Was great food was very nice best nados had in long time thanks and staff was great and very helpful also done a cake for my little girl free of charge thanks

Came here for my birthday meal, now I wasn’t expecting a 5 star Michelin dining experience but we chose Nando’s for the convenience. Firstly when we got there the boy who seated us very clearly hated his job and had an attitude on him which is the first bad thing, I work in hospitality so I get it… but just put a smile on your face and don’t throw your weight around like seating us was a chore. He then proceeded to sit us on one of the long middle tables which wouldn’t have been a problem HOWEVER one side of the table still had dirty plates on which isn’t nice to try and sit and eat food next to. I’m not best pleased with this experience because I’ve never had a problem with this Nando’s before. Safe to say we left and went and found something else to eat. Not a great end to my birthday.

It became quite busy when we went there for lunch, yet we were seated instantly. This was our first visit to this branch in Harlow - sadly the food was not the best, the chicken was a little too char-grilled, the peri fries were way over-seasoned. The restaurant could also do with a deep clean as it just felt a little sticky at the tables/dividers etc. Staff service was okay but nothing to make it memorable?

We arrived twenty minutes before they closed, the staff was super friendly and the chicken breasts were very delicious! We liked it a lot and we had a great time!! thank you so much. We had an excellent welcome with you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Food is great. Beautiful place to be at just wish that they had more space because always packed. Not waiting 20 minutes for a seat to then wait half an hour for food. But apart from that staff is lovely .

I’ve been going to Nando’s quite often lately, earlier this week I went as usual the atmosphere, and the food was nice as usual, although Gary I believe he was one of the managers on shift was splendid, because of me being quite regular he offered drinks on the house, I did say thank you as this. But a big thank you to the whole team! The XL chicken wings are really nice!

Guys - so so so wrong. So disappointing. Ordered at 7:40 via deliveroo, food arrived stone cold at 9pm pretty much on the dot. Nando’s said that our order had been collected already but that another driver arrived to collect the order again so they had to remake it (?!) which is weird because how do they know it’s not been delivered?? Anyway, food arrived completely wrong. Ordered a double chicken burger with no tomato, what turns up? Slimy chicken burger with a load of fatty skin SINGLE and WITH a tomato. Followed by cold rice and corn. My fully loaded wrap was borderline funny if I weren’t so fuming (hangry by this point) no avocado and no onions, but just a wet grey chicken wrap. See photos. It’s rare I go onto Google to rant a review but this was up there with one of the worst takeouts I’ve ever had … £40 too. Fortunately I was refunded & in fairness to Nando’s Harlow they did offer a few gestures to resolve, which we did appreciate but reviews like these will make them strive for better and hopefully no one else’s order goes out like this again. Do better guys, take pride in your food!

I was pleasantly surprised because it wasn't busy for a Sunday meal. I was about to have a takeaway, but I changed my mind at the last minute, and they rapidly accommodated my request. Thank you.

Shocking! Not the fault of the staff as they were only young but more like management making money out of young kids paying them minimum wage and they are out of their depth! Big bosses getting gready! Nandos everywhere has gone completely downhill fast!!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Despite how busy they were, they didn't show any impatience when our needs added more work for them. Rather, they cheerfully went the extra mile to help us have a wonderful birthday celebration. Can't recommend more! (And of course the food is always yummy at Nando's)

This restaurant is always great to go to, I always know my food will come quickly and that the ordering process is simple! The food was delicious, I had four boneless chicken thighs and my friend had the new loaded fries. The only downside was that when we were ordering online, there was no option for free water which was a shame. I had to ask one of the employees for some glasses so that we could have some water, which they kindly gave us. Overall a lovely experience!

Yesterday one of the workers (Joshua) thought it would be funny to tell the kitchen to delay my food and make me wait up to 25 minutes because of petty drama outside of work, I had to ask several members of staff to check on my order. By the time my food finally arrived (thanks to daniella) it was cold and since my friend had received her food 15 mins ago but was waiting for mine to arrive, both of our meals were cold eating them. I didn’t find the joke funny

As I went to order I looked into the kitchen and there was a phew people chewing gum over the food they were cooking.....you shouldn't be chewing gum in the kitchen especially whilst cooking food.

Food lovely. Staff nice and very helpful with allergy considerations. Tables and the walls dividing the tables are sticky and need a good scrub

Walked in and was instantly welcomed and shown around the restaurant. This was also mine and my friends first time here we had orderd the food off the app and we orderd the butterfly chicken with 2 sides and also the 1/4 chicken and 2 bottomless drinks all together with was about 20 to 25. The customer service here was immaculate and the atmosphere overall was amazing. the derserts here was again amazing, would definitely come back.

