Food nice unfortunately ordered chicken Katsu poke bowl however didn’t have anything it said with it other than the chicken and rice. Disappointed. The Rest of the food was good.

Came here back in February I think it was. Me and my wife both had ramen, pretty affordable and tasted great. We really enjoyed the tuna sushi though, we'll eventually be back. The fellow behind the till was very pleasant too.

I ordered a takeaway on 31.5.24. when the food was delivered it was cold, the chicken and noodles were thrown together and delivered in a cardboard box which had become soggy. On taking the first mouthful all I could taste was cardboard, I threw the food straight in the bin. Disgusting!

Chicken not cooked, hardly any salad very disappointing and asked for brown rice got white rice

wasn't impressed which we usually are. They had run out of chicken terriaki so went for the chicken katsu and salmon terriaki - very disappointed in the salmon, was mostly skin fried not much meat and the chicken was dry not enough sauce. the rice was also very dry and not like it usually is. unsure if will use again.

Their bubble tea is always good but their food is the best. It's good value for money and always one of those dishes that never look big but your stuffed at the end. Staff are always nice and friendly. With two quite picky daughters, this place never fails to satisfy their hunger!

Delicious pork ramen, huge improvement from my last visit two years ago. My friends ate chicken katsu rice and chicken katsu udon which was great!

The bubble tea is 80% ice, no drink. The soba isn’t even soba. Quite sad

Had Chicken katsu ramen and prawn katsu ramen today and safe to say it didn’t arrive like a ramen more of a soaked noodles.. great that prawn arrived in a separate box but overall was quite bland.. husband had to add salt… bone daddies and shoryu normally separated the noodles for takeaways maybe that’s something to consider. we didn’t want to give a low ratings as previously it’s looks like a ramen and was delicious.. maybe tonight it’s a one off thing.

We got given cucumber maki on the house after not having enough to pay. The staff were amazing and we also received fortune cookies. Overall I would recommend this to everyone looking for an amazing place to eat in Tonbridge

restaurant lied and said it was delivered when it wasn’t, when it did arrive it was all room temperature, skewers were tiny def not worth the money there wasn’t enough sauce on the katsu curry, the rice was just a blob all stuck together. it pains me to say it cause we’ve always had great service and brill food but it seems to have gone down hill since we last ordered.

Food was great, as always... Problem were the bubble teas- they were made half heartedly, with hardly any "bubbles" in them and no flavour. I've had them from this store before and they were great then. Ended up throwing very expensive watery juice down the drain!

Visited in December for the first time and was very pleased. The portions are generous for the price. I the katsu chicken sushi, my friends ordered the vegetarian sushi and Salmon sushi. The quality of the sushi was high and the staff were very kind and accomodating. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Tonbridge.

Extremely, extremely disappointed with my experience here. Ordered a dim sum and katsu for a takeaway only to find out that my money was going down the drain. The dim sum was not only bland and overstuffed, the raw fillings made it even worse. The chicken katsu on the other side clearly lacked flavor, very unappetizing...got me actually thinking why I was desperate enough to come here in the first place. The staffs are clearly lacking proper English communication and not being able to explain my concerns over the phone about what happened made it even more frustrating. Very uninterested staffs hmm. Will not be returning again and I will make sure to spread my words..

Service was incredibly slow despite no other orders in store. The cashier wouldn't let us use our TN card despite their sign.

We wanted something quick but something that wouldnt make us feel sluggish. They said one of the dishes we ordered was going to be 7-8 minutes (which obviously was more than okay) and we had ordered the tonkatsu ramen and the half and half katsu teriyaki. Filled us up without making us feel over full. Meat in both dishes was cooked perfectly and the rice I would be be happy to eat as is its so good! Not 5 stars only because we know its reheated (you pay for you get), the place needs some TLC and there's stock stored on the floor (not somewhere I'd eat in when I can sit in the comfort of my home) I'd be disappointed if somewhere like this was closed down as there is not many places like this in our area. And we love Japanese food! Overall great!!

great little place, friendly staff and really tasty food. order from here way too much because i love it. my regular favourites are the salmon sushi boxes and the pork and chive dumplings (honestly the dumplings here are incredible) but everything i've tried has been wonderful. on rare occasions i've had something slightly wrong given to me but they are always incredibly kind and try to fix things in order to make their customers happy. for delivery orders food comes quickly with no issues and my special request (only no mayo im not /that/ person lol) was honoured. additionally the delivery person is always lovely, even if my dogs are going insane at them lol. definitely a favourite for me.

