Newbold Cafeteria in Bracknell Forest

Nous avons essayé le Brunch du dimanche (9h30 à 12h30). Les garçons, 14 et 16 ans, se sont régalés. C'est un self où l'on peut composer son plateau d'une assiette de plats chauds, d'une coupelle de salades et une autre de desserts. Les produits sont frais et de qualité. Les boissons à volonté et la propreté engageante. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute pour le Lunch ou le Breakfast.

My time at the Newbold Cafeteria was an enlightening one. My eyes were opened to new possibilities of food creation. Experienced head chef Davina doesn't settle for the status quo. She goes out of her way to experiment with new ideas. Her philosophy seems to be "It is better to have 1 good meal and 1000 bad ones than to have just 1000 good meals." The food here is very controversial and leaves many people saying it is "inedible" and "not even food" but this is all in the pursuit of the kitchen's mission: to see how many times you can make rice without people getting sick of it. It seems that they have succeeded in this mission, yet they feel there is still further to push. I highly reccomend Newbold Cafeteria to anyone who doesn't value their health or their time, it is a truly new age experience.
