Unfortunately they delivered the wrong main curry so my meal was not good. Bhajji and poppadom were my saving items. Everything was ice cold. Not a good experience and Just Eat compensation was laughable (£1 surcharge for the Dansak refunded...).

I’ve ordered quite a few times from this restaurant, deliveries can tend to be late. Unfortunately on this occasion a couple of items were missing and some of the food was cold

Usually the food from this place is incredible but this evening out Seekh kebab felt spongy and weird - we didn’t eat it. I know they have delivery issues which are beyond their control but the food arriving a bit cold is not ideal either. A shame because they’re usually wonderful and are not shy with the mint sauce to their enormous credit.

Only giving 2stars as the chips were nice, the the mixed biryani was horrible couldn’t even eat it the taste was like it had gone off. The rice was dry and hard and the meat smelled awful.

really bad waiting 2 hours for my food to be delivered, keep saying it's traffic but I ordered it at 6pm and still not here coming up to 8pm really bad not good at all ,when your on a bike there is no traffic at all not a good enough excuse

Guy was late but that’s maybe not the restaurants fault I dunno. Food is usually 10/10 but this time less so - veggie curry was just thick onion and potato, maybe wrong dish by accident. And squash and broccoli dhal just not as good as usual. Ah well, everyone has an off day won’t stop us ordering from them again

Hands down the best curry house in Camberwell/ Walworth.

Curry, rice and poppadoms were nice. Naan bread was flavourless even though I ordered a garlic one and "chutneys" were thin smooth sauces as though from a supermarket jar. Delivery took a long time considering the day and time of the week plus was then late.

I've ordered from this restaurant 3 times. every single time the order has been late. 30 mins, 1 hr and last night 1.5hrs. How I can order food at 6.30 and it arrive at 9pm? How it can be in transit for an hr+ when the restaurant is a 20 min drive away? Called the restaurant and was told that the food was 5 minutes away several times. Finally complained, asked for more than a sorry. The rep told me he'd reimburse my money and hasn't done it. Really disappointing for food that taste good!

My favourites: Chicken garlic chilly, Cauliflower Bhaji, and Spicy chips. I missed some more king prawn on my vindaloo.

I had the gurka (chicken) and it was so delicious. Great flavour, lovely thick yoghurty sauce, so many tasty spices. Good amount of chilli. I have recommended it to someone else already.

food was late by 40 mins. I had to ring the restaurant to find out what was happening with the food they said he was going to ring driver. I didn't hear back till I had to call again and then to find out driver was outside in his car but "couldn't find my address". food was cold by now. rang shop AGAIN and was told a manger would call to sort this... no manger has called yet!

Been an hour and a half. Food still not arrived. Restaurant closed. No answer on phone. Looks like I'll be off to bed hungry tonight then.

Just ordered a king prawn jalfrezie. Absolutely delicious. Lovely sauce, plenty of onion and pepper chunks, and some green chillies that gave the dish a lot of heat and an excellent flavour. Probably the best British Indian Restaurant style meal I've had in central London in a long time. The portion size was also excellent compared to many other places locally, with plenty of sauce. The Sag Aloo was good too. Thanks New Dewaniam.

Ordered at 7.55pm. Delivery time slot was 8.45/9.05pm. £52 spent. Normally food is outstanding so well worth the wait. However had to wait a further 30 odd minute for my food. 3 phone calls to shop, told delivery driver is 1 min away etc he wasn't. BEGRUDGINGLY I have to leave this review as the food was stone COLD and had to be reheated in the microwave. For years we have ordered from this place, in future I will be collecting in person(a distance away)or even try out other Indian restaurants

Disappointed. Arrived cold and late, had to microwave. Spices were all wrong. Bread was cold and wet. Onion Bahji didn’t have any salad with it. Portion size was smaller than previously. Shrinkflation.

I ordered at 18.35 on 1st January and received my order at 19.58. I understand that it’s a bank holiday and busy but the vehicle that pulled up had several deliveries on board and mine was cold .

Curry was runny with only 4 small pieces of dry chicken. One potato swimming in a sea of oil and spinach in the saag aloo. Old onions and no seasoning in the onion salad. Very dissatisfied. Get rid of this chef, the other one is better.

Came here with a party of 6 and the food was delicious. We ordered a selection of starters and mains, including veggie, fish and meat dishes, and everything was really fresh and flavourful. Staff were lovely and attentive too. Will definitely be coming back- best Indian in the area!

Delicious food and a fantastic choice for vegans more than makes up for the late delivery

The app settings didn't update on the current status of the order. The order was supposed to be for 16:50. At 17:04 I called the restaurant directly and they said the driver won't be long, no apologies or notingand there was no tracker on the app despite it saying order delivered when it hadn't been. The driver came at 17:00 and when I politely asked him why was so late, he automatically when into defensive mode and told me to call the restaurant. When I asked him was his name.was, he ran away.

This was an amazing restaurant. They have since changed their menu and now they are not somewhere I would order from. Absolutely gutted to have to find a new Indian to order from.

My stomach was hurting after the food

I have been ordering from new Dewanium for a few years and the food is always really good. I enjoy it a lot and will definitely be coming back again. Also the staff are always so friendly and welcoming and very hard working to make everything right for the customers. Five stars to you guys

Food took 1hr 55mins. It wasn’t hot and the oil had separated. Even if it had been on time and hot, it would have been average at very best.

The 2 curries had very less chicken pieces and both the boxes were only half filled. Not worth the price at all.

Food was very tasty. A little cold but I think that was from the delayed delivery, I popped it in the oven to heat back and up was great. Would order again
