part of order missing sauce for onion bargees food was warm overall not enjoyable

not recived my ordered tikka masala..not a red sauce in sight .it was white skwered chicken with holes in floating in a watery brown sauce ...awful ...couldn't tell you what it was ..I hve had this order from you before ..normally beaut..but tonight's order totally discusting ..please refund or make contact ...I hve pictures of the awful delivery food if you wish to see ..dinner ruined and to be honest ..I shall not order from you again sadly 😔

I don't know why I keep ordering from this restaurant! The food is always late, cold and runny. It's not what it used to be. So disappointed!

First time I think we ordered as our regular one had closed down. Was pleasantly surprised. Tasty meal all round, the lamb in both dishes was tender and fatty in places which I like as it has more flavour. The vindaloo was hot too and had good flavour. Usually have great food from here, unfortunately today was not the case. Food was delivered over an hour late, nearly 2 hours from ordering and then was only just about lukewarm when it did arrive. Not great service or food today

I rang the restaurant when the food was half an hour late. They said there had been issues with the chef and that the food was being prepared. I asked if it would still be hot and they reassured it would be. When it eventually arrived at 18:55 it was good but missing 2 items.

Food was cold when arrived, ordered chicken korma got a lamb. Won’t be ordering again!

ordered what's normally lovely ..but this order the chicken in korma and masala was hard ..overcooked ...almost stale .very disappointed sadly. will go elsewhere in future.

Food was excellent! Lamb bhuna really succulent, could really taste herbs and spices. All good quality although hardly any cheese in sag panir, mainly spinach and onion but apart from that definitely recommend this restaurant.

All the meals we ordered was warm to cold. Poppadom was smashed into tiny pieces and stale. Onion Bhaji was over cooked, stale and cold, how does that work! Duck tikka starter was dry and cold. Lamb madras had so much oil in it it ran off the plate and was only just warm, the meat dry and chewy with no taste, nothing fresh about this meal. Delivery driver was nice, only good thing about this

I have just received my order and the chicken is dry no taste to the curry its cold spilt all over the container absolutely disgusting not happy and wish I didn't bother will never order again from them

Compared to other Curry places the food was bland and had no proper taste to it. We only ordered from here tonight as our usual was closed but definitely won't be returning as I didn't enjoy eating this at all. Prices are OK but for poor quality tasting food.

All of our order was cold and the chicken in our currys was tough as old boots was really dry to the point I ended up throwing 3 quarters of it in the bin.

Ordered at 17:30, despite estimate of 35-50 minutes before ordering the window ended up being 50-65 minutes. It took me chasing the order through Just Eat at 18:40 for it to leave with the driver. Upon delivery at 19:05 the only food ok to eat was the pilau rice as the orange sauce had spilt open and covered the korma which didn't have the lid on tight and soaked into the bhajis. So I was left with rice to eat. I've requested a refund from Just Eat and will not be using this takeaway again

Disappointed, eaten here before and it's been great. Tonight however, the meat was well over cooked and dry and the packs had all spilt in the bag.

Wow was so quick ..and the chicken korma was in nice thicker sauce than normal ...sometimes its a little watery..but hey 10 out 10..Nice and tasty thank you 😊

Extremely disappointed. Over an hoir late and pre booked, called restaurant had no apology, requested money back and had a rejection saying the restaurant was busyier than normal called 10min later as no food still was then told the food is out for delivery and will be 10 mins, partner then called and it was not out for delivery and waiting driver! Still no apology or offer for money back. Terrible custome service still waiting full refund! Will not be ordering from here again.

The meal offer they do for almost £9 was the size of a child's meal. Tiny little container of rice & small container of main. The food was ok but did not taste the same as other Indian meals I had from other takeaways. The food tasted sweet but bland. The good thing is they don't charge for delivery.

The food was excellent, delivered punctually. However, my only critique pertains to the delivery driver who, despite being aware of our two dogs, left our garden gate wide open, allowing them to escape in the dark.

Good quality chicken. Nice and spicy (ordered a Vindaloo) flavoursome. The only complaint I have was the dish was very watery, sauce just wasn't thick enough.

Waited over 2 hours even though after an hour of ordering just eat said it’d been delivered. I rang and was told the driver was on his way and still took an hour to come! I had 4 starving teenagers waiting! Food Luke warm, poppadoms stale and my chicken was really dry. I’ll never order from here again, really disappointed!

Awful service pre booked first delivery slot of 545 pm over an hour in advance… order was 25 mins late, Cold on arrival, chicken was very dry (inedible) only 6 chunks of chicken in a korma which is a very small curry ! onion bhaji wasn’t cooked properly and popadoms were greasy ..would not order from here again sadly

Terrible food, so upset with the whole order, curry was just watery and oily so not really a sauce at all, dry chicken, no flavour, and the onion bahji was just mushy. Only thing I was going to enjoy was the coke I ordered but they delivered me a Diet Coke which I don’t drink. I will never order from here again, I am beyond disappointed with the entire order.

I had better, but the meal was eatable. The rice though was hard in a lot of areas and the delivery driver was not really that friendly, he nearly broke my door down banging on it and almost threw the food at me and run off. Not really the type of service I would want again in the future.

After a couple of really good curries from the new gate of India they just delivered us the worst curry we have ever had. The curries had little flavour, the rice was all dry and it was barely warm. Most of it went in the bin. We won't be using them again.

I placed my order 30 minutes after they opened and appreciate they were just opening 17.54 so chose a delivery slot of 35 mins later, I only ordered 2 starters and a naan bread for delivery 18.30 called at 7pm asking where is my food as was 30 mins late and they said we are busy, I appreciate busy times normally between 8 and 10pm but no apology at all just we are busy it will be with you soon... unacceptable to be honest I don't care if I spent 15 quid or 50, I expect an apology and at least something off my next order as we normally but will not now use them probably 3 times a month.. and we always tell friends to try them! need to find another takeaway as the customer service was disgusting on this occasion as was last, gave them 1 more try, will not be again.. it's now 7.25pm almost an hour since ordering and still nothing! Obviously they don't care about their loyal customers, I was on my own tonight so only ordered for 1 normally I order for 6! Precedence of big orders takes over customers that have used for years!

Estimated time frame had passed and no further updates on website..had to call the restraunt who advised it was only just being sent out..waited a further 20 minutes for the food to finally arrive and the temperature of the food was very disappointing.

Where do I begin? Food is a real passion of mine and one of the only things that make me happy. I never imagined that I would find a place that not only offers a special meal for one, let alone vegetarian, with the sheer number of dishes and variety and all the extras that were offered. I was so nervous about the serving size because we all know "serves 2" is a snack for one in the real world. This place delivered, I actually feel full. It took an hour to get to me, but considering the selection of dishes, that's not an issue. It also wasn't very hot but I think that's probably due to the delivery driver getting lost, but really also not a problem. I want to try more dishes now! Thank you x

Well established place and the food is consistently pretty good, well priced with a good delivery time. I use this place probably every couple of months and its always been good and I dont have anything bad to say really,it does the job !!

I ordered food at 7:00 pm .! Estimated time is 07:45 pm to 08:05 pm.! And it’s about almost 1.5 hours still not received . When I called restaurant Someone name Harpik ( Guy ) he said wait for more time, his statement is ‘you know we are busy’ is this the way ? Really really pathetic custmor service.! Disappointed.!
