Nando's - Gloucester Road in Kensington and Chelsea

I recently dined at Nando's Gloucester Road and had a perfect experience. From the warm atmosphere and efficient service to the delicious peri-peri chicken, every aspect was top-notch. The menu variety was impressive, and the staff were accommodating. Definitely recommend for a wonderful dining experience!

It is the best Nandos branch we visited. Food is cooked and served very nicely, it doesnt look like just fast food thrown onto a plate but rather looks tasty and properly served. I swear the portions for sides were huge compared to our previous experiences. Brigitta was also a very kind and caring staff.

The saka sauce was incredible you should start selling it to the people me myself would buy 100 bottles alone lol, and VINI The guy that works there is the king of nandos amazing guy!!!

Go here regularly with friends. Decided to try the salad with chicken - portion was small, dry and looked very unappetising. Asked to change it for something else but was told this wasn’t possible. They said they could only remake it. They remade it exactly the same. I don’t see why I was refused a different option. I would have been happy to pay the difference or would have accepted a refund. I was essentially forced into accepting this sub par salad which was not up to standard.

We got food before plates, so the food was getting cold. They also mixed up the order, but we only realised towards the end of the meal. It was my first time eating at a Nando's, it's put off for life! My cousin and family had eaten at a different branch and really enjoyed it. It nay just be the branch, but I doubt I'll give another branch a go.

The food was good but the service was soo bad, we waited for the plate more than 5mins after we received the food. Service are soo not motivated. They switched out order with spicy and plain.

Wow Nando's! Take note of Vini ambassador of your new Saka sauce. I love my Garlic Nando's sauce, but the Saka is definitely worth trying.

I’ve been to a lot of Nando’s but the staff here are by far the best. Vini & Joao especially made sure everything was perfect for us. Food was also incredible.

While visiting London, we decided to try this famous chain of one of our beloved portuguese dishes. Great chicken and sides, special mention to the Creamy Mash. A taste from home in the middle of London. Also, Sr. João was super friendly and kind. Definitely a place to return :)

Had a lovely meal at Nandos near Gloucester Station. A really lovely area of the city and the food and the service from the staff were great. Definitely recommend the mac' n cheese, yums! Kash and Vini went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location and their standout team.

Great venue, but food was disappointing, with cold chips and poorly cooked chicken. Staff member didn’t return with the items we requested. The only branch of Nando’s we have ever been to that did use the cockerel system to prompt staff to check all is well with the meal.

Abs is a 10/10 host excellent service

He greeted us with a friendly energy, a genuine smile and a knowing glint in their eyes – like they were in on some delicious secret (which, of course, they were: the secret of Nando's magic). Our host was an absolute gem. Un sitio bueno para comer rápido algo de pollo a la parrilla. Estilo KFC. La particularidad es que primero tienes que conseguir una mesa y luego haces el pedido en la barra, para que luego te lo lleven a la mesa

WARNING! Check your burger before you bite into it. These clowns think it’s funny to put spicy hot sauce on burgers when one orders mild. This has happen twice in as many weeks. When I called the manager to complain, he sarcastically responded “what can I do”…. Seriously, thick! What’s most infuriating is that these people clearly don’t realise that someone could have an allergic reaction to what these fools clearly think is an innocent prank! They’re disgraceful. Formal complaint made to corporate, with a warning of legal action should an appropriate response not be provided. Even the response from the owner (below) does take on board the severity of the prank. Simply says they're sorry about how the manager handled it. No wonder the clowns have no problem doing what they've done. There's clearly no ownership at the restaurant.

Cutlery was dirty at this Nando's, dried food in-between the the teeth of the knifes. The staff cleaned the cutlery once notified. The toilets at this branch were dirty, worse than Paddington Station's facility.

Food was outstanding. The tomato and feta salad with added chicken was phenomenal. Service was medicore but the food made up for it.

Las 2 primeras veces que quisimos cenar y comer no pudimos porque cierran como 1 hora y media antes el poder sentarse en una mesa, después solo puedes pedir a domicilio. Eso no estaba puesto en ningún sitio y la primera vez ni siquiera nos lo avisaron, solo nos dijeron que ya no nos podíamos sentar para cenar, y fue al ir al segundo día a comer que nos volvimos a encontrar con la misma situación y entonces preguntamos, porque según el horario público todavía les quedaba más de 1 hora para cerrar, lo queríamos probar pero no sabíamos cuando teníamos que ir para que nos dejasen sentarnos. Acudí por recomendación pero he de decir que al final no me pareció para tanto. Pollo asado y sus variedades, en distintos formatos, con diferentes salsas que puedes ponerte tú mismo así como rellenar la bebida.

Hey, we have visited the place yesterday but we were in a hurry for a coach and had to tell this to the guy at the counter (it was around 3 pm), judging by what he said to others he wanted us to give a 5 star review. You deserve it because it was really delicious and I really liked the vibe of the restaurant, including the music. The peas with mint were delicious, and we really like the tanginess of the herb sauce. Definetly coming back next time we visit Great Britain.

