I went to Honest Burger after it was recommended by a friend who said it was delicious. I was satisfied. The hamburger patty was juicy and the fries were all delicious!

Amazing, gigantic and delicious gluten-free Honest sandwich. With crispy french fries and coke. Very friendly staff and very quick service. Congratulations for the really excellent sandwiches.

Perfect place for lunch and dinner, all burgers have the option of gluten-free bread, there is no cross contamination and all starters are suitable for celiacs. Super nice and fast staff.

Nice location with a view of the marina. Polite and capable staff, as soon as they realized that we were Italian, they made themselves available, also speaking in Italian, to explain the menu to us. Presentation of the dishes beautiful to look at, and excellent products. Advised

Service was a bit slow and uninterested. However the honest beef and honest fried chicken burgers with chips were delicious and satiating in both size and taste. Music was too loud and despite the restaurant being less than half full we had a hard time getting the waiter’s attention.

I am traveling from the US. We have been on vacation for 5 days now and this is the best food we have eaten since we have been on vacation (we started in Paris) the location was wonderful, the restaurant itself was awesome and inviting , our server Fred was AMAZING and the food was damn close to a religious experience. I got the smashed burger with chips and BACON GRAVY!!! We were going to do all our meals at different places you know to try everything….nope going back tomorrow for dinner again! This is a must go!

The Honest Burger in St. Catherine's Dock is a very good choice for the area around the Tower of London. We have always received very friendly service and the citizens are very fresh and tasty. Went there several times in our few days in London.

I ordered delivery from this location. The burger wasn't cooked and I was given regular chips instead of the rosemary salted chips that I ordered.

I've eaten here 5x during my stay in London. The food is absolutely excellent and the prices are more than reasonable. The best hamburger I've had in a long time. The chips are perfectly seasoned. The truffle chicken sandwich was amazing.

Unfortunately - We weren't hungry when we stopped in here. We just needed water and a sit down. I ordered 2 cocktails - one was a G&T with grapefruit & cucumber (very good!) and other was gin based but with more ingredients. The waitress was super nice. Very modern but yet cozy. Modern, but with lots of wood. Warm atmosphere. (Usually modern decor is so cold!)

We were in London last Sunday, walking around the area we noticed a very busy place, as we know, if it's busy it means it's delicious, The staff was very helpful, the waiter Andrzej answered all our questions with a smile on his face and explained in detail what we could eat and drink, Unfortunately, there was not enough service for such a large restaurant, but they did the job, our burgers were tasty and well-presented, the rosemary chips were phenomenal, We will definitely come back.

Visited from out of the country. Excellent service from the wonderful staff and amazing food - the slaw is phenomenal and the rosemary chips are delicious and crispy. We have two picky eaters ages 5 and 2 and they loved their burgers and chips. We will eat here while visiting again.

It was my first time visiting this this restaurant and it was some of the best food I've ever had. Andrzej was very kind and friendly from the moment I walked in, and repeatedly ensured that I was satisfied with my experience. 5 star experience and I will be a regular customer!

The best Burger I ever had! They serve you only homemade tasty burgers both with chicken and beef but there was also a vegetarian selection. With burgers they also served rosemary chips which were included with the burger. Finally the servers were very kind.

My daughter and I had dinner at this London-style pub located right next to Tower Bridge. The venue offers a fantastic view of the marina from which you can glimpse the tip of Tower Bridge. The service is fast and of high quality, the staff friendly and helpful, especially the manager Luigi. The burgers are space-age, suitable for all palates, and are served with rosemary fries. The crispy tenders and onion rings are also exquisite. Excellent draft beer. Super recommended, I will return 100%.

Amazing ambience by the docks, great music. Amazing food and the best burgers from all the honest burgers in London (I tried them all) the owner will make sure everything is good and you are confortable. Will comeback for sure!!

I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot and the food was AMAZING really. The salad was very very good and the burger was juicy and full of flavour. I got the tribute and the chilli which were honestly really good. The service was lacking since we sat outside we pretty much served ourselves, if you sit out you have to go inside so a server can take your order which was kinda weird and everytime I wanted something I had to go get it myself but the seats inside got full service. The servers completely forget about the tables outside i don’t know if it’s because they’re busy inside but thats not a good reason. Otherwise the food is REALLY good and definitely will be coming back but next time I’ll be sitting inside so i don’t have to serve my self.

Absolutely fantastic honest burgers as usual. The only issue I had was that the restaurant was full of 60 schools children and the noise was too loud and unbearable. I believe that school visits should be allocated at appropriate times not on a busy evening dinner time. We traveled to St Katherine docks restaurant just to try the local honest burger which was delicious and we were happy with the service.

