We shared a chicken between four with our own sides and all had enough food. Using the app is quicker than queuing if the place is at all busy. Food arrived in good time and hot. Staff are friendly.

This people are the worst people in the entire country! They are very disrespectful! If I go into the restaurant I feel like mistreated ! If I order through the app (deliveroo) I must wait very long time before I get the food! The riders told me they are treated like dogs!

Another well fed and happy family after a pre Rugby visit. Can't praise the staff enough and always great food plus 4 hours free parking.

Went for a click and collect order yesterday and was given an incorrect item within our order. Only discovered once at home and not worth returning to the busy, overstretched restaurant. Complained via link on website and still awaiting response over 24 hours later.

While visit I got served by Anne and I had done the voucher all wrong and instead of waiting for my food longer she got kitchen to start cooking it and then came over to help me do it. Anne went above and beyond just to make mine and my boyfriends evening. Will definitely be coming back for Anne service again

Worst service. They tell you wait 1 hour 30 minutes , when you get to the table they report you to have to wait another 30 minutes. Tables are empty and staff are working at cooking counters with no hair nets. One member of staff eating a chocolate bar with peanuts. Do not got to restaurant if you have a peanut allergy. If the photo shows a bag of rubbish as a door stopper not sure how clean the back of the restaurant is. The chicken was over cooked and the salad looks like is was made yesterday.

I enjoyed my Birthday lunch with work colleagues. The standard of food was excellent and the wait time wasn't too bad.

There had always been a wait for a table at this restaurant, even before Covid times. So we were not surprised to be told there was a wait when we arrived. However we did not expect a 90 min wait. Nevertheless we entered the virtual que by scanning the qr code displayed outside the restaurant and remained positive for a table quicker than told. We were offered a table after approx 30 mins which was brilliant as we have waited longer than this before so the moral is don't expect to wait a long as the app tells you. After been briefed on the ordering and service arrangements we were shown to our table. Order and pay via the qr code at the table. No need to move from your table. Waitress bought our plates sauces and drinks including refills. The food came rapid fast... much quicker than before and was d delicious as usual. All in all a much better experience than pre covid. I hope they adopt some of these ideas long term.

Ordered today for 10 people using Nando's click & collect system. Absolutely fabulous as usual. Riaz & the team were warm, friendly & professional as they always are, can't fault the food or the employees on any level, thank you guys.

We ordered Nando's via the app for my friend's birthday and it was a large order. However, only the sides were delivered. After ringing the restaurant to enquire about the rest of our order, Ann saved the day by ensuring that we received a whole new fresh order and throwing in desserts for everyone due to the inconvenience. Ann ensured that we received the best customer service possible and all of this happened within the last fifteen minutes before closing! Thank you very much Ann - you went above and beyond!

My partner and I ordered a Nando’s for collection at 7:15pm. When I arrived to collect it at 7:15, there was a huge queue with lots of customers saying that their takeaway had been delayed and we would have to queue outside in the cold as, due to Covid, people were not allowed to wait in the restaurant. There was approximately 6 people in front of me despite the fact we had specifically ordered and chosen to collect at a particular time. The staff were allowing some people to push in and sit in the seating area despite that fact some of us had been waiting for 40 minutes. Nando’s need to improve their collection procedure as this was ridiculous. The manger, Anne, saved the day. I complained to her that I’d been waiting 40 minutes and she was so lovely. She marched over and began to sort out everyone’s orders, encouraging the queue to reduce in size. She was really efficient and apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. Nando’s at Freeman’s Common should be grateful that they hired her, as if it wasn’t for her superb customer service, I would not be returning.

My wife and I had nothing planned for Valentine’s Day, so decided to take in a film at the Vue, and decided to eat at Nandos beforehand. We’ve only ever eaten at this branch once before a good while back, but really glad that we chose to eat here again. The place was fairly busy for a lunchtime, but we were soon shown to a seat in a booth. We ordered soon after, and within a short space of time the meal was on our table, served by a cheerful member of staff. The meal both looked good, was piping hot and tasted great. We really enjoyed the experience and won’t wait so long before a revisit.

