Nando's - Gloucester Road in Kensington and Chelsea

Such a welcoming staff! Just like last year we were treated to a superb ambiance along with our 53 school kids ! Thanks to Birgitta, Joao and all the team for the efficient and friendly service.

It's a delicious autentique chiken restaurant with many options to choose and an incredible ambiance!

The manager on Monday’s (think he is also in Sunday too) goes out of his way to deliver amazing service, not to mention the food is always on point. It’s not often you get great service these days and I’ve eaten in Nandos all over the uk, this one stands out by a mile! Thank you, I’ll be back for sure. Annoyingly didn’t catch his name but hopefully the good feedback is passed on.

Went here for a meal share because several of their staff came in for meal share and they said we couldn’t have any food, so Nando’s staff just robbed us. Please don’t come back to the store expecting free food🤣.

Garlic bread was cold and they forgot the peri peri salt for the chips. Aside from that it was good.

I can truly say that it has been an experience of a lifetime. Went there today for lunch and the atmosphere was great. I was met by a staff called Dalitza who made me and my family very comfortable. Service with a smile, made sure we had a good experience. Amazing lady, great customer service. A valuable addition to the team. Definitely worth coming again.

I have been a customer of this place for 2 years and it is surprising how the service has gone down in quality. I always buy it to take to work. I always had a portion of spicy rice, full and satisfying. Now they are putting in a humiliating amount of rice. The flavor is horrible. And without a disposable knife and spoon kit, they are not putting it in anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE. Their service is currently very bad.

Wow. Our first time at Nando’s and manager Abs and his whole team took amazing care of us. He took time to explain the menu, make some suggestions, and the staff were diligent about my allergies. Food was delicious and the restaurant was clean and well looked after. If you only go to one Nando’s, make it this one!

Chicken was tender form inside and has crispy crust. Very very spicy 🔥 as I wished.

It was about 12 mins walk from the Science Museum but when we got there they only had takeaway service as the extractor fan was out of service. We waited for 30mins for the food and when we finally got it two items were missing. There were no areas for us to eat thankfully a staff member kindly arranged for a table near the restaurant.

Only thing is that the toilets are in like the basement area. A way to walk if your are on the top floor with kids. But the service was top notch.

Nandos at Gloucester Road was fine, but we had to wait until a table became available: busy period - summer of 2024

So i went to Nandos glouster road and when we got in we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated and when we arrived at the tables we saw that it was very dirty when they gave us our drinks we got cutlery which was extremely dirty and had yellowish greenish stuff and we waited 30 minutes for the food to come i wouldn’t recommend coming to this branch

There were I kid you not, 7 chips on my plate when I ordered a portion of peri salted chips.

establishment has no ramp for buggy and we had to carry the buggy upstairs as they dont have much space on the first floor. Otherwise, food was great as usual.

We were a rather large group, 8 people, so understandable we needed to wait 10 minutes or so, it wasn't a problem at all. Vinni, our server very helpful and polite, looked after us, checking on food allergies etc. Great experience,!

Friendly helpful staff, quick service, good food. Only reason for 4 star is that most of tables are upstairs with no lift so advise asking for downstairs table if stairs an issue as the toilets are downstairs, as is the ice cream machine for the help yourself desert .

In London for holiday. Popped into Nandos. I remember when it was Dino’s Italian, bad memories of that place, yuk!! But Nandos amazing food and great service. Plus they have unlimited soda for us yanks. We went back a few days later and it was great. Wish I had one close to me in the state. Will return.

The restaurant is beautiful. I tried more than one branch, all of them are good. The problem is that this branch is a little small, but it was very beautiful. There are two small problems. The first is that the sauces were not all available, and the second is that the worker refused to repack the olives even though before yesterday I packed olives more than once.

Came here and enjoyed the food - it was finger licking goodd. The staff is really friendly and the back grill young guy , with long hair was so goodlooking we were table 1 and couldn't stop staring. Overall amazing food and lovely staff.

Usually could be very crowded, the prices are a bit too high for what you get, the food is not bad at all but not so good either, the policy for attention and service perhaps need some changes.

It was pretty crowded but we were seated reasonably quickly and the food was brought to us at a great pace. Restaurant and bathroom was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I love the order by qr code set up, it really speeds up the process.

Loved this place! If you like delicious chicken things your place. 1st time to London and experiencing this chain. We were warmly greeted and got a table quickly. When you get to your table you scan the QR code and order right to your table. Unlimited refills in self serve soda and you can choose the level of spice. My husband got hot and man was it spicy, I got medium and it was spicy but good for me. My boys age 13, 14 had spicy and no spice and both enjoyed their meals. The Mac and cheese side was great.

I've been to many Nando's branches, and the service of this branch is exceptional. At noon suddenly my boss phoned me, abruptly I had to leave without eating much food on the table. I asked for paper containers and the waitress gave me two which fit perfectly without waste, plus a handy paper bag to place these containers. The lights are not too dim and the decor is nice.

Manager Joao was really fantastic. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. One of the best Nando’s experiences we’ve had before our show at Royal Albert Hall. Thanks Joao and team!