AVOID ON UBER EATS. SIGNIFICANT DELAYS AND WRONG ORDER DELIVERED. I have had disappointing experiences the past three times I’ve ordered from here on Uber eats. The first two times my order took over 1.5 hours to be prepared and be delivered. The third time I was delivered the wrong order, and no one took accountability - the Uber eats driver blamed the restaurant, and the restaurant blamed the driver. To make matters worse, I am coeliac and can’t eat gluten, and was delivered an order containing gluten. Absolutely pathetic showing all round and I do not recommend at all.

The food was very good. The burgers were delicious, the fries were great. Unfortunately, the lemonade and onion rings were not available on the menu (sold out). As a vegetarian, I was then served a salad at no extra charge. It was super tasty. Also really recommend the menu. Price-performance unbeatable. The only negative point for me: at the table next to us we could see a young waiter literally throwing the menu onto the guests' table, along with a disparaging look. I found it very unpleasant, also because the lady at the table seemed very irritated.

Honest Burgers offers a tasty burger with lots of flavor that hits the spot. The fries (chips) were nice and crispy, complementing the burger perfectly. However, the service was notably slow, even with only a few patrons in the restaurant. Additionally, the dining area was uncomfortably hot, making it hard to enjoy the meal. You can feel the heat from the kitchens and hear all the noise, which detracts from the overall experience. If you're looking for a good burger and don't mind the heat and slower service, it might still be worth a visit.

After spending hours exploring the tower of London, my group walked over to Honest Burgers. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my food, but it was delicious! The lemonade was fresh. I got the tribute burger and substituted the fries for the salad. The vinnegrate that came on the salad was quite tasty. I did try the fries that my husband ordered and they were so fresh! The area outside this restaurant was adorable as well. It was fun to walk across the dock area to get there. I would highly recommend!

11 of us from Rome ate an exquisite burger... Excellent meat... accompanied by a beer with a fruity aroma... it's called Stonewall Inn IPA... Welcoming environment, very friendly staff... especially Luca di Chieti... Romina .

Fantastic staff, all kind and helpful, on the menu there are also options for those with various allergies or for those who are vegetarian or vegan. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten, excellent meat and generous portions. Highly recommended.

It's spacious, has a nice atmosphere, and is friendly. However, the potato chips were so salty that I couldn't eat them all.

The food was amazing, the interior space is so lovely and the waiters were super gentle with us. Andrzej was super friendly as well. Really recommend the food and the atmosphere. And finally a place that closes late for dining in London.

Had the vegan plant burger with vegan bacon, which was great. Its a little bit expensive for the size of the burger, but still lovely.

Food was good, and set meal was value for money. However, service was non genuine and impolite! When requested to pack the fries, staff was not helpful. Fries were already put aside on a seperate plate but the box had my left over burger and unwanted bits. Was dog food!

First time I've been to a restaurant solo and it was a lovely experience. It was a lovely view with a nice atmosphere, I sat and read my book whilst waiting for the food which was ready surprisingly quick. Not too expensive and really nice food, would recommend!

Extraordinary nice service, we had to wait for nearly an hour for our food due to some technical issues but they gave us a 25% discount and the food was worth waiting - outstandingly delicious burgers wow!

What can I really say, it’s a hamburger. I got the double patty tribute burger. It was certainly good, but nothing life changing. It was perfect for a quick bite to eat and I would eat at this chain restaurant again if I visited the area again

Best burger eaten so far in London. Both the beef burger (I took the honest burger with caramelized onion which gives that touch of flavor that breaks) and the version with chicken were good (the breading was also excellent). In the photos they don't show much, they seem small... but trust me, it's hard to eat everything. Advised. Helpful and pleasant staff.

A very nice place on the map of London, view of the marina and close to the Tower of Bridge. It's worth trying the burger and fries because they were delicious! However, the service of the place is really at a high level, and the waiter, Andrzej, welcomed us very nicely. I will definitely come back to this place when I visit London, if only because of the service and tasty food :) I sincerely recommend it.

Delicious food and great service! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very nice professional waiter, Andrzej, who, as it later turned out, was Polish. We didn't feel so good in any restaurant during our 4-day stay and we didn't eat anything as tasty I recommend! :)

Jo's food was very tasty, even gluten-free. The fries were really good with rosemary. Truly the best fries I've eaten in a long time. After ordering, everything went very quickly. The lemonade with mint was also highly recommended.

An evening spent in company in a place that lends itself to amiable chats and light-heartedness. The stage, that of the city of London, is replaced for a few hours by an unusual marina in the middle of the city, not even 100 meters from Tower Bridge. We are warmly welcomed, the smells and colors are those of an English pub, even though we are still talking about a franchise location. The flavors are excellent, a single note on the onions perhaps a little too full of oil (I would recommend a little more time on the wax paper or an extra shake before serving them). Classic beer and finally the inevitable chips, excellent. To try.

