I love Naz Balti, but i booked a early order for 5.45 and the food was cold which has never happened before, still good but cold!! sorry Naz Balti ive never left a negative review before

food is amazing never, fails in taste or consistency, delivery drivers are kind & friendly. The best Indian Takeaway in Orpington and such good value for money, and there's no limit on what you spend for free delivery, its a win win

1st ordering 90% of good was good chicken abit tough and dry overall not to bad though

App said it had been delivered 50 minutes before it was. I chased via the app, was promised a text within 5 minutes, but didn’t get one. I phoned when it was 25 minutes late, and told it would be another 20-25 minutes, with no satisfactory explanation.

Absolutely gorgeous food, hot, tasty, the best Indian takeaway in Orpington. Love that theres no minimum order amount, being on my own i don't order that much. Well done Naz Balti keep up the good cooking.

Food was over an hour late, they should advise the actual delivery time and I would have gone elsewhere.

Food never arrived, they changed the latest delivery time three times we waited than we had to leave home after waiting the very latest third times changed delivery times.

The grill and nan were good. Rice grain is small/short. The two curry dishes we ordered (not same type) had odd sweetness rather than nice spice

My Mushroom Rice and Chicken Tikka were very tasty. The biryani was a bit bland and not enough vegetable curry with it making it very dry.

Price is good, but the food was incredibly average. Not particularly flavoursome, not overly hot. The first time i tried this place, I wouldn't order again. Sorry

The food was absolutely terrible! Stale papadoms, onion bhajis dripping of oil, both lamb and chicken tikka masala was inedible. Complete waste of money!

the delivery was by smiling gentlemen. the food was so lovely and tasty. ive not had an indian from here for years. i chose all vegetarian dishes too. im on a diet and take a diet pill was concerned about the amount of fat in the meal but no issues. i will be treating myself again in the future.

I gotta say I'm really disappointed. I input the delivery address but the billing adress changed it to my ex wifes house. She asked them to redirect it and offered to pay a charge but they refused. I qas on the phone to the restaurant who contacted the driver but he said it had already been delivered. My mistake i hold my hands up but really, considering she offered to pay an extra delivery charge and i was located about 5 mins from the restaurant so on the way back... a little customer service would have been appreciated.

The time initially said 25-40 minutes but once I confirmed my order it went up to 40-60. However the food quality was excellent so no complaints there.

Food quality and quantity is usually good, unfortunately they failed with the lamb madras on this occasion, five minuscule pieces of lamb def not worth the price paid. The salad had a load of peas in it, was not bad but felt like the had run out of ingredients. Will be trying somewhere else next time.

The best from Naz B to date. One of the best curry houses in Orpington. I rate the food far better than the one in green st green.

The food was nice, but the Vindaloo could do with a bit more seasoning, but that's just my opinion. The delivery driver was nice. Will order again.

The food is always brilliant from here but the last twice we’ve ordered the food has taken literally 2 hours to arrive. Real shame as it was our favourite.

Fantastic food! Took 30mins longer than stated, so was sat in the shop for a bit. But they gave us some free poppadoms & side to make up for it.

Waited 2 hours for food when it arrived I was given the wrong order after handing the food the driver came back with my order and asked for the food that they had delivered I said I had opened it and handled it and he said that’s fine I need it back to deliver it ( so they was going to take the food I had handled to whom ever the order was for ) disgusting so I said I don’t want my order if these are your standard and asked for a refund I was told the manager wasn’t in and there is nothing they could do would never order from here again such poor hygiene yuck

Not worth the wait. Rice dry and crispy and only 1/2 filled veg curry. Missing items as well.

If I was to be picky, we ordered three papadams but only two came, and the food arrived around 20 minutes late, that said it was hot when it arrived and very tasty, so all in all we are happy bunnies🙂

I have to say the best Indian we ever had in 10-15 years honestly we can not recommend enough . Taste amazing .

I just ordered from naz balti for the first time and the food was delicious the best indian takaway ive had so far id give it a 10 out of 10 . Beautiful food . Exactly what youd expect from a curry so many different flavours meat was lovely . Cant wait to order again.

It took an hour and a half for this food to arrive…I had to call and got the usual ‘it’s on its way’ response….and hour and a half is far too long.

Why so many onions on you biryani? It is overpowering, all I can taste is onion.

The order is actually incorrect. There are also chips ? The lamb chops are like bricks. The scampi is so tiny. Very disappointing. The reviews suggested this place was amazing…what happened? On the plus side the delivery man was polite.

Really not happy with the taste of the chicken korma, doesn’t taste like a korma and leaves a weird aftertaste, the chicken itself was tough and chewy, also both naan breads turned up soggy. Have ordered here before and never had any complaints then but the food tonight was genuinely just awful 👎

Worst food ever - being a native south Asian person who understands tastes and food from this region it’s the worst food ever received - the tandoori rotis I wouldn’t feed to animals and the Balti dishes are flavourless - I called the restaurant before reviewing this food - the little pot of sweet yogurt they sent with some garnish is a joke and they should be ashamed of themselves for coning people.

Chicken was not cooked properly still pink inside. Have ordered from here loads of times before and always had great food but had a bad experience this time with the chicken

The very first tandoori mix grill that was dry and uneatable I will not order from them again. I know it's cheaper than the rest buy would sooner spend an extra 2 pound for something that I can eat. Move on if your don't like dry food.

Disappointed with our delivery today. Usually very good (our favourite takeaway in the area) but the curries tasted bland, like they had been watered down. I hope this was just a one off.

Naz Balti have never let me down on taste and good value for money. They are about the only takeaway that don't set a £15 order price! This is perfect for ordering just for one person as £15 is a lot of money + delivery charge. Carry on the good work Naz Balti and look after your customers in this day and age and watching our pennies. The delivery guy is so nice and as well 👏👏

Possibly one of the best meals I've ever had in my life, the service was impeccable and I have just been back to personally thank them for for a great night out for my fiance and I, I thoroughly recommend that you visit them as you will be back!!!

Food late and what was delivered was not what was ordered.

The just eat man was recording me on his phone with his flash light on. On private property if this leaks I would know this is him. Disgraceful behaviour! Would definitely know it’s coming from the restaurant so they and just eat will be accountable. This is illegal outrages, even if you record in public areas you need a cctv label.

Excellent food ,friendly service

Tasty food as always. Spicy but not overpowering. Chicken jalfrezi had a few too many onions but this is a minor gripe about an otherwise excellent dish. Would definitely order from Naz Balti again.

Every time I order from here the food is late. Yesterday I ordered it 2 hours in advance and it was still 15 minutes late…this is not about being busy, this is a process issue.
