Strongly recommend NO to LUTON Nando's, i have visited many Nando's the experience was great outside, but Luton Nandos one of the worst restaurant i have visited ever. After been to LUTON Nando's my opinion completly changed, i never visit again. Staffs were not friendly, same community staffs around speaking something among themselves and walking around, staffs doesn't know how to speak polite! No Hospitality at all!!!! Taking selfies near the serving area, just walking around doing nothing!Food were not hot too!!! BIG FAT NO NO NO FOR LUTON NANDOS! I rate them -10.

Worst service ever, I have been to many restaurants in Uk, never seen such arrogant customer service, They don’t respect customers, Food is also not nice, I have been here many times, I always loved the food and service here. I don’t know what’s wrong now. The management should take care of this immediately.

Always have Perfect experience. The chicken was done the way we wanted. Love Nando's.

Food good, slightly larger portions than some of the other Nandos. Parking can be a bit difficult.

Haven't been there in years but you've got to love a bit of nando's.

Nandos gets busy specially during dinner time as it is a halal spot where you can get fast food. However, despite made a reservation for 8 people and was allocated a time slot to arrive, we had to wait for another 30 minutes to get a table. Nevertheless, food was delicious so it was worth the time.

My daughter was sent the wrong side so I approached the server and explained this. It was told she would bring the correct side over to the table. 45 mins later and still no side. Staff rushing around and food sat on the hot plate piling up for ten minutes or so. My daughters burger was also incorrectly labelled and certainly wasn't lemon and herb. We are really disappointed as we have previously only had good experiences in nandos.

Placed an order via deliveroo. Everything except the rice came in raw! Every single thing! We're all so pained right now! Starved and pained! Is the purpose of the delivery to now send out sub par food items? I Could under 1 or 2 under cooked items! This was no accident

Nandos is always class got the rice 10 wings and peri salted chips the wings are so good bit pricy but treating yourself is always nice

Came here and my friend accidentally got the table messy, one of the waiters approached and started complaining, was really rude and confrontational. We offered to clean up however he spoke aggressively with my friend and told us to leave. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend coming here at all

A nandos restaurant where the fully loaded chips are actually fully loaded

Had an amazing experience by the team especially from Omar who was absolutely brilliant. He made sure we were comfortable as we came with a baby so made sure we had space for a pram. He made sure our food came on time and came back to reassure us if everything was ok. So hats off to him!

I did not give Nandos 5 stars for long time but this Nandos is like it used to be , juicy chicked , freshly fried chips and grilled corn to perfection. Staff super smily and welcoming, even toilets where spotless!!! Great job guys

usually i get takeout from here but dining in was just as lovely. the food came fast and the staff checked in on us multiple times. we were hosted by a member called saif and he provided excellent customer care 👏

So refreshing to go to a chain where the service is excellent. Wish I'd got the name of the girl who served me because she really was great. Service was super quick and food spot on. Probably the best Nandos experience I've ever had.

One of my favorite restaurants, it’s cheap and delicious

I had a highly disappointing experience at Nando's Luton Town Centre on June 11, 2024. During my lunch break, I ordered a Mediterranean salad, 1/2 avocado, and chicken thigh to go. Upon returning to work, I discovered mushrooms in my salad, to which I am allergic. This ingredient was not listed on the menu, which is a serious oversight. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who advised me to come back to the restaurant for a refund. As I had already taken my lunch break, this was not possible. He assured me that the mushrooms were from the olives (something not mentioned on the menu) and that I would receive a refund. Despite my efforts, including visiting the restaurant twice and leaving my contact information, I received no callback or refund. When I visited the restaurant again to resolve the issue, I was met with extreme rudeness from the manager, Jay. He accused me of lying about the mushrooms and was dismissive of my concerns. His unprofessional behavior was unacceptable, especially considering the potential health risk involved. If I had consumed the food, I could have been seriously ill, possibly requiring hospitalization. The lack of concern and poor customer service at this branch is appalling. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this location, especially if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Very warm restaurant with pleasant waiters despite the possibility of ordering directly on the web. Very well served and delicious dishes. Varied menu. I recommend the 1/2 chicken Piri/Piri + 2 sides. 3 days in Luton = 3 Nandos dinners!!! 🌶️

Greeted with a smile by a worker who clearly knows what good customer service is. She was always courteous and spoke with a smile. She even checked up on us to make sure our food was okay. Gentleman on the tills was amazing too! Very friendly and welcoming. Food was fab as expected. It was prepared/out so quickly it was almost unbelievable. Best service from any Nando’s or in fact any restaurant I’ve been to so far. Well done guys.