We had just helped with Leicester Tigers Junior Tigers Club Xmas kids party (which was a huge success) and could not be bothered to cook Sunday lunch so we visited the local Nando’s. When you visit Nando’s you know what you are going to get, chicken! Selected the boneless selection (thighs & breast) with coleslaw, chips (always with a little kick) and my personal favourite the spicy rice. I commend all. You know you have to go to the counter to order your food but it will arrive fairly quickly. If you like chicken and the service was good then this is the place for you. It filled a hole (in my stomach), no room for desert and saved us a cooking when we were exhausted from the kids party! It was busy and remember to register your car registration for free car parking.

Unacceptable. Don't go to this branch. Poor customer service and didn't have mains or sides to order as they'd ran out. On a saturday night. Not even overly busy. No apology from any staff members. Rubbish management.

3 of us were short of time before a rugby match nearby, so we ate at Nando’s. Well, what a surprise. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly, polite and helpful and all remembered to smile! The food was excellent and plentiful. We started with a shared trio of starters - large dish of olives, Halloumi sticks with a delicious sweet chilli sauce & red pepper houmous with pitta bread. We then had half a roast chicken, with two side orders, chicken thighs with two sides and a mild roast chicken & salad wrap with one side. They even did Portuguese custard tarts, so we had to indulge! Altogether including two refillable drinks the bill came to £52, which was excellent value for money as all the food was very fresh.

Popped in for dinner prior to going to the Odeon Cinema.On a positive;1) food tasty and well cooked 2) food arrived very quickly, so handy if you are in a rush for the cinema 3) Staff friendly On a negative;1) waitress handed us the menus and when I opened mine I got my hand covered in piri piri sauce 2) main course arrived half way through starters3) not the place to go if you have a hearty appetite In summary, fairly expensive and not particularly filling.

I have been to many Nando’s restaurants and have never had any issues, this one is by far the worst. I visited this Nando’s before going to the Odeon cinema next door, it was extremely busy and noisy but we got a table straight the way. However we had to queue for 30minutes to order our food! Service is poor, I have never had to wait as long as this to order food in a Nando’s restaurant. Because of this we then only had 5minutes to eat our food or we would have missed the film we were going to see. Customer service was poor, no knifes & forks so had to also wait for these. Extremely noisy not a nice atmosphere like other Nando’s restaurants. Definitely will not be returning!

I’ve visited numerous Nando’s in different locations around Leicestershire and wow the food here was amazing. Nando’s overall is excellent, but I’ve been to the restaurant in this location twice now and it was the best Nando’s I have tasted out of all my experiences both times. Staff was very friendly and helpful, lovely... the only problem is the layout as it is quite a small restaurant and the queue can be uncomfortable when sitting eating, but overall food and staff were all good and that’s the main thing:)

Sat waiting whilst husband did the long queue go order. Horrid music banging away played so loudly over the top of noisy people. Worst Nando’s over for noise, must be something wrong with the layout, it’s one open room with high ceilings. Food hasn’t come yet but ambience is so awful, won’t be back.

Great food from the Freeman Nando’s Leicester! They seemed to be very understaffed but the food was amazing! Sadly the frozen yogurt machine was broken so my child couldn’t have a refill very disappointed as we ordered halloumi and they said they would bring it over ASAP but it seemed to take them 30 minutes to give us our halloumi which would only take 2 minutes to cook! Although it took awhile it was very lovely! Thankyou Nando’s

Along with my meal, I'd as for frozen yogurt and was paid for. I soon found out that the machine has been out of order for the past 2/3 days - lack of communication between the staff members . Adrian was super kind and very helpful when it came to sorting it out! Shouts to Adrian - just call for him whenever you come here

I came here yesterday after me and my friend watched a movie. We both felt like a Nando’s so we visited the restaurant. My friend’s food was fine. However, my food was undercooked which got me very disappointed. In addition, the customer service was great but I will certainly not return.

Waiting at the door along with probably 5 other couples for 10 minutes. Already the beginning of a disappointing meal.

I wenr to nandos with my partner, it wasn’t busy. We had around 8 tables available however they weren’t all dirty. The manager was dancing and on her phone entertaining her colleueges. Not one member of staff decided to clean up, knowing we have to eat around this.

Visited this Nando’s early Sunday evening and it was very busy. Don’t forget to put your car registration in when you arrive or you’ll get a ticket!

