Nes' Cafe in Havering

Breakfast was so nice and still so dam resonable price for 2024 £9 with hot drink and bloomer bread and butter. you cant even get a side from high street chains with this price. service was perfect, i like everything about this cafe thank you

I went quite early for breakfast. I've been here quite a few times, no issues. I had scrambled egg on toast and a tea. Reasonably priced and egg was hot, a nice surprise. I didn't get rushed out while i enjoyed my tea, which sometimes happens, but it wasn't full. Then I went to pay, I was happy. While I waited at the desk for the attention of the waitress as she was busy, a gentlemen approached the desk from behind me, he already had food and was previously sat down. She looked at him, he asked if I was first, and she said "no that's OK", and he ordered another drink, while I squashed myself to the side between some chairs and a display cabinet as it was a dead end for me while he stood where I was, at the desk. I waited while she got his extra drink, and I paid for mine, walking out in a bit of a daze. I'm not even sure what happened or how? I didnt have much choice and didnt know what to say. Maybe I did something wrong or they didn't like me. Such a shame.

This is my favourite local restaurant. The staff, food and atmosphere are all wonderful, and every meal I've had, has been excellent.

Visited here on a Monday morning at around 0900 and it was really quiet which was delightful in itself. The lady who served us from smiling and was very professional and friendly and then there was the food. 2 veggie breakfasts and the food was cooked well, tasted fresh and was hot.The cafe was clean, the portion sizes were ample and the value was on par with what you would pay elsewhere. 2 x 5 item breakfasts, 1 x tea and 1 x Coca Cola was £15.10. Well worth it and if I am in the area again, I will pop in again.Top cafe indeed.

This family run cafe is clean, friendly and welcoming. I have been having breakfast for the last 6 years. Food is ordered and delivered to your table in no time. Great value for money. I go here with family and friends, nice meeting point for a catch-up. Jo Hornchurch

Me and my boyfriend have been going here for a while now (usually Sunday morning) and the reason we keep going back is because food is so amazing and the staff are very friendly. We love this place and we can't recommend this little business enough to people.

What a fabulous find. Food cooked like at home. Staff so friendly. Clean and tidy(including spotless toilets). Easy to park( Sainsbury’s), just across the road. Prices very reasonable. It’s my new go to cafe.

A lovely Welcome Smile and greeting on arrival, clean tables, prompt service, fresh muffin, tasty salmon and perfect soft egg made this pop in a swift, super light lunch. Single Egg Benedict & tea was £5. Excellent!!

Went here with my boyfriend on a Sunday. Food was outstanding however we was in there 15 mins before our order was taken and food took 20 mins to cook so we were very hungry. Boyfriend thought egg tasted of washing up liqiid. Every other piece of food especially the sausage and toast was much better than any other cafe. Chips were cooked perfectly and staff was very friendly.

Such a friendly bunch here, welcoming and service with a smile which makes me come back time and time again! The food is always fresh and delicious my favourite being halloumi and avocado salad or good old fashioned liver and bacon.

I took my car to mechanic on hurnchurh while i was waiting to get my car back i fund this cafe.Very helpful staff and nice food only thing I didn’t like about the this place I think they need new decoration , chairs and table.I hope they do as soon as possible

Had half an hour left in the car park and popped in here for a very late 3pm lunch. What a great little place. Friendly staff and very quick service, tasty food, good portion size and extremely clean. And really reasonably priced too.Lovely outdoor seating area and it’s also got the added bonus of being licensed to sell alcohol.Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Great little place.

If you need some where to eat that is tasty and in a friendly, clean atmosphere then this is definitely the place to go. Can highly recommend the eggs Blackstone. Every time I go I think I will try something different but can’t resist it. Let’s face where else in Hornchurch would you find it on the menu. Other family members have tried different foods and so far every thing spot on. Staff so friendly and always seem pleased to see you.

