Old and tired looking place. Nandos food quality feels gone down the hill. Will not rush back there for sure.

We regularly visit nandos Walton for a quick lunch as it is possibly the best nandos branch we have EVER been to. We NEVER leave disappointed or dissatisfied with the food, the staff and their team leaders are always incredibly friendly and keen to help you in any way they can.

Ordered delivery. Several items wrong with order. One item never delivered. One item had mayo when this was not ordered. Rang and lady asked if we wanted refund. Absolutely not. Then spoke to manager who said we could pick up these items. Which we did. However on eating our food noticed that one item had no halloumi very disappointed. Definitely not recommended since meal was a birthday

On Saturday, The service was very appreciated and was impressed by the staff and how helpful they are. A staff named “Arsam” has really been helpful.

Omg I absolutely loved the food hehehe. Now let’s talk about the service. First things first my waiter was called Luca and he was so polite and kind and complimented me and how pretty I was 😁.

One of the best Nandos in the UK! All the others should take note. Consistently great service and always with a smile. Very attentive staff, always ready to help from entrance, ordering, serving to point of leaving. Hottest day of the year, extremely busy on a Friday evening and all staff were faultless!

Absolutely disgusted to have ordered food after a long day and for it to turn up inedible. The chicken was cold and pink in the middle. Very glad i always check chicken that I have no cooked myself incase of situations like this, could have made myself and family very ill otherwise.

Walked in and David greeted us straight away give this man a pay rise his brillant… Food was the best Nando’s I’ve ever eaten. Clean and good vibes will Be back when next in town!

A real lovely place to grab a quick bite to eat. Family's welcome, and really great service. The staff were very accommodating and the food came out very quickly. I haven't been to a Nando in a few years but will be returning more often as the food was extremely nice. It's also very competitively priced and you get good value for your money over other restaurants. Parking was nice and easy and the restaurant was very clean and tidy. The best part was the free refills of the soft drinks, a great idea and money saver if you bring your children. All in all, we loved it! Thanks Nandos

My friend and I came here after not being to Nandos in a long time, so we both weren't disappointed with the food, and everything was finished.

Tasty food and excellent service. Our favourite branch to visit. Always a pleasure having David serve us, his energy is great and always makes for an enjoyable experience

The new refurbishment looks great & as always, food was really good! Only disappointment was service - we had to ask twice on our order & when it came through after a very long wait, no word of apology, from the same young lady we’d asked about the order in the first place!

We had a great experience at the newly refurbished restaurant. We were told when ordering at 5pm that they had sold out of loaded fries and that they tend to run out before evening service most days. However, the manager (CC) somehow solved the problem for us by taking ingredients from other dishes and got my daughter the portion of loaded fries she was desperate for. David in front of house was also very helpful and was keen to make sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed. Will definitely return and another shout out for CC and David. Thanks.

The food was fantastic, we had 1/2 chicken breast lemon & Herb, 2 x chicken breast with chips lemon & herb sauce, platter for two with chips,garlic bread,mash spicy

Absolutely appalling. Whole chicken plater ordered but only 2 sides delivered and 3 bits of chicken. Not even close to a whole chicken, more like wings. Restaurant wouldn't deliver missing items and gave a measly £1.60 refund. Food was cold and soggy. Disgusting.

Great refurbishment, the place seems much bigger. The staff here were lovely as always. Couldn't give 5 stars as they had absolutely no chicken thighs which cancels out a lot of items on the menu. Otherwise quick and great service.

This was my first time eating at the Nandos’s in Walton and was really amazed at how efficient, friendly and the quickness of the food. I’ve eaten in a lot of Nandos and this was definitely one of my best experiences dinning there. Thank you for such great experience.

One of the best Nando's I have been too! Food was fast, hot and tasty. Customer service was great all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

My server David provided the most exceptional service and the best I have had at any Nando’s chain (and it’s a lot). I was eating alone as I was travelling for work and David went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my meal. He is a gem.

Had really delicious 😋 food here would recommend it 100%. Service and atmosphere cool. Very busy with families as was half term

What an experience, this has to be one of the best nando’s in surrey!! The managers are great and the staff have such good morale, especially this one waitress that served me and my family today, her name is Kacey. I recommend this nando’s to anyone, such a pleasant experience!!

Fun, tastey. The rainbow salad is fantastic too. Just a shame it's expensive for junk food and very very little service as predominantly help yourself which for the money, certainly seems an expensive experience and we spend less in top cafes for example. Fun once or twice a year though

David at the Walton on Thames branch exceeded his role and all the other staff were excellent and polite.