Don’t have any idea about the food but one thing that I don’t like is that they don’t treat delivery drivers as a men. I see delivery drivers waiting outside for long time and no one among staff even bother to look on them and have them their order for delivery. This is injustice to the delivery drivers. Delivery driver also need to earn bread and butter for their family if they make him to wait this is not good for them.

I have always enjoyed Nandos. But the Toilets need to be cleaner

Dined here in the evening on Sunday the 5th of May. I ordered a rainbow bowl, that I immediately returned to the kitchen as it had a hair in it. When I returned it, I saw one of the kitchen staff laughing which was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I received the second rainbow bowl, the halloumi was burnt so I sent it back a second time. By that time, a lot of my family had their meals and I was STILL waiting on mine to be completed at a good level. On the third rainbow bowl, it was of the standard. The serving staff were great- just issues with the kitchen. Unfortunately, the frozen yogurt I wanted for desert wasn’t available but was not stated on the menu that it was not available. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Another visit at Nandos Harlow. As always - very good. We had to wait for table about 10 minutes as it was bank holiday lunch time, but thats was not a problem at all. Order throught app is very easy, food delicious and cooked in reasonable time. All staff were polite and ready to help if needed. Thanks

Really enjoyed my chicken, with mash and peas....and some shared slaw. I hadn't been for years. We went early, noon, so we had a window table and could chat away easily. Nice water from the dispenser, much better than soda! Staff were friendly. Just the prices that seem a bit too high for what it is, but most importantly, it was very much enjoyed.

Nandos is what it is, thw seating is very cramped together though so that's something to remember.

Nice vibe, decent food, reasonable price. Close to the shopping area in Harlow.

A very busy Nando's at times , but guess what worth the wait.

This is the second time that they have been able to reserve us a large table for a group of 17+ people in the middle of peak time. Today we visited on a Sunday at 2pm & Anna was sure to save some tables for us so we could all sit together as a group. We appreciate you and are so grateful. We always have a fantastic dining experience at this Nando’s and the service was outstanding, with servers doing things that they aren’t obliged to do like bring cutlery & make drinks for people. I recently dined at Nando's and had an outstanding experience. The chicken pittas were a burst of flavors, perfectly grilled and accompanied by fresh veggies. The chicken liver with fries was a delightful surprise – rich, tender, and seasoned to perfection. The ambiance and service were top-notch, making it a memorable meal. Nando's never fails to impress with its delicious offerings and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Just a bit expensive for what you get.

I would highly suggest only on one condition the fact that it is Harlow and that everyone loves what Harlow is like . Especially those people you like eating pigs poo here. But for Pakistani it’s not Islamic friendly. Don’t be fooled you will not get halal chicken here. When you go to places like east London then you will know. I personally like Halal chicken it’s more tasty not bland because it’s the way they cook chicken different. All Nandos franchise are same no matter where you go. I couldn’t care less I don’t really give a dam. It’s fine.

Probably the worst Nando's I’ve ever had. Starters and mains out at the same time, food tasted dry and felt quite ill afterwards. Told the food runner all he said was that there was nothing he could do. Rubbish

I like a lot of probably have eaten and had take away from Nandos, I decided to click on delivery, and I had a delivery from Deliveroo and had missing item and also food was completely cold, it wasn’t even delivered in one of those heat travel bags that they use, It was just in his car in there paper bag, stone cold, seal was even broken. I immediately dropped an email to Nandos and the automated message says we’re on this give us 3 working days and we will be in touch, I got an email back and Nandos said go to Deliveroo Went to them and they said no we can’t do anything because our terms and conditions are you need to let us know within 24 hours. What a joke please be aware that you might be paying Nandos but have the delivery company terms. Neither company has stepped up and taken accountability.

This Nando's store is located at a wonderful place of town by the Water Garden, giving an wonderful atmosphere in and out. The food concept is very basic that's just chicken on a grill with Nando's chilly sauces. Sometimes the food portion could be a let down, whole chicken could be a small chicken or the wings came a bit smaller than expectations. I'm not sure if there's a portion standards in the store, but 1 in 5 could be a let down. food still taste great and hot enough on the plate. The Nando's stamps reward is a plus but a shame they don't give discount on blue lights holders, only NHS staff.

Great food and was open very late

Nice place, food was nice. Just too many tables squeezed in, end up having dinner with the table next to you, especially when they don't respect peoples personal space.

