This is a nice spot to fill the up for the day before we go the travel tourist.The coffee is really nice and we can plan our Adwenture on a full menu of eats , this is not to expensive and the staff are welcome with the smiles, Gut food all round and lots to the chose from

The Best Cafe in Thames Ditton that is for sure and you will so get a warm welcome and a great cup of Tea along with fantastic fresh made food

Lovely Place and nice to sit and eat with no pressure to watch the clock. staff are lovely. Sausage Buns are fresh and very filling and the prices are not dear at all and you will leave with change in your pocket . well done Nice Buns Cafe you really are a Little Gem

The Lay out of the Front is So Eye Catching and The bread Bought to take home was Indeed well worth a home made Sausage sandwich but So Not Made up The Perfect way that The Nice Buns Cafe had made for us. and served us with a warm smile. I love this little gem. It is always busy at lunchtime, we ordered the eggs Benedict, which was absolutely perfect. The coffee is delicious and the staff very friendly. The guy behind the counter was doing his best taking orders and making up sandwiches at the same time, so I do think he needed some help at busy periods. We will be back.

We visited for having lunch on a Friday, the ladies very friendly and helpful, very organised. The food was lovely and really nice coffee as always. However, we just felt down about the little professionalism of the gentleman working at the till. Thank you, anyway we will definitely go back.

The lady that owns the shop very rude, speaking about her old staff in front of customers that knew them with current staff very loudly - no dignity whatsoever 😬 put me off completely!

It was very busy but service was speedy and the brunch very good. A little pricey at £8.40 for a slice of toast with poached eggs, avocado and tomato but tasty.They do various hot food dishes including breakfast and brunch until 2.30pm with vegan and veggie choices, selection of coffees as well as sandwiches and cakes.Several people coming in for take away sandwiches and coffees.Small but friendly atmosphere.

When I have to travel to Thames Ditton I always leave home early so I can have a great relaxed breakfast here. Nice people, great food and nothing seems too much trouble. I'm a toasted bacon sandwich fan but I may leave home even earlier next time and go for the full montague.

If the nearby Lime Tree is a little too daunting, and you don't categorise yourself as one of the yummy mummies or Thames Ditton illuminati who frequent it, try Nice Buns instead.It's relaxed, self-assured and easy-going, and it gives you a nice welcome and a decent feed without feeling that you're being assessed or pigeonholed.Excellent value for money, wi-fi, a kids' menu, free parking outside for an hour... what's not to like?Though closed on Sunday (I know it's asking a lot, but isn't Sunday brunch the kind of gentle, unrushed and valued meal this place is made for?), it opens at half-seven every morning (8am on Saturdays), and it also acts as a mini bakery, selling fresh loaves.Yet by mid-afternoon, just when you want to settle down with a cuppa, Instagram and a slice of cake, it closes!As a morning stop-off, however, it has no equal in the town. We visit this place about once a week and we love it. The waiters already know our order when we come in and are so polite and friendly. Always in for a chat. I love it!

We visit this cafe regularly, and always have a great experience. A warm welcome and great customer service from the staff who are willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is to your liking. Excellent breakfast/brunch menu and the children’s menu is just perfect value for money. This cafe is a real asset to Thames Ditton, it’s easy to see why it is so popular at certain times of the day!

Daughter and I arrived at 14:35. Menu said food until 15:00. I asked if we should seat ourselves -“yes”. We selected our food went to order at 14:40 - they then announced, with a shrug, that the kitchen was closed. I asked about the 3:00 on the menu and they said “but it’s Friday”

A small village cafe that was great to take the kids for a treat after school. Has recently changed hands and now charges extra to dine in. Normally closes early afternoon, the times I’ve been recently have found it disappointing.

I would highly recommend coming to Nice Buns! Jackie and the team are so friendly and your food is always served with a smile! The food is super yummy with plenty of choice It's safe to say your never short of choice and it doesn't disappoint! The servings are very generous and always delicious! I come in at least once a week :) If you are around Thames Ditton, defiantly head to Nice Buns!

