Worst Nando’s I have ever eaten ate! The restaurant & toilets were dirty, the silverware was dirty, the chicken came out half warm and we ordered a couple of sweet potato wedges that were half cooked.

Probably the worst Nando’s I’ve ever eaten. Believe me I’ve eaten many across London and the south east I had a salad and two chicken thighs. The skin was anaemic to the point I had to check the chicken was cooked properly and the chicken was just tough and broken and horrible like it had been re-cooked, the croutons that came with the salad was flat like a recycled old pitta bread, that wouldnt cut up or that you had no chance of getting your fork through

Went here on a Friday before heading to the cinema. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table as it was getting busy (no surprise in a Friday night). Restaurant was clean. Lady at the till helpful and kind. Service was good. Food was good. Nice, easy and tasty meal.

They don’t support the emergency services / fire service without very specific ID. Emma is a lovely manager that the others should learn from. Don’t come here if you’re a blue light worker. Staff wanted to help but managers are appalling.

Shockingly awful experience. Food way so dry, tasteless and stale that we could not eat it abd ended up getting mc Donald's on the way home! Waiter staff that served us had no conversation what so ever. (maybe a people person training program is suited to them!) . Family of 5 £100 I wrote to your customer service via fb who were useless and did nothing to compensate for ruining my sons birthday! Do Not eat at nandos! Go macdonalds instead. Wow what are we heading for, first visit and last , went as the daughters 18th and where she wanted to go. Zero for service. We had called 2 days prior as a party of 10 and an occasion as no bookings, turned up to be promptly being told off and we should have called ahead , sat down and it's all self service, via an app, then get your own drinks, and cutlery, soon it will be collect your own food, bring your own table. Food once navigated the slow app and managing 10 different orders ( this took a while ) arrived in a reasonable time, but bits either missing or wrong. Sorry getting old, it's not much better than a KFC .

Popped in for my evening meal after being told my hotel wasn't doing food due to a function. Ordering was easy food was fast hot & tasty. Staff were all friendly. Would recommend & visit again . Thanks

Typical Nandos.Great food.Always consistent. Shame about the dreadful music.Sounds like a cross between Rap & Brazilian Portuguese jungle music.Mind numbing in the extreme.Spoils the ambience. Serve yourself fetch your own cutlery drinks & condiments & don't forget to leave a decent tip for the privilege.Hence minus one star.

On 7 October afternoon 2022, I ordered £32.25 in chicken wings, and I was not given any receipt for this amount. So I told myself that this was posh, and they could not give me the receipt! We had to so long until the meals arrived. The chicken wings were raw and only tanned, and I thought it probably was a joke. So I asked if it was usually possible to cook them as my miss and I could not eat raw wings. They returned as left only tanned; we had to leave Nandos as we could not eat them as they were naturally tanned. Do you know how many hours I have to work for £32.25? What have you offered me for my money, nothing? So, I want to make people aware that this place to avoid!

Food always tasty and hot place is clean staff are all lovely very welcoming and helpful our go to when we fancy a cheeky Nando’s we drive from Colchester to eat at this Nando’s as the ones in Colchester are very poor but can’t fault this place

Great food at a reasonable price. Location on a business park. Sunday eve parking a £1 after 6pm. Cinema on the park. Overly staff who really listen. Super chicken meal. Waited 15 mins. Plates could be warm when serving. Only criticism was west by the yoghurt machine and Iwade me jump as it rumbles and makes a loud noise every 15 mins. Seating areas comfortable and ambience and music is relaxing.

Food was ok, nothing special but just ok. Staff were friendly enough but just felt it was looking tired along with everything else in Cardinal Park.

Wow I'm not at all impressed!! Came for a meal with friends and the service is shocking one if my friends had to wait 15 minutes for his food whilst we had finished our meals. When we made a complaint the rest of the time we were there we were made to feel uncomfortable by 2 members of the team Taylor (young female afro hair) & tenisha (young girl blonde hair) kept giving the table dirty looks and laughing at us as she kept walking past at my upset autistic friend. This was not a very well run establishment won't be returning! Nacton retail Park venue but they have no trip advisor

Had a delivery and was very disappointed - Ordered half a chicken, corn on the cob and green salad. The chicken was dry and hard, plus the corn tasted a bit odd and not like it usually does. The only thing that tasted ok was the green salad. Very disappointed as I’ve had lovely meals delivered before.