You don’t expect much service coming into Nando’s but this was shockingly terrible. Walked in wanting a table, numerous staff just sitting down on their phones. Eventually a chef from the kitchen came and sat us down. When it was time to order and approached the till, the host who was leaving the till area rolled her eyes she had to serve me. Followed by lots of huffing and puffing, she made it very clear she did not want to serve me nor be at work. It seemed like they were closed because of all the staff were sat down near guests on their phones, and having food. Seeing there was a whole second floor not open for guests to use, seemed logical if staff are on their break to use that space. Despite all of this kudos to the chefs probably the best chicken livers I’ve had in any Nando’s.

Just a nice efficient service .. food nice as you would expect from Nandos

Good if you’re dining in but ordering from this branch isn’t always good. Had quite a few orders missing items and others with burnt chicken or without any sauce on the chicken.

It took 40 minutes to cook the food and the food was terrible

I visited Nando's Luton on an 13/05/2024 in the evening, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival, despite the restaurant being bit busy.I asked a table from Muslim girl. She is very rude with me. She didn’t care about the customers. Because of her attitude I didn’t want to spend my money over there. She doesn’t know how to speak with the customer.she makes me mad and frustrated. I never recommend anyone to dining in Luton Nando’s. Thank you

Super friendly staff, fast service, food is basic Nandos. It can get really busy though!

Food is reasonably priced. Can get noisy at peak times. Parking is nearby. Staff generally pleasant.

I recently visited Nando's Luton on a Saturday evening, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival, despite the restaurant being almost empty, I waited by the door for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. It was clear that the manager couldn't care less about our presence. After finally taking a seat in one of the empty booths and attempting to order via the app, I checked the number on the table, which was free, as required by the app. However, I was abruptly approached by the manager, who informed me that the table was reserved. This would have been understandable if the restaurant had been busy, but with only a handful of customers present, it was absurd. To add insult to injury, the manager proceeded to ask me if I had ever been to Nando's, as if I were completely unfamiliar with the concept. This condescending attitude was uncalled for and only served to exacerbate my frustration. Despite the lack of customers, the service was incredibly slow. The food took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, and when it did, my order was completely wrong. I had requested lemon herb, but what I received was excessively spicy. To top it all off, after finishing our meal, we were left waiting for someone to clear our plates. It wasn't until I had to ask for assistance that they finally attended to us, adding even more unnecessary delay to an already disappointing experience. Even the dessert took an agonizing 20 minutes to arrive, prolonging our ordeal further. In conclusion, my visit to Nando's Luton was nothing short of a disaster. The combination of poor service, slow delivery of food, and mistakes in the order made it an evening to forget. I certainly won't be returning anytime soon, and I would caution others against subjecting themselves to such incompetence.

Really good atmosphere, decor was lovely and the food was served really fast. Taste was good ,portion was good and it was Halal .

Nice meal out with the family, quick service which was great when you have hangry people.

The chicken was under cooked. Seemed understaffed. Usually Nandos will greet you at the door this did not happen and we had to search for menus. We obviously never ate the meals. They never questioned it. Definitely a bad vibe in the restaurant.

The fastest entry ever in a Nandos. Service was quick and hot on delivery to our table. Nando’s chicken is on a class of its own.

Great welcome, great service. On arrival we were welcomed into the restaurant by Vasil. He made us feel at home straight away, a warm friendly approach,.cracking a joke to get a smile. Just what we needed after a 3 hour drive. Food was perfect and came out quickly ordering through the app. Faultless experience. When Vasil finished work he came over to say goodbye, a real personal touch that we done see often unfortunately. Good work Vasil and the team.

5x chicken dishes and all chicken provided was dry but at least there was coleslaw

Nando's is usually a safe bet, but on the evening we dined, our food was overlooked and left on the side for a while until we brought it to the staff's attention. Despite the busy atmosphere, we chose not to complain.

Absolutely poor service and food. Requested chicken to be saucy whilst placing the order, the person who took my order was helpful and relayed my request to the chef. However, upon receiving the food it was dry, overcooked and chewy. My concerns were raised to a waiter who then sent another waiter named JACOB who was absolutely intimidating and rude. Whilst explaining to Jacob the food was dry, chewy and overcooked he became defensive and stated the food was fine although he was not the chef and neither did he taste the food. His customer service was absolutely poor and disgusting, had no effective communication skills or empathy. He even stated the food would not be exchanged if he refused to exchange it. He came across very petty and childish as though he owned nandos. Extremely disappointed with the service from JACOB, he has no manners and does not have the skills or knowledge to resolve customer complaints. He did not apologise, spoke rudely with an attitude resulting in me not being able to enjoy my food. Waste of money, would not be recommending Luton nandos due to the extremely poor service from Jacob.

