, we’ll come again soon.

The worst restaurant meal we have ever had. We had sirloin steak and it was cold and tasteless. The steak was very chewy and we are not sure it was sirloin. It was tasteless. The couple of bits of fried onion were raw and uncooked. The chips were covered in oil and looked like they had been around for some time. The béarnaise had no taste of Tarragon. The one tiny mushroom was just cooked. We were shocked at the quality of our food. It was all stone cold. One of our party had the lamb mixed grill and that was acceptable but the two steak meals were the worst we have ever had. This is a good looking restaurant in a prime Bristol Location but the product they served was very poor indeed. The prime meal Argentinian steak which we had especially come to try was not available as were other items on the a la carte menu. We felt incredibly let down and shocked at the quality of the food. This was not cooked by a professional chef and were left feeling ripped off and disappointed. We cannot recommend this restaurant and there are many more to choose from in this area. - the response from Lost & Found doesn't help me and i a, out of pocket for a product that was not as it should be. Passing it onto the "Kitchen Team" doesn't help me at all. (note no mention of Chef)

Had an amazing meal tonight! My family really enjoyed, staff couldn't be more accommodating and helpful, recommend this restaurant highly and would definetly come back!! Had the pan fried chicken breast was cooked perfectly and steak was cooked to perfection !

Overall experience was not good. Although our waiter was lovely I didnt feel very looked after. Bottomless brunch but only managed to order 4 drinks! My husband had the shakshuka which was nice & hot, although on the menu it said peas and hes convinced there were none (definately not complaining about peas lol) however i had the steak & eggs and this was so dissapointing! Food was luke warm at best! Egg was rock hard, steak cooked well but nothing was hot. It was like it had been sitting around for ages waiting for the other meal to cook. Nobody came to check back on us so couldnt let anyone know or ask for a replacement. Just overall a bit of a disapointment and we decided not to stay for the full duration of our booking. We were celebrating our wedding anniversairy and just wish we had booked somewhere else. Bill came to £75 which was definately not worth it!!

The sandwiches were awesome! We liked the Chicken Truffles in particular. The scones were good but they crumbled so it was hard to spread the jam and eat them without making a mess. The cakes were great as well! We just found the chocolate tart was a bit too sweet.

Service was amazing, had our own server who answered any queries we had with ease. Food was delicious, best steak I've had in ages! Never had an empty glass!

Got there early, and the chap up front was more than willing to accommodate us early. Took the two of us somewhere quiet, which was absolutely perfect. Food was quite nice.

Me gustaría sentir que soy honesto sobre mis críticas. Me gusta iluminar los ejemplos, así como las experiencias desagradables. Para mí, Lost and Found cayó en esto último. El restaurante pertenece a una cadena, así que mis expectativas no eran altas. De la decoración esperaba una versión cortada de 'Walcot House' en Bath, pero incluso hacer la comparación es despectivo a la experiencia de Bath. El filete presentado no cumplía con la definición de ribeye. El ojo de costilla, cortado entre el lado exterior de la costilla, es conocido por ser un corte de bistec muy jaspeado, muchas líneas grasas que atraviesan la carne roja y su fundamentalmente delicioso. El filete que recibí no tenía mármol y desde el primer bocado, fue duro... realmente duro. Inmediatamente señalé esto al personal de camareros, que después de pasear el bistec por el restaurante para una mayor evaluación y clasificación por el gerente, chef o cualquier otra parte interesada declaró que esto era realmente un ojo de costilla. Después de haberme devuelto el filete, la conversación se convirtió rápidamente en la escena del loro muerto de Monty Python. "Esto no es un ribeye", "sí, lo es, mira el marmol", "exacto, por eso lo estoy devolviendo, ¡no hay marmolería!", "El chef ha dicho que hay marmolería", "Pues sí, el jefe puede haber dicho eso pero claramente no" y así sucesivamente. Devolví el filete a la cocina, pagué la cuenta y estábamos en camino. En la defensa de L&F sí que ofrecieron un descuento del 10 % en la factura. Generalmente del resto del grupo había insatisfacción y refunfacción. La mayoría de la comida salió fría, comentarios de insípido sabor del pescado masala, esperamos demasiado tiempo para que nos sirvieran bebidas y tomando los pedidos. Nos atendieron cuatro empleados (posiblemente porque sabían del resultado probable). Para nosotros no fue una gran experiencia. Atendiendo a todas las buenas críticas que hay en este sitio, podría haber sido solo el tiempo más una serie de eventos coincidentes que llevaron a que nuestra noche se estropeara. Espero sinceramente que así sea y que nadie más tenga que sufrir a un coste no tan insignificante.