I was very disappointed in this restaurant. I just moved to England for school and this restaurant has been raves about and hyped more than any others, so my partner and I went here… bad choice.. to start off, we were handed a very minimal menu and had no idea what to get or how to order… after a few minutes we read a section that directed us to order using the QR code. Luckily, my partner has a working phone (I did not due to just moving). We ordered and then had to go through a series of verifications and logging into google or Facebook to confirm identity… I didn’t feel comfortable giving the company all my information just for lunch. So after that, I was just about to walk out because I was pretty mad about the hassle. But, ended up paying £38 for 2 people… Well out food came quickly… and that’s probably because it was all super pre-made or instant (the mash). My partner got the 2 chicken pitta with 2 sides: mash and rainbow slaw. And I got the 2 chicken burger with mash. His has very dry chicken and you couldn’t taste the sauce. His slaw was bland and basically just uncooked cabbage. His mash and my mash were both obviously instant. My burger was so dry that I only ate half before calling it quits. All-in-all, I am so disappointed that the meal was so bad after hearing such great things.

I went here Wednesday evening about 5pm before the cinema. We are in. It wasn't too busy at this time! The tables are all very close together! We ordered at the bar and there was no queue. Drove to Ipswich to watch "Kong Skull Island", in 4DX and was bit early, so was feeling hungry, but couldn't be asked to drive around to find a restaurant, so thankfully Nandos was just across the road from Cinema (very Convenient), ordered a full chicken with wings, chips, corn on the cob and rice with couple of drinks. Was amazing, very delicious, added the right amount of spice and definitely hit the spot, and we still managed to save a bit of money for Slush drinks in cinema, , lots and lots of parking space, also if you watch a movie your parking is free, just ask at the counter in cinema. It's always good to have a Nandos nearby. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Mi pareja y yo vine aquí hoy para el almuerzo, rápidamente nos recibió a la llegada de un miembro del personal. El restaurante estaba lleno, pero aún así había un par de mesas disponibles, rápidamente nos sentamos en una mesa grande en la entrada que pronto quedó claro por qué nadie estaba sentado allí. Las dos puertas de entrada nos alojamos un tarro dejando que la brisa fría desde el exterior, tanto que nuestro servilletas voló al otro lado de la mesa cada vez que alguien sin entrar y salir. Acabé comiendo mi comida en mi abrigo debido a estar tan frío. La comida llegó muy rápidamente después de pedir, mi comida acabé cogiendo frío antes de que yo pudiera terminar debido a la corriente. En el futuro, si volvemos, sin preguntar para que nos sentaran lejos de la puerta.

El frente de la casa era increíble, la organización de temas, de manera eficiente y suave cola nos llevó a un asiento a 20 - 25 minutos, lo cual no está mal, nos pensando en el menú antes de que se sentó. Una vez en la calle he estado aquí y seguro decir no regresemos. La comida no era malo, sólo es una comida rápida conjunta a precios restaurante más de 12 libras por una envoltura y 2 lados que incluso sin un borracho es exorbitante. Aunque la comida no está mal me esperaba algo increíble como todo el mundo siempre alabanzas sobre él. Quizás lo que elegí el mal. Estaba seguro del proceso y también como no me di cuenta en primer lugar, tuvimos que pedir en el mostrador, el camarero no explicar nada. He realizado es muy casero con la gama supermercado muchas veces y ha sido mucho mejor. El picante de arroz no estaba bien. El Uncle Bens bolsas tienen más sabor. Los niños comida tampoco estupendo casi ningún pollo. No relación calidad-precio. Odio decirlo, pero KFC un millón de veces mejor en menos de la mitad de precio.

TLDR; Visita rápida durante una pausa para el almuerzo un poco estropeado por uno de los miembros de tener comida hasta tarde. Aparte de eso, es muy típica.

Buena comida como de costumbre pero el mobiliario horrible en el centro del restaurante es un sucio color melocotón la espalda del asiento para banquetes son de un amarillo y telas string son negras con manipulación de los suelos son sucios. Es una pena, porque el personal es excelente servicio excelente y como he dicho la comida es buena han rediseñado el plano de planta y la lista un montón de ambiente

Restaurant was nice and clean but the air conditioning was turned down to what can only be described as freezing. However service was polite and prompt and our varied order arrived at the same time and was freshly cooked and hot.

No te puedes equivocar con pollo? La mayoría de los lugares que sí se puede demostrar con sosa seco de pollo. Nando's nunca por favor con suculentos, deliciosa comida a un precio razonable. Me encanta el hecho de que es en realidad bastante saludable también (dependiendo de lo que la orden) se llena y puede que tengas que esperar pero vale la pena!