Food was fantastic Place was very neat just lots of sauce on the tables sometimes Seevice was great! Came and welcomed you , got you a seat for the amount of people you have , give you a menu to decide what you want then you oder like normal. They brang food to the tables aswell. Nice seats. Its kind of at a drunky place I mean that there are some druggy or drunk people around at later times or when it gets dark. Keep children away from others. Some smoke, etc. By far, great place to eat. Would recommend.

The staff were nice and overall good friendly customer service. The food was good but not as good as other Nando’s I’ve been too. The Chicken was a little burnt/overcooked and the pitta bread was different compared to other Nando’s places that I’ve been too and had it before, I found that a bit bizarre. Was disappointed that they had no Garlic BBQ for the Chicken at about 12 midday which surprised me massively. However overall a goodish service and a 50/50 experience to be honest!

Their food is very very good, also in good proportion and the customer service is just amazing. Totally recommend to anyone who loves good food and quality service! It did take a while to get our food delivered but the meal made up for that. 😁🙌

Food allergies were taken seriously and the staff made sure we had a properly cooked meal.

We arrived later in the evening close to closing time. Staff was very friendly and helpful and food was serviced very quickly. Our meals were delicious. I would definitely eat here again & recommend.

The Double Chicken Burger is fabulous and the artwork and pictures on the frames are the best thing to be around as it gives vibes of a proper Afro-Portuguese restaurant. Staff were not bad at all, just need to work on time management and everything else is spot on. Absolutely love that there is outdoor dining and it’s right inside The Galaxy. Definitely recommend this Nando’s branch

Food was good. However don't appreciate your staff hitting on my wife. I leave my wife for a few seconds to go order something extra and the short indian/Pakistani guy with glasses starts tryna move to her. Remind your staff that they're not on love island and rather they work in a restaurant, before i come there and remind dem myself KMT.

Hello everyone, I do not recommend this restaurant, because: the staff is very unpleasant, the people are insensitive and very arrogant, they do not receive people with warmth but with a disgusting face instead of a smile, the tables are dirty and it is unpleasant to eat on these tables seriously. avoid this restaurant it is an unpleasant experience and the food was not very great and expensive on top of that.

Good food ,vegan , vegetarian options , instead of a burger one can have the same with pita bread sort of wrap some thing unique .....

Food was out very quickly and was what you would expect from a Nando's. Although im not from the area and it was very loud, busy and it was not a particularly well looked after area. A few dodgy looking folk about....

Can't go wrong with Nando's. Food was great as usual. Floor manager was very helpful. Food arrived quick and sizzling hot. Will deffinetly visit again.

Everything was perfect as expected, food came really quick, my wrap was filled properly for a double chic ken wrap, crispy lettuce, fresh hot peri fries and the right portion.

A vibe it may be called as, jus wanted to visit Nando's wen in London and I went for it as I saw it. The food is awesome, the service was a little low key but i truly recommended

We are regular visitors here, mainly for my youngest son. It is ok, but not standout tbh, and seems to have lost its edge of late. Food is passable, ambience bland -but this is true of all Nandos we have visited. Decor feels very tired, too.

I was there on 8th of May around 19.45. Enjoyed the food, after weird behaviour of first waiter who served wine and did not want to leave a lid (even tho it was not my first time in this place and that never happened) also he was not able to answer why he is taking it away, another one - SHAKIR arrived and changed our evening for amazing dinning experience. Thank you for taking care of us ! He was ver proffesional, friendly, able to answer questions. Big star for him.

Really bad service in nandos galaxy today, the food wasn’t up to scratch and the desert was very late, no one came to our table the whole time we were there and they said they had things out of stock but gave the same food to the next table, when I called for manager he didn’t come and then I had to speak to another manager and he said that I should speak to the main manager and got him to our table almost reluctantly, he was very dismissive of my complaint and did not want to hear anything I had to say, shut me down by shouting at me I apologise but I feel it was out of order, I had taken a group of seven people and felt the customer service was appalling today and most of all not heard at all by the manager Hamzah, I was not looking for a refund or a voucher but a sincere apology would have been enough which they failed to do, very disappointing in nandos Luton, will not be going back there again

I was regular customer I bring all family they make me wait 20 minutes than start my order and stop 3 times for a friendly talk with another worker , I call the manager I explained the situation and he didn’t make nothing about,they will never gonna see my family again
