Had a meal here today for tea ordered kung-po what a waste of money have had menu kung po from other chippy befor and really enjoy them nut this dish was so unbelievable bad so dry and bland mo Kingdom souse never will go there again

Absolutely outstanding food! Cannot fault any dish we have tried and the value for money is extraordinary! Monday to Thursday there is an offer of 5 meals for £18 and theres plenty to feed a family of 4 easily! The bbq ribs are perfect and the meat falls off the bone, the best takeaway ribs we've ever had, you wont be disappointed.

Probably the best Chinese take away in the area. Never had a bad meal from there and we must order at least 3 times per month.

Oh my God, I was pleased, more than pleased my usual Chinese was closed. I ordered Crispy chilli beef fried rice £7.10, the best value for money ever, feed 2 easily, I went back for seconds, ate the lot. You have got my business in future, and I've already gave menus to friends with my recommendation. Many thanks for beautiful tasty food. See you all soon

Great chips especially well done if asked and lovely salt and pepper chips

Got a king prawn in black bean sauce, and absolutely enjoyed it. I have ordered from here so many times, and find myself going time and time again, especially after being in work on a long day at work. The staff are absolutely lovely and always get a service with a smile.

Few times ordered from here now and chips our rock hard and burnt sorry I ordered again

My family and I have been coming here for years! The staff are absolutely fantastic, the food is superb, with a great variety and the location is more than ideal. I couldn’t ask for a better Chinese takeaway especially with those yummy sausages and wonderful pie dinners!

Used here last night for the 1st time after recommendation, absolutely lovely, chicken fried rice was gorgeous, curry nice and tasty and chips .Hot when arrived which is great, as sometimes you can order from places and turns up warm. Would defo recommend here.

Chips were poor, large portion but not worth eating

Absolutely best fish and chips in my opinion. Delicious crispy cod and the best chips. Crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside, plus lovely little crispies. Hubby always gets spring onion and ginger king prawns and he's always a happy chappy. So glad it's our little local chippy.

Lovely tasty food, would highly recommend the set meal for 2. So much we struggled to finish it.

This place is amazing! I go every single day and it doesn’t disappoint! The staff are so nice i bring my dog in (when i go) and they give her free sausages . Not once have they ever got my order wrong if you are needing a chippy to go to this is the one ! I recommend this to anyone who loves having chippys its the best and the salt and pepper chicken is so delicious its better than any other ive had. This is my go to chippy and i will never stop going!

BY FAR THE BEST CHIPPY IN THE UK! this chippy is full of wonderful staff and theyre just so kind and welcoming! Dont get me started on the food, its delicious! GREAT portion sizes at a GREAT price! I always order from this chippy and i dont think i need to try any other ones, my children loves it aswell its honestly a wonderful friday night treat! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! LOVE ITTTTTTTTTTT!!!

Ordered chilli oil got chilli sauce. Rang back they said they don't do chili oil so should have said earlier. Ordered salt and pepper chicken but got no peppers just onions then rang back, no answer. Prawn toast was burnt too. Last minute decision. Wrong decision. 5 stars for boiled rice though and salt n pepper onions without peppers lol

Best chippy in Litherland and surrounding areas! Lovely food, Generous portions, Reasonable prices, Always delivered Hot and Fresh usually within 20mins of placing order. Highly recommend, I don't use any other chippy now. Again, can't praise this chippy enough. Without doubt, by far the best chip shop in the area for both English and Chinese dinners. Well Done Ni Hao!!!

Absolute lovely, fresh ingredients, tasty Chinese sauces, totally recommend

Wasn't all bad but wasn't all good either, chips a little under done and I asked 3 times if they could put the curry sauce on it but they put it in a container, food was to eat as I'm walking so needed to stop pour the sauce on it and eat it. Attitude adjustment needed with the girl taking orders you may of had a long hard day and probably stressed but don't take it out on polite and friendly customers.

We have had two deliveries from Ni Hao. We will be happy to keep ordering. The food is surprisingly good, much better than other local takeaway places. We had Chicken Chow Mein (thin noodles), Szechuan (Sichuan) beef - very good, but nowhere near as hot as in Sichuan :-) Second time, also more Chicken Chow Mein, and the Special Udon. Noodles were perfect, and the meat and vegetables lovely. Highly recommended.

Late night chips and curry was boss!

Great location somewhere between Bootle and Litherland. Car park outside of the business. Really lovely, helpful and welcoming staff! Clean place. Orders can be collect within 10 minutes. No experience with the home delivery. Next door there's an Off Licence, so easy to pick up some drinks with the food. The food was Salt and pepper chips and ribs with curry and fried rice. The food was piping hot, fresh even when we got home (cca 10 mins drive). Unfortunately the food can't get top rate. Tasted a little bit plain, couldn't taste the spices. The ribs were tasty but not really salt and pepper but bbq taste. It is only my subjective opinion, as I love spicy food, and tasted many other chippy foods nationwide. The colour and the texture of the food was also nice, appetizing! Well worth to try this place, they've got many other dishes to try. Cheers.

Had a few meals from here. They've not been too bad. Last night had a delivery. Chicken breast was very dry. The mixed meat fried rice was just OK. Sausages were cold. The chips were absolutely disgusting. We couldn't eat them. You could feel through the wrapping that they were hard. When opened they were all little bits of crusty chip ends and just a few chips that obviously been re heated more than once. Spent 15 quid which was just a waste of money. Whoever wrapped the CHIPS up must of seen what they were like.

Awful food and delayed wait time

Sweet and sour chicken balls with boiled rice. Hardly any chicken, and taste of this thing around awful. Rice without a taste. Another thing is that I was thinking to pay 5.10 for this, but then she says to me 1.80 for rice. What? I looked on the menu, plus 10 pence for rice. Never again

Disappointed!! Food not the best it was only warm when it got here ( 2 mins in a car ) also don't think the " chicken " was chicken at all

We used to enjoy this place as our local chippie until this evening. Waiting for our food i added two extra things to the order to which i even apologised for the inconvience and a staff member decided right in front of my face to slag me off to another customer. Needless to say the order was cancelled as i would rather give another local business my money. Very disappointing customer service. Will never use them again

Have visited this place before and already liked the food and the friendly staff. Today I ordered using * Just Eat * and once again was impressed, food was delivered 20 minutes earlier than predicted, piping hot, and as usual, excellent.

I dont care about the food, I do however care about the texts that I am harassed with rvery single friday that I did NOT sign up for. I have asked them to take me off their books but they have not responded or acted in anyway! They want me to pay to STOP these messages! Which I completely refuse to as this is absolutely disgraceful. Due to this. Wont be eating from here again as I am furious.

We had a takeaway about an hour ago to my surprise the chips even though late in the evening were like hard warm ups my husband said the code was passable and my satay tasty but salt and pepper chips straight in bin I will be calling to complain.
