Order from here everything we come to Bristol to visit family. Food is always delivered around the time they state and is always tasty, plentiful and more importantly hot. Never been disappointed and looking forward to next time we are down to order again.

The food was cold, the onion bhaji’s were overcooked and blackened on the outside and the mint dips smelt off. Very disappointing ☹️

the actual food was good, the delivery driver had absolutely no sense to go to the address given, even after sending exact location by text still took 15 mins and many calls to get to the location specified. unfortunately for that reason alone I'll never order again and have advised the very large transport company to use someone else. Great shame!

Neeshads is always great, very helpful and we love the food.

The sauces were very watery, The pakoras tasted like they had come out of the freezer wasn't the nicest tonight.

I have had hundreds of Indian Takeaways over the years and that was the worst I have ever had. The prawn bhuna was tastless... all it tasted like was sweetened and spiced watered down tomato soup with some prawns in it. The garlic nan bread tasted weird and not natural. Like it had some garlic tasting powder added to it or something. Even the poppadoms were a bit stale.... the saag aloo only had a few bits of potato in it and was tasteless. If you are going to pay restaurant prices you expect a lot more than this. Nothing tasted fresh or really of anything. We work hard and have a need of nourishing food...

I love a curry and wouldn't want to know how much I've spent on them over the years! I have to say, neeshad is up there - top quality food. I've been getting take away from here for 4 years, I keep going back here as it's the best in the area by far. After trying a good number of places all around Bristol, I think this could be one of the best in the city in terms of taste and quality of ingredients. Friends from all over, who also love a curry have all commented on how great the curry is too. Highly recommend neeshad.

First time order,really enjoyed the food

We really didn’t enjoy the food, tikka masala and biriani far too hot (spicy) to eat.

Perfect apart from the garlic nan.

Food was awful. Bhuna was gelatinous and weird, nothing like a Bhuna should be, the ceylon was just a chicken tikka masala with extra chilli. Oh, and the naan bread had a whole green bit.

Extremely rude delivery driver. He couldn’t find our house but refused to follow instructions to find us. We had to go to where he had pulled up “as he lots of deliveries”. He argued about our address being wrong and confusing. It’s such a shame as the food was amazing but I wouldn’t want to have to deal with the driver again.

Food wasn’t up to its usual standard

Probably The worst Indians take away o have ever had. We ordered two Rohan Josh’s, looked like KFC gravy with absolutely no taste to it what so ever. Delivery was fat, however the abysmal food was definitely not with the £30!

Good food as usual, turned up much earlier than it said.

Very high quality meal for us both across two heat levels. Both were hotter than normal so I’d say true to the meal option which I prefer. Full of flavour and the egg rice was perfect. The garlic narn however was another level. Not heavy and not soaked but full of flavour and soft but not mushy. Polite careful delivery, will stick to this benchmark.

The food itself was delicious, but had the wrong meal given to me which meant one of our party was disappointed as it was very hit.

We always go to Nishad Balti as 9/10 they arrived early and the food is always hot, tasty and the perfect amount.

Curry had a strange taste and wasn’t good quality

Starters were wonderful, the lamb was a touch tough and the garlic naan had more garlic then we've ever tasted before. But it was great!

Ordered an Indian tonight for me, my boyfriend and my mum and it cost me just over £40 for us all to have curry and rice. Ordered the food at 20:05 and the food didn’t arrive until 21:19. I then put my curry and rice on a plate to eat it and I go to eat some chicken and it was still very pink. This put me off my curry, I then rang up and all they could offer me was a curry on the house next time. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t give me a refund as I had paid threw justeat. I am very disappointed with the food and the customer service.

Lovely food and good value for the quality. Will certainly use again! Shame the delivery was a bit slow, 35-50mins was original estimate, then an hour after ordering and it eventually arrived after 1h 20mins but so glad the food was worth the wait!!

