Delivery time was supposed to be 18.40. I eventually rang them at 19.20. It was delivered at 19.45 over 2 hours after the order was placed. The food itself was very nice, I would order from here again but the delivery time certainly needs improving on.

Food was average, quite bland and a bit greasy. Much nicer take aways will not be using again.

Love cafe spice my fave indian takeaway. One tiny criticism some of the tikka pieces were chewy.

We use this take away on w regular basis and have always been really happy ,however tonight there was something missing from our order so had to ring up and get the missing item re delivered . Once that arrived and we sat down to eat the food was cold and the chicken rogan josh was so spicy that I couldn't eat it at all . This has really disappointed me as it was always one of our favourites .

Order was delivered ahead of the estimated time. Delivery guy was very friendly. Food was excellent and very good value for money.

The food cooking quality and freshness need to be improved

Curry nice but sides where cold and poppadoms where burnt and looked like a packet of broken crisps won't be going there again

1h 35m delivery time when the JustEat website quoted 45m (I live just 1.5 miles away), I got the usual apologies from the friendly delivery driver but no extras or discounts. I can't knock the food, it's class although slightly overpriced.

My favorite Indian restaurant ever!! Their tarka daal, keema naan and cheese naan are the bomb!! Any others we have had don't compete!

Never fail to deliver a excellent meal. Stuffed paratha was the most delicious I have ever had. Delivered early, meal was hot, food succulent and delivery man always cheery.

The meat in the lamb curry was a bit hard and disgusting. Seems I ordered early and got last nights left overs. Never usually had this problem but has put me off. Nann was lovely as usual but the meat in the curry wasn't right flavour of curry lovely bit what happened to the meat horrible meaf

Arrived no earlier than delivery time suggested. Chips and chicken tikka were not very warm at all, other than that good food quality with plenty of spice.

First time customer really enjoyed it will use again definitely.

Waiting 1hr 30m said it had been delivered half hr before that phone restaurant was told they were just coming with it 9 pm 2 hrs 20 mins been waiting hubby went to the restaurant the order was on the side hadn't done it!!! Said it would take 20 mins NO THANK YOU disgusting service

Bad service. Waited 2 hours. Food arrived freezing cold and items missing. We have had to go there ourselves to complain as phone is either engaged or ringing out and just eat weren't that helpful either. Just awful and wrecked our evening

Food lovely as always. However delivery should have been at 9.15, the restaurant extended this time till 9.30. I tried calling and the restaurant and the phone just rang, no one answered. The food eventually arrived at 10pm. The delivery driver just said sorry we were busy.....

When you start getting those extension on delivery times emails and it's getting silly. .you have call. Well I did...and they promised me it would be ready in 10 mins if I collected. Well it would be the 30 min extension..which I knew would extend again. So I trot on in and it's not ready...the lad on the counter kept asking me questions like...which rice?..then tells me just waiting on rice....but then five minutes later is calling the kitchen about the chicken nuggets. People sat there have been waiting an hour...people on the phone are being told 2 1/2 hr wait on delivery...people getting their money back. It felt like a shambles akin to Fawlty Towers....Basil! Well I keep getting the line...'we're very busy'. ..and I'm saying 'don't take orders if you cannot deliver to hungry people waiting for their teas. So. I finally get the order and when I get home...guess what? I'm a curry down... £6.20...time wasted and out of pocket...plus delivery fee!! Well I try and ring. I log 30 attempts to ring...and engaged or no reply. Well that's how it rolls I guess.. got your cash...end of. Awful awful awful. Shame as the food is nice. Ta ra cafe spice..no more dollar from me. Rant over....

the food was bareley luke warm quoted 45-60 mins for delivery actually arrived 140 mins would recomend the 'chef' visit the Bengal Delight and learn how to cook and their customer service

I ordered chicken pasanda tonight and found it not quite as nice as it usually is. The sauce was darker and tasted very different.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR, TOOK OVER 1.5 HOURS FROM ORDER POINT FOR A SMALL ORDER, AFTER BEING ADVISED 45 MINS, CALLED AFTER 1 HOUR TO SAY IT WAS 5 MINS AWAY, NO DELIVERY, CALLED AGAIN THEY TOLD US IT WAS THE DRIVERS FAULT, DRIVER TURNED UP 25 MINS LATER SAYING THEY FORGOT THE ORDER DIDNT GIVE IT TO HIM, LIES LIES LIES ALL TOLD BY ALL RESTAURANT WORKERS INVOLVED, ONCE EVERYTHING HAD ARRIVED SOME ITEMS WERE COLD, OFFER OF FREE MEAL NEXT TIME I WONT BE RE USING!!!!!!

Very tasty meal thoroughly enjoyed it plenty of big chunks of chicken and lamb we managed to eat most of it finished left overs later

Worst Indian takeaway I ever had. Sickly sweet food, almost tasted like sugar on absolutely everything other than the aloo. Ridiculously red "tikka masala" sauce, purely dye. Very weird experience... Wish I could get my money back.

Food was delayed about about 20 minutes after requested delivery time; however it was Saturday night so maybe to be expected. The food was nice and slightly above the normal curry house standard.

Not great..... first off delivery time 7:25 then moved to 8:45 it's now 8:00pm still not delivered but states delivered on web site........ called the takeaway they said they didn't have an order!!! Bit confused......especially when money taken.......NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!

We always order from cafe spice, it is local to us and always hot when it arrives. Never had any problems with the order or food.

Yet again our meal was just perfect! The food was fresh and hot and full of flavour. This restaurant can't be beaten.

There should have been a omelette on the top of the meal, this however was not in the tub.

Delivered on time, but it was very oily and bland unfortunately.

Always great food never had a bad meal

Everything was leaking from takeaway boxes, food was cold and filled with oil from curry leakage! The delivery man had to borrow a plastic bag and tissues from me.
