double bacon cheese burger with no cheese and chip were hard and tasted like cardboard

Shocker really! 76 pound order and all 3 of our milkshakes were missing, also had a veggie sandwich missing and there was no bacon in the other 3 burgers even though we all ordered it to come with. Tried calling the restaurant and the phone sounds like it’s underwater couldnt understand a word the guy was saying. Only bit I did manage to hear was that they couldn’t do anything about my order because it was ordered through just eat. Someone working there is not very smart.

Chips always cold. Don’t order the beef dog - it’s just a poor rubber sausage cut in half!

My delivery turned up but the milkshake was all in the bag so had to poor it back into the cup. I have images of this but can seem to add this to the review.

I ordered my food almost 2 hours before it FINALLY arrived. Took about an hour to even begin making my order. When my food arrived it was stone cold and soaking wet from the weather. I wanted to cancel my order after around an hour but couldn’t because they had (just) started making it (which took the remainder of the time as delivery after this was quite quick). I am so frustrated by this experience and will be pushing for my money back!

Over 2.5 hours to arrive. I went to bed and delivery driver woke me up!

We ordered normal chips but nearly half were the cajun chips which we didn't like and the buns were a little dry. No sauce on the side (easy mistake) Five Guys is normally amazing but a little disappointing today

I normally get great burgers from 5 guys this is the first time I have had problems with my order, IT was cold and there was no diet coke which was part of my burger order. I will still order in the future with five guys as although I am very disappointed with this order I am sure it is an anomaly and it should be back

Good burger but food was open when delivered

The fries were burnt and a few things were missing. Over salted fries, didn’t eat them at all

I ordered my food at 12:40 and it came at 2:15, that’s almost 2 hours of waiting time and on top of this my food came cold I’m not very happy with this, I understand the weather today isn’t the best which might have triggered this wait but it’s ridiculous, I would appreciate an explanation to this or even a partial refund.

for that price I expected much better quality. burger was really small . bun was wet , patties were small and meat was dry. packed in aluminium foil, leaked through packaging.

The delivery just keep being pushed back saying driver was at restaurant for 45mins at least, then all of a sudden he was at the door. Food was stone cold and there wasn’t the condiments I asked for either ( that’s happened before the condiments missing ) also the amount of Cajun spice on the fries was far too much it was awful

Firstly I never post reviews, partner was shocked when I said I need to leave a review. Obviously visited harlow five guys, and as my partner ordered a burger and small fries I asked the the server if the fries are gluten free (I can't have gluten) and he said they was, once he started to make the order he came over and asked me if It would be ok if he put the fries in a different bag so they are not near the burger. Just like to say thank you to the server Euwan( sorry if i spelt that wrong) for being so considerate and thoughtful,

I went here for the first time ever and a lovely woman serving me was very gentle and kind whilst she helped me pop my five guys cherry. The burger (bacon cheeseburger with lettuce) was good the cajun fries were exceptional, just deliberately sliding those beauties across my lips so I could lick the seasoning off was worth every mouthful. I found myself burping just for a chance to relive those cajun dusted potato heaven. Now was it worth £19, For a burger fries and a drink? Personally the burger no, the fries yes and you can add any of 15 topping for your burger so take advantage of that and the free drink refills is great but realistically how much can you really drink! I think if five guys sold that cajun seasoning in store (I know, again with the cajun fries) I would buy lots of it. Will I be going again...yes to eat those fries, I will just buy a big bag of them to eat and not share them with anyone!

It’s Five Guys, what more you I need to say, best burgers out there!

Food and service was the usual high standard. The resturant was absolutely fifthly! Food and rubbish all over the tables and the floor. Not one clean space to eat. Quite vile really.

Ordered five guys through just eat. I'm not going to complain about the delivery as that's not their issue BUT my burger was pink. Now I don't mean beef/burger safe to eat pink I mean raw mince pink. To the edges raw. Soft raw. When the food is going to be delivered and there's no option online on how to have your burger cooked then pink probably isn't the way to go as pink still needs to be at temp, pink and cold from delivery isn't exactly safe to eat. Safe to say I won't be ordering from them again. Ordered at half 8 at night on a Thursday, I very much doubt it was busy enough to cause this mistake. Photos are of the burger in question.

Food was late: I had preordered several hours before, so no reason why should be late. Chips were cold and one milkshake tasted like it had not been mixed properly.

