Excellent service and great atmosphere in this new bar on portishead marina, staff are always happy to talk through the different beers,ciders etc. Definitely a 5 star for me. Good luck

Portishead..new bar. It's pretty small, so opening night it was packed. Nice to have another bar to go to. Big selection of beer..all starting at £5:90, if you want a 5:5 abv then you are looking at £7. More expensive than Sirens Calling. Wine is £9 to £10 for a 250 ml glass. Cider is at £5:90. Personally I think they need a couple of go to lower priced beers. It's new, it's different give it a go.

Quality establishment for the 90s and 00s ex student cliftonites who now have kids and are living in more family friendly suburbs. Excellent alcoholic cocktails, beers and wines. Very very pleasant

Finally Gloucester road has a great craft beer bar. Staff were really friendly, spacious place with more room downstairs and the beer selection was excellent: verdant, deya, lervig.

I have been here a couple of times in the past but haven’t been for a while as I stopped drinking alcohol. The service is quick and the atmosphere has always been good here. I came here last weekend for my birthday to have a mocktail. I had a pino colada mocktail and it was excellent. The taste was really pleasant, the glass used was great and lastly it was reasonably priced (around £5). I hope they offer even more mocktails in the future.

Went to the stand up comedy show downstairs in the basement last night and no-one checked my ticket and the room was full. The seat arrangement left no clear aisle which was a fire hazard especially in a basement. Probably wouldn't risk going there again with such casual attention to safety.

Quaint little place for alcohol on Gloucester Road. You can even order food in because they don't have an in-house kitchen.

Brilliant night had by all last night downstairs in the entertainment area. Naomi, the kareoke host, was amazing and got the whole crowd singing and clapping along! Will be back again!

Just had some lovely cocktails here last night. Friendly staff, nice setting, board games available and dog friendly.

Cocktails are delicious and have a real kick to them unlike the watered down offerings from some of the chains. Staff are friendly and the overall setting is lovely

I like it here. It’s not a chain nonsense place and is actually run by a couple who care about what they’re doing. Very relaxing. I hope they go from strength to strength. 🥳

Last time a male freind of mine went he was met with snobbery and rudeness when he asked what cider they had, he was polite and first time he went in, definatly a bit of a vibe here for that. Aside that the bar is good, but that's about it. I couldn't go again after how my freind was treated though.

Usually only end up here because it's the last place open but it's nice enough with some interesting drinks.

It's a nice place to visit, usually quite busy at the weekends, but is open quite late so that's a win. Enjoy the cocktails and the service is good. Nice place to chill and enjoy a drink or two.

Lovely bar with a wide range of cocktails, a changing array of craft beers and ciders and a reasonable selection of wines. There are board games if that’s your thing and occasional comedy/music events downstairs. Most people are there to enjoy the relaxed vibe and the do some people watching on Gloucester Road.

My favourite bar in Bristol for craft beer hands down.

Ordered tea and the cup was filthy. On another visit I wanted to buy the 2 for 1 cocktails but swap the alcohol in one for juice and they said they can't do that! So bizarre. Generally a bit grubby inside, tables, chairs, toilets etc...

I recently went to their Friday comedy night and it was literally the most hilarious thing I’ve been to in ages. Nice intimate crowd so all the more laughs. Would highly recommend.

Dropped in for the comedy night, had a few relaxing drinks, staff very friendly and had a good buzzing atmosphere. The 2 comics were good, preferred the second, the compare was great at keeping us all laughing. Will be coming back again really soon.

Went here for a comedy night in the basement, what a great bar, bar staff were knowledgeable and great fun all had a smile on their faces which is rare these days, the comedy night was really good I'd definitely be a regular if I lived in Bristol, as it is I'll just be a regular when I'm in town.

Nice place with a decent atmosphere. Something for everyone on the beer list, but wine choice is very limited. (Also a shame to not see the local distilleries represented on the bar in favour of the big names like Tarquins)

Best bar in Bristol. Great range of craft beer and a big selection of cocktails. The owners and staff are always so welcoming and accommodating each time I visit. Most nights they provide an event such as comedy, quiz’s and even showed the six nations last weekend 😃 A must visit!

Great little place had amazing time. Band was rocking.good VIBES the landlady and landlord was warm and welcoming .the bar staff was great bunch. They got lots actives going on in week weekend .can see this place being the place to go. Just love live music 🎶 definitely one I be going back to .Mix age group so even better x
