Napoleons Casino & Restaurant in Bradford

Myself and four other family members attended the Boyband tribute on Fri 13th Sept. Every one of us had a great time. The band were fab, the food was delicious and we had fun using our free bet, some of us even had a little win. Will definitely be back and would recommend the tribute nights.

Good company, excellent food. Efficient and friendly staff. Quizzes and tribute acts too ! The dining room looks stunning after the refurb earlier this year. Goes from strength to strength. One of my favourite places.

We went to Napoleons for a 40th birthday celebration, 27 of us in total. The staff were great, service was great and everyone really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely too. We have been a couple of times and will definatley be back.

Fabulous Elvis night at Napoleons! Food was divine and drinks lovely and reasonable price. The staff couldn't do more for us, it was my MILs birthday and they were so helpful sorting out drinks for us. The Elvis act was brilliant, my dad said it was like seeing the real thing 😅 unfortunately I had a pillar in the way so the seating wasn't great but he came out into the audience a few times and could see most of the stage just not the backing singer. We then went to the casino afterwards which was quite small but clean and looked very classy. The staff were very friendly and knew their craft!

Great experience. Went for the Dine in Style offer. Three courses, a free drink and a free £5 bet for £28. On top of that, they had another offer to spin the roulette wheel and whatever number it landed on we would get that percentage off our bill. Landed on 33! Service was great and friendly. Lovely ambient decor. Food portions were insane! I felt bad that I wasted a bit of food as I simply wasn't able to finish everything that was served to us. The starters may as well have been the mains! Makes a change from leaving a restaurant feeling underfed. Made almost a tenner back from our free bets too. Would deffo return.

Beautiful food attentive staff my only negative would be a long wait to get a drink at the bar as only 1 member of staff serving could do with a couple more on the bar but this didn't spoil my evening.

I can’t recommend this restaurant enough !!! From the service to the food I would definitely of come back had I not been randomly suspended for working in casino's 14 years ago. Although as a kind gesture was allowed to dine for my grandmothers 70th birthday. Isobel was great and looked after us throughout alongside other staff too making this a very pleasant experience throughout so Thank you very much 😀

Service was excellent in the dinning room chef cooked our food exactly to our liking. Staff were pleasant and accomodating . Would definitely recommend Napoleons in Bradford. Top class restaurant and staff.

Amazing as always fantastic staff izzs was on top form nothing was to much trouble for her we were a party of 6 and she was back and forward never stopped asking if we needed any else And as always the food was outstanding...thanks chef.

The food & service was spot on . It was the first time since the new refurbishment and the dining area is beautiful. Quality food at a brilliant price. Will be definitely back. All staff really polite and friendly

A great place for a lovely dining experience. The place is set out so that you are not on top of each other. Everything is placed neatly. The decor is clean and modern. The staff are professional and warm, nothing was too much bother. The menu has a wide choice of foods to suit all types of tastes, and then served professionally, and hot! The food tastes lovely (I even pinched some of my wife's as that looked mouthwatering too). Cost is great value, for proper dining (not "pub grub") The meal deals are a bonus, and with the £5 voucher, my wife was able to win a little win on the slot machine! Last night (Valentine's) there was a rose for my wife, and chocolates to greet us. The pianist was a nice addition to have some background music. A great night had from start to finish. The staff on the casino floor were also very friendly and helpful (we are Casino "virgins" so to speak), so their assistance was a great benefit. We will be going again for a meal and a chance to try and win some money. A real gem of a find for us.

I've eaten at Napoleons for years (since 1973) and never had a bad meal yet. I would highly recommend Napoleons restaurant to anyone looking for that special meal or for a party.

Amazing food at a brilliant price!! Would 100% recommend. I never thought to come here for a meal but was recommended by a friend. It was £35 ( I think!) and included a glass of wine, 3 course gourmet meal and a £5 bet! Will be back soon. Also you get all the above completely free if it’s the month of your birthday!!!!!

Went for my brothers birthday, four of us had the Dine in Style meal. The food was excellent & good value. Expecially as my brother's meal was free as it was his birthday month. The service was very good. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone. We have been many times in the past and the food has always been consistently good.

The food is always first class and perfectly presented. You really feel as though you are in some London swanky restaurant. The 3 courses, drink and gambling ticket is incredible value for money. I must give a huge shout out to Raminta who is so friendly, makes you feel so welcome and she’s brilliant at her job. She obviously conveys this to the restaurant team as they are all utterly amazing. I also recently learned that my friends son Josh is one of the brilliant chefs too, they always deliver delicious food. Thank you for another great night. See you again soon. x

Food was superb. Steak cooked to perfection. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Really enjoyable family meal.

Our first time here and i must say we were all very very impressed..came to see the Rod Stewert tribute and it was amazing..the food..well that was just outstanding..absolutely great value for money..had a fantastic night and will surely be looking to attend more events in the future..Thank you for an awsome night..

