It is very bad place dirty nd filthy food was totally aawfull instead of lamb they give of beef nd that was horrible of you want food poisoning this one number 1

Amazing food and very good service

Very poor service, the guys behind the till (particularly the chubby build bold chap) purposely ignores you to avoid taking an order especially if someone else is with him at the front. As a local who has been going to this shop since a child its genuinely crawls under my skin Really need to invest in front of guys with better customers service maybe give them shorter shifts so they are not drained? Also got the order wrong even though I phoned in advance...

My recent visit to Roti Junction left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The food quality was beyond disappointing—it was downright bad. What made matters worse was the abysmal customer service, particularly from a big guy on staff who not only served with a rude demeanor but also displayed a concerning level of illiteracy. The combination of terrible food and unprofessional service makes it difficult for me to recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a positive dining experience. My hope is that Roti Junction takes steps to address these issues for the sake of its patrons.

Very unclean ...I don't know why I bought food from em after seeing the inside of the kitchen I never recommend to anyone

I dont live near Roti Junc, so previously only had chicken&chips a few times which were tasty. I ordered lamb biryani (approx 30ppl) and chicken seekh kebab (20) a day before and paid. When I collected, the food was ready. The biryani portion was much more than ordered and they did not charge extra. They also provided loads of salad&sauce no charge. For what I paid, I got much much more food&value. The kebabs&biryani was so perfect. They were hot on collection, stayed hot at home. All guests enjoyed the food. The only thing I can say it has to be tried yourself. I will definitely order for family events in the future. Shop staff were polite and very helpful.

First time ordering from this place and it’s defo going to be the last! Waited over an hour for the delivery which I was told had already left the restaurant but after they changed story and said they just sent it. All the food was cold. Samosa was not fresh. They made the donner spicy although I had not asked for this. And the fish burger was awful. If you want a decent takeout this isn’t the place! Much better options available in Luton! Usually use lemon crispy next door to these guys but they don’t deliver

Just waste of time and and money

Recently tried Karahi Roti Junction, and the food was delightful! The flavors were rich and authentic. It's primarily a take-away spot with a limited dine-in area. It is self-service, but the small space doesn't take away from the deliciousness of the food. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for great takeaway options!

Very bad experience and also customer service is really bad. order two three time but all the time give the wrong food.

Use to be cheap place with good food. Quality has gone down also they do not accept card payments even though they got a card machine. You have to spend 2 quid on the ATM beside their place.

They always forget a meal or two when I make a big order yesterday night i drove from London and ordered 6 fish and 2 large chips with samosas and a chicken burger meal and they forgot to give me my chicken burger meal and samosas

Disgusting place, would advise anyone ordering from here to visit the takeaway and see how your food is handled. Sweaty guys wiping themselves with hands and arms and then cooking peoples food, no gloves. Salad overflowing into the counter and coming into contact with god knows what. Cooked kebabs and other meats left om the counter next to where customers order from and breath all over it. Absolute filth of a shop

If there was a 0 star I would give that, we have ordered food from here and when we started eating, one of my mate found a spider in the Daal which is totally disgusting, after contacting the restaurant they did not even bother to apologise and they said they will deliver a fresh but after having this type of experience is just disgusting eating in this place.

I used to love Karahi Roti , and traveling from London just to eat here. Now everything has changed with this place, curry 100% tast different and quality of meat used is poor as well. Recently I ordered 2 curries to the airport , it was good and no delay but they didn't put any spoons ir cutlery!!! Hahaha how I am going to curry in the airport without cutlery? And the food tast was absolutely disappointing.

Totally waste of money. There is no taste no quality of food. We ordered chicken karahi and starter totally waste. Pathetic taste and no hygiene. Even they take cash while they have card machine.

The price for a cup of tea which is filled only up to three quarter is gone up to £1.50 each.

Excellent food and excellent service

The only consistent thing here is the very rude and unprofessional staff. Food is always a hit and a miss. The halaal HMC certificate has been revoked. I would not recommend this place.

I am writing review on the hygiene , the hygiene of this place is 0 . How can you leave kebabs , chicken and etc for days and days under desk fridge then just fry them or grill . The kitchen hygiene and the inside is terrible .

They are pathetic, cheap and poor customer service, have been disrespectful to the customers. They denied to accept the card to avoid taxes and on top of that the guy started to misbehave in a poor manner like I was asking for food in free. They have made their monopoly and I hope someone comes out to ruin their business with a proper business setup. They provide poor and old food with poor flour. Never try them otherwise your stomach will get hurt. Moreover, I would complain to borough counsil about their poor food hygiene.

The Chapli kebab at this takeaway use to be cooked very well. But now the standards have changed. Before the inside of the kebabs use to taste nice, now they don’t taste as good.

It has amazing food and fish naan is amazing and they are very kind there breakfast which is desi one the start breakfast at 6 in the morning and close 3 at midnight and only close for 2 hours they are kind and nice people I recommend you to get everything especially the fish naan with green chutny and some salad and everything is adorable and cheap and the have hmc chicken and meat .

Best pakistani food near London. Fresh and tasty. But staff is kind of rude. We usually go there from south east london by driving for nearly 2 hours just because of their taste.

Will not order from this place anymore. This is the second time in a row they gave me the wrong food. Shish kebab is completely different to the one I ordered before . 1 small portion of salad for 4 people! The cucumbers in salad were off ! Horrible and will never order again.

Ordered masala fish with naan for the first time from Karahi roti junction and was very happy. The fish was freshly made and very delicious. It comes with a mint and chilli chutney. The naans were very soft and good size. Overall very happy with my order.

