Food is fresh and really tasty. Portion sizes are generous. Well worth a visit. Nice and clean at the takeaway desk. Fast service.

Ordered here for takeaway based on reviews and food was fab. Very tasty, big portions and reasonably priced. Just a little tricky to walk for collection as on a main road but found a space down side street. Corner shop next door to collect beers to accompany food.

Great Chinese food - friendly staff. Cantonese ribs were so tasty. Chicken and roast duck fried rice was so nice.

We are on holiday in the Penzance area and stumbled across this place. We ordered the set dinner for 4 and were not disappointed. Plenty of food for 4 adults. The quality was fresh and home cooked. Thank you.

Called in to this takeaway last week and was very pleased with the service and the price of their meals. The food was delicious and plentiful. Very different from the extremely poor food/attitude which I got at the Eastern Empire takeaway in Hayle. I would highly recommend this takeaway and will be using it in future.

Avoid at all costs. Chicken chow mein...slimey. large pieces of grey slimey chicken, mushroom, lettuce and other stuff sat on top of slimey (yup more slime) noodles. I wouldn't even feed it to the dog. Cardboard chips. Spicy pork...more like spicy fat and grissle with a hint of meat. Absolutely terrible. Never again.

Excellent chinese food, have used their delivery service over the last couple of years and found that service good, would say the best Chinese food we have ever had.

Beef Curry not Brilliant poor quality Meat . Nice Pancake Roll . Good portion however no reflection on quality Chinese food . Room for improvement.

Staying in Marazion and wanted something different for dinner, this takeaway had good reviews so we thought we'd give it a try. The food was lovely, freshly cooked and not at all greasy like you can get with some Chinese takeaways. I strongly recommend you give them a try.

I have driven past this Chinese countless times and because we have one closer to us I have never bothered with it. Yesterday evening however we had two curries from there I can honestly say it was the best Chinese I’ve ever had in my life. I am a great Wall convert

Stayed at the Scilly parking Mt View , couldn’t be asked to drive anywhere so choose from leaflet left for us , some of the best Chinese takeaway food we have ever had , delivered right to door .

ordered food for delivery at 18.37 food arrived over hour and half then to find half of order missing rang them and manager was very rude on the phone delivery driver was a very pleasant lady have been using this place since opened This was the last time of using this place

Wanted a Chinese for a family birthday treat! Our usual two choices were closed so opted for this one and so glad we did! Will be using as our new Chinese definitely. Arrived in hayle still boiling hot, good portions, best Chinese food we’ve had in a long time! Well done Great Wall!

the food is obviously from a cheap chinese cash and carry,, the chicken has no taste.frozen, microwaved food. always different staff so obviously not a good place to work. very sad, just a group of places out to make as much money as possible from cheap tasteless food, covered up with spices, no card machine, so if you order a takeaway it is not covid safe as money has to be exchanged, change given etc. they obviously don’t declare their takings.

Food turned up 20 minutes after the half hour delivery window we were given. Not unforgivable.However, food then needed to be warmed in microwave.When I phoned to complain I was asked “ what do you want us to do” then apparently the kitchen were “unhelpful as usual” and it was sent out hot.Will never order from here again.

Popped in for the family on Saturday 19th September 2020 and was greeted by a friendly member of staff, the young lady advised the meal would be ready in around 25 minutes, so I asked where the pub was so I could have a quick shandy. On return my order was ready and waiting, we got back to the caravan in Hayle and it was still hot. The meal was superb and good value for money..we will def pop in here again next time we are passing

best prawn toast ever, and very good value for money. Beats all the other chinese places in penzance, in hayle, in newlyn and in rosudgeon by a long way.. Very cheap for delivery charge too, arrives hot..

Yes - it was good enough at the beginning, but bit by bit it started to slip here and there.I always spend over £40/50.The meal before last was acceptable, apart from it was cold. I only live half a mile along the A30 !When I mentioned it, they said "sorry, it won't happen again", so I took them at their word and placed another order.Not only was it cold, but the Duck meal had no meat, just a few bits of skin and lumps of fat - inedible.I stopped using them.

Just used the great wall at crowlas for the first time, and the food and service was very good. Will certainly use them again

Service is always good and the food is always very tasty. They do things (food) slightly different to other chinese takeaways and it's always really good and great value for money. Best chinese around for miles!!

This was a great find whilst on holiday. One of the best Chinese takeaways we have had. Parking in the lay-by outside or nearby on the wide footpaths. Had pork chow run that came with large lean pieces of tasty pork and chicken in sweet chilli sauce. Both were excellent. nearby on

Found this takeaway after searching in internet, and Was. Not disappointed the food was excellent and a good price. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this Chinese to anyone, will definitely go back again

We have been using this takeaway about once every 3 weeks for several years. The service is always friendly and efficient and the food is always cooked to a high standard and it has proven totally reliable.I can say that we have never had a substandard dish from them.

we don’t eat chinese food, as we haven’t found a good chinese restaurant/takeaway yet, however, what a pleasant surprise, the great wall at crowlas/ludgvan is a good one, my lovely daughter recommended it, the food was freshly cooked and very authentic tasting, we will definately send our friends there, and order for ourselves again.

Small family run Chinese Takeaway in the village of Crowlas. Limited on-street parking, no restaurant and cash only. But the food is the best around by far and at a very reasonable price too. They deliver for a small fee within 3 miles or so. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
