Will not order again. Lady on phone just laughed at how she had messed up the order and that’s why we waited for 2hours for cold food to arrive after it said 40minuits. No apology just chuckled at her own mistake and how she had stapled the order to a different one n then the driver called n said I have a delivery ticket but no food whilst chuckling away like I was going to find it at all entertaining.Absolutely shocking customer service literally SHOCKING. When food finally arrived it was completely cold. Type of place that puts u off even ordering Chinese ….literally! If ur thinking of ordering from here ….DONT

We ordered on Xmas eve. We had a variety of dishes. Very very good food, I highly recommend. Chilli King prawns and chicken curry was so good. Not a fan of the pineapple chicken but everything else was spot on. Well done guys

it's back to the amazing crispy fresh chips, crunchy chicken balls and the best BBQ sauce ever in our rib meat. I'm glad the one off problem hasn't detered me from ordering again because this is the best.

the food tasted revolting, both my wife and I thought it had a distinct taste and both agreed it was closest to a cleaning product. I will never be ordering from here again. discusting food charged at top dollar.

I ordered for 6pm to give family time to get home from work. it was delivered far too early but it was delicious anyway.

It was absolutely appalling. Cold food. Ruined our night. I specifically left a note about something and it wasn’t stuck to so I had nothing to eat. When I called to complain the guy that answered the phone was very rude.

Delivery was good was on time as it said. I'm really sorry but the food was only 2 star. It had taste, but it was very very watery and in the 2 main meals, there were soooooo many green chillies, my toddler couldn't eat anything

After having a salt and chili box last night and a chicken curry dish I have been sick all night and still as I write this the next day I am due work in 1 hour but cannot leave the toilets side and my throat is burning with how much I have been sick the food didn't digest at all my body rejected it never have I been like this after the hundreds of takeaways I order I cannot function , the beef tasted years old and was caked in salt to hide the fact 🤮🤢

The chowmains were covered in oil. It was disgusting

Went with the lamb curry this time instead of my normal chicken curry and it was delicious. Just enough spice to tingle your tongue. This is my favourite Chinese takeaway. I really hope the delivery driver gets his car sorted, he had trouble starting it.

It’s the first time I’ve used this takeaway. The food was overly greasy and overpowered the flavour of the food.

Ordered for 6.30 came 5.25 - had to leave my other half’s meal in the oven to keep warm as it came too early

Absolutely awful 😖 order chicken chips and gravy with peas gravy was black so black it stain the peas they black to chicken dry not been there for years now I remember why never set foot in that dump again puke forget to mention I think they got gravy mixed up with engine oil revolting just the thought of making me ill

Food arrived hot, took a while to arrive but it was probably ordered at the busiest time on a Saturday night. Food was nice.

It took 2 nearly 2.5 hours to arrive. Rang the restaurant and they said the food was with the driver, 40 minutes later the food arrived cold. I’m not the one to usually write bad reviews, but I just thought the waiting time was appalling.

Vile slop that went straight in the bin! The chow mein was over cooked and mushy... spring rolls were under cooked but the banana fritters were acceptable...no point complaining no one does anything

Ordered lemon chicken, however we never got sent the lemon sauce, just the dry fried chicken, pretty disappointing, but otherwise the food was very nice

We did order from here this weekend but tonight’s the last time. We spent £75 on last order and we didn’t Recieve any goodwill from the restaurant, tonight the food was cold and our steak was drowning in gravy which is very disappointing- compared to previous orders which were top notch ! peas floating in gravy about 10 to be precise. We like Chinese steak 🥩 but tonight was a bad experience! And the chow mein was just drowning in schuzen sauce. They have lost a weekly customer now !

Food was delayed. They did inform me of this and deliver driver was lovely and apologetic. Quality of food wasn’t good. Everything lacked flavour. The chicken was watery and stringy. Unfortunately threw it in the bin as didn’t taste good and wil not be ordering from here again.

Have to be honest here.. for the price of the food your quality of food should match it , the rice was just awful dark brown over cooked. The crispy beef was ok tasted slightly burnt, chips were lovely and the curry was ok slightly tasteless. Not the best iv had but not the worst. Can’t be sure I’ll order again ..

This was the worst food we have had. The lamb was more gristle than meat and the curry had no taste to it. Not worth the £65 we paid

They sent me a dish that was supposed to be beef, chicken and pork with vegetables... and then they just decided to add seafood to it. I'm allergic to seafood!!

Inedible. Rice had burnt flavour. Lamb curry tasted disgusting. Lamb was just chunks of fat. Couldnt eat it so it went in the bin.

Always order from these guys only problem last night was one of the lids wasn’t on properly so the gravy went everywhere had to replace some items other then that great food

I’ve had this before and was amazing so was really disappointed that it was absolutely vile this time around. Tasted old and really bad, very mushy and sweaty and yeah just old. Really put me off :(

Prompt service. The food was a little disappointing in that the chicken dish I ordered was described as slightly spicy but wasn't and the prawn dish lacked peppers. But it all tasted ok.

Ordered crispy lamb but tasted like beef and wasn't crispy at all.rang up and they said it was done in oil first and should be crispy. But no cruch at all. Also ordered beef chow mien and both was totally tasteless. Had to add more flavour to it. so won't be ordering from there again.

If you prefer your food cooked and seasoned it's not for you

The food is normally good, but today it was very cool and needed warming up. Not to mention it was over a hour early. All in all a little disappointed to be honest.

The most disgusting food I have even recieved in a takeaway. The rice was dark brown and tasted like oil. Sweet and sour chicken was all batter with the tiniest bit of chicken in but many people contained no chicken. It was disgusting I didnt eat it.

To everybody who likes Chinese food. This one knew Hong Kong Chinese. On Uppingham Road in Leicester is a very, very. Old. Chinese takeaway? food is probably the best food in Leicester. I have enjoyed it many times over. And I recommend to everybody who likes Chinese food.

I thought we'd try a vegetable curry. Very disappointed. It was very vinegary and it was also runny, not sure if meant to be like that. But because of the taste it ruined the rest of the things on the plate. Not great when you spent £27.

Ordered online, recieved a confirmation email. Rang the restaurant after an hour and fifteen minutes as the food had not arrived, only to be told my order had been cancelled. I was not informed of this and the man on the phone was not helpful at all and was very rude. Still have not received a refund for this. Even if the food is nice, I'd avoid the place from now on just knowing that the staff are rude and very unlikely to help you should you need it.

Usually love the food here but on this occasion everything was over cooked and burnt. Emailed Justeat and they never responded. Disappointed