Had the chicken Katsu curry, tasteless, very dry lack of sauce. Beef Dim sum for sides which took longer to arrive than the curry.

This is THE best sushi in Tonbridge, Kent, and quite possibly this side of Tokyo. If I could give these guys 50 stars I would. The key elements to good sushi is being fresh and made basically in front of you from good ingredients, which is what NiiHaw guys are doing for a very modest price. I can see some reviews here are on a negative side because of mixup with deliveries, which means you you need to come to them :) The sushi is so good it is well worth the visit!

Ordered the yasi (vegetarian) ramen & some vegetarian dimsum. Overall the food was nice. I wasn't blown away though but it wasn't bad. Portions & prices were fair. The dimsum tasted nice but much like the ones I cook at home from the freezer. The ramen was ok but not really to pallet / preferred taste. It was a little too salty & tasted quite strong of like the curry ramen packets you get. Plus points however: the tofu & sweet potato in the ramen were very yummy. On reflection I'd maybe skip the ramen and just order the inari tofu and sweet potato croquettes as sides. It was my first time ordering food , and it arrived on time which judging from other reviews can be a problem for some people but I'm my case it was on time. Would I return as a customer? possibly but I'd order different items. Overall 3/5. As I wasn't all that impressed by the food I ordered but it wasn't terrible by any means. Just kind of ok & quite nice. The redemption for me was definitely the tofu & sweet potato, if I'd just had that it would of been a 4-5 star review. So I think for me it depends on what I ordered.

food is great here but the wait time for collection was really bad! told to pick up our order at 12.45 got to the restaurant and had to wait until almost 1.30pm for our order ! that’s almost an extra 45 minutes wait. really poor and disappointing what’s the point of ordering food n advance for collection when you still have to wait an extra 45 minutes on top of the original waiting time

Really disappointed with Nii Haw today. We ordered at 19:56 and its now 21:43 and they have not delivered our food! We order from them a lot and they usually take long but this is outrageous! I called at 20:59 and the man on the phone said our food is on its way and should be with us in a few minutes but here we're are almost an hour later and still nothing. It's a shame because the food is very tasty and fresh but the delivery let's everything down. I'm weary to order from them again!!!! Update 22:20: still no food at 22:20 and I got an email stating my food was delivered at the same time that the Shop app notified me that my food was shipped. This is even more frustrating as when I called at 9 they told me it would be a few minutes! So either they lied or the delivery driver decided to stop for a break instead of deliver food. We won't be ordering from Nii Haw again! Update 22:56: The food didn't come! Flabbergasted at the appalling service we've received this evening. I want my money back!

We ordered quite a few times from NiiHaw, the delivery ALWAYS takes so long. Today we've been waiting for nearly two hours, a half of the order was wrong, no napkins or chopsticks and a person on the phone couldn't understand what dishes we wanted. Which is all a shame because the food is actually tasty and fresh. Don't think that we ever order again.

Had the chicken katsu & duck teriyaki lunch bowl with assorted dim sum. The food was cooked while I waited and decided to eat in. Lovely, fresh, vibrant, satisfying - perfect in every way. One to note in T Wells

I ordered the chicken teriyaki, pork dumplings, spicy squids rings and a mango bubble tea. I have to say that those dumpling are the best dumplings I have ever tasted in my life and I've eaten alot of dumplings in my 23 years. Seriously, buy the dumplings. The chicken was nice too, not as good as wagas chicken teriyaki, but really hit the spot, rice was really smooth and lovely mouth feel. The squid rings I wish weren't breaded but tasted really nice and I would defo order again. I tried bubble tea because my friend said to try it, I wasn't a fan so gave it to get and she said it was really nice and can't fault it. All round, I am suppose to be on a diet, but I really think this place cured all my cravings and I am highly satisfied. Would defo order again. (Perhaps when I'm not on a diet) 😅

Wow! I had never tried sushi becuase I was a vegetarian but I finally tried their vegetarian sushi and it was the best thing I have ever eaten!!! The veggie box was full of amazing things and there was an amazing amount of flavour packed into it. Totally recommend it!!!!