We have worked our way through the breakfast menu now and every dish has been fantastic and very reasonable in price. The traditional english breakfast cannot be faulted and the more adventurous options are well worth a try such as the mackerel and the avocado on toast and eggs benedict .... All Yummy. Staff are delightful.

Have eaten here many times - because I can't fault service or food. The staff are cheerful and accommodating, and the food delicious! From breakfast to late lunch/mid afternoon snack, A winner!

This is our go to place for lunch on Saturday. The food is always nice, the owner friendly and it is reasonably priced. It does what it says on the tin.

Popped in for a lunch, fancied cheeseburgers and chips. So good. Nothing like an authentic caff in town centre actually doing something that you crave for! . Really satisfying . Lunch time treat. Cheers

Nes and Nick are fantastic owners. They are very friendly and so is the Chef and Staff. The food is great. I have been coming here for quite a few years now.

Called in late morning with my husband just for a coffee, and decided to have a breakfast each. The service is quick and friendly, the coffee was gorgeous and the food was absolutely amazing.

Nine went for a birthday breakfast with friends food was very nice reasonable price and was very tasty. Staff were good and we were able to book in advance due to the number going. Would recommend

I come here every Saturday for breakfast. Nes and Nick who own the Café are really friendly, the Chef and Assistant are also very friendly. I have been coming to this Café for about one year now and I know all the regulars who go there.

Visit on Sundays fairly regularly for the full English breakfast and sometime midweek. Good food, good value and lovely people.

I popped in for an early brunch of coffee and toast. Cafe is light, airy and clean and friendly. My coffee & toast was only 2.40 but it was good thick slabs of toast with lots of butter and good coffee.- just how I like it . good food and good value. I see that they do a seniors breakfast between 8-11 Monday to Friday for 3.95.

Had a cheeky full english on a sunday and it was lovely, only downside was my beans were only warm but I ate them regardless. Finished it off with a piece of carrot cake 😉.

It was like coming home, we were warmly welcomed, promptly seated and treated to a well cooked and tasty breakfast, The coffee was well prepared and the atmosphere made us want to stay and enjoy the experience even more - will definitely return soon

It seemed hard to find a cafe in Hornchurch. It was either restaurants or "chains". Nearly didn't go in as the outside looked as though it matched the neighbouring restaurant with its rather "grand" outside eating area. However this was the type of cafe we were looking for.

It's very rare in this day and age to find a cafe where all members of the community are welcomed and made to feel valued customers. The owners both front and back of the house are truly outstanding in the quality of food and excellent customer care. We regularly use this cafe and are heartened to see single elderly, college students, those with disabilities as well as other users, welcomed with such warmth. It is a gem in an oasis of other big chains that do not offer the same service. The coffee is brilliant. Along with all the waiting staff. Thank you.

The favourite sunday morning stopping point for breakfast for my sons and me - friendly hosts, a good choice of food and well presented dishes at a resonable price mean we have no complaints.

I often use it for breakfast- they do a wide range at modest prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lunch has never disappointed, although it does get crowded - I have never had to wait for a table. Few minutes walk from free car park and lots of buses.

I've had the pleasure of eating here maybe about half a dozen times now...and many more visits are to come !

I went there with my grandchildren, after a late Saturday night out at a wedding. we were able to get a table for six. There was a little wait for the food about 15-20mins (children do expect the food to be magically served up) but it was all served up at the same time and cooked fresh. The service was great and all surfaces were spotless clean. I would thoroughly recommend this café at any time of day. Will be returning at the next opportunity. Hope this is helpful for you.

This was our second visit to this lovely little café. One of our party uses a wheelchair and a member of staff kindly parked it up for us, out of the way. The staff are really pleasant and attentive, the whole place is spotless including the toilets). The food is delicious, so lovely and fresh and the lattes perfect. Although busy we were not rushed which was really nice. We will definitely be visiting this café on a regular basis as eating here is a very pleasant experience.