A good down-to-earth burger, the fries are nice and crispy and not only seasoned with salt, which I personally think is good and varied. Service was very nice and competent. Unfortunately it was very crowded at lunchtime.

Best food and service I've had in London! To top it all off, just about everything is gluten free if you sub out the bun. I had the Carolina Fried Chicken Sandwich which was amazing and the rosemary fries were great too! The staff was really friendly and got our order quickly and the food followed shortly after. The music was killin' it too! Great gluten-free experience, highly recommend!

The location of this restaurant is so lovely as you have a really nice view of the docks. I went with a friend and we both have food allergies which were dealt with superbly. All of our questions were answered and we were offered alternatives for things that we couldn't eat. The service was really fantastic. The burgers are so tasty too - the chips are special. Price wise, I also think it's more than reasonable.

Party of 5. The waitress was lovely, however we waited 40 minutes for our food. Considering the restaurant was at, potentially 50% capacity, this was very confusing. The burgers were great all around, however the chips left a lot to be desired and has to be discounted from the bill.

We really enjoyed our burgers, especially with the tasty rosemary chips. The food was delicious and cooked just right. However, we encountered a hiccup when our second order was incomplete, and we ended up missing one of the burgers we ordered. We made a reservation online, but when we arrived, the staff initially offered us a table in the middle. After mentioning our reservation, they seated us at a different available table towards the back. Also, if you order a coke, it tends to arrive way before your food and it was opened, so keep that in mind!

When it comes to British hamburgers, I think the Honest burger is the best. The food seems delicious and the atmosphere of the store is good, but it seems a bit racist.

The burgers and fries were very good and the service was friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio is very good and the location is very quiet and relaxed despite the close proximity to the London Tower. An absolute recommendation for a quick refreshment after a strenuous visit to the tower.

Came here a couple of times. Nothing to say about the food, which is always lovely, but the service should be improved. The staff don’t show any acknowledgment at clients arrival, and both times we have been waiting to be seen, acknowledged and seated way too long. Please do better in terms of service as it’s a shame to lose customers given the positive quality of your food overall!

Had a great experience at Honest Burgers – their menu is impressively adaptable for gluten-free needs without compromising on taste. The burgers are flavorful and offer good value for the price. The gluten-free bun was a standout, pairing perfectly with the Tribute burger I chose.

We went here for dinner and the atmosphere was very good, the staff very friendly and the burger was very good. The potatoes have a special touch and are very very good, even addictive. I ordered the truffle burger that was off the menu, a success without a doubt.

When you leave the Tower grounds at 1330 after your 1000 tour and you're starving, head to this Burger Joint straightaway. Don't wander around looking at other places. One of the best burgers I've ever had in my 58 years of life, and I eat a lot of burgers, the rosemary fries were also amazing. Beautiful location on the edge of the harbor.

Dad and I had a craving for a burger and a pint. Steven our server was very helpful and recommended an excellent one for me. The tribute burger was outstanding; perfectly cooked beef patty, tallegio cheese, smoked bacon, white truffle mayo, truffled shoestring fries, and pickles. Every bite was mouthwatering! Dad enjoyed his smash burger. We both washed it down with an Orbit brew.

The vegie burgers, at this tucked away, Honest Burgers, place are scrumptious. One could contemplate the view of the Tower Bridge one passed to get to this comfy, and cosy spot, while eating the best onion rings, ever made anywhere in the world! Yummy!

As a long time customer who has eaten here since they opened I felt like I finally HAVE to leave this review. I preface this review with: the food is always pretty good… But the staff are just atrocious, this particular Honest burger has had a string of new managers every 2-3 months since the start. I have ordered here every Thursday almost religiously, at first the wrong orders and delays were funny or minor annoyances, but after the 4th consecutive time you kind of have to wonder if they are doing it on purpose. A lot of the times I am ordering on the phone because it’s the most convenient for me, they have muted the phone or lost the receiver so many times I cannot count any more. After having had a conversation with the previous manager about keeping a better eye on incoming calls, this new manager manages to tell me to call back in 5 mins, only then to not pick up for the next 30 mins. Literally going out of their way to waste a customer’s time. I don’t mind ordering from somewhere else, just tell people you can’t order on the phones at this point! Their online ordering system doesn’t apply local discounts and has no option to pay on collection. When it works it’s great, but at this point the success rate of ordering from here is 50/50 at best… not worth it any more. And I have to say! The managers might have changed, but there the one lanky guy who only half speaks English that always gets the orders wrong that seems to be the common denominator. Terrible experience, don’t waste your time here.