We visited this Nando’s today when it was nearly empty. Service was awful very rude and had an attitude. Very ignorant. Not much or a greeting just held 3 fingers up and said where would you want to sit ... no have you been to Nando’s before etc.

Staff are very friendly here. Helpful and accommodating. Food is always consistent and has to be the best tasting chicken in Leicester. Would be happy to eat here everyday if we could. Highly recommended, for both the food and the customer service.

What a shambles. From start to finish usually as part of the traditional Nando’s experience your greeted at the door with a smile and asked how many of you. Not this time left stood like a numpty waiting for somebody to come and ask me and my friend and show us to our seat this would be the trend for the rest of the evening. As my friend waited in the queue all I could see around me was people complaining at the time it was taking for the food to come out. Peoples meals ready just left at the side nobody serving. The staff couldn’t look less interested if they tried one worker laughing. It got so bad the manager had to run into the back and grab his hairnet and start cooking himself. You could feel the unrest throughout the building ruining the evening completely. Will never eat here again.

Can always rely on Nando’s. Had the med salad and chips and it was amazing. My fiancé had the chicken livers, chicken wings and chips and he loved his too.

I went to Nando's as a venue for a business lunch with a colleague. The staff were lovely - really polite friendly and accommodating from the offset and found us a booth to sit in. If it hadn't been for the very limited vegan options I would have given it a 4/5 - even the rice has milk in it!!! The staff were very knowledgable about what was in what and made a swap for me with minimal fuss and came over to check all was ok

One person: me. One item: supergrain salad with chicken breast. Outcome: they didn't bother preparing it so after half an hour I got a refund and left. Sorry, no food so can't attach a pic

I've been to Nando's on and off since they first opened, however the place has gone downhill. The portion sizes are smaller than previously, very disappointing when they are so pricey for what you get. The meal I had was reasonably tasty but nothing special. There is a lot better value for money out there, I won't be back in a hurry.

Went to nandos at my daughter's request - won't be doing that again! When we got there no one greeted us at the door so we seated ourselves after waiting several minutes. We were then asked to move by a member of staff. Went up to order and had to wait a while as only 1 member of staff serving. We ordered bottomless drinks and the glasses were dirty, and we then had to wait again for clean ones! There was no cutlery or sauces available. When my meal arrived the chips were barely warm, the garlic bread was hard and cold and the chicken was very dry. No one asked us how our meal was, much less came near our table again. After spending £43.70 on the meal I was very disappointed and persuaded by my daughter not to complain! Won't be going there again that's for sure!

Our first trip and meal at Nando's on Saturday Aug. 4 for my husbands 70th. We enjoyed the food but can't figure why everyone is so crazy about Nando's. The noise was deafening. We could hardly hear what anyone at our table was saying and not just the chatter which is always good but people having to yell to be heard over music that was louder than it needed to be. A very popular spot obviously as it was steady full but it isn't for us and I doubt my husband and I will be back. We weren't aware of the parking either and we payed £6 to park for a meal out and all we had to do was put our reg number in at the till and we could have parked free. Shouldn't you say this on your website? It is for your customers sake and I realise it isn't your car park, that it is privately owned. We may have spent another £6 at your business if we didn't have to pay for parking. Other than the noise and parking issue, Nando's was ok.

Was told 15 minutes for a table on arrival, 25 minutes later. Despite over half a dozen tables being clear with no one on them dinning no one was being seated, The host (ginger guy) seemed to not have any clue what he was doing and spent more time talking than working/seating people, this place tonight was either poorly run and managed or extremely understaffed.

Went with friends. It was pretty busy. Waited in the queue for about 25 minutes to be told they only have some burgers and some wings and that everything else is finished. We left utterly disappointed and very hungry. The manager/staff did not consider to even give us a heads up as then we could have either looked at what's available or headed out much sooner. This level of customer service from a company such as Nando's is completely unacceptable. Frankly I will think thrice before returning here.

If you fancy a meal out with families and friends, Nondo's is nice place to be, where you can enjoy chilling food. It has free park as well.

