I’ve left a note to the restaurant but they failed to read that we didn’t want salad in any food. We don’t mix hot and cold food.

Undercooked food pizza was undercooked!

The pizza was undercooked and they missed a pizza. When I called them they advised they would send out another one and I explained the rest of my food would be cold and the gentlemen said we will redeliver all the order but they only sent out the missing pizza and the rest of the food got cold and soggy. Appalling customer service.

Quality not great. Advertised lamb but it was Goat/Mutton meat and it put me off. Similarly quality of cheese and base is not up to the standard. I have bought pizzas quiet a few times before but this was my last time.

The pizzas were over cooked and no flavour lacked chilli and salt.

It was quite good, I was abit hesitant because of the poor reviews so I was abit surprised, for next time I hope the curry is as good.

I asked for no spices to be added to the pizza but they still were, not happy with that. Other than that everything was good

Ordered cheesy chips and for what I paid ridiculous! May as well of just ordered plain chips, even the delivery guy was like just chips that a lot though for just that init. Wanna charge the amount you’re charging you should at least be generous with the cheese 🤣🤣 my gosh! Last time I order from here let me down twice now.

Orderd an Apna style pizza and one Meat feast but got 2 apna styles

Food was 1 hour 15mins early and I had requested a certain time due to a friend coming so had to reheat the food when my friend arrived. This was a let down and unfortunate but the food itself was delicious couldn’t fault that all. Will order again but only when it’s just for me

I actually had to ring the restaurant to tell them it was the best pizza I've ever had. I thought they had a new chef but it was the same person who made the pizzas before.. But last night it was outstanding.

We waited an hour for a few naan’s

The food was good although the chips seemed to have been refried and not fresh. I had also ordered a Diet Coke and received normal coke.

Almost an hour to receive the order, it's pretty standard I guess but still not great. I ordered chicken tikka roll, no salad and no option to add salad. Wouldn't order from here again.

I placed the order at 5.23pm and it got delivered at 6.50pm. Food was cold Only 1 sauce. I asked for 2

The curry food is good but the pizza was cold and bland shame

I just didnt understan, on my order, shows soft drink 1 pound + coke can 1.10pound. So it means 2.10p. In a total. For can of coke i paid 2.10pounds,dissapointed. And i get 1 can of coke. Should solve this problem. I will not buy anymore soft trink feom whem. 👎

Terrible pizza dough. Used to be great. Waited an hour for two pizzas which is not bad considering its friday night but pizzas slacking big time.

This was the worst takeaway I have ever had! Stale chips that had been refried! No Salad in the nan sandwich and the kebabs were not fresh. I had to throw it all in the bin! Will never order from them again. If you want people to order from you, your food needs to be fresh and not stale!

My food is not cooked properly, and the Burger had nothing on it.

Fantastic food and a great price.

Food was delicious. Also received fresh salad and sauces free. The meat balti was full of flavour and the meat was tender. Portion size big enough for 2 people. Chef is excellent! So is the owner! Will order again

The chips were cold and oily there was no sauce or sald option to do online and my food came plain with no sald or sauce food was cold and oily had to put my food in the bin

Food good delivery and communication abysmal

Food was perfect absolutely delicious. I was not happy with the delivery driver, instead of knocking on my front door he literally was bashing on my back gate that I could hear it in my front room, I was not happy

Ordered at 6.40 finally got my food at 8.20 after having to call the restaurant 3 times. First call was at 7.35 and i was informed it was ‘on the way’ and the driver was 4 min away. Rang again at 7.55 then got told he should be with me in 2 min. Clicked on order update on just eat and got told i should be receiving it by 8.05. Rang the restaurant to request a refund and got told this was not possible as they were ‘busier then expected’ food was definitely not worth the wait. Horrible! This will be the first and definitely the last time i ever order from here!! Dont bother ordering unless your fine waiting nearly 2 hours

Revolting! We ordered a naan sandwich and all that came was two shish kebabs in a naan bread no sauce or salad. Ordered two burgers, again just two burgers in a bun no sauce or salad so very dry and we also ordered half a chicken with barely any meat on. We called the restaurant to complain who then said we should have selected the option for sauces and salad but there was no option and these things usually come as standard. Paid £18.50 for what felt like rations! As well as this the food came late. Was very hungry so this left a very sour taste in my mouth will not be ordering from here again.

Restaurant didnt answered on my call. Driver come with loud music from car and wake up my kids. Rise taste like just boiled in water,nothing esle. We added salt and mayo,to make that eadable. Pizza with spice pizza base. Restaurant, we ordered that? If you cant work to 2am and rushing to just clear order list and dont care to costumers,just close terminals 1am!!!!

I called in restaurant to let them know I wanted hot pizza and chilli sauce because everytime they deliver they tend to forget to give me that and this time round not only they didn’t give chilli sauce but they gave so such cold pizzas and chips unbelievable! And they are so rude if you call them

We’re always happy with the level of spice. A lot of places’ ‘medium’ is too mild!

The food had a thin crust instead of Deep Pan which is default for Punjab I had asked kindly if the Green Peppers that I am allergic to could be replaced by Pineapple but that did not happen The pizza had an underlying meaty taste as if the mince had not been properly washed. For an apna style pizza this was a bit of a let down but Punjab always has great pizza so I was just confused how this happened

Not a full box of chips. Asked for well done but cheese was not cooked much. Disappointed in this. The toppings of the mixed pizza was not great only one small kebab on each slice.

Absolutely awful. I ordered two pizzas and a portion of chips - all of them was cold. Arrived over an hour late. Never order from there again!

My chips were double cooked hard and stale my chicken was almost burnt, charcoal taste and my pizza was undercooked and just 5 slices of pepperoni on an entire pizza. Crazy tried to call but no answer

Thank you. My food was tailored to my preference perfectly. Medium soft chicken in a tikka dish that can often be dry. Everything else was perfect too. :)

15” pizza looked like a 12” that was overstretched. Chips were soggy and cold, like glue as you lift one chip up and the rest of them come along. Left a note for the takeaway but like always, they don’t bother reading... last time I order from here!

the hot pizza with extra toppings tasted awful, mushrooms were falling off, there was hardly any meat on the pizza. Was expecting delivery at 6.10pm instead showed up 20 min early. Won't be ordering again.
