Very bad quality food. Poor customer service. Always missing order. on website different price and at the shop menu is different prices . And they’re too expensive.

Ordered via uber the halwa puri chana. Puri tastes like it was fried in fish oil ,channa just had a weird taste and halwa was pink with just like a not nice flavor! Never ordering again ..couldn't even make the aloo parotha right..it was all stale probably as it was ordered at 8 am and didn't make an effort to send fresh food

Went there for pick up a few weeks ago. Ordered parathas, halwa and nihari. The nihari curry was good so was the halwa but the parathas were so thick and chunky. They are supposed to be thin and crispy. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. They are not edible. I had to throw them away. Won’t ever go there again.

We got here late one night after landing in Luton, from our wedding anniversary trip. Everything was shut apart from McDonald’s 🤢 The gentlemen served us kindly, we the tastiest traditional food. We orders biriyani, roti and a homemade chicken curry. Massive portions! A Bargain! The food was amazing, just like home. Thank you gentlemen for treating my dear wife with respect too. They even gave us a free milk cake- Delicious 😋 Shukriaa Jnaab 🙏🏽

I have got Sunday breakfast Halwa puri which was waste of money. The halwa taste was weird and chana without potatoes. Wow Near seen. Only one time not again......

Attitude is very bad, food is very bad.

The price for a cup of tea which is filled only up to three quarter is gone up to £2 each. This place doesn't accept card payments in the night. Most of their food is prepared somewhere outside this place so hygiene is a big question ⁉️ mark ‼️. Normally tax man follows water bill and gas bill. This place uses microwave to warm up. May be they use some gas. There is no water to clean your hands. Please make sure that you take your own water to wash your hands.

Ordered large mixed donner. Gave me small portion claiming the box size different, then changed to large box keeping the same small portion.

2 chana dal and 5 nans charged £18. Checked their rates later. 1 daal is £4. Daytime robbery

Great food taste in a most economical way.

Busier at 6am than a lot of takeaways at 6pm! I forgot my bank card and they kindly let me come the next day and pay. Very friendly and good portion sizes.

Always go there for dinner or lunch when ever I m in Luton, variety of Asian Pakistani food they offer. Last night had a late, ordered lamb curry and it was great. Their portions are big and prices are economical. Their late night service is convenience for many.

I wanted to order 4 pieces of chicken and chips and asked for no legs. The guy was dismissive and wanted to force 2 out of the four as checking legs. You need to know that this is not the first time i order chicken and chips and always requested with no legs from different places, and they all accept with a smile!! Simple marketing and customer service is zero Learn how to deal with customers. It's a shame as I was ordering from this place for a long time so wouldn't go again I will not recommend it to anyone who wanted to be treated with respect!

Very Good food, there very reasonable prices

Came in very late, probably 2:30 with two friends to eat in. I have to stick up for the man behind the counter, about whom some people have labelled rude in their reviews. I don't believe him to be rude - he's just not overly friendly and is more reserved, which people are allowed to be. He still ensured we had all the salad bits we wanted as well as napkins and cutlery, and I cannot fault his service at all. I don't know what other people are expecting at that time of night, but we didn't find him rude in the slightest - he's just not the most forthcoming, and that's allowed. Food was lovely, as were the prices. P.s. In reference to another review I saw; we were (quite clearly) neither urdu nor gujarati speakers and were still treated with respect

Chicken Karahi is smelly its the second time i tried but same problem it looks like they freeze the chicken for very long time and now they are cooking i was about the throw when i took first bite there was even very bad smell when i opened the open the box because i percale it for home.

I ordered through just eats and the portion size was too small. 1. The rice wasn’t even enough. It was like half portion or they didn’t had anymore? 2. There were only two small pieces of chicken. Which does not even equate to one complete chicken breast And some extra bones idk why?

I ordered 8 pieces of chicken and 4 chips, but they only gave me 6 pieces of chicken and 4 chips. So when i phoned them, they said they would replace my 2 pieces of chicken asap.Waited for half an hour, phoned them up again, and after acknowledging, I was still waiting for my 2 pieces of chicken and they hang up on me. I called them again and they spoke to me rudely and they said it would take another half an hour. I told them that my chips had gone cold, so they offered me a replacement of 1 portion of chips. The delivery came after another half an hour later in total for me receiving my food to them delivering it took altogether 1hr 10 mins. When the order came, there were 2 cold burnt pieces of chicken, and I asked the driver where my portion of chips were that they offered, and he left telling me to phone the shop and ask them but tried phoning them up several times but they wouldnt answer my phone and cut me off. So i would not recommend this shop worst customer service ever

Bought Halwa puri today. I travelled all the way from Bedford but got worst ever halwa puri of my life. Chick peas were good, but puri was worst just like pratha. Please fire your chef who does halwa puri. Apart from halwa puri rest of food is delicious. Very disappointed

As a local who has been going to this shop since a child its genuinely crawls under my skin Really need to invest in front of guys with better customers service maybe give them shorter shifts so they are not drained? Also got the order wrong even though I phoned in advance...

My recent visit to Roti Junction left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The food quality was beyond disappointing—it was downright bad. What made matters worse was the abysmal customer service, particularly from a big guy on staff who not only served with a rude demeanor but also displayed a concerning level of illiteracy. The combination of terrible food and unprofessional service makes it difficult for me to recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a positive dining experience. My hope is that Roti Junction takes steps to address these issues for the sake of its patrons.

