Very nice evening spent at Nandos in the town centre. The staff were all very attentive. The food was really good and presented well. The place looks great and really clean. We will definitely be back soon.

All of the staff were so lovely especially macey and the front of house giving a warm welcome. The food was fast and delicious compare to other fast food places. Defo recommend to others!

We decided to visit again after work as we had a pleasant lunch here a few weeks before. It wasn’t too busy & we were shown to a booth. The server was really upbeat (didn’t get his name) and quickly updated us with order process, menus, drinks, condiments etc. We used app order & food arrived in reasonable time. The same staff member checked in on us to make sure all was ok. As we were ready to leave another staff member came to clear our table. As before they were very polite, smiling & asked if we enjoyed our meal. We both really enjoyed all our options & the service was excellent! Good job team Warrington!

Absolutely disgusted with service. Ordered food, sat for about half hour. I then asked where drinks were , only to be told our order hadn’t gone through. Even though we had confirmation by e mail and payment pending. The manager was very unhelpful and not willing to give refund. Had to leave with no food, no refund and down £130. Hopefully won’t be taken out of ac. Name of person in charge was Joe.

Awful again! First time we ordered and waited over 40 mins for food which they said had been served to us already! It went to the wrong table! Eventually we got our meal. Came again today and ordered at the till. The girl didn’t listen and I didn’t get what I asked for also ended up paying for 2 sides when I only wanted one. The young staff are just there to get paid no customer skills at all. Every other Nando’s are helpful and accommodating. Definitely avoid this one they just don’t have any customer skills, not even an apology for their mistake, it wasn’t busy either. Poor service.

Nando's located in Warrington Golden Square is definitely a big nope!! Not going to write a story. So right to the issues. We ordered what was allegedly half a chicken, some sort of cheesey chips offerings & broccoli. Finally when it arrived, the whole meal was sent back just like the winters night "Cold" .. On return the poor chicken with more bones than flesh tasted like old boots, lacking in flavour & texture. Our advice in this economic climate, take your hard earned cash somewhere else. Absolutely No Recommendation for this Nando!!

Food under cooked still blood in the chicken breast. Manager refunded my meal couldn’t eat anything else wasn’t actually offered anything else, just put the cash refund for my meal down on table and said sorry. Never offered complimentary. Drinks or discount on my partners meal won’t be returning

Came to Nando’s after not having been for a few years and we where very suprised with how friendly and welcoming staff where, our server Charley went above and beyond to make sure we where happy offered us complimentary drinks and was very kind , just made the environment so much nicer , the food was lovely and we will definitely visit this particular Nando’s again.

Very clean however the staff couldn’t have been any worse. Served cold food and cut into undercooked chicken. We informed the manager (young blonde female) we did try to get name but we were refused, dealt with the food complaint in a highly unprofessional way. Nando’s has definitely lost a loyal customer

Came in this evening, and we ordered around 820pm. The chef with red hair and glasses was visibly annoyed by us ordering a chicken butterfly and tried to get me to change my order. I explained that wasn't what we wanted and she was clearly moaning about it then ran off to her manager who was sat at the bottom end with another colleague. I was stood near getting drinks and could hear what they were saying, so I approached them and made it clear I could hear her talking about me, then another blonde member of staff began trying to apologise and smooth the situation out. Other customers were also annoyed by the child like behaviour of staff on full view of the customers and raised it with staff. It was quite clear they didn't want to cook or serve people. A group of 9 came in at 830 and the same chef was eye rolling and making comments about them being in. Again in full view of people. Only positive was the chicken was actually freshly cooked!!

Visited yesterday, first time in a long time. Quick bite while shopping with my disabled daughter spending her birthday money. Staff very friendly and helpful holding door open. Food was served quickly and was hot and well presented. Restaurant was clean as were disabled toilets. Would return again. Thanks to manager our special treat 😍

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a cheap/mid-market restaurant in terms of food allergy. As soon as I mentioned my dietary requirements, I was given a tablet with all the allergens in each dish to help me make an informed decision. Then when ordering, I was told how food was going to be prepared to meet my dietary requirements and on serving the food, I was again reassured that my requirements had been taken into account. I would expect this level of care and service from a high-end restaurant so hats off to Nando's. The food was very good as well so great meal.