I bought a chana dhal curry and lamb curry with naan. Unfortunately I can only find few dhal seeds in the dhal curry. I could even count them. This is not first time this has happened to me. If you are not Urdu speaking customer this is what you could ending up. Even when you buying food your language skill helps to avoid a queue. Cleanness not very good too. Nevertheless food was Farley tasty.

Nice place for food open early morning 7am till midnight they are famous especially for breakfast 😋 sitting capacity around 10 to 12 people they well known for breakfast in Luton. near the motorway junction 11 2miles away 🛣 .

I ordered biryani , karahi and seekh kabab. Biryani and karahi are so pathetic. Me any my friends has food poisoning. Food was from last few days. It was not fresh. And even guy on the front counter prefer his friends rather than customers that are in queue first. I would rate at minus due to their service and food quality

I went in and ordered Chicken Biryani clearly for takeaway and when I went home to eat that biryani it was Lamb Biryani which I never ordered. I called the restaurant and told them you guys wrongly gave me Lamb Biryani and the person on the phone was like come back and we will change it. He wasn't sorry at all and wanted me to come back all the way to change it. Anyway, I went back and they changed the biryani without saying anything. I went home again and tried their chicken biryani and I can surely say it is one of the worst biryani you can ever have in your life. There is no taste in biryani it is just like simple coloured rice with small pieces of chicken. They are so pathetic that they cannot even put a chicken piece and also their Biryani cost £6. I would also like to add they only take cash in this era which is also a problem. So, I can assure you they have pathetic customer service, bad taste, and overall bad service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Food quality is amazing. Desi breakfast. PARATAS are fresh it will remind you of back home. Parking can be an issue two cars can park outside the shop, the rest will have to find parking on the street. If you're in to desi style breakfast first option.

I’ve been a regular customer of Karahi Roti Junction. Last week I ordered a lamb karahi but after getting home I found out that the lamb karachi turned out to be only bone karachi as there was no meat pieces in there so I called the shop and complained about it and the guy apologized and he was very polite and said he will compensate on my next order. So I ordered lamb karachi again today and got the extra lamb karachi and it turned out to be real boneless lamb karachi so I am really happy with this order and lamb karachi was freshly made and was tasty. I will keep ordering in future as well. ( Aziz ). Thank you so much guys.

Worst experience. I ordered the fish and it took them half hour to get ready and during payment he said we don't accept cards, we take just cash. I told them I don't have cash but they insisted and told me to go to nearby fuel station there is a cash machine take some cash and come back. We will also give you discount for extra charges at cash machine.It took me further 15 minutes. When I came back he did not give any discount for extra charges at cash machine it was lie. Even though on the main door it's written Cards Accepted but they don't accept card payment.They are doing this to evade taxes. It was my worst and last experience with Roti junction.

Went there with a friend as there was nowhere else open and in all honesty not sure which was worse the food they served or their customer service no idea as to how to speak to people and the guy at the counter seemed to think he was doing us a favour and looking at the way the food is displayed im surprised the council haven’t shut them down first and last time I’ll go there and I recommend dry toast at home instead of wasting your money with these ignorant people

Order food through just eat and it was awful fish was smelling and mix grill was not even fresh I took the fish back and get the fresh one however will never order again

Worse experience ever,had to wait 2hrs to get the food but the annoying part was everytime I called they kept saying 5-10mins.Atlast when the driver came I was watching him from the window didn't even come close to my door and decided to go back because he couldn't find the door.I had to run outside to stop him. Now the main part,biryani taste was like someone just mixed the rice with chicken, completely tasteless. Shocking experience. This I disgrace, nobody even bothered to say sorry.NEVER EVER AGAIN.......

Very poor service always forgot some thing

Roti Junction used to be ok but in my recent visits its been an absolute disgrace. Food orders wrong, quality of food very poor and lack of enthusiasm and understanding orders very poor. Charged more than I ordered TWICE, very high salt content in food as well above average standards. GET THE STAFF REPLACED OR THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Good for a quick takeaway in fact surprisingly fast despite being super busy. Food is spot on, even basics like strips and chips, kebab roll done very nice and good generous sized portions. On the downside, it's really crammed in here. Not suited to dine in but seems some people will give that a go regardless. Not great in these covid times as its gets hot and stuffy in there (you can judge by the steamed up windows and door). Maybe they ought to get rid of dine in and during these covid times enforce some rules on waiting outside for your order. Can't have it all I guess. Recommended.

The food is not the best but the most disappointing issue is the staff. The guy behind the counter was so moody and disrespectful. I asked for 3 pieces of chicken and asked if I could have all three pieces as a wing. He looked at me and said "you want all of them to be wings". I replied and said yes please and he just gave me such a dirty look. I then asked for an extra sauce tub which I was ready to pay for and I even had the change in my hand when asking. The guy behind the counter looked at me took the money for the sauce and said I gave u sauce already is it not enough. At that point I was really angry but I didn't want to interact with the guy I just thought this is the last time I ever come back to this place. The guy behind the counter was fairly overweight and had a clean shave. If he can be taught some manners again please because I don't think his mum and dad showed him how to be a decent human being. I highly recommend that you DO NOT visit this place. Luton has plenty of places that are far better.

Absolutely aweful. 1. Terrible service. Stood there for 20 mins before being served. The chap behind the counter was busy with own stuff. Other came and went but no intention to serve. 2. Most of the foods are pre cooked in large batches and kept frozen not chilled in the under counter fridge. Upon order they just dunk them in the fryer full of dark burning oil. Even the chicken wings are refried from frozen on order. Very disappointing. Short after eating we started to get heartburn which was due to the off oil that are used to fry everything. The fried chicken were so dry and tasteless as if I was eating some polystyrene. 3. Very pricey for the quality. Almost monopoly hence the price i guess. Sadly still people are queing up. People in Luton deserves something better. Should be reported to environmental health.