Delivery was late, took 1hr 10 mins to get to us. Mushroom Bhaji was lacking flavour but Chicken Rajeshwari & Chicken Pudina were very tasty

£20 on the worst curry I've had to endure, butter chicken which wasn't cheap was 2/3 full, rice had a funky smell to it & cold, garlic naan bread was cold & had a lump of garlic paste dumped on it. Won't be ordering from here again as clearly the food was rushed. Very disappointed

I believe my order got delivered to next door and the restaurant covered it up and when I called and questioned where my food was they seemed unsure and rude then hung up on me

For £13.95, I would have expected more than 3 prawns with a BOATLOAD of sauce that only helped remind me how few prawns I had. King Prawn dish Nasheed Delight. The sauce also just tasted of sugar overload. Disappointed.

Food was lovely, as always. Understand that the restaurant was busier than usual BUT, waiting 3 hours and then to have to collect the food yourself isn’t great service. Phone also appeared to be unplugged, so unable to get through,

Food was delivered over 2 hours late, which obviously colours the review. When phoned after 45 minutes the restaurant promised it would be with us within 30 minutes. It eventually arrived 2 hours late. We were completely unable to contact the restaurant after the second projected delivery time passed, and they marked our order on JustEat as already delivered. Once it finally arrived one of the dishes was incorrect. The curry was ok, good temperature although the meat content in the chicken dishes was fairly lacking. Overall very disappointing. The pizza we ordered from a popular chain when we became sure the curry would never arrive was excellent. Highly recommend their tandoori hot.

Still not arrived, 1 hour and 55 mins since the promised delivery time and over 3 hours since we ordered and still no food, have tried to call over 90 times and just showing as user busy. Just want an answer so we know if we can expect a delivery or need to make something else for the kids

I have not received my order after waiting nearly 4 hours aswell as not been able to contact them or just eat really bad service from both

So many flavours and spices, delicious

We always use them but Xmas eve they decided to rip us off by increasing their prices to around £4 for our normal order plus service charge, well, enough, will never use the Neeshad again, my friends are going to do the same, shame on you when we are all struggling, we won,t forget, there are other takeaways out there, bye.

Neeshad Balti are the single most consistent and excellent restaurant I've found across Bristol. Absolutely fantastic. Best tandoor for miles

3rd time ordering from Neeshad Balti. The food has consistently been pretty good. However, we've received one order half an hour early and an order half an hour late.

We really enjoy curry from Neeshad because it is tasty and does not have too much oil, so it feels a bit healthier than some places!

Lateness was probably due to ordering on a Friday night. Any minor lateness is easily forgiven as the food is SOOOO good.

I ordered 2 different curries, lamb dopiaza and chicken rezela. They both tasted identical to each other as in the sauce they both came in was watery and very bland with zero spice. Also, onion bahji was cold and rubbery. Won't be ordering from here again

I use Neeshad every time when I fancy a Bangladeshi dish. Perfect every time, great service on take away or eating in the restaurant

I have tried this restaurant twice recently. Some of the sauces were good, some were not, but what has disturbed me the most is the taste of re-heated chicken in the dishes we have eaten, rather than fresh chicken. Some people cannot taste the difference but sadly I can. So I rang the restaurant and asked if I could have freshly cooked chicken and was told I could. But it wasn't. Poor taste. This may or may not be a health issue if the chicken is heated well, it is only using up the previous day's chicken before going into the new batch, BUT it does taste wrong to some people. I sent the restaurant an email and followed it up with a letter but received no reply which says this restaurant does NOT care about its customers' concerns. Consequently and I would suggest you avoid it.

No way will I use again it had clearly been in the delivery drivers car for ages. Cold and unappetising.

I didn’t receive my food I need my money back

Very good delivery time. Butter chicken was more like cheesy chicken because of the amount of paneer used. Stingy on the meat and the pilou rice had no flavour and had almost certainly been microwaved. Otherwise not the worst I’ve had in the area.