Another 5 star review for Five Guys, and it's at a different store this time. The food was of the usual excellent quality, very high standards of freshness. We enjoy Five Guys because, although it seems pricey, it's actually great value for money because the food is delicious, the service is not like a fast food chain, you can see your food being cooked and prepared right there in front of you, and it's served hot. Well done to all of the team at this store. This was our first visit to the Harlow store and won't be our last.

Food nice as always and hot and on time

Had a quick stop at this branch after work & got myself a classic hamburger & 5 guys fries... really enjoyed the meal. Staff who attended to me was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable about the food. Although it was really busy everyone seemed happy at work, which kind of made me think positively of the management.

Without a doubt best burger take out I've had all year. Hot and on time. I only ordered the regular fries - the container was not only full but there was nearly a whole extra portion in the bottom of the bag which was a really nice touch (I guess because it was close to closing time) my compliments to the staff (10pm Saturday 23rd Dec) wasn't sure before I ordered but you just got yourselves a new regular! Well done!

Went in and had a great conversation with the employee taking my order. Very attentive and polite, wish I had gotten their name because their service was exceptional.

Fries spilled all over the bag and a burger missing

I ordered several toppings for my burger but all I got on it was sauce and onions. At the cost of the burgers and the fact they are individually made I do expect for them to get the toppings correct

The wrong order gets sent out every time, while I do love the burgers… it’s disappointing to not receive your drink or condiments.

Pistachio milkshake is lush , burger needed more seasoning and chips were tiny but lots of of them

Some of the best burgers in the area! It was quite expensive but very much worth it! 30 for two drinks,two fries and two burgers. Music was definitely too loud though,but sitting outside you get a face full of smoke.

I wish they had put lettuce, onion and tomato in it. We pay 15 pounds for a burger and a coke.

Missing 2 items and was refunded back onto the just eat account not the payment card used but had no way to contact shop as really we wanted the items that were missing . Food was also cold

The way a burger should be - fresh with fresh salad. And the chips are to die for. Absolutely delicious. Nice to be able to get a really good milkshake too - other burger places don’t seem to be doing them. But there is just no comparison with the food. Staff were great too. Friendly and polite.

What a burger they make yum yum.

Burger was good, but fries were slightly soggy and not perfectly cooked, as i get used to having. Service wasn't rushing up to take the order. To be fair, that's the very first FG that has happened.

Grilled cheese is great and the fries are unbeaten. Friendly staff and clean facilities, didn't have to wait long for food either.

The food was nice but I would pick it up in future or eat in the restaurant simply because the portion size of chips is way smaller when you get a delivery! I ordered a large chips and it was the same size as the medium that I purchased in five guys Hackney- nice burger though

Wonderful place to eat. Huge portions and great staff. We had 2 cheeseburgers and one bacon burger. The bacon burger had lots of good crispy bacon, double patty and whatever you want as garnish or toppings. Amazing taste and one of the better burgers I have had recently. The cheese burgers were also great really well melted cheese and the toppings went well with the double patty. We also had a regular five guys french fries with were amazing and a very big portion as normal. They were salted well and the peanut oil taste is great! We had bbq and ketchup dips for them. The milkshakes were superb. Reese's with cream and a regular vanilla milkshake. There were only two staff working this day and they were taking orders and making burgers at amazing speeds. They were very polite and professional even under stress. Give them a raise!

This order cost me £94.00 and it was the worst meal we have ever had, the chips were undercooked and cold.

Happy with the taste of a FG Burger but gripes me with the ratio of the cost of the burger to size you get. Its ridiculous. Even the chips, £5+ for a regular. This is why I don't buy from them. My last FG must have been 3+months ago. I only purchased this time to keep a promise to my boy. 2x Burgers and Fries (No Drink!) £36+!!!! Ridiculous. BurgerKing is not that much better but atleast you get a bigger burger, in a meal, cheaper than the FG Burger on its own. Why not make it affordable and people would buy more often???

I had my milkshake which seems still ice cream, hard to sip because not well diluted biscoff bits still chunky barely cant pass to the straw. In short not well prepared unlike dixie's milkshake farway better, just an observation to be better. Though still like five guys

Service really efficient and choices made clear. Hot dog and fries were great, really wide choice of refill drinks. It was quiet for a Saturday early evening but that might have been due to hot weather. But, in short, the main thing: Totally amazing burgers !!!!!!!

Love the freestyle refillable drinks machine.