Went for Mother’s Day meal as the restaurant we had booked had let us down. We got there at around 1pm and it wasn’t by any means busy. I ordered a Caesar salad and Haloumi and Avocado...only to be told that there was no Avocado . I therefore ordered a double helping of Haloumi... moments later the waitress came over and said they had no parmesan and would cheddar do!.... I reluctantly agreed as by this time we were starving.... my salad arrived consisting of just lettuce and dressing with 3 bits of grilled Haloumi on top with a side of cold chips. We called the waitress over and asked were the croutons were. My dish was removed by a disgruntled waitress and slung back in front of me with a handful of croutons tossed on the salad.

Waited over an hour just to get a table and it was just too crowded. The food was good but two of us visited and the food was brought at different times. On 2 occasions the wrong orders were given to people as the staff were rushed off their feet. Will visit another branch in future.

If you've ever been to a Nando's before, this one is no different. If you want a solid meal and you want something quick, and you know what you're going to get, go to this Nando's. The seating is a bit dead though. The two seaters are too close to each other, and there aren't enough booths. Decent though.

Standard nando's, great location pre Tigers kick off to get some food in - t seems expensive, but its way cheaper than anything in the ground proportionally speaking! Does the job nicely :)

Had a lovely meal as per usual. The only issue I have is the seating arrangements. You'd expect such a big food outlet to at least have their seats a little separated from each other. I mean end of the day it is a restaurant...

Haven't been Nandos for a long time as i think it is overpriced and still do. You get small portions for the cost. However all items were cooked perfectly, butterfly chicken and burger all very tasty. Really enjoyed the lemon and herb sauce as well....

Came in and tried the mango and lime for the first time. The chef Fid had recommended it and with that I was very pleased. the overall service and friendliness of staff was great and the food never disappoints.

I came here with a visiting friend for dinner, and being vegan I was somewhat reluctant, but I was delighted with my choice. I went for the veggie pitta without mayo, and with corn of the cob, and it was really delicious. Would definitely come back for more! Staff were really lovely, and we also got 20% NHS discount.

Ogni volta che viaggio in Inghilterra sono alla ricerca di Nando's, catena di ristoranti di origine sudafricana - Johannesburg - molto presente in Nord Europa e negli USA, specializzati nella preparazione di pollo in diverse salse, nel vero senso della parola. Il piatto che prediligo è il peri peri chicken alla griglia con 2 sides (2 contorni) rappresentati da patatine fritte, da richiedere rigorosamente con peri peri (un miscuglio di spezie tra cui spiccano sale e peperoncino) e corn on cob (pannocchia cotta sulla griglia). tra gli antipasti buonissimi i fegatini di pollo, il mix di olive con spicchi di aglio e funghetti, l'humus. Da qualche anno è possibile acquistare nel ristorante le salse piccanti che accompagnano il pollo.

I have been going to Nando's every month at Freeman's Leisure Park with the family because we just love Nando's. However, we went today and complained about the coffees that had been served because they weren't cappuccino's and rather flat and watery. We asked the manager politely to replace them because they were disgusting. However, his response was No because he had been drinking them all day and tasted fine to him. He refused and walked off with a big huff and a puff. I spend a considerable amount of money on my visits to Nando's which I have visited for several years. He was rude, disrespectful and just did not care. He really needs to get his act together and act like a manager and know how to please customers. He needs to go on a training course to learn good communication skills, how to use positive language, have the ability to read customers etc etc In the end this waitress named Corie had to deal with the situation and she was much more manager material than Steve with an E because she was polite, listened and dealt with the matter rather professionally. It was not about getting a refund it was his attitude that poor. He is not the right person for the job and needs to think before he open's his mouth like he owns Nando's. He should represent Nando's and set a good example as a manager. If he can't handle it then give the job to Corie she has more skills.

Yesturday mi familia y yo visitamos el Freemans Water es muy para el cumpleaños de mi madre. Al final de la comida que pedimos cafés. Llegaron fríos, tibios y no, es el típico café espumosos. Les preguntamos si podían ser reemplazadas. La camarera llamó al director. Declaró que había estado bebiendo café todo el día y estuvo bien con él. Él también dijo que no ha tenido ninguna queja de ningún otro cliente, por lo tanto él era renuente a sustituirlos. Nos explicó que como un gerente que están dispuestos a resolver la situación. Él groseramente dijo 'NO ESTOY reemplazando, para ir y hacer una queja sobre mí si quieres. Mi nombre es Steve con una e'él entonces groseramente salías. Claramente este nuevo gerente designado Steve con una dirección no ha tenido formación sobre cómo hablar a sus clientes o incluso saber lidiar con situaciones básicas. Absolutamente indignado. Estamos en esta rama de los clientes regulares, pero no volveré mientras con un Steve e sigue trabajando allí.

