To start with food small portions . Ready made bread just heated, not oven backed Door dud not close So cold hence atmosphere Rubbish Desser All deserts had rose water added . Falooda dessert is made with thicker spaghetti. But vermasilies were used instead. Not recommended for families more if a fast food rather than a quality Restaurant.

Went here with my mate and had the chicken shish, came extremely quickly and my gosh was it amazing I can’t wait to go again

My first ever time eating here…… I rang up prior to ordering and asked what comes with the lamb and chicken shish kebab was told something completely different and didn’t really expect to get what I did. I was told pitta salad etc like a classic kabab and was given a box of rice and 8 bits of meat….. 4 chicken 4 lamb for £13.50….. mental….. My local place sells a proper kabab for £11.99……. This Place is a joke. Rang up to resolve the issue to have the bloke want to argue instead. Avoid avoid avoid. Drove 30min as well as I was told it was good. What a disappointment.

Food is tasty but most people I know and personally we find it expensive. 2 chicken kebabs with rice £13.5. Portions not too bad bad still you can have 2 wraps elsewhere for the same price

Really nice grilled kebabs and the rice is very tasty. My favorite are the grilled wings as you get a very generous portion size and its marinaded very well. The chilli sauce they have is perfect.

Overpriced, unhygienic, rude staff with filthy fingernails when you walk in the smog of chip fat hits you £13 for a large kebab that was 8 pieces of chicken and a handful of cold rice salad well what salad should I say !!! Dirty place bad food bad mannered server who just spent all her time looking in the mirror ….. not nice at all. Never again really really poor food should have gone to Persia !!!

Delicious food from Middle East the kabab tasted fresh and the rice was fluffy and hot. Customer service is excellent. Only missing from this place is fresh naan bread and free soup for starters to be like London restaurants. Very happy overall.

😡😡😡😡😡BE AWARE THE CHICKEN WINGS ARE CUT IN HALF SO YOUR ONLY GETTING HALF WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR😡😡😡😡😡 The kofte kebab was the worst I’ve ever tasted, I ordered a large and ate just half of it and threw the rest in the bin the flavour was terrible just like it had been knocked together simply I could’ve made better myself and I wish I would’ve. This is one to remember where I won’t order one of those KOFTE from there again and overpriced, BE AWARE the chicken wings are cut in half so they should be advertised half of chicken wings so again we’re getting conned.

We visited on a winter evening and sat in the new enclosed gazebo area. The heating wasn't sufficient, and we felt quite cold. Despite that, everything else was enjoyable.

Excellent food with quick service. Above average prices for a kebab house. The addition of tables means dine in is a good option.

We order from Nayeb nearly every week because the food is so good. However each week the amount of chips in each serving is becoming less and less? I have just received my order with barely any chips which makes me sad as this is my favourite food. Nayeb - please add more chips!

One of the best , delicious food and cooked properly , big portion and decent prices . Ordered mix grill , chicken shaorma and baclava , all delicios , only bit could be improved are the fries .

Don't be deceived by the small place, its a bit run down. But the food was beyond amazing. Succulent meat with fluffy rice. Deffo would go again for sure.

Good place, will go back Staff efficient, enough food for two people and wasn't greasy. Mixed grill had tasty meat, the lamb chef special had some great mix of Middle-Eastern herbs. Plentiful supply of chips, rice and flat bread. Note - they don't accept customers with dogs (which is actually a plus for me) and don't serve alcohol (again a plus) Lots of the customers were Turkish / Middle-Eastern descent which was a positive

Lived in hove all my life been here a few times but today had a meal after a long first of all the refurb is so nice and mind blowing beautiful lay out and very welcoming Eat in or collection delivery 10/10 service. Best kebab in Brighton. My top favourite is Kufta Wrap. Unfortunately, most weekends this is unavailable even though there were many kofta sticks prepared on the pan. I believe they kept it for their Home Delivery customers. Bear in mind that people who are Collection food are your customers too.

Best persian kabob, they recently done renovations and its very nice. The food is good every time. Consistency is key.

£18 for this? Really? Small portions is an understatement Very unhelpful when I called. Just kept telling me this should be enough for one person when I'd actually ordered an extra kabab. Quite honestly did not help the situation.

Delivery and collection can be a hit or miss. 3 times in a row the order is wrong and got random food. Then they argue that this is what you ordered, when I order the exact same thing for the last 2years. Food quality is lower as well, maybe the staff changed. Chicken wings are good if you get them. Salad is always terrible.

One of the best coffees in the area, lovely guys working there, nag champa burning and pretty food on display. Haven't tried the food but as a chef I must say it all looks and sounds lovely. Been back a few times and will be back again

The pub itself is lovely and the staff very attentive, however the food, although passable, does not quite match the menu description. The baked Camembert with garlic and rosemary was dull. It was just a baked round of cheese with a couple of cloves of fried garlic and some burnt rosemary thrown on top. Even at home you slot the garlic and rosemary into the cheese and top with a little white wine as it bakes. Dull, dull, dull. The Salmon pasta was lovely, no complaints whatsoever. It was very tasty with lots of salmon. The biggest issue was the Korean burger with Asian slaw. Whilst the chicken was nicely cooked and coated in panko breadcrumbs, I couldn’t see in any way what made in Korean. The teaspoon of “Asian slaw” I had in the burger certainly didn’t and the burger sauce was also in no way Asian. A nice pub but the food was a let down.