I found this Nando's after visiting the Natural History Museum, which is about a 5 minute walk away. My friend from overseas fancied a Nando's and I agreed. The staff welcomed us with a warm reception and sat us downstairs. We ordered, and within 10 minutes we had our food. It was about 5 o' clock, so the place wasn't busy. Anyway, I had my usual half chicken and two sides, which were chips and the mixed grains with feta cheese. As for Marinade, I tried the spicy churrasco (limited time only), and I quite enjoyed the heat as it had a nice smokeyness about it. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sides came hot, so it was another successful meal at Nandos! ;) So, if you like ya grilled chicken and you're in the area, then definitely give it a go! Easy 5 stars.

I recommend the restaurant and the food, but in a different branch. Because the service was not the best, the food was a little cold when they served it to us. But I highly recommend the sunset burger and the butterfly burger, it's very delicious!

I was visiting from the States and tried Nando's for the first time after hearing many good things. It did not disappoint! Chicken and sauces were delicious and service was quick. Price was very reasonable. Convenient location by hotels and tube station.

I visited this nando’s yesterday and the man on the tills was rude. I work at nandos myself and the service he gave was not good standards. My boyfriend asked for cheese on his wrap and when he asked this the person seemed to have an issue about it. We then asked for some glasses and he was also rude about that as if it was a problem that we were asking for some glasses. I can’t remember his name but he was asian and had a cap on. I was very disappointed in his service and won’t be returning.

Some waiting during busy hours but you get the Nandos experience. Layout is nice with a first floor space that doesn't feel to crowded even on busy day.

They have pretty good food here. You can make it as hot or as mild as you'd like. They specialize in chicken. I think. It's a South African company. Free solar refills. They have a lot of gluten-free options.

Food was nice and server Abs was very pleasant and attentive to our group. The water machine was broken but was made up for as he quickly resolved the issue, bringing us water with no fuss and a kind spirited attitude. Very pleasant experience.

Very tasty chicken alternative to standard fast-food fare. One can get it mild (if you’re not one for spice) but I went for hot and it didn’t disappoint. Very flavorful flame broiled chicken seasoned to perfection. Get the boneless thighs as they have much more flavor than the breast. The rainbow slaw was good and the spicy rice was fantastic.

I have been a loyal customer of Nandos for many many years and never been so disappointed of the service at this one. Firstly my food didn’t arrive for 30 min (when my friend got it very promptly) and I have to ask the waiters and they told me they were on the way, waited for another 20 min and asked again, they even didn’t apologise. When the food arrive, no apology, just said my food was downstairs as a excuse. Food was completely cold, couldn’t finish it. Honestly, a bit of respect of your clients would be nice. Didn’t enjoy at all the experience, avoid this place if the service doesn’t change

I had the 4 boneless chicken breasts with a BBQ sauce, and it was delicious. The fries are pretty good as well. I'm not used to having to go get your own cutlery, and there weren't enough knives, but other than that, it was a great experience. The person who welcomed us was really nice and it wasn't too noisy 😁

Amazing food and service, Thanks to Abs

Having dined in this establishment before and ordering for collection I know this is one of the best nandos in the country, special shout out to brigitta who made my collection order a seamless interaction and she went above and beyond, will definitely be back!

We used their delivery service tbh hence why I gave 1 🌟 for atmosphere. The 1/4 chicken meals were seasoned well and tasty. I also bought a chicken wrap that I must say wasn't filled 3/4 way but was filled from top to the bottom with sauces, chicken, salad and wrap. The X2 Halloumi was as tasty as the Spicy Rice for the menu of side orders. Thanks guys. Much much better response than King St Hammersmith branch where the manageress was rude after We had spent £250 over a couple of weeks/months.

I recently visited Nandos restaurant in Gloucester Road. It’s not the first time I’ve experienced such negative experience and it’s always the people whom run this store. I am not complaining about the food it’s just The people who run this restaurant. They are so rude and arrogant and very disrespectful towards the customers. This may due to the fact That they get so many tourist customer however even though they should approach people with an ounce of respect. Never a negative experience at any other Nandos beside this specific one. They mangers who run this place approach you as if you are an illiterate fool who doesn’t know how to speak English. Very bad customer service!! Please take try to avoid this branch and go to the one in high st ken instead, at least the consider you as human.

결론: 현지의 중동 패스트 푸드 느낌. 한국인에겐 애매함 잘되는 프렌차이즈라 하여 갔습니다. 실제 점심시간에 만석이었어서 다른날 오후에 감 음식 노말하고 서비스 적당하고 편리했습니다. 가격은 런던기준 적당하고 지방과 비교하면 음식대비 안싼느낌 여기도 QR메뉴와 결제사용. 종이메뉴도 있고 상주 직원이 있어 불편한느낌은 전혀 없었습니다. 여행 마지막날 가서 돈이 모자라 음료를 안시켰는데 직원이 탭워터 마실거면 쓰라고 잔을 주었습니다. 간단하지만 친절함에 감사했습니다.

The food was very good. Unfortunately a guy was drunked we went and he harassed a few of us but the manager/owner of the restaurant came out and kicked him out and gave us a true apology about him.

The waitress service was unbelievable. Our needs were met before we even spoke.
