We stopped in for a bite to eat and it's been a while since I've seen such a clean and nice shop. I live in Germany, though. Nice, fast service. The food I ordered was very delicious. I can only recommend it.

I don't suggest Five Guys to anyone. They are so lazy and cant peel the patatoes off. We have to pay so much to have unwashed and unpeeled fries

Terrible driver, bad attitude and cannot communicate at all, arrived with hot and cold food/drinks all jammed in the same bag.

Not only was the time changed to over an hour more than the original, the driver messaged to say he was outside but he was nowhere near my address and then the food was cold and I got the incorrect order

I ordered our meals around 6.30. It arrived at 8.45, it was cold and inedible. I threw it away, it was a total waste of money!!

I’ve ordered from this Five Guys location before, but today was especially great! As someone who is gluten intolerant, I always get a cheese and lettuce sandwich without the bun, and this was the best one yet. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly balanced, making it one of the best cheese lettuce sandwiches I’ve had. I placed my order online, and it was ready by the time I arrived. I wanted extra cheese (which isn’t an option on the app), and Tino went out of his way to add it for me. His kindness and great customer service made my visit even better. Thank you, Tino, and Five Guys! Today’s experience was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back. 💯🔥

Delivery arrived late with items missing. Not what you need when waiting over an hour for your food only for there not to be enough to feed everyone. Surely the bags should be checked before going out?

I spend £44 on food and they couldn’t even get my order right and now I can’t eat the food because they have put a food I’m allergic to in it! Customer service are awful automated system that doesn’t work!!! Won’t be ordering from them again!!!!

Ordering experience did not make it clear that the burger did not come with the pickles, salad etc as shown in the picture! So we received patty cheese and buns only. Very disappointing!

They missed off the relish. Not much point in ’building a burger’ to order for this price if they can’t put in it what they offer. Chips were pretty cold too

The chocolate salted caramel milkshake lid was not sealed properly which resulted in over half of it spilling into the bag.

The food was all over the bag,all the chips out of the container and the grease was linking from the bag. Not happy

The delivery man was so rude, he just would not come and deliver it to the door well I am paying for it, he was absolutely rude

the app said the driver was at the restaurant 90 minutes later the message was the same. I called the restaurant they said your driver has just come in. they would cook me a fresh order. two and a half hours for my order is unacceptable the problem is this has happened a few times before I do not think I will use just eat again.

Shocker really! 76 pound order and all 3 of our milkshakes were missing, also had a veggie sandwich missing and there was no bacon in the other 3 burgers even though we all ordered it to come with. Tried calling the restaurant and the phone sounds like it’s underwater couldnt understand a word the guy was saying. Only bit I did manage to hear was that they couldn’t do anything about my order because it was ordered through just eat. Someone working there is not very smart.

Chips always cold. Don’t order the beef dog - it’s just a poor rubber sausage cut in half!

My delivery turned up but the milkshake was all in the bag so had to poor it back into the cup. I have images of this but can seem to add this to the review.

I ordered my food almost 2 hours before it FINALLY arrived. Took about an hour to even begin making my order. When my food arrived it was stone cold and soaking wet from the weather. I wanted to cancel my order after around an hour but couldn’t because they had (just) started making it (which took the remainder of the time as delivery after this was quite quick). I am so frustrated by this experience and will be pushing for my money back!

I normally get great burgers from 5 guys this is the first time I have had problems with my order, IT was cold and there was no diet coke which was part of my burger order. I will still order in the future with five guys as although I am very disappointed with this order I am sure it is an anomaly and it should be back

Good burger but food was open when delivered

I ordered my food at 12:40 and it came at 2:15, that’s almost 2 hours of waiting time and on top of this my food came cold I’m not very happy with this, I understand the weather today isn’t the best which might have triggered this wait but it’s ridiculous, I would appreciate an explanation to this or even a partial refund.

for that price I expected much better quality. burger was really small . bun was wet , patties were small and meat was dry. packed in aluminium foil, leaked through packaging.

The delivery just keep being pushed back saying driver was at restaurant for 45mins at least, then all of a sudden he was at the door. Food was stone cold and there wasn’t the condiments I asked for either ( that’s happened before the condiments missing ) also the amount of Cajun spice on the fries was far too much it was awful

Firstly I never post reviews, partner was shocked when I said I need to leave a review. Obviously visited harlow five guys, and as my partner ordered a burger and small fries I asked the the server if the fries are gluten free (I can't have gluten) and he said they was, once he started to make the order he came over and asked me if It would be ok if he put the fries in a different bag so they are not near the burger. Just like to say thank you to the server Euwan( sorry if i spelt that wrong) for being so considerate and thoughtful,

I went here for the first time ever and a lovely woman serving me was very gentle and kind whilst she helped me pop my five guys cherry. The burger (bacon cheeseburger with lettuce) was good the cajun fries were exceptional, just deliberately sliding those beauties across my lips so I could lick the seasoning off was worth every mouthful. I found myself burping just for a chance to relive those cajun dusted potato heaven. Now was it worth £19, For a burger fries and a drink? Personally the burger no, the fries yes and you can add any of 15 topping for your burger so take advantage of that and the free drink refills is great but realistically how much can you really drink! I think if five guys sold that cajun seasoning in store (I know, again with the cajun fries) I would buy lots of it. Will I be going again...yes to eat those fries, I will just buy a big bag of them to eat and not share them with anyone!

It’s Five Guys, what more you I need to say, best burgers out there!

Food and service was the usual high standard. The resturant was absolutely fifthly! Food and rubbish all over the tables and the floor. Not one clean space to eat. Quite vile really.

Ordered five guys through just eat. I'm not going to complain about the delivery as that's not their issue BUT my burger was pink. Now I don't mean beef/burger safe to eat pink I mean raw mince pink. To the edges raw. Soft raw. When the food is going to be delivered and there's no option online on how to have your burger cooked then pink probably isn't the way to go as pink still needs to be at temp, pink and cold from delivery isn't exactly safe to eat. Safe to say I won't be ordering from them again. Ordered at half 8 at night on a Thursday, I very much doubt it was busy enough to cause this mistake. Photos are of the burger in question.

Another 5 star review for Five Guys, and it's at a different store this time. The food was of the usual excellent quality, very high standards of freshness. We enjoy Five Guys because, although it seems pricey, it's actually great value for money because the food is delicious, the service is not like a fast food chain, you can see your food being cooked and prepared right there in front of you, and it's served hot. Well done to all of the team at this store. This was our first visit to the Harlow store and won't be our last.

Without a doubt best burger take out I've had all year. Hot and on time. I only ordered the regular fries - the container was not only full but there was nearly a whole extra portion in the bottom of the bag which was a really nice touch (I guess because it was close to closing time) my compliments to the staff (10pm Saturday 23rd Dec) wasn't sure before I ordered but you just got yourselves a new regular! Well done!

Had a quick stop at this branch after work & got myself a classic hamburger & 5 guys fries... really enjoyed the meal. Staff who attended to me was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable about the food. Although it was really busy everyone seemed happy at work, which kind of made me think positively of the management.

I ordered several toppings for my burger but all I got on it was sauce and onions. At the cost of the burgers and the fact they are individually made I do expect for them to get the toppings correct