Today, I had lunch with friends at the Nando's Gloucester Road location. When we arrived during the lunch peak time, we had to wait for about 15 minutes. However, the staff member who greeted us was very friendly and explained the waiting process clearly. We were seated on chairs provided for waiting, and soon we were shown to a table on the first floor. Our food arrived in less than 10 minutes after ordering. Nando's can vary in quality depending on the chef, especially when it comes to the juiciness of the meat. At this location, the meat was perfectly juicy, not dry at all, and was excellently cooked with a great smoky flavor that blended well with the sauces. My friends, who were first-time visitors to Nando's, were very satisfied with their meals. The fries were also perfectly crispy, not soggy, making for a delicious side dish. Additionally, the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was kept impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend this Nando's location to anyone planning a visit.

Nandos is a choice you won’t regret. There are many branches, so it would be a good idea to find one nearby. They said it was a large portion, so I ordered 4 thighs and 4 sides for 2 people, but the size of the chicken was smaller than I expected, so I hurriedly ordered another one of the same size. I regret ordering 2 menu items with 2 sides from the beginning. (Receipt photo + order one more item from menu number 1) It's so delicious and any Korean can eat it without any problem. 2 sets of 4 thighs + 2 sides were definitely filling. It would be good to adjust the sides to 2-3. I recommend the side rice and the coleslaw!

First time in a Nandos. Very pleasantly surprised by how customisable the menu is. This location was friendly, clean, and clearly popular with locals.

We visited the Nando’s Gloucester Road in April 2024 on a busy Saturday night. This location has 2 stories with seating upstairs, and the wait for a table was about 30 minutes. The friendly host/greeter helped us get on the waiting list for a table, but the ordering system was a bit confusing (no table service, some customers ordering at the counter, some by QR code). The food was delivered hot and delicious. We’ve been to Nando’s all over the world, and this location has some of the juiciest chicken of locations we’ve tried recently. Highly recommend!

Perfect . Good filling and reasonable price

Great venue, but food was disappointing, with cold chips and poorly cooked chicken. Staff member didn’t return with the items we requested. The only branch of Nando’s we have ever been to that did not use the cockerel system to prompt staff to check all is well with the meal.

I ordered the loaded chips with chicken from here, I’ve had it a few times but not at this branch and it’s always been fine however it tasted unusual on this one occasion. The chicken tasted very unpleasant so half way I picked out the chicken and had a look at it and it looked off to me although I wasn’t sure so didn’t say anything. I regret not informing staff and into taking pictures! The food poisoning that followed affirmed my suspicions. The next morning and following days, I was very sick which has been a pain as I’ve had to still get on with urgent work. The timing couldn’t have been worse,. very disappointed with Nando’s and hope I’m the only one that has had to deal with this.

Outstanding food. Meals are extensive. They use spices that are not common. There are restaurants all over the city and they are easy to find.

Vini is the best employee of Nando’s that we ever met. He was so kind and generous. He made the best Nando’s sauce we ever tried. So thats why he should get a promotion.

The food was amazing and came very fast. Chicken cooked to perfection. The service was not bad, but we did have to hail a server from the first floor to seat us as we waited 15min and no one came to us as we waited by the designated area by the door.

It is the best Nandos branch we visited. Food is cooked and served very nicely, it doesnt look like just fast food thrown onto a plate but rather looks tasty and properly served. I swear the portions for sides were huge compared to our previous experiences. Brigitta was also a very kind and caring staff.

I recently dined at Nando's Gloucester Road and had a perfect experience. From the warm atmosphere and efficient service to the delicious peri-peri chicken, every aspect was top-notch. Go here regularly with friends. Decided to try the salad with chicken - portion was small, dry and looked very unappetising. Asked to change it for something else but was told this wasn’t possible. They said they could only remake it. They remade it exactly the same. I don’t see why I was refused a different option. I would have been happy to pay the difference or would have accepted a refund. I was essentially forced into accepting this sub par salad which was not up to standard.

Vini working in this specific Nandos is the best! Best service out there.

Food was great. I got sweet potato wedges which came with their Peri-naise sauce. It was so good and I recommend trying your chicken with that sauce too. My chicken was cooked great and juicy. I got medium spicyness and it was perfect. Staff downstairs who directed me upstairs was friendly and I didn't have any problems with staffs upstairs either but they gave me a vibe that they were laughing at us.... could be misunderstanding but wasn't that great of a feeling. I really like Nando's food but every location we've been to, there's always been something disappointing.

We got food before plates, so the food was getting cold. They also mixed up the order, but we only realised towards the end of the meal. It was my first time eating at a Nando's, it's put off for life! My cousin and family had eaten at a different branch and really enjoyed it. It nay just be the branch, but I doubt I'll give another branch a go.

The food was good but the service was soo bad, we waited for the plate more than 5mins after we received the food. Service are soo not motivated. They switched out order with spicy and plain.

Wow Nando's! Take note of Vini ambassador of your new Saka sauce. I love my Garlic Nando's sauce, but the Saka is definitely worth trying.