Encontré este por casualidad y fue bueno. variedades muy sabroso y nos gustó el ambiente. No esperes que cocina 5 estrellas pero picante a la comida normal en un buen ambiente. Nos quedaría aquí de nuevo

Once a week me and my other half come here. We've been once when simon wasnt on and the team weren't motivated. Simon is a fantastic manager. Always out to please. Nothing is too much trouble. The best manager this restaurant has! I love it here when simon is working! Good job boy! Absolute credit to your company! DONT LET HIM LEAVE EVER.

Well strangely enough I organised a baby shower for my friend here as she loves Nandos! I was hoping it all goes well and we do not draw to much attention to ourselves or annoy other customers. It went all ok! Food is awesome as ever and comes out really quick! The taste of Nandos chicken is to die for! A very addictive piece of chicken! Service was brilliant and the staff are very friendly and approachable.

My wife and kids love Nando's! This branch is convenient since there's such a large parking lot . Staff were lovely, all smiles and attentive. The wings were just right and so were the sides! We ordered seconds!

We ordered a boneless platter for two which was really for one. Very disappointed with size of portions for price. Service was really good and good came out quick.

Hadnt been to a nandos for 20 years, the food was very nice, i had a double peri peri chicken wrap with peri peri chips, used the house garlic sauce , super bock to drink . A good experience and would go again

We were with the five of us. We were seated at the door which resulted in a cold draft every time someone walked in. Which wasn't all that great when it was absolutely freezing outside Everyone went up t order, I ordered my food first but received it at least ten minutes after the rest of us did. When the waitress came to collect the plates after we finished she apologised again and informed us the manager had said all five of us could have free dessert. A solution we as students certainly won't complain about!Wasn't an ideal situation and I understand mistakes can be made, so I thought they solved it impressively well. We all left the restaurant feeling satisfied and very pleased. I won't hesitate to come back! Well done Nando's, well done manager!!!

Today Nandos was super busy, the food quality was not compromised. The seating was very slow and 45 minutes was not 45 minutes more like an hour and by the time we ordered and the food came our hunger had died and so we didn't enjoy the food. I have to warn customers that there is some kind of parking charge. So please be mindful of this. I'm also not sure that the staff at Freemans common know what the charge or how the rates work. My background is legal and the charges situation was not clear. To "validate" our parking we had to go to the pub next door to enter our number plate details and then we wouldn't incur a charge or fine. I understand that people park for match days but this new park and charge is going to put of loyal customers as it has done for myself and my two best friends. I would suggest going to the Highcross to park at John Lewis for the flat rate after 5pm I think or in town and park on the pay and display bays which are free after 6pm with no confusing misleading parking information. Ruined the evening really.

Quick service and awesome food. Well priced. Offers NHS discount 20%. Also validates parking if needed for 4 hours so can go cinema too in that time!

Visited this branch of Nando's before going to see Leicester City play as it is only a 5 minute walk from the stadium. Have never understood why waiting staff cannot take your order in Nando's, I guess it works for the owners and saves them money. Queuing to place the order was pretty quick and simple.We chose our various sauces and sat eagerly awaiting the meal. It arrived very quickly, tasty tender chicken cooked perfectly. Decided against dessert as was full up. Enjoyed our meal and would definitely return next season.

If you are new to the UK you have to visit Nando's.. epitome of good simple cheap food. Chicken wings and the secret flavour 'Peri-tamer' is a personal favourite.You choose how hot you have your chicken from a scale of lemon and herb through to super hot. And there are various sides to pick meaning you can always switch it up and there is something for everyone.

I have eaten there many times and the food is always excellent. The staff are always very obliging and nothing seems too much trouble for them.

