KFC in Luton

Amee made my experience here for me and my family wonderful with her professionalism and great customer service!

Awful! The staff are rude and don’t care, the food is soggy and cold and for the same price you could get a way better take away. We had to wait 15 minutes for some chicken fillets and fries because we were being overtaken by the Uber eats orders whilst watching the lady switch between taking the rubbish out, mopping and handing food all without washing her hands between. It is disgusting and shocking. We wanted a guilty pleasure dinner after flying back into Luton but this was a huge disappointment. I’d suggest the staff have training in food hygiene, customer service as well as learning how to cook chicken and chips before we’d consider going back!

Horrible shop!!! After they take over under “new management”,all food is crap,horrible atmosphere ,no till orders,long waiting times,dirty seats,etc etc Try to avoid it if you can.

asked for no legs as we always get many. they sent 50% legs, not just that. The bones where broken and splintered. awful food. the wings even had burn lines. charcoaled taste. dry. unreasonably small portion sizes. honestly I try these guys every month or so. and it's always so bad. not one piece of quality chicken Sent out in a £22 bucket. I mean really. so disappointed, is it because we asked specifically not for legs, and qe got punished with a bunch of broken legs?? dno man. KFC .....

Delivery was fast, food was shocking. Wings the size of a pinky finger and a portion of chips was apparently 9 chips not even big ones, the rice bowl was 1/4 of the bowl. Really shocking

I walked in after a long shift, wasn't sure what I wanted. Instead of allowing me to just stand there looking lost, staff made contact with me and offer to help me. Very proactive// good customer service

Food taste ok but make sure cooking the proper chicken, it’s a weird feeling of eating chicken When you notice feather in it,!!!

I ordered for the 6 piece bucket and the chicken breasts were absolutely appalling like one of them barely had any chicken on it just bone. For the price you pay it was all such a rip off. Very disappointed

The order was so long coming we phoned the branch. We were told they had no drivers. We asked if they had already bagged it up, they said it would be cooked fresh. The order arrived after an hour and it was all cold!

Portion size delivered was tiny

I got 4 small wings in the bucket and some of the chicken pieces didn't taste right, something not right with the meat. won't order from that KFC again.

Food was cold on arrival & had to microwave. Ordered 2 pieces of chicken & got the skinniest chicken legs you will find.

Staff were so friendly and polite making conversation as soon as I entered the restaurant. Food came out quickly and great quality, tables and restaurant were clean. Definitely recommend Couldn’t be happier with the service :)

I am not use to the area so didn't realise there was 2 holiday inns in the area. delivery driver rang me to let me know he was there. when I went out to collect I couldn't see him so rang him back. he said there was 2, (ours was the express) and was happy to come to us. I apologised and he reasurred me it was alright. driver needs a pay rise

The food is standard KFC, nothing surprising about it. The customer service was good aside the fact that they delayed my orders by 25 minutes more than the normal eating time. But they compensated for wasting my time by giving me a cup of Pepsi 😜😍

Chicken in the burger looked like it came from the cemetery it’s dry as sand coating looked like it was twice fried and chips have not improved so bother with kfc again

included in the order was a 6 piece bucket of chicken , all 6 pieces were small chicken legs. I rang KFC to complain, they said I should contact you regarding a refund as there was nothing they could do as I ordered through Just Eat. I would happily have accepted 2 chicken legs as this is reasonable, but 6 was totally out of order.

I ordered £37 worth of food and was sent someone else’s food for one person. Then the restaurant haven’t answered their phone:(

food was good but very disappointed with the staff at wigmore KFC cor NOT reading what we ordered, 1 x 2 piece chicken was missing from our order + large gravy was also missing. I tried to contact the wigmore branch but they did not answer the phone.

Delivery driver went somewhere else with my order which was about 4 miles past delivery address

The chicken was soggy, excessively greasy and one piece was so burnt, it was almost black. Most of the meal is in the bin now…

Staff are ignorant and rude. Lack of basic customer service skills. I decided to pop in and made an order today. Once my order was ready the lady on the till pass me my bag with food containing two boxes with chicken and I walked out. Few minutes after she was chasing me at the parking asking me for my order number. After I gave her the number she grabbed one of the boxes from the bag and walked away saying :"That's your order" No explanation or apology for the mistake they made. As a customer I'm not returning back

This is probably the 5th review I've posted over the years. The food is fine. The staff in there should not be around people or food. I come back here periodically and find that the staff had changed however the same bad habits manners and hygiene problems still exist. I'm not going to list them again because I'm 100% sure they'll still be there when I come back next time. (Owner) I know you're sorry to hear about my bad experience. There's no need to pass it on to your team because I've done it already. What would be helpful would be fixing the problems. They're all here in th reviews.

Cold chicken congealed sauce on the buffalo bites like Cold jelly 2 pieces of the chicken portions where winglets not any breast meat on them alongside the drumsticks lucky it's cheap because it was dreadful

The delivery was a little late, and the food was a little cooler than I’d have preferred, but the delivery driver was very polite and pleasant. I would order again for sure as the experience overall was 10/10, just a little late and not as hot as mentioned.
