Don't fancy waiting 50 minutes for a burger that takes few minutes to cook. The burger then coming with patties triple the size of the bun in width and being on the rare side of the cooking scale. When someone comes to pick up an order and is told they need 15 minutes, which is already a fairly long wait and then waiting 50 minutes instead you get a 1 star from me. Incompetence from the staff to prioritise a table of 9 burgers as opposed to making two quick burgers for a takeaway.

Dare I say the burger was better than from the truck, and that's no disservice to the truck as they're amazing as well.

Had to order at the counter, the bun wasn’t warm. A part from that very generous portion of chips (I liked the old bay spices option) and the smashed burger was good

Nice beer, good service and best burger I've had in ages. Should be busier than it is!

Had heard of Danny’s via an online article which said the burgers were epic and it wasn’t wrong. Absolutely top quality smash burger, I went for the classic double cheeseburger but added an extra patty and it nearly beat me, be warned they’re bigger than you think! Perfect flavour and lacing/crisping on the the patties. Also had the poutine (a Canadian dish that combines chips with gravy and cheese curds) chips we’re light and fluffy and the gravy was rich and really tasty, my only minor criticism would be the curds, they seemed more like halloumi “chunks” than actual curds (as they didn’t melt/soften as they should) but overall still a decent dish and at £6.50 good value and really filling. Would I return, 100% yes

Danny’s Burgers is undoubtedly the best and most affordable burger in Bristol. The service at the Love Inn was very good, the food was warm and came very quickly. We will definitely visit again!

Tried their spring roll and bread pakora, it was bad, service was nice. Surrounding area is also a bit shady.

Good old fashioned boozer tucked out of the way in Bristol City centre. Good cask ale selection and nice relaxed atmosphere