Went here on Thursday evening and was extremely busy. On arrival was a 20 minute wait for a table and no where to sit and wait. Long queue for food and after ordering took 40 minutes for food to come. Never experienced this at nandos before. Food was delicious however the sauces we wanted were not there. Few new items on the menu, I tried the supergrain salad as a side was delicious and flavourful. Sweet potato fries yum yum

We visit Nandos regularly...too regularly sometimes!! The previous visit in July didn't go too well..it was chaos and wrong food was served etc. So we were offered a free meal for one next time. When we visited on 22nd August we made them aware of this. The manager Simon was impeccable in his service...personally took our order and came to deliver our food to our table too. In terms of taste...well you can't go wrong with Nandos!! Thanks Simon!!

Nando's is our one of the frequently visiting restaurants. My girls like to visit this branch as they want to have two things at the same time - watching cinema and eating at Nando's. It is a great place to eat.

Ate here with family tonight ordered the food and within literally 5 minutes the food was on our table. It wasnt busy so was expecting it to be quick but 5 minutes seemed a little too quick. I was expecting horrible warmed up food but it was amazing as usual. My kids love Nandos

Just been to nandos today, and all I can say is this nandos is the best in Leicester by far. From the quality of the food to the service by the staff 10/10

This is my favourite Nandos in Leicester and I eat here a lot. Its next to the Odeon cinema so you can get some food before or after watching a movie. I like the seating service is good and food is very good.

Match day chaos thought they did really well. Food was hot and not a long wait. baring in mind most people were speaking spanish they did a good job.

Haven't been for a while as last time felt the restaurant was a little cramped.This time was impressed by the new layout, and the food was good. Will be visit again soon. Kids enjoyed it.

Called in after Tiger v Gloucester. The booths are very snug even if your not a bit large.We didn't have a check back and the empty plates were sat in front of us from well over 10mins and it wasn't particularly busy.The servers walked past looking at our plates but not clearing them. One of them picked up our menus from off the floor and just walked away!!!! Food nice and hot, but Leicester Highcross wins, loads better

It was not first time to visit this one.. But felt like sharing experience including previous ones. The place is usually busy (good for the restaurant) but this means service gets affected. Many s times the person on the till is multitasking and taking phone calls at the same time taking customer orders. It's not a surprise that the orders get messed up! Service also can be better again I feel this is difficult because number of customers in the restaurant. Food is standard Nando's so I guess review is going to be about the 'experience '

I phoned ahead as we had never visited a Nandos before. When I told the young man who answered the phone that we came from Cornwall and didn't have Nando's there he was very helpful and said to ask for him when we arrived and he would help find a table quickly. We did that ... they said he didn't exist!!!! WHen we finally sat down the food came quickly and was quite good for that sort of restaurant.

Great place, great food.Only thing to watch out for is the Prego Steak not always the best but if it isn't they never fuss to replace it! !!

What can I say other then another consistently excellent Nandos. Fresh ingredients and perfectly BBQ chicken.

I dont have mush to say about it, is a typical Portuguese restaurant. Good food but too much noise.I ordered the 10 wings set, was so delicious.Also is nice place to drink a very good Sagres beer.Is near the Odeon cinema and Bingo play. Parking is free.

First time we had been here since the refurbishment. Instantly felt bright and clean. The toilets had been upgraded, first impressions very good. Approached the till to place order at which point the server asked someone else to take over and left. The food arrived and both my husbands and mine spicy chips were cold. We signled for a waiter and told him the chips were cold. He waited a few moments and siad he would get them replaced. No apology. He went off leaving us with our plates of cold food. He returned with 1 portion of chips without the spices, off he went again and came back with a bowl of chips with the salt. When we pointed out that we both had the same chiops that were cold he then asked if we wanted mine replacing as well. YES!!!!!! we had both been served at the same time!!!!!! We then had to tip the cold chips onto a serviette so that the warm chips could be put on our plate.. Sorry really need to work on customer service and food standards.

I have been coming to Nandos Freemans Common since it first opened many years ago. Always given a warm welcome, fantastic atmosphere and delicious food.This Nandos is a home from home for me, and i absolutely love the place. I'm sure you will too!

We eat here nearly every Leicester Tigers home game. Martin and his team are fantastic, considering Nandos are part of a large chain the level of personal service is unbelievably good, it's better than you would expect from a restaurant at the end of your street. Highly recommended, good food as well.