I dropped in with my delightful daughter-in-law for a light bite. We were created with a smile and our orders taken as soon as we were ready. I had a beef roll; she had a coronation chicken baguette and both of us had ginger beer.

Took a walk into the village this morning with the wife and 5 year old son for breakfast. We normally go into Hampton court and then walk around the palace grounds but the wife was a bit hungover this morning so decided to stay local. Best decision ever! Because it meant we have found our home for lazy breakfast mornings and within walking distance. Result!

Acabamos de pasar por encima de la cafetería en un encantador y amable en Thames Ditton. Jackie el dueño es impresionante - ella realmente le importa su cliente - Sándwiches son deliciosos, esté lleno! Y el pan extraordinario - el ambiente es animado y acogedor transitada son - Jackie siempre tiene tiempo para todo el mundo - Este es un café muy distinguido y la comida es digno de un restaurante selecto realmente excelente. Elección es enorme - Thames Ditton la suerte de tener un lugar! No se desanime por una cola porque hay un montón de personal y nadie espera. This is a really great cafe serving delicious breakfasts and lunches. The service is friendly and helpful. It's great to have the option of all day breakfast items- you never know when you might want blueberry pancakes!

I went here for breakfast with my 5 year old it was great. Attention to detail was lovely my daughter had hot chocolate it was warm not hot in a kid friendly plastic mug and had marshmallows on top and gave her a plastic spoon to scoop perfect !! Toast was lovely proper bread not supermarket loaf and coffee was really good. We will defo go back as the selection for lunch was huge. Great find and really kid friendly.

I work 5 mins walk down the road. I often come down to this sandwich bar with my colleagues. They offer a variety of sandwich fillings, cakes and snacks. There are enough choices, you will not be disapponted. I only thing I did not like was the very small quantity of soup that was given in a take away coffee cup. It'll be good to use some proper soup take away containers and pack it nicely. All over, we love this sandwich bar and highly recommend it.

I live in the village and have often walked past this cafe but haven't been in until earlier this week when my daughter and I went in for a snack. I had a delicious falafel and humus sandwich and tasty coffee- my daughter had a lovely milk shake. All excellent, with speedy and smiling service. What a huge contrast to the lime tree coffee shop. We will be back for a tempting breakfast.

I've been going here most Saturday's whilst my daughter takes a dance class. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love their breakfast and the sandwiches for lunch are very good too. Today I wasn't feeling great and the lovely lady (the owner I think) made me a fresh honey, lemon and ginger tea. This was just what I needed and really appreciated it. The service is always friendly and the food is really reasonably priced too.

This place is a nice place for breakfast - I always pick the sausage and egg sandwich which is to die for. They have a large choice of food on the menu, including a kids menu, and all round it's a nice place to go.

Nice buns is situated in the village, I'm a frequenter here as its near to home & i pass everyday on the school run.Staff are friendly & helpful & don't mind you bringing in your kids in to eat.My family have tried most stuff on the menu & love the sandwiches served here ( eat in or take away - hot or cold ) good selection of fresh bread - but you have to be quick as most days they sell out fast!!

The reviews to date strike me as slightly OTT. But this is undoubtedly a good addition to the (small and cosy) Thames Ditton scene. And it feels very child-friendly (which whilst probably suiting most won't suit all). On my visit the table hadn't been cleared after the previous users. And they'd run out of veggie sausages. I'll be back though.

I work locally to Nice Buns & visit often for Lunch. The Bread & huge selection of fillings are amazing as is the friendly welcoming service. I've only sat in a couple of times but again I've received nothing but great service & good food. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast was perfect for 4 of us, cooked breakfast a good size and sandwiches massive (in a good way!). Amazing value, cooked breakfast was £4!

The loaves and expensive but worth it as they taste of bread and have not additives. The white sliced is my favorite! Sandwiches and coffee all good and good value.

We often go here for coffee in the mornings and I have to say its a really chilled place.We often get our lunch here too and their sandwiches and salads are amazing. Thames Ditton is a sleepy place on a Monday morning. We stopped there for breakfast. I had a wonderful bacon sandwich and my wife had hot buttered toast with hot drinks. We also bought made to order sandwiches for our lunch stop.Everything was delicious.