Me and my partner went for a lunch and told we had to wait 5 minutes for a table, which was fine and we sat down to wait for a table to become free. Another 2 couples walk in and get seated straight away by another member of staff! With us sat there waiting! After my partner told the member of staff about the situation we had quite a rude response and no apology and got told she would “see what she could do”. I understand wires can get crossed and mistakes can happen in a busy restaurant (having worked in one myself) but the rude response and no apology was really unacceptable and is just not the way you should treat people. After that we decided to walk out and spend our money elsewhere. A sincere apology was all that was needed but now I will be avoiding that branch in future. Terrible service!

Nando's food is the same everywhere, and very nice, so I can't comment too much on it. The service at this place is much sloppier than the alternatives in the area, every member of the floor team looked bored and out of place and were exclusively being prompted by the chefs to clear tables, run food, checkbacks ect. When in golden square and you want a Nando's, please just head 5 minutes south to the Stockton Heath branch

What an amazing experience we had tonight 19th jan . What can I say what an incredible team you have they rescued my daughter’s 18th birthday meal after being let down by another restaurant we turned up to find out they had not booked it in correctly. there was 15 of us and we literally rocked up not knowing if you could fit us in . With no hesitation the staff were welcoming and rescued my daughters 18th celebration they even brought her cake out a sang happy birthday, you all are super starts and I will be eternally grateful to your kindness . Thank you 😊

I have never been in such a dirty Nando’s you stuck to the floor , tables filthy drinks matching filthy, windows dirty, even though lots of staff standing around, you let Nando’s down 😡

Some part of me thought that Nandos was a god choice for a meal when going to a gig at Parr Hall. What a waste of money chicken looked like it needed feeding itself. Will not be returning.

Had a lovely meal here tonight. The food was really tasty and well presented. The service was great. Will definitely return again. Lovely ambience with the Portuguese music and lovely decor. Spotlessly clean..couldn't fault anything. Thanks for a lovely evening nandos warrington.

Good food as always, from Nandos. We had ordered on the app at the table, order didn't go through properly. Had to ask twice for drinks. Staff not very friendly and blatantly not very well coordinated.

It was alot better than the Winwick road one and everywhere was clean. Even the manager was brushing up. Alot of things off the menu but didn't spoil anything. Thankyou for a lovely tea.

My daughter and her two friends tried to visit last night for one of her friends birthdays and apparently they had ran out of chicken?! absolutely disgusting customer service to lie to teenagers because you don’t want to serve them. There was three of them who had been looking forward to having a girls birthday meal, none stop taking about it to then be lied to. If you don’t want to serve teenagers at least have the balls to say no under 16s without an adult rather than lie! These three girls are the politest kids i know and nando’s you have judge them!!

Good solid Nando's chicken of course. Quarter chicken not as hoped for, but butterfly breast was fab. 2 sides each, very nice and reasonable value. Nice outdoor seating area in the square.

Eaten here a number of times over a period of the past 5 years or so. Smallish restaurant for a Nando's but have always managed to get a seat and isn't overly busy, which is strange considering the size of Warrington and the few eatery's....

not fancy but chicken is good as you would expect.... middle spicy for me is perfect..butterfly breast too...no annoying bones to deal with... accompanied by creamy mash and coleslaw... all washed down by robot drink. very nice.. will be back

Amazing service and always good food I'm a fussy eater so I no things go wrong! They fixed it right away and could apologise enough, always go nandos and always the same no matter where I go

Hubby and I dropped by for a bite to eat and having only visited 1 other establishment before I didn't know what to expect. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable with pleasant decor, speedy service and tasty chicken!