The experience was mostly what you would expect from Nandos but the after ordering there were a few things which they had run out of. They had also run out of straws. Would probably have given 4 if not for this. I have sensitive teeth! The chicken was delicious as always though.

Visited nandos on fri (12th dec) evening. Service was poor, the food was practically thrown at us - although did arrive quickly. We ordered the boneless shared platter, the chicken was tasty however the chips were terrible. Coleslaw, garlic bread and spicy rice were fine.Most of the sauces were empty, including the salt pot on the table. No apologies; it just took 10 minutes to replenish the salt pot!!The music in the place was far too loud, and consequently had to move tables because of this.Won't be coming back

Very nice dinner here at nandos. Quick and friendly service even though the restaurant was pretty full. Only issue we encountered was dirty cutlery when getting it from the pots at the back. Washer needs testing ;)Apart from that food was brilliant!

We went to this branch of Nando's after an evening trip to the cinema and at 10.30pm it was almost completely empty. Most of the staff were friendly and the food was delivered very quickly, but they had run out of their mixed boned platter for two - which they were promoting very heavily - and were very reluctant to substitute the boned thighs for something similar, such as chicken legs, so we ended up paying more for virtually the same food. Whilst ordering I also had to wait for several minutes while the cashier took a phone call.The chicken was good, although the chips were terrible and had clearly been cooked in old fat. Two other dinners also complained while we were there - about the chips and the fact that they had a limited selection of food.available so were forced to choose more expensive options. Generally a very mediocre dining experience. On the plus side the parking is free and this Nando's is open until 11.30pm, although you have to order before 11pm. However, if we want to eat out after the cinema again, we will drive to either the Queens Road or the High Cross shopping centre, which both have a great selection of restaurants.

Great food- never disappoints! Accommodating staff. Food comes out of the kitchen quickly, with generous portions.

Normal Nandos but this one seemed very clean to me - not all the sticky stuff you sometimes get when people get their mitts on everythingstaff very friendly and quick servicegood place for pre show dinner if time is tightmedium spicy chicken wrap and chicken in a bun (both with chips) with a glass of wine / coke for just over £30... who needs more!!easy to park, give it a whirl

Valentino - one extremely hard working, adaptable person, highly recommend him.From front of house, to clearing and cleaning tables, serving behind the till and clearing the sauces/ drinks area. He did so much and was constantly busy.Which is more than can be said for some of the guys.Who was the person wandering aimlessly looking like "hope nobody asks me anything as I may have to do some work and deviate from my current job title of Waste of Space"?The ladies behind the till were ok at taking the orders but were not particularly outgoing or friendly.Restaurant a bit dated looking now and not the tidiest.Just as well we enjoyed the food though - consistently NandosBeen to Nandos many times though first time at this particular one. In future I will stick to one of the other Leicester ones where the service is better and staff are friendlier.

After having a number of iffy meals at the Leamington Spa branch (come on Nandos sort it out !!!) its put me off a bit but gave this place a go and not one single complaint, yes it was quiet but we were really well looked after, staff jolly and food cooked EXACTLY how it should be just perfection.

This place has to be the worst place to eat if you are a VEGETARIAN, really AWFUL, you pay £7.00 for a Veggie Burger and Chips, what a waste of money, you can buy the same thing, down the road, for half that price, i will never be visiting Nando's, ever again, in my life, please, if you are a VEGETARIAN, Nando's is not for you, honestly, its only for meat eater. The service was better then the food.

Went here for a pre-show dinner and found the food as expected but the staff were a real mixed bunch. Had some who never seemed to stop taking food to tables & clearing away whilst others just seemed to wonder around not doing much. When you've got a big queue to order (the till staff had to answer the phones as well which slowed everything down) you need to make sure the food gets to tables quickly. We saw loads of plates of food on the pass that just sat for ages. Luckily - ours arrived quickly and was fresh & hot (we had the busy waitress serve us). With a little bit more management of the staff this could have been a much better experience.

Not the greatest nandos, they are never very busy but not too bad either. Annoy that they had run out of veggie option for my mum the we vsisted. Spolt the evening.

I had visited this place with a friend of mine and we not only enjoyed good food but also had a chance to plan for a movie. The car park is free so that adds to convenience.