I'd like to feel I'm honest about my reviews. I like to shine a light on the exemplars as well as the unpleasant experiences. For me, Lost and Found fell into the latter. The restaurant belongs to a chain, so my expectations weren't set high. From the decor I was expecting a cut down version of 'Walcot House' in Bath, but even making the comparison is derogatory to the Bath experience. I'll try not to labor the review too much (reading back I failed) but these were my observations. L&F need to understand what a ribeye steak is, especially if they're prepared to declare it's Argentinian. Have I been to Argentina? No, but I have been to Montevideo, which is pretty close to Buenos Aires! (only separated via the river Plate). A city proud of its quality steaks and synonymous with the title of 'the best meat in the world'. A grand statement and how close did the quality of the 'Argentinian Ribeye' produced by L&F approach my previous experiences. Well .... its a bit like comparing spam and Iberico Ham. The steak presented did not meet the definition of a ribeye. The ribeye, cut from between outer side of the rib, is renowned for being a highly marbled cut of steak, a lot of fatty lines running through the red meat and its fundamentally delicious. The steak I received had no marbling and from the first bite, it was tough ... really tough. I promptly pointed this out to the waiting staff, who after walking the steak around the restaurant for further assessment and classification by the manager, chef or any other interested party declared this was indeed a ribeye. Having returned the steak to me, the conversation then rapidly developed into the 'dead parrot' scene from Monty Python. "This is not a ribeye", "yes, it is, look at the marbling", "exactly, that's why I'm returning it, there's no marbling!", "The chef has said there is marbling", "Well yes, the chief may have said that but there clearly isn't" and so on. I returned the steak to the kitchen paid the the bill and we were on our way. In L&F's defense they did provide a 10% discount on the bill. Generally from the remainder of the group there was dissatisfaction and grumbling. The majority of the food came out cold, comments of tastelessness of the masala fish, we waited too long to be served drinks and taking the orders. We were served by four employees (possibly because they knew of the probable outcome). For us it just wasn't a great experience. Going by all the good reviews that are on this site, it might just have been timing plus a series of coincidental events that led to our evening being spoilt. I truly hope this is the case and hope no one else has to suffer at not so insignificant cost.

It worked for what we needed for a late lunch, early evening meal.

Not one to leave poor reviews but was really disappointed today. Very slow service - they appeared short staffed but it seemed the bottomless brunch table was being prioritised over the other diners. My pizza was undercooked and they forgot the goats cheese but after waiting over an hour, I was too hungry to complain. The lamb dish my partner had was all bone and very little meat. Shame as the atmosphere is nice, maybe we just picked a bad day.

Decided to check out the 'Dining in the Dark' for our anniversary and couldn't recommend it enough! £45 for a 3 course meal and a drink was already wonderful to hear aha! Plus the food was genuinely delicious - My partner and I are from the Red (meat) and Green (Veggie) menus and both really enjoyed our retrospective meals. Tyrone was an angel the whole time, guiding us through the process, quizzing us on what we thought we ate, and making me feel right at home as a fellow gal from Merseyside. He made the night for us! Like i said, definitely recommend and would go again to try a different menu at some point. :)

I came here for lunch with my grandparents who were visiting Bristol. We booked through first table and had a lovely time! The food was very affordable and delicious and the atmosphere was delightful. The staff were friendly and attentive. Will be coming back again to try more of the cocktails!

This quaint and unassuming spot in Bristol packed a great punch 😎. The decor was fresh, tastefully done and very comfortable. The service was prompt and pleasant. I ordered the beer battered fish and chips and was not disappointed at all. Well seasoned, well fried and fresh cod. To top it all off I had an early evening table, and enjoyed their cocktail special they had running. Tom served up a tasty, and well balanced set of cocktails, ask for him if you want a good drink 🍹.

Llegué allí para que nos dijeran que no lo van a hacer todavía y probablemente no hasta noviembre y que somos la segunda mesa que han tenido hoy que quería asar. ¡Aparentemente se ha anunciado en línea demasiado pronto! Lovely food and drinks well worth the £35 pounds. Our initial drinks took a while to come but the staff were very accommodating and brought two at the same time and you get a complementary bottle of secco which was a lovely surprise! Callum was a lush waiter very polite and attentive. Best brunch I’ve been to and would recommend to friends & family.

Callum was our server and he was so nice and attentive. The place was so lovely and really generous with the drinks and food. The steak was thick and perfectly cooked, I was able to swap hash browns for triple cooked chips at no extra cost. It was a little noisy with groups of happy gals celebrating, but overall a really nice atmosphere and great food and drinks. Will definitely come again.

talora and calum are incredible hosts! i had my late birthday party here tonight and honestly they were like friends to the table! i’ve never such care from staff before and i don’t even want to call them staff. i’ve never felt more valued and i will return here for any occasion. if the manager is seeing this i want to give my highest credits to talora, a true girls girl of them all. if i could vote for the next manager it would be her. she is incredible at serving and paying attention to guests and making her work incredibly fun. i hope other get the joy of being served by her and her kindedness and i cannot fathom enough how much brighter my day was made by her. best of wishes to you talora and i hope i get greeted with such grace again!! <3
