La hamburguesa de frijol vegetal es muy sabrosa, así como el pollo. Recomiendo la salsa suave de limón y hierbas, ya que no es demasiado picante y es sabroso. La comida llegó en menos de 10 minutos y era muy agradable. El personal es agradable también. Recomiendo la bebida sin fondo ya que es una buena relación calidad-precio, puedes rellenarla con una gran variedad de bebidas diferentes tantas veces como quieras.

It wasn't bad, but ordering was a bit complicated, but if you go there more often and pre-order via the website, it makes sense. The food was surprisingly fresh and the Sierre was surprisingly healthy (vegetables).

Worst Nandos that I have ever been to. The service was horrible. The staff usually chats with themselves with no customer service at all. It took 40 mim for my food to come in, and it turned out to be very cold. Had to request for sauce, and it was too much of a trouble for them

Nice nandos branch with decent service, old let down by lack of peach iced tea in their bottomless selection, and the lack of hot drinks.

Very very delicious food! The options looks really healthy. What I liked the most that they have marked the calories on it so you can make a good choice. I liked the sauces the most! Each of them was heavenly. Leveled up my Burger totally. You can get unlimited drinks or ice creams here at good price. The spice level Nando's x Fanta was so tangy, spicy and the taste like something I never tried before.

Too much customer service for my liking. I come here on my lunch break for a quick meal. I just want to find a seat and order on the app. Annoyingly, they make me wait 5 minutes while they find a table for 1 (while there’s many available). Why can’t we just cut out the middleman and find my own seat? Also their mayonnaise sucks. No one wants vegan mayo, it’s just vegetable oil which is toxic. Get some real mayo please. Other than that this Nando’s is pretty good.

My online order arrived almost an hour late was missing 90% of the order (which included the chicken). I had to go to the restaurant as they refused to deliver the missing items. They also refused to refund me and I had to pay over £50 once again for my order. Terrible service from the manager, refused to even give me a discount or a complimentary item for all the inconvenience caused.

The lady who served me is very very very lovely and friendly. I wish I could give her some tip, but I didn’t have cash with me… As for the food, I was led down as I had higher expectations from the hypes. The sauces are nice though, but the overall taste was alright in my opinion. It‘s like other fast food places for me unfortunately.

Today's lunch was extremely delicious. 1/2 chicken and chicken tights with corn on the cob and garlic bread were a delight. It's quiet and the staff are friendly.

06/2023Asked for a table for 2 made me wait 15 mins went upstairs 6 tables empty I seriously don’t know why they do this it’s near enough every visit // 12/2024. 2nd reveiew I visited this branch again and sorry to say made me wait again downstairs for 10 mins and near enough half of tables upstairs are empty i mean why why why do you do this

The restaurant is at a good location, which is very close to National History Museum. We had to wait almost 20 mins in the queue to get a table as this location is very busy. The food and service was good. The toilets are clean. I would recommend.

Food is good, the place was a bit loud and I kept hearing the beeping sounds from the kitchen.

Really pleasantly surprised by our experience visiting for a late weekday family lunch. We were met politely and seated within just a few minutes. We ordered and paid easily on the app from our table, and all the right food came pretty quickly, all together, hot and tasty. I loved the cheesy chicken burger, and opted for chips without seasoning because I was afraid it would become too salty by the end of the meal. The peas with mint and chilli were delicious as well. I'd definitely go there again.

Shelly is an amazing member of staff. Walked in after a more than difficult day at the Marsden Hospital. Her kindness and empathy had no boundaries. If there were more Shelly’s in the world it would be a greater place. The food was of a higher standard than some Nando’s.

Of all the Nando's I've visited, this is the one I liked the least. The girl who served me before was nice, but the food arrived cold. I don't know if they're short of staff. There are a lot of people who want to work because they wait a long time for food, and that's my humble opinion.

A Portuguese style grilled chicken restaurant that has been popular for a long time. The difference from the past is the price. The whole chicken is still the same price but the side dishes are removed so we have to order more ourselves. The best value set is the set that comes with two large side dishes. The chicken is soft but a bit small like five-star grilled chicken with sauce put on the chicken. The meat is not dry, plus there are 5 types of sauces to choose from. Asked if it's delicious, do you still think our grilled chicken is better? Spicy rice is not good. Broccoli is good. The quota didn't pass. P.S. Waited in line for ten minutes. When I got up there were a lot of empty tables. Confused, what were I waiting for???

The manager on Monday’s (think he is also in Sunday too) goes out of his way to deliver amazing service, not to mention the food is always on point. It’s not often you get great service these days and I’ve eaten in Nandos all over the uk, this one stands out by a mile! Thank you, I’ll be back for sure. Annoyingly didn’t catch his name but hopefully the good feedback is passed on.

Garlic bread was cold and they forgot the peri peri salt for the chips. Aside from that it was good.

Went here for a meal share because several of their staff came in for meal share and they said we couldn’t have any food, so Nando’s staff just robbed us. Please don’t come back to the store expecting free food🤣.

I can truly say that it has been an experience of a lifetime. Went there today for lunch and the atmosphere was great. I was met by a staff called Dalitza who made me and my family very comfortable. Service with a smile, made sure we had a good experience. Amazing lady, great customer service. A valuable addition to the team. Definitely worth coming again.

I have been a customer of this place for 2 years and it is surprising how the service has gone down in quality. I always buy it to take to work. I always had a portion of spicy rice, full and satisfying. Now they are putting in a humiliating amount of rice. The flavor is horrible. And without a disposable knife and spoon kit, they are not putting it in anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE. Their service is currently very bad.

Wow. Our first time at Nando’s and manager Abs and his whole team took amazing care of us. He took time to explain the menu, make some suggestions, and the staff were diligent about my allergies. Chicken was tender form inside and has crispy crust. Very very spicy 🔥 as I wished.

It was about 12 mins walk from the Science Museum but when we got there they only had takeaway service as the extractor fan was out of service. We waited for 30mins for the food and when we finally got it two items were missing. There were no areas for us to eat thankfully a staff member kindly arranged for a table near the restaurant.

Only thing is that the toilets are in like the basement area. A way to walk if your are on the top floor with kids. But the service was top notch.

Nandos at Gloucester Road was fine, but we had to wait until a table became available: busy period - summer of 2024

So i went to Nandos glouster road and when we got in we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated and when we arrived at the tables we saw that it was very dirty when they gave us our drinks we got cutlery which was extremely dirty and had yellowish greenish stuff and we waited 30 minutes for the food to come i wouldn’t recommend coming to this branch

I went tonight table of 7 people. They were very welcoming, food was tasty too. Really enjoyed. Look forward to come back

establishment has no ramp for buggy and we had to carry the buggy upstairs as they dont have much space on the first floor. Otherwise, food was great as usual.

We were a rather large group, 8 people, so understandable we needed to wait 10 minutes or so, it wasn't a problem at all. Vinni, our server very helpful and polite, looked after us, checking on food allergies etc. Great experience,!

Friendly helpful staff, quick service, good food. Only reason for 4 star is that most of tables are upstairs with no lift so advise asking for downstairs table if stairs an issue as the toilets are downstairs, as is the ice cream machine for the help yourself desert .