Opted for Nandos as was shopping in town. Have not been for a while so got used to how the menu works. Orders some simple burgers and wraps with different flavours and all were very tasty. Really enjoyed the creamy mash and peri salted chips.

pretty standard nandos but probably the best thing to eat in the area. the chicken was pretty tasty and we didn't have to wait long as they just opened. waitress was friendly Would recommend :)

Food was delicious and the staff were really welcoming, overall can never go wrong with the frozen yogurt and because its bottomless it really is great value for money. Overall really happy

Not been in Nando’s for a good few years as I’m one of the people who doesn’t like meat on the bone. Today we decided to try it and ordered the boneless platter. Plenty of food and tasted great. Staff where friendly.

Went last week to Nando's with family & friends, we enjoyed the place but the food portions left you wishing for more. The hamburguers are quite small sized..and for what you pay, it should be worth it. The staff is very helpfull & friendly though,...

I went into Nando's to get a meal and had to wait for 3/4 of an hour for chicken and chips, not good.

We haven't been to Nando's in a long time and now we are reminded why! The portions have definitely shrunk and our impromptu meal out was very disappointing! What we did eat was tasty but not great value for money! Don't think we will add...

Went for a quick lunch to brighten up a dull rainy, cold day. I had the mango and lime double burger, with my favourite fino side of sweet potato mash, and it was lovely as always. Was pretty quiet so a nice relaxing time.

Called in for a midweek meal. Definitely nothing special, in fact, rather poor.Had a chicken burger and sweet potato wedges, plus a couple of extras on the burger. The pineapple slices was straight from a tin and the cheese was a prepacked slice. The sweet potato wedges were rock hard. You would get better in Witherspoon's for about half the price. The whole place seems geared up to screwing every penny from its customers for indifferent fayre.

Visited Nando’s on 13th January with my wife and son while on a shopping trip to the Golden Square. Alarm bells started ringing when the waiter brought the food to the table before my wife had returned from ordering it. Needless to say, 2 out of the 3 meals had to be re-cooked as the chicken was cold. Clearly, the food arrived so quickly as it had been pre-cooked and had been kept warm. The replacement chicken was chewy, and was unpleasant. Nil stars for the food, and the one star is for the pleasant young waiting staff who have the misfortune of having to work there. We haven’t been for ages, and have no intention of returning.

The food was indulgent and was definitely worth the price! Filled my up for hours :) Definitely coming again 😍

Ate here with my daughter whilst christmas shopping last weekend. The usual great food, boneless chicken sharing platter for us. The service was quick and the place is spotless.

You can never complain about the amount off chips you get , but as it’s chicken restaurant,they don’t have a lot off chicken on them . This is a busy Nando’s but it’s clean I’ve been to some that are awful.

Food arrived very quickly. By the time I left the restaurant my stomach was literally bubbling. Woke in the night with cramps and shivers. Was ill all the next day then started with severe diarrhoea which lasted for 6 days. I lost half a stone and had to have 6 days off work. I was tested positively for campylobactor, a bacteria spread by raw chicken. And guess what, nandos have denied all responsibility. If 8 had been a young child or elderly I would have been admitted to hospital. I have never felt so ill in my entire life

Been here a couple of time now is usually busy but always seems to always a while to get served and food is never got when arrives! Maybe need more staff!

Was my first visit to Nandos. Ordered 1/4 chicken, fries & mash. Food arrived suspiciously quickly The '1/4' chicken was a very small chicken leg that could have been quite valuable as an antique. The 'creamy' mash potato was a grey sludge and the chips had clearly been hanging a round a while.It was vile. First and last trip to this dump.

Came in for a quick lunch, food was as good as always. Service was particularly good shout out too the manageress who sat us down and too Beth who served us on the till!

My first bad experience at Nando’s in all the years I’ve been going. I would not recommend this branch that’s for sure. The staff in the kitchen and till area screamed and roared with laughter during our whole visit, while the manager stood on the restaurant floor chatting to an employee eating in a booth. I am in no way against people having fun at work, I work in retail myself, however the noise they were making was annoying and unprofessional. A few members of staff had stickers stuck to their backs, childish prank usually played by 11 year olds, when I asked one of the males who had 2 on his back did he know about it he said oh yes it’s just a joke we have, it’s just a laugh. I don’t really think work is the place for practical jokes. It’s a shame that these young adults behaving like school children are putting a bad name to such a big chain.

