After a dear friends funeral at Oakworth crematorium, we were invited for drinks and refreshments. The staff very welcoming and friendly. The buffet food was delicious. The sandwiches were fresh and the pasties, sausage rolls and quiches were served warm. The scones with jam and cream were a treat.

We had both my parent's funeral teas here & the food was great on both occasions.Rebecca & Colin were really welcoming & accommodating & gluten free guests were pleased too. The outside space was stunning & there is plenty of parking & level access for disabled guests. Everything went smoothly & efficiently from start to finish. Their scones are, in my opinion, better than those in Ilkley! We also enjoyed Sunday lunch & evening dinner too here

Excellent place. Went with my partner and daughter the food was top notch and reasonably priced, we all loved it the host went out of her way to entertain my little girl by calling the horses and donkeys over, she was over the moon feeding them carrots. Would go there again. Also one of best pints of golden best I've had in a long while.

We had our wedding reception here over 30 years ago and nothing has changed. To say it's a bit dark and dreary is an understatement. The whole place is in need of a refurbishment, especially the carpets, tables and 1970s toilets. Food and drink was good if nothing special. If nothing else a good lick of paint to brighten the place up is definitely in need.

We had a reception for a funeral here. Ordered the bacon sandwich and scone option. Bacon sandwiches were huge, with mushroom and tomatoes, all freshly made 'to order' when people arrived. Scones were amazing, proper home baked with jam and cream in separate dishes. Tea and proper brewed coffee too. It's a lovely homely setting and was the perfect little send off. Highly recommended.

It's hard to list all of the things that make this site so excellent, But I'll try! The owners are lovely, they made us feel very welcome. When we arrived they gave us the choice of an alternative pitch as we had a large tent with us and they thought we might like a larger pitch. The gentleman then made sure we were happy and comfortable before he left us. The pitch we had was excellent and The space between pitches is huge and the pitches themselves are ample (we have a large horizon 700 nightfall tent (8m x 6m)) and it fitted without any problem. The site itself as gorgeous views overlooking the countryside, with lovely walks and great scenery all round the valley. There are a load of friendly sheep roaming around and the hotel for refreshments alcohol and food, modern and clean and passed the test of my slightly OCD! There is no shop or clubhouse (which is great as they are usually rubbish anyway!) and there is a real sense that these guys are not out to take as much money from you as possible, quite the opposite in fact. The price we paid here was significantly less than we have paid elsewhere at sites that are just not in the same league as this place. To summarise, this lovely hotel is a real gem, and you will not only have a lovely relaxing time but you will be made to feel really welcome and you'll want to come back again.

The funeral tea should have been soup and a roll and tuna, ham, egg an savoury cheese sandwiches. The soup was packet soup, only served one ladle full, hardly covered the spoon. Only sandwiches were egg and brown bread which was going hard as if the bread had been left out too long. Tuna and cheese savoury were not sandwiches but rounds of baguette approximately 2 ins across, tuna was just slop, but these were not sandwiches. Tea and coffee cups were the smallest cups I have ever seen. Supposed to be for 30 people more like 20. My sister and I asked for Diet Coke it was flat and warm. My Auntie who had just lost her husband asked for a scone price was £2.50. Looked like shop bought. We were told if we stayed another hour the charge would be £100 extra. So we immediately left. They didn’t realise we we still making money for them we were buying drinks. Would not recommend this rude overpriced place to anyone

I arrived with my family for a funeral tea. My great aunt had paid 7.95 per head for 30 people. My cousin took one look and said if you want any food you'd better be quick. The sandwiches were small slices of baguette with meagre toppings. The tuna was a tuna paste. The amount of food provided wouldn't have fed 30 5 year olds. We were told if we stayed after 4:00 we would be charged extra. Would not recommend

We have just celebrated my mother’s birthday at Newsholm Manor, kicking off with a large party for family and friends and followed by a Sunday lunch for close family. From start to finish the service we received was absolutely fantastic. The food was superb and the location is really beautiful. In particular Rebecca, who dealt with every aspect of our arrangements from the very first contact many months ago, was the most amazing and thoughtful host. Nothing was too much trouble and she had tremendous patience and showed great care to ensure everything went smoothly. We could not thank her enough. Rebecca, Oliver and Colin were a fabulous team supporting us throughout the party with the wonderful food and bar service. The food at the Sunday lunch was fabulous too and great value for money. The team managed to serve our large group in a very professional and timely way and everyone enjoyed their meals. We also stayed at Newsholm Manor and found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. For anyone looking for the personal touch and a family feel I would recommend you consider this lovely place for your celebration or for a fabulous meal.

We've stayed at Newsholme Manor Caravan Park many times over the last couple of years and it's become our favourite place to stay. With beautiful views of the landscape beyond and the livestock in the adjoining fields (sheep, donkeys, horses and anything Rebecca "rescues") it is an idylic and very peaceful feel. It is a real credit to the very hard work that Colin and Rebecca do for hours on end, day in, day out.

Had lunch there this week with friends. A bit accidental as we initially thought it was in the village of Newsholme, however so glad we went to Newsholme Manor at Oakworth. It's in a nice location and was offering a continuation of the 'eat out to help out' scheme. The food, although traditional fayre, was excellent, both main course and dessert. The service was just as good with 2 young people who were personable, amiable, efficient and attentive. It would have got 5 stars but for the fact that the decor is still stuck in the decade when the place was built (70's). We were surprised at how quiet it was and thought it would have been busier. If they had a refurbishment we're sure it would be a lot more popular. However, excellent food, service and first class value for money. We will no doubt be returning.

The site was clean and tidy, we didn't use any of the facilities as we were only there for one night in October '19. Unfortunately the restaurant was only open for an event rather than the public / suite users but it looked nice and is open to anyone at times. I think there was a pub around 10-15 mins walk which were tempted to visit but it was too comfy in the camper on a cold night. The staff were pleasant and advised us where to park up in our campervan and were facilities where, there was only one caravan there at the time. If we were in the area we would go back.

My parents stayed in the hotel whilst we stayed on the small campsite, that is part of the Manor. They said the rooms and bed were very comfortable. The campsite pitch was great to, hardstanding which was important given the weather we had! Views down over to the valley with sheep and horses. The family are very friendly and really care. We only intended to eat in the restaurant once but went back again the food was so good. All fresh ingredients and cooked beautifully. Breakfast is also high quality. A great location for exploring the area. From here we were able to go to RHS Harlow Carr, the Bronte Parsonage, spend a Rover ticket day on the Worth Steam Railway, Skipton, and industrial Museum in Bradford.