Couldn't make my mind up, so I thought I'd try Nandos. The deal on 3 starters was ideal... humus and pitta, fried hallumi and sweet potato fries. All properly cooked all with a different dip. Coke zero on tap.. They claim the starters are for 2, but I polished them off alone, though didn't have a main course . What made the place were the excellent staff.. smiling, smart and helpful. Clean loos matched the general clean appearance half way through Friday lunch service.

Got off a flight and was craving a Nando’s, so my partner and I stopped off at the Harlow’s Nando’s. We were greeted by Gary and he was marvellous, made us feel really comfortable. Made sure all our needs were met and couldn’t be more helpful. The best manager we’ve come across in Nando’s that’s for sure. He bubbly and considerate, even ended our meal with a free cup of frozen yogurt from my partner and I. Would highly recommend bumping bumping into Gary if you get the chance.

Just arrived not long after they opened this morning for an early lunch/brunch. Considering it's the start of the day, most tables and chairs are filthy dirty with food and drink spillages. Hygiene is obviously not a top priority at the Harlow restaurant!

Let's ne real. Does nandos ever fail you? Good for what it is as always. Food well prepared, taste is good, staffs are very very friendly.

Disappointing! Ordered tonight and the potions were half as usual, and the price went up as well. Used to order a lot from Nandos, but tonight was very disappointing. The double chicken was not even close to double, the chips potion was incredibly small (a lot smaller that it was previously). Not worth the money anymore.

We stopped in here on way through Harlow. Bit of a mixed review. I’m a huge fan of Nando’s in general. I like the food, the staff are always friendly and it’s a great place to eat out with a young kid. This one was a bit of a dull atmosphere, we went in the middle of the day on a Tuesday so I probably shouldn’t have expected much really. The drinks machine wasn’t working so we could only buy cans of drinks but we were given ones straight from the store room so they were at room temperature. That’s all the negatives out the way. On to the food. Had the Fino Pitta with the new BBQ Garlic sauce. It was absolutely delicious! Chicken was cooked to perfection, nice and juicy, the sauce was amazing, so full of flavour, with just the right amount of spice level for me! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend coming here for some Chicken.

Unfortunate today was not a good day to get a side salad (at the cost of £3.75!!) with my quarter chicken. This is disgusting service from you Nando’s Harlow! You shld not be including ends of to tomatoes at that price!

I was working nearby attending an emergency clearing the blocked drains and I desperately needed a drink. The barman was very helpful in serving me some drinks to take away. It's good to know I can go in there for some ice cold water and fill up my bottle I will make note of this. Thank you

A member of management decided to lie to our face regarding a mistake in terms of an order. We order the loaded fries, once, and I get charged for 3. My fault for not checking and challenging at the time, however as they’ve been delivered to the table we’ve checked and challenged. Instead of just dealing with it, and sorting out a refund / exchange of the extra 2 items, the server / manager claimed they’d asked and went ahead. Not at all happy with that service and dishonesty. Lost a customer.

The food was reasonable as always in Nando's but the service was surprisingly slow. We ordered off the app and waited around 35-40 minutes for our food (for context I don't think I've ever waited more than 20 minutes for food at Nando's). This wasn't a massive issue though as we had nowhere to be! Overall, the vegetarian pitta was delicious and still hot while the halloumi sticks were good as always.

Your standard cheeky Nando’s. Tasty food and friendly staff, loses a point as they have a lot of room to improve in the delivery side of things… From ordering on deliveroo to seeing actual drivers collecting orders when I’m dining in, seems very clear they don’t care as much for their online customers.

Great atmosphere up in Nando’s harlow, whole kitchen went up in flames this afternoon, they didn’t want to disappoint the costumers with overcooked and dry chicken so they had to close the whole gaff, disappointed had to go to the local McDonald’s to deal with the pain of not having Nando’s, cheers for the refund though, will come back again.

Nando's Harlow now seems to be halving the butterfly chicken breasts, you can see the cut marks across them and I've never see a chicken breast so small. Absolute liberty

Visited Harlow nandos for the first time today with my little boy. had some trouble with my order on the app and the gentleman who served us went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Our meal was lovely, thank you so much, we will be returning!

I only walk by Nando's to go to Five Guys. You keep asking me to review Nando's. I don't go there! Their sauce, which i buy in Sainsbury's is good. In Stortford, their fake chicken wrap is EXCELLENT!

You can’t beat a cheeky nandos really can you! I wouldn’t ever say a nandos is good enough to be 5* as it’s just quick and easy fast food but I love it every time so can’t complain! I do sometimes think nandos is a bit expensive for what it is.