Being from South Africa where the Nando’s brand originated I had high expectations of the taste of the food and the level of customer service. I am delighted to say I was not dissapointed. I had a pleasant and memorable experience at Nando’s in Golden Square, with my family who recently relocated to the UK. Familiar taste and great customer service. My sister ordered the Nando’s chicken livers and I ordered the quarter chicken breast & wing, which was succulent, moist and perfectly seasoned. The starter was excellent - hummus, pita bread and olives. I was slightly disappointed that the London Euston branch was closed for renovation, would have loved to experience and enjoy a taste of South Africa n London.

Visited for a family meal - food was cooked well, very friendly staff, all in all a very good experience (one of the best Nando’s I have been to!)

This review is for nandos Stockton Heath warrington.My daughter and her boyfriend went Saturday 26 May 2018, aprox 7pm. Ad the title says there was a large black headed maggot in the red dip starter that she had already started to eat. The staff took a picture and completed investigating forms clearly titled maggot in food. As a family we have attended this restarunt since the day it opened and now none of us can go back as we are sick to the stomach at the very thiught. We are not trying to get any freebies we just want you to knowIt has happened and to be careful of going there as you do not want to experience seeing that it’s so vile.

A quiet evening meal the restaurant wasn't too busy so it had a more relaxed atmosphere. Stopped by as I had less than an hour to spare and know that food is usually served quickly. The menu does change a little from time to time but always has a core set of dishes that remain. I like going here for a bit of a change every now and then and have never had a bad meal.

Popped in for a quick lunch with the wife whilst Christmas shopping, food and service was to the usual high standard. I always have the chicken butterfly (hot) with spicy rice and macho peas mmm! Would certainly recommend this branch of Nando’s

I'd previously never been to Nando's...Needless to say I'll never return!3 adults and 3 kids... we all ordered an array of chicken delights.. however the food that came out was seriously underwhelming.We had chicken that was dry, overcooked and pretty tasteless. Rice that was actually overcooked to the point it was hard. Chicken wings that were tiny. My sunset burger was a let down... despite going hot it was relatively flavourless.My brief summary is that I fail to see the appeal of Nando's ... it's effectively an overpriced KFC, without tasty gravy or good chicken. Despite the awful overpriced food the waitress we had was very helpful and attentive, so hence two stars!

Fuimos a por el pescado es muy antiguo mercado en Warrington para el almuerzo. Me parecía tener algunos problemas con un techo que gotea, pero había mucho espacio. El restaurante estaba muy limpio y el personal era muy servicial. La comida, como de costumbre, era preciosa con es muy. El 1 y 4 de pollo con dos lados me hicieron muy bien, gracias! ! ! Buena relación calidad-precio y buen servicio. Altamente recomendado.

Visitamos hoy, dijeron diez minutos por una mesa, unas pocas mesas vacías, pero no limpiaron tan aceptadas. Piso zona sucia esperando llena de dulces mini. La camarera se disculpó y me dijo que estaba muy concurrida. Pedimos orden y estaba equivocado. Fuente completa, cuatro lados, software chx, 2 bebidas, simple! ! Llegó con 3 lados! ! Se olvidaron de hasta cuarta parte a través de la ensalada,! Pedí 4 dijeron que no se ha metido hasta. Bien £19. Fuente completo sólo 95 4 lado de honor, un error que hasta obliviously no recogida en 3 lados cuando 4. Gerente no lo solucionaría, chica rubia hizo. Ella es un crédito a la sucursal. Ah, esto fue después de esperar 40 minutos en forma de alimentos.Nunca jamás he perdido la fe en que es muy! ! ! ! ! ! !

Love Nandos, food is great, I had the sunset burger, wife and son had the grilled chicken pitta. Excellent food though the service was a bit slow, lots of plates on the hot shelf but no-one serving.