Very unclean ...I don't know why I bought food from em after seeing the inside of the kitchen I never recommend to anyone

I dont live near Roti Junc, so previously only had chicken&chips a few times which were tasty. I ordered lamb biryani (approx 30ppl) and chicken seekh kebab (20) a day before and paid. When I collected, the food was ready. The biryani portion was much more than ordered and they did not charge extra. They also provided loads of salad&sauce no charge. For what I paid, I got much much more food&value. The kebabs&biryani was so perfect. They were hot on collection, stayed hot at home. All guests enjoyed the food. The only thing I can say it has to be tried yourself. I will definitely order for family events in the future. Shop staff were polite and very helpful.

First time ordering from this place and it’s defo going to be the last! Waited over an hour for the delivery which I was told had already left the restaurant but after they changed story and said they just sent it. All the food was cold. Samosa was not fresh. They made the donner spicy although I had not asked for this. And the fish burger was awful. If you want a decent takeout this isn’t the place! Much better options available in Luton! Usually use lemon crispy next door to these guys but they don’t deliver

Recently tried Karahi Roti Junction, and the food was delightful! The flavors were rich and authentic. It's primarily a take-away spot with a limited dine-in area. It is self-service, but the small space doesn't take away from the deliciousness of the food. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for great takeaway options!

Very bad experience and also customer service is really bad. order two three time but all the time give the wrong food.

Use to be cheap place with good food. Quality has gone down also they do not accept card payments even though they got a card machine. You have to spend 2 quid on the ATM beside their place.

They always forget a meal or two when I make a big order yesterday night i drove from London and ordered 6 fish and 2 large chips with samosas and a chicken burger meal and they forgot to give me my chicken burger meal and samosas

Disgusting place, would advise anyone ordering from here to visit the takeaway and see how your food is handled. Sweaty guys wiping themselves with hands and arms and then cooking peoples food, no gloves. Salad overflowing into the counter and coming into contact with god knows what. Cooked kebabs and other meats left om the counter next to where customers order from and breath all over it. Absolute filth of a shop

If there was a 0 star I would give that, we have ordered food from here and when we started eating, one of my mate found a spider in the Daal which is totally disgusting, after contacting the restaurant they did not even bother to apologise and they said they will deliver a fresh but after having this type of experience is just disgusting eating in this place.

I used to love Karahi Roti , and traveling from London just to eat here. Now everything has changed with this place, curry 100% tast different and quality of meat used is poor as well. Recently I ordered 2 curries to the airport , it was good and no delay but they didn't put any spoons ir cutlery!!! Hahaha how I am going to curry in the airport without cutlery? And the food tast was absolutely disappointing.

I am writing review on the hygiene , the hygiene of this place is 0 . How can you leave kebabs , chicken and etc for days and days under desk fridge then just fry them or grill . The kitchen hygiene and the inside is terrible .

They denied to accept the card to avoid taxes and on top of that the guy started to misbehave in a poor manner like I was asking for food in free. They have made their monopoly and I hope someone comes out to ruin their business with a proper business setup. They provide poor and old food with poor flour. Never try them otherwise your stomach will get hurt. Moreover, I would complain to borough counsil about their poor food hygiene.

The Chapli kebab at this takeaway use to be cooked very well. But now the standards have changed. Before the inside of the kebabs use to taste nice, now they don’t taste as good.

It has amazing food and fish naan is amazing and they are very kind there breakfast which is desi one the start breakfast at 6 in the morning and close 3 at midnight and only close for 2 hours they are kind and nice people I recommend you to get everything especially the fish naan with green chutny and some salad and everything is adorable and cheap and the have hmc chicken and meat .

Ordered masala fish with naan for the first time from Karahi roti junction and was very happy. The fish was freshly made and very delicious. It comes with a mint and chilli chutney. The naans were very soft and good size. Overall very happy with my order.

I bought a chana dhal curry and lamb curry with naan. Unfortunately I can only find few dhal seeds in the dhal curry. I could even count them. This is not first time this has happened to me. If you are not Urdu speaking customer this is what you could ending up. Even when you buying food your language skill helps to avoid a queue. Cleanness not very good too. Nevertheless food was Farley tasty.

I ordered biryani , karahi and seekh kabab. Biryani and karahi are so pathetic. Me any my friends has food poisoning. Food was from last few days. It was not fresh. And even guy on the front counter prefer his friends rather than customers that are in queue first. I would rate at minus due to their service and food quality

I went in and ordered Chicken Biryani clearly for takeaway and when I went home to eat that biryani it was Lamb Biryani which I never ordered. I called the restaurant and told them you guys wrongly gave me Lamb Biryani and the person on the phone was like come back and we will change it. He wasn't sorry at all and wanted me to come back all the way to change it. Anyway, I went back and they changed the biryani without saying anything. I went home again and tried their chicken biryani and I can surely say it is one of the worst biryani you can ever have in your life. There is no taste in biryani it is just like simple coloured rice with small pieces of chicken. They are so pathetic that they cannot even put a chicken piece and also their Biryani cost £6. I would also like to add they only take cash in this era which is also a problem. So, I can assure you they have pathetic customer service, bad taste, and overall bad service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Food quality is amazing. Desi breakfast. PARATAS are fresh it will remind you of back home. Parking can be an issue two cars can park outside the shop, the rest will have to find parking on the street. If you're in to desi style breakfast first option.

I’ve been a regular customer of Karahi Roti Junction. Last week I ordered a lamb karahi but after getting home I found out that the lamb karachi turned out to be only bone karachi as there was no meat pieces in there so I called the shop and complained about it and the guy apologized and he was very polite and said he will compensate on my next order. So I ordered lamb karachi again today and got the extra lamb karachi and it turned out to be real boneless lamb karachi so I am really happy with this order and lamb karachi was freshly made and was tasty. I will keep ordering in future as well. ( Aziz ). Thank you so much guys.

Scruffy, dirty, dodgy place. Might get away serving in this condition in Pakistan, not Luton uk Food is terrible