Food was bloody lovely. Great meal, staff were friendly and on the ball. Pricing was good for for the quality of the food. Gambling isn't really my thing but the lads enjoyed it and it was worth going for the food. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Lovely food, atmosphere and value for money, highly recommend!

The restaurant has been refurbished and that element is excellent, None of the old staff where there and they were sadly missed. The new staff were ok but not the same. The food was a little hit and miss. Prawn Cocktail and mackerel poor. The Yorkshire starter excellent. Duck excellent but the steaks average. Puddings great.

Excellent meal in the restaurant. Staff fantastic. Just the same on the gaming floor. Staff superb and willing to help a novice gambler.

Very good and friendly service. I feel that the quality of the food has deteriorated somewhat recently.For example my sirloin steak must have been stood before serving and was not very warm. I didn't want to send it back as we were in a party of eight and didn't want to be late to start eating my main course.

Excellent food,, perfect atmosphere, good service

I have been a regular and loyal customer of Napoleon's Bradford for over a year. I've always preferred it to the more up-market options of the Grosvenor & Victoria Gate in Leeds simply because, until a few nights ago, the staff have always been much more friendly. That was until last week when I had a winning hand missed by both the dealer and overseer, Reece. That's not supposed to happen in a casino. That's what overseers are for! So I had to report it to the floor manager, which I did - in a constructive and polite manner. He was great and ensured that I was paid out, and gave me a complementary drink. So far, so good. However, I later approached Reece to explain why I did what I did and ensure that there was no bad feeling. Sadly, on top of being sloppy in his job, he was very aggressive about the situation and clearly went out of his way to "Mark my card" with other staff. Such a shame as, until then I'd enjoyed friendly relationships with the receptionists, bar staff, cashiers and croupiers. Fortunately there are other more professional operations available locally (Grosvenor and Victoria Gate). UPDATE - BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW, MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. IVE BEEN A FRIENDLY AND LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 16VMONTHS WHO MADE A COMPLAINT, IN THE CORRECT MANNER AFTER BEING CHEATED, AND BECAUSE I WROTE ABOUT ON LINE THEYVE CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. SUCH TOTALLY CHILDISH BEHAVIOUR. BEWARE - WRITE A BAD REVIEW AND YOU ARE CANCELLED. SO DISHONEST.

What a wonderful meal me and my husband had

Colleen said the Peppers stuffed with roasted vegetables was one of the best main courses she has ever tasted!!. Well done to the chef on Tuesday Evening 19th March 2024. Rest of our meals excellent.

We went to the restaurant and food was pleasant and good night's entertainment at a Charity fund Raiser for The Lord Mayor. The group even got a complimentary five pound voucher each for the Casino .

Having visited the restaurant several times before with friends I decided to introduce my partner to the experience. As always the food was top notch, we both had different choices, 3 courses each Cannot fault the good Also, the service was great. Particularly our waitress FJ, she was sociable, pleasant and friendly. A credit to the restaurant Thanks FJ

Recently attended Lord Mayor's Fund raising event @ Napoleons in Bradford & had a great time. Over 100 people enjoyed great food, great Entertainment & had lots of fun. The staff were very helpful, great atmosphere. Very good value for money. Will return

I have been a member of Napoleon's for over a year. I've always preferred it to the more upscale options of the Grosvenor and Victoria Gate simply because, overall, the staff have been much more friendly. That is, until this evening. But tonight, both the dealer and Reece, the oversear missed out on paying my win. I have no problem with the odds being slightly stacked in the favour of the casino. But to then also evade paying out on a win is not right. I politely pointed this out to the shift manager who was very fair and heard my complaint before giving me a complimentary drink. I then approached the overseer,Reece, to make the point that it was not a personal complaint and he could not have been less friendly about the situation. He was aggressive towards me, and made sure that the table staff were very unfriendly towards me. Such a shame after a year of enjoyable membership. But now I will gp to the other, less vindictive options.

There were 25 in our group what a fantastic night we all had in the restaurant we all had an amazing meal . The food was absolutely delicious from starters to mains to desserts. The staff in the restaurant were brilliant friendly kind, all gave 100%. . Highly recommended to everyone . Looking forward to our next visit

Great value for your money, we had our New year's Eve here, had a fabulous meal and a very enjoyable evening.

The meal was great. When we arrived we did not know what to do so we stood just inside the door inline waiting to book in, when what I can only discribe as about 10 to 15 people came and some of them pushed infront of us, I think they had been before, what anoyed my was the guy who was looking on to control the door never said anything to them about pushing in. Apart from that we had a great night and came away winners.

We’ve eaten at the casino several times now and have never had a bad meal. The choice is not extensive but the food is excellent quality and really delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Fantastic value for money too.

Staff were very helpful BUT my wife required a Gluten Free option which we advised at the time of the booking. When staff came to take the order my wife asked if the chips were cooked separately from other fried food she was advise NO all cooked together THATS NOT GLUTEN FREE.