Sitting arrangement needs to be updated but food was good.

A cut above the average kebab House.

The kofte was the worst I’ve ever had. Tasted like something Iceland’s pre made, I think it’s made in a machine as the texture was too smooth or been ordered from food suppliers. Very disappointed.

Their Persian food is good and the prices are reasonable. Friendly staff

Two cabbies told me Nayeb was the best so I had to try it. Great food, had the chicken wrap and a Ghormez Sabzi. They get to your order quick and are funny guys. Recommended!

I've order some lamb chops on Thursday last week and I left the food in the kitchen and i went out to do something when I come back I started seeing some worm 🐛 in my food

Food not fresh I realised in my tomato sauce dry chunk of meat and up to now I’m in toilet all time… probably order somthing what was long time in freezer or fridge out of date but that’s how it is ordering food to hotel

If you want a better chicken wrap than this, you'll have to head to the Middle East.

I been going to this restaurant since 2009 all the way from London at-least 3 times a week to eat the delicious and fresh bbq food as its my favourite food in the whole world, Mr Sikandar and Mr Fareed always looked after me not like customer but like family and all the staff taken care of me by serving me the best Persian food, the food is mouth watering and juicy fresh meat flavours of Persian 🥘 my fav chicken wings, Lamb kofta, Lamb shank with saffron rice, I eat out as I am foody l never tried this tasty food in the whole London, I can say no turkish & Persian restaurant in the whole UK serve the best food like Nayeb of Hove, I really wish all the best & good luck to Sikander & Fareed to do well and open up as many as restaurants in the country and deliver this taste so people know what is real Persian food in the country or atleast London

So much love for this place... never disappointed... superb and quality ingredients used in their food. Salad oliveyah (unsure of spelling) aubergine side and kofte with rice, side salad, breads and chilli and herby garlic sauces all separate so I can make it up just how we like it once we're home. Absolutely top notch.. so fresh so tasty. Cravings satisfied 100% I live too far away for delivery so believe me when I say it's the best because I go out of my way for this places delights, sit and enjoy the atmosphere, fab music, chilled vibes and so fast... just perfect !! Ordered 2 different lamb chop meals, one large and one regular. They both had only 4 lamb chops so I feel I got cheated here.

I love the food but customer service and pricing could be better. Also there isn’t much flexibility on the menu. I have eaten there several times and ordered a plate with falafel, rice and salad like they do for the chicken. However I get charged a different amount every time just because this is not on the menu (still not sure why a falafel plate option is not there?!). Basically if you want falafels they only do them in a wrap which is a shame. I hope they’ll improve these aspects soon

Don't bother if they have more than 2 orders at a time. I ordered a large chicken wrap, waited outside for 15 mins, and after 15 mins was told they were busy so there would be a bit more of a delay. When it asked 15 mins later (30 mins after ordering) was abruptly told they were very busy and should just wait. 30 mins plus for a standard kebab....erm ... no.

Food is good. Their traditional food is really different and feels like homemade.

Above average quality with prices similar to other eateries in Brighton and Hove. It's more a take away joint than a sit down restaurant.

NO STARS IF I COULD! absolute joke! first time ordering. ordered two meals, and one meal was completely incorrect. i phoned the restaurant to be told why cant i eat the incorrect order as it costs the same amount of money!. i stated that its not what i ordered and i would like the correct meal. i was then told that i need to contact Deliveroo, as its there problem. i told them that it was an error with the restaurant as they had packaged the wrong order as 1 of my meals was correct and both meals were tied together in the same bag, and this was not done by Deliveroo The wrong order so it wasn't Deliveroo's fault! the person i spoke to admitted it was his fault! but i need to contact Deliveroo, to get a refund or something!!!! what type of customer service is that!! i will not be ordering from here again. wasted my money and they clearly don't know or care about there customers or what they receive! absolute joke

Been buying chicken kebabs for years. Large kebab was about £8-9, not exactly sure how much it was but definitely under a tenner. Ordered 2 kebabs tonight with flat breads. Meal arrived but no flat breads. Also £25! I called and was told price increased to £12 a kebab. That’s a big increase. No explanation why. Shame, but won’t buy again.

Extremely Rude Costumer service and the person on the till can add you any different prices out of the website and menue . It is like if the person likes you charge you less but if he doesn't, he will charge you more. Where is the council to check on them? people do not want rude restaurant as this in Thier community.🤒😷🤧🗣️.

Consistently the tastiest kebab in Hove ! The food is always well prepared and to a high standard ... Fairly cheap and excellent value too. Order Just Eat as opposed to Deliveroo as the dishes cost more on with them ...

my son bought me a chicken shawarma supposedly it was inedible the chicken was little pieces of rubbery brown scraps in a cold sloppy mess of mayonnaise and something supposed to be salad i guess the bread was tough none of it got swallowed how on earth do places like this have the cheek to send muck like this out to people i would feel ashamed avoid is my advice