Usual tasty Nando's food and amazing service. We'll certainly come back to this particular branch. At the time of visiting it wasn't as crowded as others and found staff was indeed very friendly.

This was a nice smaller and less busy Nando's. The staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed a table which was accessible friendly. The food came really quickly and is as good as always.

Service was poor and food was so, so. In our experience it is over priced when you have to order even chips as a side order!

Me and my grandmother Rita visited for lunch time and all I can say is David the waitor was 5* i had a very difficult week and Davids welcoming and presence just cheered me up straight away. It was full on but wow he can snap anyone out of a bad mood with his vibe. I was eating a delicious nandos and David was just amazing, full of life, so proffesional and great. Thank you David I hope you see these reviews so you can get the praise you deserve, so passionate and any company who would have you should be very thankful. Recently visited here on a week night and it was really busy. Had to wait for a table but once available we were given the choice of a tiny table in the corner or a booth which was more spacious. I had a gluten free requirement and the young lady at the desk was concerned about this so she bought her manager over. I explained as long as I had no gluten I would be fine. She went out of way to make sure my food was prepared accordingly. (I was only having chicken and chips) After ordering the manger came over to inform us our food would be a while/delayed and as a result could she offer us a complimentary starter. Food was what you would expect from Nandos, essentially it is Chicken & Chips (Chicken cooked to your liking) Pleasant experience overall.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My experience at Nando's was highly frustrating. I lost my property there, and the older staff member was not only rude but also unhelpful. He insisted on payment to search the bin or suggested I do it myself, all while distracting a young boy who was trying to assist. I left without any support, feeling disappointed and let down.

Food was great as usual and special thanks to David for providing excellent service to us and also cracking some good jokes 👍😄 well enjoyed my time.

The chicken livers were too dry and the butterfly chicken was overcooked. The staff who served us was not the best for handling situations out of his comfort zone and was therefore inexperienced.

RE: DAVID I would like to start off by saying that I have worked in the catering/hospitality industry for 25+ years (owner of my own restaurant). So please understand that I know what good customer service should be. I have been coming to the Walton-on-Thames nandos for years. Every time I visit, we are always greeted by a man named DAVID. I cannot thank this gentleman enough. He is the MOST caring person I have ever come across in a restaurant. He always greeted you with a smile. He is always asking you if you have any questions about the menu or anything else. He makes you feel welcomed and valued as a customer, not just a number. He's always making sure that everything is ok with your meal and if you can get you anything else at all. My own staff are not as carrying as this man. He is just wonderful. A genuine caring man!!!! Please give this man a raise!!!! THANK YOU, DAVID!!!

Food was not hot. Chips were okay. The bun was so hard I struggled to get the knife in to cut it. Chicken was Luke warm. The party I was with were all satisfied with their food. I would return though.

Went for dinner this evening. Staff were really friendly (special shout-out to Amora) the food was great, good portion size, came out quick, lovely service. Highly recommend.

Used to come a lot before and service was amazing but felt it has dropped a little. Took 20 mins to sit down when there were clearly tables that could just do with a clean. Food is great and always well cooked.

Great local Nando’s! We went when they just opened on Sunday and we were greeted straight away. Members of staff working there is so friendly, welcoming and efficient. You can choose to either order at the till or from your table which is nice. The restaurant is a bit outdated and there was only one toilet working in the females bathroom out of two which is why I only give them four stars.

This place was fantastic in Kingston. They are so professional and experienced. The price was good and the organization was acceptable. Quality and cooking were standard. They were very friendly. Highly recommended!

This branch seems to be struggling lately... on a positive note the food is always good, HOWEVER, it seems to struggle under pressure when busy - advertised delivery hardly ever available (option disabled during optimal times), restaurant becomes chaotic if having to collect or sit down, and yesterday did not have any chicken 😳. Yes, they ran out of chicken - rather embarrassing for a chicken restaurant. Perhaps a good problem for them to have by being so popular, but I've had to take my business elsewhere on numerous occasions recently which is a pity for them.

This Nando’s is so inconsistent it’s actually painful, I’ve had burnt food probably around 3 times. I’ve also had basically raw chicken once as well all from the same location. Foods supposed to be the same every time and at every location but this branch just can’t seem to handle that. Staff are all lovely and friendly etc tho! Never had a problem then just with the food consistency!
