The food offering has changed in here to Just Wings, which isn't to my liking but I'm reviewing on the basis of a good old karaoke evening that I participated in here a few weeks ago. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I'd gone out with a group of friends to Vérité, so wasn't expecting a karaoke finale. What a way to finish the night. I sing, so was happy to belt out 'Texas Hold'em' to finish off what was a very pleasant evening. Everyone in good spirits. Karaoke sound system pretty good too. 🎤

Fantastic value bottomless brunch. It cost £40 for 3 hours . It’s very relaxed and brilliant value . You can have cocktails ( varied and excellent) , Prosecco or wine . The food is of a good standard and there are set options as in a pizza each or a sharing platter . We thought there was a singer in at 6 but unfortunately there wasn’t that night but that aside it was a great experience

Food was awful, dried burger on soggy bun and pizza which was undercooked and tasteless. Complained and refused refund as the bar use outside catering Just Wings . However bar staff gave us a complimentary drink .

We just had my daughter 21st at Birkers in Birkdale village , next to train station . She had a wonderful time, food was amazing done by just wings. Bar is still open but you’re cordoned off with VIP ropes. We had balloons delivered so was decorated lovely and DJ was free. The manager couldn’t do enough to ensure we all had a great evening. Also venue is free 😁😁😁. Also buffet provided by just wings was fantastic and catered for both meat eaters and vegetarian and we had a fantastic selection of mini desserts. Food came out in 2 sittings and I was bowled over by the value for money as it cost a lot less than we were expecting. All in all a fantastic place for a 21st birthday celebration 🎉

Came here for a 3 hr bottomless brunch (42.50) The service was friendly and relaxed . The cocktails were superb , in great glasses and brought to our table . The food was tasty and it was all a really nice treat . Towards the end we even had live music playing crowd pleasers .

Late lunch, really impressed with the food. Did the £5 deal for pizza, burger or cocktail. Friendly staff

Very quiet place when we visited. Staff attentive, place clean. Food was lovely and reasonably priced however drinks were slightly over priced for lunch.

Very good, compact bar. Enjoyed a good bottle of expensive wine with a delicious and very inexpensive pizza. Which was very tasty. Staff were pleasant, live music enjoyable. All made for a lovely evening.

Went for first time with husband. Staff were excellent and food lovely. Had veggie burger and chicken and beef burger, massive portions and great value for money. Saw some people having pizza which looked nice too.Had a live singer on which added to the ambience. Would highly recommend and if in the area would go back again .

We've been a couple of times for 'brunch' and the breakfast menu is great and the food even better. Large portions, well cooked and no messing about with tiny sachets of sauce. So well worth it. Can't comment on the evening/night life but hope to try the Bill I Am karaoke one of these days.

Brilliant food, excellent atmosphere. Absolute gem of a place 🎉. The staff are very friendly and professional. The owner Mike and his better half are such a welcoming couple

Out for the night with the girls, great atmosphere and singer, only problem was the unisex toilet was a disgrace. It doesn’t take a couple of minutes in between customers to mop the floor! Say no more

Poor waitress was the only serving totally run of her feet. Atmosphere was excellent. No table was sanitize between customers. Need I say any more.

This is a new bar in Birkdale and we have had coffee twice both times the coffee was excellent. We also had a great panini with cheese and homemade ham.

We only noticed this new bar as we were going through the village and some folk at a table said the coffee was good. Sure enough the coffee was excellent.