Unfortunately placed an order online and we came to pick it up from the Sevenoaks shop. Got home to find that half of our order was missing. Called the shop and they said they would deliver the missed out order in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later I called back to be told that the driver was 5 minutes away. 10 minutes after that the driver called me to ask where we lived and that he was just leaving the shop.......... NOT HAPPY. Won't be back. No kind of apology or refund offered.

I've not eaten sushi in years and am pleased to say that these guys have done a really good job! Beautiful selection to choose from. No complaints.

The food is ok, but the service is terrible. In 3 orders they have made a mistake twice and they didn't even give any compensation. The first time they "missed" the order, so 50 mins later we were still waiting and they hadn't even started. The second time the driver left parts of the order behind. We had to wait for him to finish his round, return to the restaurant and bring us the missed dishes which were now cold.

Delivery is always far later than they say. Most of the food we've had has been good...but sometimes the hot dishes are cold by the time they get to you. A shame, but terrible service that is just not worth it.

Tried placing a telephone order for bespoke meal, due to speciality diet... Very rude lady, despite picking up phone stated that they would not take a phone order... use the website. Even when I advised that website did not provide option for adapting order, she would not offer any flexibility. Don't normally leave poor reviews, espeially for restaurant I have never tried the food from, however in the circumstances and the current climate in which independent restaurants are apparently so dependent on our custom, I won't be attempting to use this one again.

Really disappointing recently, been returning hoping service would improve and tried to be sympathetic to covid situation on how business is run but I won't be returning anymore. Food collection always delayed, skimping on condiments and the Sushi was poorly made. I'm sorry Niihaw.

It’s absolutely bad service. When my mom went to their restaurant to order take away food. Then they said just receive online but my mom is not good at technology that why she comes to their restaurant to order. However, we try to call the to order food then we will pickup, unfortunately he had the same answer. They must should be more sympathetic towards her as old people do not know much about technology. I believe they will have solutions soon

Had a fast delivery, however poor service. I ordered the Calamari Squid Salad through Uber Eats, and what I received looked nothing like the photo! I presumed we had received the wrong dish, so I rang up to double check. I asked if the Calamari Squid was mean't to be battered like the picture, to which they replied "it just comes like you have it.". I'm not 100% sure what I received was Calamari Squid, but either way they definitely need to update their images and descriptions on Uber Eats!! We didn't end up eating the "Calamari Squid Salad" as it was not what we expected. However their Sushi is fantastic, and think I would stick to ordering that if I ever order again.

NHS worker husband went to bed without eating as his shift is at 6am, ordered 2 hours ago and been told it won't be here for another half an hour. Will see whether that's accurate!

Really unacceptable service! we ordered our katsu curry and mochi to get a call saying the flavour of mochi we wanted was out of stock... instead of a refund we had to choose a different flavour - none of the flavours we liked but we went with it, being a local business. We ordered our food far in advance (so a much later arrival time) and the order came over half an hour late! Not only was it late but the mochi was melted and luke warm and one katsu curry had loads of chicken and the other had two strips of chicken... terrible!!!

Since lockdown the new online booking system has proved to be such nusense and does not make sense if you literally stand next to the shop instead of being able to order inside at the till.. Also, prices have been notably increased since reopening which is an attempt to pass on the losses they made during lockdown to the consumer (after possibly receiving some grant or financial help from the government). You pay £5 for a 4-piece nigiri- a bit over the top! I was watching my son's every bite, telling him that if he drops a piece on the floor he would have wasted £1.25! Also, we ordered sashimi instead of nigiri, and although they kindly offered to amend it for us, when I asked whether it has the same price, I was answered 'yes yes ...' in a haste- but when I checked later it was £1 more. It's obviously not about paying a £1, but about honesty and trust. I'm sorry but I'm not impressed at all.

Food was ok, but the delivery times we're terrible. The worst part is how they treat you, when you call the restaurant they ignore you, hang up on you. Finally had to get in the restaurant and again they ignore you but take other calls.