Tenía nuestro té aquí después de un viaje de compras alrededor de warrington. La comida era buena y no tuvimos que esperar mucho para que llegue la comida, que siempre es una ventaja. El personal que se ocupó con nosotros fue muy amable y cortés y hecha para una experiencia agradable y sin duda lo recomendaría a otros.

Entramos a Nando's, el personal bastante agradable, el estado de las mesas eran asquerosas, el cliente debe de comer luchado anterior su cena, debido a la cantidad de comida y la izquierda en dividido la mesa.Pedi que se limpian dos veces y no sucedió.Me pareció que la pechuga de pollo será difícil y el maíz dulce fue difícil.Olía demasiado, los inodoros no es agradable caminar en el retrete y acertar con el olor de la orina.He comido en este tipo de restaurantes antes, pero no volver a este lugar.Esta crítica es mi punto de vista solo.

Booked a table at Nandos for my sons 21st,was asked when booking if it was a special occasion as it was for 7 people I, told them it was a birthday.Next I was asked if I want decorations on table,which I said yes to.the day came, as we got in Nandos I told the young girl that we had a table booked for 7 people,we were told to wait while she messed about putting tables together and setting it for us,got to the table no decorations,squashed food on chairs and under the table it wasn't busy at all with only 2 other tables occupied,didn't bother staying to eat we all got up and went somewhere else,this was the first and last time ill visit here as found this shocking,what's the point of booking tables if no one knows you're coming and to have a clean eating area ready for a certain time!!

Me encanta es muy y la comida aquí era tan buena como siempre lo es. Lo que permite esta es muy es el servicio. Este no es el personal en sí, ya que claramente trabajan muy duro, pero por desgracia cuando fuimos no había suficiente personal de guardia así que esperar siglos para ser sentado, las edades de las edades de nuestra orden y lugar para conseguir la comida. Gestión necesita para solucionar este problema ya que el único derecho 2 camareros en cuando estuvimos allí claramente necesitaba más ayuda.

Served stone cold chicken. Replacement arrived within 5 minutes after complaining - lukewarm. Chips and corn okay. Would not go back. Could have had a better, less expensive meal in McDonald's. To top it off - dirty toilets. Well done Warrington Nando's.

La última vez que fuimos a este restaurante, les gustaría salir de pollo! ! Sin embargo, compensa esta vez. Aunque Esperamos un rato para la comida salga de la estación, que sirve la comida que nos dieron fue preparado muy bien y realmente agradable. El director nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. En general, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Nando's is Nando's no matter where you go, it was quite when we visited so good was nice and quick, staff checked everything was ok and were polite. Worth a visit if you are hungry and are in the area👍🏻

Fuimos el viernes 31 de marzo como un retraso en la calle el Día de la Madre regalo.Nos recibieron rápidamente pero no inmediatamente y sentado en nuestro stand solicitado que habíamos visto estaba vacante en nuestra llegada.La comida llegó después de una corta espera, pero cuando nos fuimos para nuestro cubiertos no había ninguna disponible.Mi hija señalamos a una camarera detrás de la barra.Después de unos 5 minutos y conseguir un poco de nuestra comida fría nuestra cuchillos y tenedores trajeron a la mesa para nosotros.Una vez que habíamos terminado nuestros platos principales mi hija iba y me pidió un 'naughty Nata", que es una tarta de flan de portugués. Fue muy bonito, pequeño y Fácilmente me podría haber comido dos de ellos.Yo se lo recomendaría a amigos y familiares, pero no para una comida especial ocasión, ya me sentí muy relajado e informal. Es algo que iría sólo para comer y no necesariamente celebrar algo especial.

Es muy visitado esta noche - la comida era adorable como siempre, pero mal servicio. Nos sentamos en medio del restaurante y fue absolutamente freeezing, preguntamos a un camarero para que gire la calefacción y me dijeron que no pueden hacer nada ya que es un proyecto y también a veces la lluvia entra en el edificio? ? ? Para un restaurante que sólo ha reformado que no suenan bien. La comida estaba bien, vino y postres y básicamente todo pedido estaba agotado, había que conseguir nuestros platos pide aclarar, el personal parecía como si ellos ni se preocupan. Decepcionados.
